钇-铕-美他环素-CTMAB稀土共发光体系的研究及分析应用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用荧光光谱法研究了钇-铕-美他环素(MTC)-CTMAB体系的稀土共发光效应,最佳形成条件,并对其作用机理进行了探讨,提出了测定MTC的荧光分光光度法。结果表明,共发光体系的荧光强度与MTC的浓度在1.0×10-7mol/L~1.5×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,其检出限为3.6×10-8mol/L。采用标准加入法测定了药物制剂中的MTC。  相似文献

钇(Y3+)与莫西沙星(MoxifloxacinMXFX)形成的配合物能显著地增敏莫西沙星的荧光强度,据此,建立了测定莫西沙星的新方法。该方法的检出限为8.5×10-10mol/L;莫西沙星的浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-6mol/L范围内与配合物体系的荧光强度呈良好的线性关系。对1.0×10-6mol/L莫西沙星平行测定12次,RSD为1.1%。该法可用于测定尿样中的莫西沙星。对荧光增强机理作了简要的探讨。  相似文献

A new bis-Schiff base ligand, bis-(trimethylolaminomethane)-4-tert-butyl-disalicylicimine (HL), was synthesized. The fluorescence intensity of HL-Zn2+ complex was increased by about 8-fold upon addition of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD). The spectrofluorimetric determination of trace amounts of Zn2+ based on the phenomenon was carried out. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 405 and 465 nm, respectively. Under optimal conditions, the fluorescence intensities vary linearly with the concentration of Zn2+ in the range 0-317 μg l−1 with a detection limit of 1.0 μg l−1. The interferences of some inorganic ions were described. The method is a selective, sensitive, rapid, and simple analytical procedure for the determination of Zn2+ in crops. The mechanism for the fluorescence enhancement was also discussed.  相似文献

Summary It was surprisingly found in TLC that double spraying of plates could enhance fluorescence of dansyl derivatives 200–360 fold after spraying with 20% triethanolamine in propane-2-of followed by 30% paraffin oil in hexane on a developed plate containing dansyl chloride derivatives. Visual detection limits as low as 1–6 pmole per spot even a month after spraying with a reproducibility of about 5–6% rsd were obtained. Spraying calibration graphs showed a dose-dependency of at least 1 pmole up to 1.5 nmole per spot. The stability of fluorescence of derivatives to light was increased and spectra of compounds acquired a hypochromic shift in which the color changed from yellow to blue. The graphical method employing the “organic concept” is introduced to explain this kind of synergistic effect of double spraying using different solvents.  相似文献

A fluorescent enhancement system carminic acid (CA)-La3+-CTAB is found and based on this finding a new fluorimetric method for the determination of CA is developed. Under optimized conditions, the enhanced intensities of fluorescence are quantitatively in proportion to the concentrations of CA in the range of 0.01231-12.31 μg mL(-1). The detection limit is 10.92 ng mL(-1). Compared with other methods that have been reported to determine CA, this method has high sensitivity, stability and wide linear range. In addition, the luminescence mechanism indicates that the complex of La3+-CA (1:2) forms and solubilizes in CTAB micelle.  相似文献

A new spectrofluorimetric method to determine epristeride (EP) has been developed, which based on the EP has a strong ability to quench the intrinsic fluorescence of bovine serum albumin (BSA). There was the relationship between the fluorescence quenching intensity of BSA (ΔF = FBSA − FBSA-EP) and the concentration EP. The quenching mechanism was investigated with the quenching type, the association constants, the number of binding sites and basic thermodynamic parameters. The method had been successfully applied to the analysis of EP in real samples and the obtained results were in good agreement with the results of official method-HPLC.  相似文献

We have demonstrated the design of a new type fluorescence assay based on the inner filter effect (IFE) of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) on the fluorescence of quantum dots (QDs). With a high extinction coefficient, AuNPs are expected to be capable of functioning as powerful absorbers. QDs with tunable emission wavelength are ideal fluorophores because the emission spectra of the rationally synthesized QDs can perfectly overlap with the absorption band of the absorber. Aminothiols are chosen as the model analytes, and the IFE-based fluorescent method for detection of aminothiols was suggested. Under the optimum conditions, the response is linearly proportional to the concentration of cysteine in the range of 0.05-0.9 μg mL−1. The present IFE-based fluorescent strategy could be also used to detect glutathione and homocysteine. The linear concentration ranges were 0.05-1.0 μg mL−1 for glutathione and 0.01-1.0 μg mL−1 for homocysteine.  相似文献

Well-dispersed carbon-coated CdS (CdS@C) quantum dots were successfully prepared via the improved pyrolysis of bis(1-dodecanethiol)-cadmium(II) under nitrogen atmosphere. This simple method effectively solved the sintered problem resulted from conventional pyrolysis process. The experimental results indicated that most of the as-prepared nanoparticles displayed well-defined core-shell structures. The CdS cores with diameter of ∼5 nm exhibited hexagonal crystal phase, the carbon shells with thickness of ∼2 nm acted as a good dispersion medium to prevent CdS particles from aggregation, and together with CdS effectively formed a monodisperse CdS@Carbon nanocomposite. This composite presented a remarkable fluorescence enhancement effect, which indicated that the prepared nanoparticles might be a promising photoresponsive material or biosensor. This improved pyrolysis method might also offer a facile way to prepare other carbon-coated semiconductor nanostructures.  相似文献

A new salicylic-based open-chain crown ether ligand, 1,10-bis(2′-carboxylphenyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraoxadecane (BCPTD) was synthesized. Solutions of its complex with Tb3+ can emit the intrinsic fluorescence of Tb3+. The fluorescence intensity of the complex in KCl solution was enhanced by the addition of silver(I), leading to a new fluorescence enhancement phenomenon. The spectrofluorimetric determination of traces of silver(I) based on the above phenomenon was carried out. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 298 and 545 nm, respectively. Under optimal conditions, the differential value of fluorescence intensity in the absence and presence of Ag+ was proportional to the concentration of silver(I) in the range 0.5-20 μg ml−1. The method was applied to the determination of silver(I) in a standard ore sample. The analytical performance is investigated in detail by using common aromatic carboxylic acids or synthetic analogues of BCPTD as ligands to replace BCPTD. It was found that Tb-aromatic acid complexes did not result in fluorescence enhancement of Tb3+ in AgCl collosol. The phenomenon was only observed in Tb(III) with BCPTD or its open-chain crown ether analogues solutions.In addition, the enhancement of the fluorescence intensity of terbium(III) in these complexes depends on the extent of formation of the AgCl collosol.  相似文献

在弱酸性介质中,盐酸氯米帕明能和曙红B通过静电作用、疏水作用形成离子缔合物,从而引起曙红B溶液的吸光度、荧光强度下降,共振光散射显著增强;其变化值均与盐酸氯米帕明在一定浓度范围呈良好的线性关系。建立了共振光散射法测定盐酸氯米帕明的新方法,线性范围为0.025-2.5 mg/L,已用于药物中盐酸氯米帕明的测定,回收率在100.2%-104.4%。  相似文献

建立了一种测定制剂中乌拉地尔的荧光分光光度法。用荧光分光光度法研究了不同溶剂和pH下乌拉地尔的荧光光谱性质。在pH5.0缓冲溶液中,在3.30×10-7~1.65×10-5mol/L浓度范围内,285nm紫外光的激发下,乌拉地尔在365nm处的荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线性关系。线性相关系数为0 9975,测定片剂和针剂的平均回收率分别为99.0%和99.8%,相对标准偏差小于3 0%。  相似文献

以CdTe量子点作为荧光探针,基于荧光增敏法对盐酸多巴胺进行了定量检测,考察了缓冲溶液体系、量子点浓度、反应时间等多种因素的影响。实验结果表明,在pH7.5的0.2 mol/L Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4缓冲液中,反应时间为20 min,盐酸多巴胺浓度为1.2×10-8~1.0×10-7mol/L时,其线性回归方程为△F=-27.47+25.54c(10-8mol/L),相关系数和检测限分别为0.9992和6×10-11mol/L。该方法为盐酸多巴胺的测定提供了新的方法。  相似文献

研究了在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下, 阴离子染料固红VR盐(FVR)和鱼精脱氧核糖核酸(fsDNA)作用的共振光散射(RLS)光谱特性、影响因素和最佳反应条件. 在pH 5.72和离子强度低于0.01 mol/L的条件下, fsDNA和CTMAB对FVR的共振光散射光谱有协同增强作用, 产生最大散射波长为361 nm的共振光散射增强(RLSE)信号. 在优化实验条件下, 测定fsDNA的线性范围为0.01~2.0 mg/L, 检出限可达2.5 μg/L. 方法能用于合成样中DNA的测定.  相似文献

In this paper, fluorescence-enhancement of Tb-nucleic acids [fish sperm DNA (fsDNA) and yeast RNA (yRNA)] by Lu3+ is studied in detail and is applied to determine nucleic acids. The experiments indicated that under the optimum conditions, a linear relationship was obtained between the fluorescence intensity (If) and the concentration of nucleic acids. The linear range is 1.2×10−8-1.0×10−4 g/ml for DNA and 3.0×10−8-8.0×10−4 g/ml for RNA. The detection limits (signal/noise=3) for DNA and RNA were 4.8×10−9 and 7.0×10−9 g/ml, respectively. The mechanism of the co-luminescence effect is also discussed.  相似文献

A novel method to significantly enhance fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) signal which occurred from fluoresceine isothiocyanate (FITC) to Dylight 549 was studied in this paper. Streptavidin was labeled with the donor fluorophore FITC and biotinamide was conjugated to the acceptor Dylight 549. When biotinamide bound to streptavidin, FRET would occur from FITC to Dylight 549 while a remarkable fluorescence enhancement of streptavidin-FITC was observed. The fluorescence enhancement of streptavidin-FITC in the presence of biotin was utilized in the FRET system to obtain higher fluorescence signal. Increase of fluorescence intensity of FITC and decrease of Dylight 549 depended on the concentration of competitive biotin. A homogeneous analysis method was established based on the fluorescence recovery of FITC in the FRET system with fluorescence enhancement. This method is highly sensitive and simple to determine the concentration of biotin. The detection limit for biotin was 0.5 nM and the linear range of the assay was 0.8-9.8 nM. The response time is no more than 15 min during the one-step assay due to the high affinity between streptavidin and biotin.  相似文献

Ag@SiO2 nanoparticles with different shell thicknesses were synthesized via modified Stöber method. Rhodamine B isothiocyanate was covalently bound onto the surface of Ag@SiO2 nanoparticles to form fluorescent core-shell Ag@SiO2 nanocomposites. Effects of shell thickness on the fluorescence enhancement were examined using the corresponding nanobubbles prepared by cyanide etching as a control. The result showed that the fluorescence enhanced as the shell thickness increased till the distance between fluorophore and metal core reached about 75 nm with the optimal enhancement factor of ∼5-folds. Further increasing of fluorophore-metal distance caused a decrease in the enhancement factor.  相似文献

The sensitized fluorescence intensity of the terbium ion (Tb(3+)) can be notably enhanced after the Tb(3+)-lomefloxacin(LFLX) complex system was irradiated by 365nm ultraviolet light. A photochemical reaction occurs to the irradiated Tb(3+)-LFLX complex. A new Tb(3+)system with intense fluorescence is obtained. On this basis a new sensitive and selective photochemical fluorimetry for the determination of LFLX was established. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear range of the determination is 2.0-500x10(-8) mol l(-1) for LFLX, and the detection limit is 6.0x10(-9) mol l(-1).Without any pre-treatment the recoveries of LFLX in human urine and serum were determined.  相似文献

A sensitive fluorescence enhancement system was developed for the determination of terbium. The fluorescence intensity of the Tb-N-(2-pyridinyl) ketoacetamide (PKAA) system was greatly enhanced by the addition of triethylamine (Et(3)N) and zinc nitrate in the methanol solution. The excitation and emission wavelengths were 329 and 546 nm, respectively. Under optimal conditions, the fluorescence intensities varied linearly with the concentration of Tb(3+) in the range of 7.5 x 10(-8)-8.2 x 10(-6)M with a detection limit of 6.4 x 10(-8)M. The interferences of some rare earth ions were described. This method was applied to the determination of trace amounts of terbium (III) in a synthetic rare earth oxide and a high purity Y(2)O(3) matrix.
