Using K2CO3 as a base and CH3CN as solvent, different kinds of N-[5-alkoxy-2(5H)-furanonyl] amino acids were reacted with propargyl bromide via substitution reaction at 40?°C to give 16 N-[5-alkoxy-2(5H)-furanonyl] amino acid propargyl esters with the yields of 44?C85% (mostly over 74%). The structures of all newly synthesized compounds were elucidated and confirmed by FTIR, UV, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. The rapid, efficient, and brief synthesis of the series propargyl esters with multiple bioactive units, will afford not only a basis for the activity test of potential drug molecules, but also an important synthetic strategy for 2(5H)-furanone derivatives with polyfunctional groups.  相似文献

Combining three bioactive units, such as 2(5H)-furanone, 1,2,3-triazole, and amino acid together into one potential drug molecule with polyfunctional groups, a series of new chiral 2(5H)-furanone derivatives containing 1,2,3-triazole moiety have been designed and synthesized from (5S)-5-alkoxy-3,4-dibromo-2(5H)-furanones, amino acids, propargyl bromide, and organic azides via the sequential three steps, including asymmetric Michael addition–elimination, substitution, and click reaction. The latter two steps, substitution and click reaction could proceed smoothly in a one-pot process. Furthermore, the target products could be directly synthesized via a four-component one-pot approach.  相似文献

During the studies on the intramolecular cyclization of 4-arylamino-2(5H)-furanones via the Pd-catalyzed C-H activation, a kind of difunctionalization reaction caused by the designed oxidant PhI(OAc)2 [(diacetoxyiodo)benzene, DIB] was accidentally discovered. When 1.5 eq. DIB is used as a difunctionalizable transfer reagent in the 40 h reaction at 60°C and CH3CN as solvent, 4-diarylamino-3-iodo-2(5H)-furanones can be obtained with the yields of 57–91% (usually more than 73%). The simultaneous α-iodination and N β -arylation reaction without metal catalyst is efficient and convenient. This novel utilization with a greater atom economy provides a simple and practical conversion route for the synthesis of the potential biological 2(5H)-furanone compounds containing multifunctional groups.  相似文献

A series of novel 9-alkoxy-6,7-dihydro-2H-benzo[c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]azepin-3(5H)-one derivatives was designed and synthesized starting from 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-7-hydroxy-1H-2-benzazepin-1-one. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by mass, 1H NMR infrared spectra, and elemental analysis. Their anticonvulsant activity was evaluated by maximal electroshock (MES) test, and their neurotoxic effects were determined by the rotarod neurotoxicity test. The results shown that 3k was the most active compound with median effective dose (ED50) of 27.3 mg/kg, median toxicity dose (TD50) of 118.3 mg/kg, and protective index (PI) of 4.3. Possible structure–activity relationship is discussed.  相似文献

Using 4′-hexyloxybiphenyl-4-ol and N-(5-alkoxy-3-bromo-2(5H)-furanonyl) amino acids as reactants, a series of novel biphenyl liquid crystal compounds containing natural molecule moieties, such as menthol, borneol, and amino acids, were synthesized via esterification. The structures of all novel compounds were confirmed by FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and elemental analysis, and the liquid crystal properties of target compounds were characterized with DSC, XRD, and POM. The introduction of hexyloxy made the biphenyl esters have a potential to appear in mesomorphic phase and have a higher Tm, and bornyl moiety was more beneficial for the liquid crystal performance than a menthyl unit. Most compounds were mesomorphic phase liquid crystal molecules, and POM and XRD showed that they existed in smectic phase. These researches provide a theoretical basis for the synthesis of biphenyl ester liquid crystal materials via the utilization of 2(5H)-furanone derivates and natural molecules.  相似文献

In the present study, 1-(4,5-dihydro-3,6-dimethyl-4-(1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-3aH-indazol-5-yl)methanone derivatives (9–12) and isoxazoleyl (13–16) have been synthesized by the condensation of 1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde (1–4) with acetyl acetone via Knoevenagel/Michael/aldol reactions in a sequential manner to yield intermediate cyclohexanone (5–8). The intermediates (5–8) treated with NH2NH2 · H2O/NH2OH · HCl afforded 4-indazolyl-1,3,4-trisubstituted pyrazole and isoxazoleyl derivatives. All of these compounds are reported for the first time, and the structures of these compounds were confirmed by means of infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectroscopy.  相似文献

在Et3N作为碱的温和条件下,5-(S)-孟氧基-3,4-二卤-2(5H)-呋喃酮与芳香胺4-硝基邻苯二胺发生串联的Michael加成―消除反应,生成了新的含有苯环结构的5-孟氧基-4-氨基-3-卤-2(5H)-呋喃酮类化合物。新化合物的结构通过紫外―可见光谱(UV-Vis)、红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)和元素分析等表征证实。该多环结构卤代2(5H)-呋喃酮化合物的合成,能为某些多官能团的结构复杂的2(5H)-呋喃酮化合物的合成提供新途径。  相似文献

The interesting bioactivities of 2(5H)-furanone, 1,2,3-triazole, and amino acid derivatives have promoted their combination into one multifunctional molecule. The symmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazoles and mono-1,2,3-triazoles with one free azide group are synthesized respectively by controlling the molar ratio of reactants, N-[5-alkoxy-2(5H)-furanonyl] amino acid propargyl ester and 1,4-diazidobutane. The unsymmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazoles are afforded by the subsequent reaction of mono-1,2,3-triazoles with other terminal alkynes with good to excellent yields in a short time under the same mild “click” reaction conditions. The 32 new compounds obtained in the reactions are characterized by Fourier transform infrared, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. Because of the diversity of four or five basic units in molecule, this methodology provides easy access to different chiral 2(5H)-furanone compounds with polyheterocyclic structure, especially with unsymmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazole moiety. Importantly, a simple approach is provided for the synthesis of unsymmetrical bis-1,2,3-triazoles using common diazides.  相似文献

A series of new chiral 2(5H)‐furanone derivatives containing bis‐1,2,3‐triazole moiety were designed and synthesized from (5S)‐5‐alkoxy‐3,4‐dihalo‐2(5H)‐furanones 1 , dicarboxyl amino acids 2 , propargyl bromide, and organic azides 5 under mild conditions via the sequential three steps, including asymmetric Michael addition‐elimination, substitution and no‐ligand click reaction. Twelve new intermediates, including N‐[5‐alkoxy‐2(5H)‐furanonyl] dicarboxyl amino acids 3 and their corresponding propargyl esters 4 , and twelve target molecules 6 were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The influences of different synthetic conditions and substrates in each step were investigated. The research provides a new method and idea for the synthesis of 2(5H)‐furanone compounds with polyheterocyclic structure due to the diversities of four basic unit molecules.  相似文献

Two new metal–organic coordination polymers {[Co(L1)(nip)]·H2O} n (1) and [Co(L2)(ip)] n (2) (H2ip = isophthalic acid, L1 = 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, L2 = 1,4-bis(5-methylbenzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, H2nip = 5-nitroisophthalic acid) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods as well as single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The analysis reveals that complex 1 has a 1D double chain structure connected by L1 and nip2? ligands, which is further assembled into a 3D bbf (moganite network) supermolecular framework via two types of C–H···O hydrogen bond interactions. Complex 2 possesses a 3D MOF with a four-connected cds (CdSO4 network) topology. The fluorescence and catalytic properties of the complexes for the degradation of Congo red have been investigated.  相似文献

A simple, rapid, and highly efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of a series of novel 1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline derivatives (1BN, 2Py, 3BI, 4BT, and 5MOBI) via a three–component, one–pot reaction under solvent–free conditions. Their structures were characterized by FT–IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. Their photophysical properties, including linear absorption, one–photon excited fluorescence, two–photon absorption, and two–photon excited fluorescence, were systematically investigated in various solvents. The results demonstrate that all the compounds emit relatively strong blue/cyan fluorescence. 1BN and 5MOBI exhibit large two–photon absorption cross–sections (471 and 654 GM) in THF. In addition, the relationship between the electronic structures and photophysical properties was investigated using density functional theory.  相似文献

Starting from natural molecules, for example l-menthol and amino acids, a series of 2(5H)-furanone liquid-crystal compounds were designed, and synthesized by esterification of N-[5-menthoxy-2(5H)-furanonyl] amino acids with biphenyl-4-ol or biphenyl-4,4′-diol in the presence of dehydrating agents. The structures of all the novel compounds were confirmed by FTIR, 1H NMR, and mass spectroscopy, and by elemental analysis. The liquid-crystal properties of the target compounds were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and polarization optical microscopy (POM). The DSC and XRD results showed that some compounds containing short alkyl chains or with the phenyl far from the amino in the amino acid unit formed a mesomorphic phase. Products obtained from biphenyl-4,4′-diol were more likely to form a mesomorphic phase. However, POM revealed no optical texture. These investigations provide, for the first time, a basis for application of 2(5H)-furanones in liquid crystals by combination of different functional units, including biphenyl, l-menthol, and amino acids.  相似文献

4-(1-Alkynyl)-3-bromo- and 4-(1-alkynyl)-3-chloro-2(5H)-furanones have been regioselectively synthesized in moderate to good yields by a new version of the Pd/Cu-catalyzed Sonogashira reaction involving treatment of 1-alkynes with 3,4-dibromo- and 3,4-dichloro-2(5H)-furanone, respectively, in the presence of KF as a base. 4-(1-Alkynyl)-3-bromo-2(5H)-furanones have been found to be able to undergo Stille-type and Suzuki-type reactions with aryl(tributyl)tins and arylboronic acids, respectively, to give 4-(1-alkynyl)-3-aryl-2(5H)-furanones in modest to satisfactory yields. Some 4-(1-alkynyl)-substituted 2(5H)-furanones so prepared have been found to exhibit significant cytotoxic activities, especially against human leukemia cell lines.  相似文献

A facile synthesis of some novel (E)-3-styryl-1-phenylcyclohepta[c]pyrazol-8(1H)-ones via the condensation reaction of 3-cinnamoyltropolones with phenylhydrazine is described. All the synthesized compounds were obtained in good yields of 62–69 % and their structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. This procedure offers easy access to tropone-fused pyrazole derivatives in short reaction times, and the products are achieved in good yields.  相似文献

In this investigation, an efficient and ecofriendly multicomponent reaction is described for the green synthesis of 2-amino-5-arylpyrimido[4,5-b]quinolinedione derivatives using ZrO2 (NPs). In this protocol, the reaction of 2,6-diaminopyrimidin-4(1H)-one, arylaldehyde and 1,3-cyclohexanedione or 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione in the presence of ZrO2 (NPs) in ethylene glycol at 120 °C produced the desired products in excellent yields (90–98 %) and short reaction times (8–60 min.). Use of recyclable catalyst, green solvent, easy workup and excellent yields are the notable features of this method.  相似文献

o-Dihydroxy-3-(methylphenyl)-chromenones (coumarins; 3a3c) were synthesized from trimethoxybenzaldehydes through a reaction with the corresponding methylphenyl-acrylonitrile in pyridine·HCl and then H3O+. Dihydroxycoumarins reacted with the ditosylate or dichloride derivatives of tri- or tetraethyleneglycols in the presence of CH3CN/Na2CO3 and macrocyclic ethers with a coumarin moiety were obtained. The chromatographically purified new coumarin-crown ethers (5a–5f) were identified by IR, 1H NMR, and Mass spectrometry. The binding constants of Na+ with the coumarin-crown ethers were determined in an 80 % dioxane/water binary solvent system at 25 °C from conductance measurements.  相似文献

The regiospecific synthesis and isolation of three series of 5-trichloromethyl-pyrazoles 2f–j, 3a–j and 4a–j from the cyclocondensation of 1,1,1-trichloro-4-alkoxy-3-alken-2-ones (1a–f) or trichloroacetyl containing β-diketones (1g–j) with dry hydrazine and phenyl-hydrazine is reported. It was established by 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy that the 5-hydroxy-5-trichloromethyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole intermediates 2a–j were formed quantitatively.  相似文献

The electron impact mass spectra of 1-R-substituted 3-alkoxy-2-(propargylsulfanyl)- and 3-alkoxy-2-(allenylsulfanyl)-1H-pyrroles (R = Me, i-Pr, s-Bu, Ph) have been studied for the first time. These compounds give rise to stable molecular ions whose primary fragmentation follows three competing pathways: cleavage of the C–O bonds with expulsion of alkyl radical, cleavage of the C–S bonds with formation of [M–C3H3]+ ions, and cleavage of the C–N bonds with synchronous hydrogen transfer to give odd-electron [M–CnH2n]+ · ion. The main fragmentation pathway of 2-(propargylsulfanyl) derivatives is cleavage of the C–S bond with formation of [M–C3H3]+ ion.  相似文献

In this work, at first alkylferrocene derivatives were synthesized according to procedure described in the literature. (5-Chloropentanoyl)ferrocene derivatives were prepared by Friedel–Crafts acylation of ferrocene and alkylferrocene derivatives with 5-chloropentanoyl chloride in dichloromethane, and AlCl3 was used as catalyst. The corresponding 5-chloropentylferrocene derivatives were synthesized from reduction of these products by NaBH4 in diglyme at 0 °C. Finally (5-alkylferrocenylpentyl)dimethylsilane was synthesized from reaction of 5-chloropentylferrocene derivatives with magnesium in THF and reaction of corresponding Grignard reagents with chlorodimethylsilane in 82–87% yields. 1H and 13C NMR, FT-IR spectroscopy supported the predicted structure of the product. Nine samples of alkylferrocene-grafted hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (alkylFc-HTPB) derivatives, containing different percent of iron, were synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction of [5-(alkylferrocenyl)pentyl]dimethylsilane with hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB), in the presence of catalytic amount of the hexachloroplatinic acid (Speier’s catalyst). FT-IR spectroscopy was utilized to follow the progress of the reaction, by monitoring the loss of the Si–H absorption at 2110 cm?1, and the reaction was completed in 24 h. Some properties of resulting prepolymer like viscosity, glass transition temperature and iron percentage as important parameters in production of composite propellants were investigated. For example, the viscosity increased with increasing iron content because of the greater extent of ferrocene grafting in the polymer.  相似文献
