报道了苯基硫脲与脂肪醛(酮)及三氯化磷进行的类Mannich反应,除生成预期产物3-苯基-4-氯-4-氧代-1,3,4-二氮磷杂环戊-2-硫酮(Ⅰ)外,还生成了少量3-苯基-4-氯-4-硫代-1,3,4-二氮磷杂环戊-2-硫酮(Ⅱ).当Ⅰ与Lawesson试剂在甲苯中反应时,可顺利地转化为Ⅱ.生物测定结果表明,Ⅱ具有较好的选择性除草活性.晶体结构测定表明,Ⅱ的五元磷杂环为平面结构.  相似文献

本文报道了以苯甲酰胺,醛(或酮)苯基二氯化膦为原料进行的Mannich反应,其产物经部分水解合成了α-(N-苯甲酰氨基)二取代甲基苯基膦酸(Ⅰ),此化合物脱水关环得2,5-二苯基-3,3-二取代-2,3-二氢-1,4,2-氧氮磷杂环戊烯-2-氧化物(Ⅱ).经1HNMR及元素分析证明了Ⅰ和Ⅱ的结构,并对反应机理进行了探讨。  相似文献

2/3-取代硫基-5-邻羟基苯基唑类化合物的合成及抑菌活性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
根据生物活性叠加原理,将"邻羟基苯基"和"唑类杂环"分子片断合理组合,设计合成了三个系列12种新型2/3-取代硫基-5-邻羟基苯基唑类化合物5a~7d.水杨酸甲酯在乙醇中与水合肼反应生成水杨酰肼,水杨酰肼与二硫化碳或硫氰酸铵和盐酸反应,生成5-邻羟基苯基-1,3,4-噁二唑-2-硫酮(2),5-邻羟基苯基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-硫酮(3)和5-邻羟基苯基-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮(4),最后在碱性条件下与(取代)卤代苯乙酮发生烷基化反应生成目标化合物.目标化合物的结构经1HNMR,IR和元素分析等表征确认.抑菌测试表明,质量浓度为0.01%时,对白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌率高达92%以上,具有强抑菌活性;对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率高达82%以上,具有较强的抑菌活性;这表明目标化合物对不同菌株具有广谱抑菌活性,是一类极具潜力的抗真菌、抗革兰氏阴性菌化合物.构效分析表明,苯乙酮环上取代基的类型对化合物抑菌活性有重要影响,引入Cl,Br等卤原子,能显著增强化合物的抑菌活性,而引入CH3供电基团,能降低其抑菌活性.  相似文献

Ionic reactions of bromine, chlorine, methyl hypochlorite or N-bromosuccinimide with butadiene monoxide ( 4 ) give only 1,2-addition products. The Markownikoff (1-halo-2-methoxy-3,4-epoxybutane) and anti-Markownikoff (2-halo-1-methoxy-3,4-epoxybutane) product ratios for ionic reaction of methyl hypochlorite and N-bromosuccinimide in methanol with 4 are similar to those obtained with 1-hexene. These data indicate that a rather symmetrical halonium ion is formed in the ionic halogenation of 4 . Free radical reaction of bromine, chlorine, or trichloramine to 4 does not give ring-opened products as one might expect for formation of an epoxy carbonyl intermediate. The mechanistic implications from these observations are discussed.  相似文献

Suzuki-Miyaura reactions of N-protected tribromopyrazoles were studied. The reactions proceed with excellent site-selectivity. The first attack occurs at position 5, while the second and third attack occur at positions 3 and 4, respectively. A variety of 3,4,5-triaryl-pyrazoles, 3,5-diaryl-4-bromopyrazoles, and 5-aryl-3,4-dibromopyrazoles were efficiently prepared. The products are not readily available by other methods.  相似文献

The reactions of 4-alkyl-4-(phenylsulfonyl)-2-sulfolenes with excess carbanion of dimethyl malonate in refluxing THF have been studied. The substitution reaction takes place at the 3-position via an addition-elimination process so that 3,4-disubstituted 2-sulfolenes are obtained. These products are isomerized to the corresponding3-sulfolenes under basic conditions.  相似文献

4-Dicyanomethylene-2-phenyl-4H-1-benzopyran (1) reacts with primary amines under mild conditions to give 4-imino-3-alkyl-5-alkylimino-2-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-5H-[1]benzopyrano[3,4-c]-pyridine derivatives which, in turn, are hydrolyzed with acid to 4-imino-3-alkyl-2-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-5H-[1]benzopyrano[3,4-c]pyridin-5-ones. When more vigorous conditions are employed for the reactions of 1 with primary amines, Dimroth rearrangements take place and the products are derivatives of 4-alkyl- (or aryl)amino-5-alkyl- (or aryl)imino-2-phenyl-5H-[1]benzopyrano-[3,4-c]pyridine. The latter compounds are hydrolyzed by acid to the corresponding 5-pyridone derivatives. The reaction of 1 with piperidine gives 2-phenyl-4-piperidyl-5H-[1]benzopyrano-[3,4-c]pyridin-5-one. Sodium methoxide reacts with 1 to give 3-cyano-2-methoxy-4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-6-phenylpyridine. Two benzologs of 1 have been allowed to react with primary and secondary amines and the products are analogous to those obtained from 1 .  相似文献

In this work we describe and compare the synthesis of four new hexylamides of hydrocinnamic acids, namely hexylamide of hydrocinnamic, 3,4-dimethoxyhydrocinnamic, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyhydrocinnamic and 3,4-dihydroxyhydrocinnamic acids via pentafluorophenyl esters (PFPEs) versus pentafluorophenyl thioesters (PFPTs) intermediates. It was found that the PFPE are the best intermediates for this kind of synthesis giving reactions with less by products, easier work-up, higher overall yields and with the best reactivity towards hexylamine. The X-ray structures of two PFPE are also reported.  相似文献

5‐Amino‐3,4‐diphenylthieno[2,3‐c]pyridazine‐6‐carbonitrile 2a was reacted with propylene diamine to give tetrahydropyrimidinyl derivative 3 . The latter compound ( 3 ) underwent certain cyclocondensation reactions to produce pyrimidothienopyridazines 4–6 . Also, the reactions of 5‐amino‐3,4‐diphenylthieno[2,3‐c]pyridazine‐6‐carboxamide with heterocyclic aldehydes and/or cycloalkanones were carried out and their products were identified. Reactions of 4-(4-fluorophenyl)-, 4-(4-trifluoromethoxyphenyl)-, 4-(3,4-difluorophenyl)-, 4-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-, 4-piperidino-, and 4-(3-pyridyl)thiosemicarbazides with esters gave the corresponding 3,4-disubstituted 4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiones and their S-alkyl derivatives. Analogous reactions with methyl 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoropentanoate and 2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5-octafluoropentanenitrile afforded, respectively, the acylation and addition products.  相似文献

Reactions of thioquinanthrene 1 with alkali metal alkanethiolates in DMSO or DMF at 70° proceeded through a stage of the S→S type of the Smiles rearrangement (3′-quinolinethiolate 2A→ 4′-quinolinethiolate 3A ) to give 4,4′-dialkylthio-3,3′-diquinolinyl sulfides 3 as the final products. When these reactions were carried out at 20° two types of the products were isolated: 3′,4-dialkylthio-3,4′-diquinolinyl sulfides 2 or sulfides 3 depending on the reaction time (1 hour or 7 days). Under acidic conditions 3 ′-quinolinethiolate 2A underwent intramolecular cyclization to dithiin 1 . Reactions of dithiin 1 with sodium alkanethiolates at 20°, realized as a one-pot procedure, led to various 3,4-dialkylthioquinolines 7 . The rearrangement of other 3′-quinolinethiolates 8A and 11A (the products of the reactions of dithiin 1 with sodium sulfide and sodium methoxide) needed higher temperature (140°).  相似文献
