C20H22O4,M r =326.39, triclinic,P¯1,a=10.365(2),b=11.383(2),c=8.461(1) Å, =103.60(1),=104.44(1), =105.23(1)°,Z=2, (CuK)=1.54178 Å;R=0.0633 for 1940 reflections. The results of the X-ray analysis have shown that the ethyl carboxylate substituent is oriented. The reaction betweencis-Ru(bpy)2Cl2 (where bpy=bipyridine) and the diphosphine ligand 1,1-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf) in the presence of AgBF4 has led to the isolation of the title compound [Ag(dppf)Cl]2. [Ag(dppf)Cl]2 has been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, which confirms the bridging mode adopted by the ancillary dppf ligand and the centrosymmetric nature of this molecule. The crystal structure of the title compound (C15H19NO4, MW 277.3 amu) was determined by three-dimensional X-ray analysis from diffractometer data. Crystal data are: monoclinic,P21/n,a=9.600(3) Å,b=11.964(6) Å,c=12.802(4) Å,=101.25(3)°,V=1442.1(16) Å3,Z=4;D x =1.277 Mg m–3;(MoK)=0.10 mm–1. FinalR=0.055 for 1686 observed reflections having 2 (MoK)<50° andI>2.5 (I). The compound is isostructural withN-(2-methoxyacetyl)-N-(2,6-xylyl)-3-amino-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one. The dimethylphenyl ring is almost perpendicular to the amidic plane of the molecule (dihedral angle 81.9°); the butyrolactone ring is in the typical envelope conformation.  相似文献

Structure and conformation of three tridentate ligands are determined. All these three compounds crystallize in different space groups, the details are as follows: Bis[(3,5-dimethyl,2-hydroxy)-2-hydroxy-5-methoxy]benzylcyclohexylamine (DHBC): monoclinic I2/a (a = 17.691(1) Å, b = 9.707(1) Å, c = 24.235(2) Å, = 91.028(1)°); bis[(3,5-dimethyl,2-hydroxy)-2-hydroxy-5-bromo]benzylcyclohexylamine (DHBrBC): tetragonal P41212 (a = b = 12.1138(1) Å, c = 28.485(1) Å) and bis[(3,5-dimethyl,2-hydroxy)-2-hydroxy-5-bromo]benzylmethylamine (DHBrBM): triclinic (a = 5.228(1), b = 12.364(1) Å, c = 13.234(1) Å, = 94.04(1)°, = 95.72(1),° = 95.90(1)°). The cyclohexane rings in DHBC and DHBrBC assume chair conformation. Both the phenyl rings are planar in all the molecules and orient at angles of 75.5(1)°, 62.2(1)°, and 53.9(2)°, respectively with each other. The bond angles around N atom show the sp3 character. Inter- and intramolecular O–HN and O–HO types of hydrogen bondings stabilize the molecules in the unit cell in addition to van der Waals forces.  相似文献

The crystals are triclinic, spacegroupP¯1 witha=11.3686(5),b=11.3990(5),c=11.4353(6) Å,=82.193(4),=70.211(4) and =62.279(4)°,V c =1233.9(1) Å3,Z=6,F(000)=504,D x =1.229 g cm–3; MoK radiation, =0.71073 Å,(MoK)=0.7 cm–1. FinalR factor=0.046 andwR=0.062 for 8162 reflections withI>2.5(I). The asymmetric unit consists of three independent adamantanol-2 molecules which together with the three symmetry-related molecules form a cluster having pseudo ¯3 symmetry. The six molecules in the cluster are connected by six O-HO hydrogen bonds, the oxygens of which constitute an almost ideal chair conformation.  相似文献

The crystal data are as follows: Compound (1):P22/c,a=8.838(2) Å,b=8.92(1) Å,c=20.879(8)=Å,=98.67(2)°,V=1627(2) Å3,Z=2 andR=0.062 for 2201 unique MoK reflections; Compound (2):P¯1,a=8.917(3) Å,b=9.900(2) Å,c=11.250(4) Å,a=68.72(2)°,=64.39(3)°, =74.86(2)°,V=828.1(5) Å3,Z=1 andR=0.098 for 2563 unique reflections. Both inclusion compounds exhibit O-HO=C hydrogen bonding interactions. The thermal properties of these compounds have been characterized by DTA and TGA thermograms.  相似文献

Lignin models of the biphenyl type have been synthesized and crystal structures of two of them have been determined. The tetraacetate of 5,5-bis(hydroxymethyl)-3,3-dimethoxy-2,2-biphenyldiol crystallizes in space group witha=11.319(2),b=12.232(6),c=9.242(3) Å, =101.66(3)°, =108.14(2)°, =79.08(2)° andZ=2.R=0.036 (2720 observed [I>3(I)] reflections). The acetate of 5,5-di-tert-butyl-2,3,3-trimethoxy-2-biphenylol crystallizes in space group witha=11.972(2),b=21.621(3),c=9.834(1) Å, =91.18(1)°, =113.13(1)°. =98.42(1)°, andZ=4.R=0.050 (8129 observed [I>3(I)] reflections).1H NMR and13C NMR data for the above-mentioned compounds and a third model, the diacetate of 5,5-bis(1-hydroxyethyl)-2,2,3,3-tetramethoxybiphenyl, are reported. Observed signal positions are compared with those calculated on the basis of crystal structure data. The possibilities to obtain structural information about biphenyl structures in lignins from NMR spectra are discussed.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 2,2-bis-1,3-dithiole dimethyl dicyanofumarate has been determined from a single-crystal X-ray study. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21/c with two complexes per unit cell of dimensionsa=11.075(2)Å,b=11.615(3)Å,c=6.623(4)Å, ==90.0°,=95.7(16)°, andV=847.6(9)Å3. The observed and calculated densities are 1.56 and 1.57 g cm–3 respectively. Full-matrix least-squares refinement using 404 reflections having 4°250° andI3(I) converged atR=0.0492 andR w =0.0614. Structural parameters in bond lengths and bond angles do not change to any observable extent when comparing the parent molecules to the complexed state. (SP-4-4)-chloro[2-(di-tert-butylphosphino)-2-methylpropyl-C,P] (triphenylarsine)palladium(II), C30H41ClPAsPd, has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21 witha=9.611(2),b=14.335(2),C=11.953(1) Å,=111.97(1)° andZ=2. The phasing model was determined by direct methods and the full-matrix least-squares refinement of 302 structural parameters yielded a reliability factor of 0.039 for 2269 unique reflections withI> 3(I). The square planar geometry about the Pd atom is angularly distorted due to the steric bulk of the ligands and the formation of the four-membered ring, Pd-P-C(2)-C(1), which is severely distorted. The arsine and phosphine ligands are orientedtrans across the square-planar geometry with an As-Pd-P angle of 163.5(1)°. Details of the structural content and selected bond lengths and angles are discussed. The phenyl rings are planar and in a staggered orientation. Steric bulk illustrations from ligand profile calculations (/2 vs ) about the arsine and phosphine ligands are presented.  相似文献

The crystals are monoclinic, P21/c,a=11.210(2),b=8.197(1),c=13.659(2) Å,=102.36(2)°,V=1226.0(3) Å3,Z=4,D x =1.61 g cm–3, (MoK)=0.71069 Å,=6.3 cm–1. The structure has been refined to a finalR value of 0.035 for 1401 observed reflexions.The molecule is nearly planar with symmetrym.
