本文测定了大孔膦酸树脂对La3 的吸附容量,介质pH、温度、吸附时间等因素对吸附的影响。测得吸附速率常数K298=7.64×10-5S-1,树脂功能基与La3 的络合比为3:1,用化学及红外光谱等方法,得到大孔磷酸树脂吸附La3 的基本参数及其机理。  相似文献

研究了重稀土在氨基膦酸树脂的吸附行为.试验结果表明,氨基膦酸树脂对重稀土的吸附在pH=5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液时最佳;298K时静态饱和吸附容量为332mg/g干树脂;用2mol/L盐酸洗脱,洗脱率为91.2%;等温吸附服从Freundlich经验式;吸附反应中△H=10.76kJ/mol,表观速率常数k298=1.223×10-4s-1,表观活化能Ea=3.2kJ/mol.  相似文献

In this paper the sorption behavior of Yb(Ⅲ) onto the macroporous phosphonic acid resin (MPAR) is reported.Experimental results show that the statically saturated sorption capacity is 328 mg/g*resin;Yb(Ⅲ) adsorbed on MPAR can be eluted by 1mol*L-1 HCl,elution percentage is 91.5%.The apparent rate constant is k298=4.63×10-5s-1.The sorption behavior of MPAR for Yb(Ⅲ) abides the Freundlich isotherm.The themodynamic parameter of sorption:enthalpy change ΔH for Yb(Ⅲ) is 50.4kJ*mol-1.The coordination molar ratio of the functional group of MPAR to Yb(Ⅲ) is 3∶1.The bondforming conditions of MPAR for Yb(Ⅲ) is examined by IR spectrometry.  相似文献

ADSORPTION OF MACROPOROUS PHOSPHONIC ACID RESIN FOR INDIUM   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The adsorption kinetics and mechanism of a nrovel chelate resin, macroporous phosphonic acid resin (PAR) for In(Ill) were investigated Tile statically saturated adsorption capacity is 216mg·g^-1resin at 298K in HAc-NaAc medium. Tire apparent adsorption rate constant is k298=4.84×10^-5 s^-1. Tile adsorption behavior of PAR for In(Ill) obeys the Freundlich isotherm. The thermodynamic adsorption parameters, enthalpy change △H, free energy change △G and entropychange △S of PAR for In(Ⅲ) are 11.5kmol, -12.6kJmol and 80.8Jmol.K, respectively. The apparent activation energy is Ea=3.5k.l/mol. Tire molar coordination ratio of the functional group of PAR to In(Ⅲ) is about 3:1.  相似文献

研究了氨基膦酸树脂对钕(Ⅲ)的吸附行为。当pH=5.70时,氨基膦酸树脂对钕(Ⅲ)的静态饱和吸附容量为199.74 mg/g,用1moL/L HCl溶液可以定量洗脱,当T=298 K时,表观吸附速率常数为1.68×10~(-4)s~(-1),吸附热力学参数△H=60.68 kJ/mol,△G=-14.91 kJ/mol,△S=253.65 J/(mol·K),等温吸附服从Freundlich曲线,氨基膦酸树脂功能基与钕(Ⅲ)的配位比为2:1。用红外光谱探讨了氨基膦酸树脂与钕(Ⅲ)的成键情况。  相似文献

研究了D160大孔吸附树脂对染料木黄酮的吸附性能.结果表明,在pH4.00时,该树脂对染料木黄酮有较好的吸附性能;静态饱和吸附容量为64.5mg/g树脂;用95%乙醇溶液作解吸剂,二次累计解吸率接近100%;表现速率常数k298=1.01×10-4s-1;测得吸附热力学参数分别为:△H=32.2kJ/mol,△S=119J/(mol·K),△G288=-2.03kJ/mol,△G298=-3.22kJ/mol,△G308=4.41kJ/mol.等温吸附服从Freundlich和Langmuir等温吸附规律;研究还表明,提高振荡频率对吸附有利.  相似文献

Sm(III) was quantitatively adsorbed by amino methylene phasphonic acid resin (APAR)in the medium of pH=5.0. The statically saturated sorption capacity is 251mg/g @ resin. Sm(III)adsorbed on APAR can be reductively eluted by 2.0mol/L HCl. The sorption rate constant is k2gs=1.35 ×1O-Ss-1. The sorption behavior of APAR for Sm(I) obeys the Freundlich isotherm. The enthalpy change △H° of sorption is 24.9k J/mol. The apparent activation energy is Ea= ll. 7kJ/mol.The sorption mechanism shows that the nitrogen and oxygen atoms of the functional group of APAR coordinated with Sm(Ⅲ) to form coordination bond.  相似文献

以弱碱性大孔阴离子树脂DEAE-E/H为载体固定化氨基酰化酶.通过对影响固定化结果的几个因素,如树脂的离子类型、pH值、温度,以及自由酶液浓度等进行系统研究,得到了适宜的固定化条件:将DEAE-E/H转化为Ac-型;自由酶液浓度120U/ml,pH值6.5;固定化温度为常温.在此条件下制备的固定化氨基酰化酶比酶活可达1200U/g~1500U/g,酶活保留率超过60%.DEAE-E/H作为固定化载体,具有价格低廉,物理性能好,固定化方法简便等特点,具有很好的工业应用前景.  相似文献

本文采用大孔吸附树脂固定床工艺处理DSD酸氧化工序生产废水。实验结果表明,ND804大孔吸附树脂对该废水具有良好的吸附-脱附效果,废水经ND804树脂吸附处理后,CODCr由14790mg/L降至1300mg/L左右,COD去除率约为91%,并可回收纯度达80%的DNS酸,废水在得到有效治理的同时实现了废物的资源化。  相似文献

本文选用HA型大孔吸附剂对患者血中胆红素进行了动态、静态吸附性能实验,考察了其对血液生化的影响。同时,用瑞典GAMBRO肾罐中活性炭进行了比较,实验结果表明,HA吸附剂对直接胆红素的吸附功效与进口活性基本相同,但血液生化指标HA吸附剂优于活性炭。  相似文献

通过离子交换实验,对不同类型的国产阳离子树脂进行筛选,得到用于分离提取西索米星的最佳的树脂.结果表明,大孔型弱酸性D1树脂对西索米星的吸附及解吸性能最好;D1树脂对西索米星的静态吸附量达20.92×104 μg/mL,动态吸附量为23.37×104 μg/mL;其吸附等温线符合Langmiur方程,相关系数达到0.9805;各种树脂的动态吸附量均比静态吸附量高.  相似文献

研究了酚醛型吸附树脂对茶碱的静态和动态吸附。结果表明3种树脂对茶碱的吸附量均达117-204mg/g,明显优于DuoliteS-761;酚醛型吸附树脂等温吸附茶碱的平衡吸附数据符合Langmuir方程,相关系数在0.99以上,因此,酚醛型吸附树脂吸附茶碱属单分子层吸附;用1mol/LHCl和W甲醇为80%复合溶液作为吸附树脂的洗脱剂,效果很好。  相似文献

4,4‘-diaminostilbene-2,2‘-disulfonic acid (DSD acid) manufacturing wastewater was treated by a macroporous resin in a fixed-bed column.The results showed that this method was suitable for removal of chemical oxygen demands(COD) and color,About 91% COD and 99.5% color removal were obtained under the optimum adsorption conditions.i.e.temperature 20℃,flow rate lbed volume/hour(BV/hr)and pH1-2.The resin was efficiently regenerated with aqueous sodium hydroxide and water.Furthermore,65.5% of 4,4‘-dinitrostilbene-2,2‘-disulfonic acid(DNS) could be recovered from wastewater for possible recycling to the manufactureing process.The adsorption capacity of resin remained constant during the repetition process of adsorption and desorption.  相似文献

为了从头孢氨苄结晶废母液中回收产品,采用大孔树脂吸附法对回收工艺进行了研究,比较了HZ818,HZ832,HZ801,HZ816,D4020,X-5等6种大孔吸附树脂对头孢氨苄的吸附性能,筛选出了高吸附性能的树脂,同时对头孢氨苄在HZ816吸附柱上的动态吸附-解吸过程进行了研究.其结果是:大孔吸附树脂HZ816能更好地分离回收头孢氨苄,其吸附量在45.4mg/mL左右,40%的乙醇(pH 2.0)可以将吸附在树脂柱上的头孢氨苄有效解吸,解吸率达94.5%,解吸液经结晶、干燥等后续处理可得到符合中国药典要求的产品.大孔吸附树脂HZ816是回收头孢氨苄的一种理想的吸附剂,该工艺简捷,具有很好的工业化前景.  相似文献
