[formula: see text] The cross-coupling reaction of 2-(1-alkenyl)-1,3,2-benzodioxaboroles, obtained from alkynes and catecholborane, and other boron derivatives with a lactam-derived N-Boc enol triflate occurred under very mild conditions in a THF-water medium employing (Ph3P)2PdCl2 as a catalyst, providing the corresponding 6-substituted N-Boc 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyridines in high yields.  相似文献

In the absence of a base, palladium(II) catalysts, such as PdCl(2), PdCl(2)(CH(3)CN)(2), Pd(OAc)(2), and [(pi-C(3)H(5))PdCl](2), can catalyze the cyclizative coupling reaction of 2,3- or 3,4-allenols with allylic halides in DMA at room temperature to provide 2,5-dihydrofurans and 5,6-dihydro-2H-pyrans, respectively, in moderate to good yields. Under similar reaction conditions, nonsubstituted 2,3-allenol 1s affords bimolecular cyclizative coupling product 5s as the major product. The scope of the reaction and its mechanism have been studied briefly. On the basis of the experimental results, the transformation was believed to proceed via a divalent palladium-catalyzed pathway.  相似文献

A direct borylation of aryl halides or triflates with dialkoxyborane was investigated. The coupling reaction of pinacolborane with aryl halides or triflates in the presence of a catalytic amount of PdCl(2)(dppf) together with a base provided arylboronates in high yields. The product distributions were strongly dependent on the base employed, and the tertiary amine, especially Et(3)N, was effective for the selective formation of the boron-carbon bond. The reaction conditions were so mild that arylboronates having a variety of functional groups such as carbonyl, cyano, and nitro groups were readily prepared.  相似文献

Alkoxydienyl- and alkoxystyrylboronates were used for Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions with lactam-derived vinyl triflates. The hydrolysis of the coupling products with alkoxystyrylboronates provided the corresponding alpha-acyl-substituted 3,4-dihydro-(2H)-pyridines and 2,3,4,5-tetrahydroazepines in good to high yields. The hydrolysis of the coupling products with alkoxydienylboronates, performed in the presence of Amberlyst 15, resulted in a Nazarov-type cyclization that afforded hexahydro[1]pyrindin-7-ones and 3,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-(2H)-cyclopenta[b]azepin-8-ones. This methodology represents a novel and efficient procedure for the preparation of these classes of azacyclic compounds.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of substituted potassium alkyltrifluoroborates with aryl halides and aryl triflates proceeds readily with moderate to good yields. The potassium alkyltrifluoroborates 1, 2, and 3a-e were easily synthesized and obtained as air-stable crystalline solids that can be stored for long periods of time. All of the cross-couplings proceed under the same reaction conditions using PdCl(2)(dppf).CH(2)Cl(2) as catalyst in THF-H(2)O in the presence of 3 equiv of Cs(2)CO(3) as base.  相似文献

A new efficient protocol for the nickel-catalyzed Heck reaction of aryl triflates with vinyl ethers is presented. Mild reaction conditions that equal those of the corresponding palladium-catalyzed Heck reaction are applied, representing a practical and more sustainable alternative to the conventional regioselective arylation of vinyl ethers. A catalytic system comprised of Ni(COD)(2) and 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (DPPF) in combination with the tertiary amine Cy(2)NMe proved effective in the olefination of a wide range of aryl triflates. Both electron-deficient and electron-rich arenes proved compatible, and the corresponding aryl methyl ketone could be secured after hydrolysis in yields approaching quantitative. Good functional group tolerance was observed matching the characteristics of the analogous Pd-catalyzed Heck reaction. The high levels of catalytic activity were explained by the intermediacy of a cationic nickel(II) complex potentially responsible for the successive β-hydride elimination and base promoted catalyst regeneration. Although these elementary reactions are normally considered challenging, DFT calculations suggested this pathway to be favorable under the applied reaction conditions.  相似文献

We have previously reported that the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of air-stable potassium alkenyltrifluoroborates with aryl halides and triflates proceeds readily with good yields. Recent progress in outlining the scope and limitations of such reactions is described herein. The palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of potassium alkenyltrifluoroborates with aryl and heteroaryl halides and triflates proceeds readily with moderate to excellent yields. The alkenyl cross-coupling reaction can generally be effected using 2 mol % of PdCl2(dppf).CH2Cl2 as catalyst in i-PrOH-H2O in the presence of t-BuNH2 as the base. A variety of functional groups are tolerated in both partners, and the process is stereospecific with regard to the alkenyltrifluoroborate starting material.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A study on the conversion of lactam-derived vinyl triflates and phosphates into the corresponding vinyl boronates was carried out. While delta-valerolactam-derived vinyl triflates were successfully converted into 1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine-2-boronic acid pinacol ester derivatives by Pd-catalyzed coupling reaction with both bis(pinacolato)diboron and pinacolborane, pyrrolidinone and epsilon-caprolactam derivatives either did not react or were readily reduced. The delta-valerolactam-derived vinyl boronates are thermally stable compounds that efficiently coupled, under Pd catalysis, with structurally diverse aryl and heteroaryl bromides and triflates, vinyl iodides and bromides, and aromatic acid chlorides, to give the corresponding 2-substituted piperidines in good to excellent yields. The number of electrophiles that can virtually be coupled with these new boronic esters makes them very useful reagents for the synthesis of N-heterocyclic compounds.  相似文献

Aryl triflates were found to be suitable partners for the palladium catalyzed direct arylation of heteroaromatics via C-H activation-functionalization. The reaction conditions and the catalyst have a determining influence on the yields. The system combining PPh3 and Pd(OAc)2 using KOAc as base and DMF as solvent promotes the selective 2- or 5-arylations in moderate to high yields. Several heteroaromatics such as furan, thiophene, thiazole or oxazole derivatives have been employed successfully. The electronic properties of the aryl triflates also have a decisive influence on the yields of the coupling products. Electron-rich aryl triflates gave satisfactory results, whereas the electron-poor ones led to the formation of phenols.  相似文献

A palladium‐catalysed cross‐coupling of organolithium reagents with aryl and vinyl triflates is presented. The reaction proceeds at 50 or 70 °C with short reaction times, and the corresponding products are obtained with moderate to high yields, with a variety of alkyl and (hetero)aryl lithium reagents.  相似文献

Summary. 4-Nitrophthalic acid was found to be an effective catalyst for the imino Diels-Alder reaction of N-benzylideneanilines with 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran and 2,3-dihydrofuran to afford pyrano- and furanoquinolines in good yields. It was also found that aryl amines react smoothly with 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyran and 2,3-dihydrofuran under the same condition to afford the corresponding pyrano- and furanoquinolines in high yields. This catalyst is inexpensive, easily available, water soluble, and stable to aqueous reaction conditions.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of potassium alkynyltrifluoroborates with aryl halides or triflates proceeds readily with moderate to excellent yields. The potassium alkynyltrifluoroborates are air- and moisture-stable crystalline solids that can be stored indefinitely, which will provide an advantage in applications to combinatorial chemistry. The alkynyl cross-coupling reaction can be effected using 9 mol % of PdCl2(dppf).CH2Cl2 as catalyst in THF or THF-H2O in the presence of Cs2CO3 as the inorganic base. A variety of functional groups are tolerated in both partners.  相似文献

A mild and efficient ligand-free Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction catalyzed by heterogeneous Pd/C was developed. Aryl bromides and triflates undergo the cross-coupling with aryl boronic acids in excellent yields without the presence of any additives in aqueous media at room temperature. Aryl vinyl boronic acids are also applicable to this coupling reaction and provide the trans-stilbene derivatives in high yields. The application of wet-type Pd/C to the coupling reaction was achieved without any loss of activity under aerobic conditions, and the reuse of Pd/C is feasible for a fifth run without significant loss of activity. Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) mass-spectrometric analysis of the filtrate from the reaction mixture of 4-bromonitrobenzene with phenylboronic acid demonstrated that the palladium metal hardly leached into the solution within the limits of the detector (<1 ppm), thus suggesting that the present Suzuki-Miyaura reaction proceeded by heterogeneous catalysis.  相似文献

A library of 32 members of 3,4-dihydro-3-oxo-2H-1,4-benzoxazines has been synthesized from two substituted 2-aminophenols via microwave-assisted one-pot regioselective annulation of 2-bromoalkanoates and subsequent Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling of the chloro-substituted scaffolds. The latter transformation was carried out using our Aphos–Pd(OAc)2 catalyst and the coupling of the aryl chlorides with arylboronic acids proceeded under mild reaction conditions at 60–80 °C in THF–H2O (10:1) in the presence of K3PO4·3H2O as the base to furnish the corresponding biaryl products in 80–98% yields.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Aryl triflates are effectively converted to the corresponding anilines under microwave irradiation in 1-methyl-2-pyridone (NMP) without base and catalyst. Aryl triflates substituted with both electron-poor and electron-rich groups give good to excellent yields. It is noteworthy that the halogenated aryl triflates can chemoselectively react with amines to afford halogenated anilines.  相似文献

The superelectrophilic activation of N-aryl amides of 3-arylpropynoic acids by Bronsted superacids (CF3SO3H, HSO3F) or strong Lewis acids AlX3 (X=Cl, Br) results in the formation of 4-aryl quinolin-2(1H)-ones in quantitative yields. The vinyl triflates or vinyl chlorides may be formed as additional reaction products. The investigated amides in reactions with benzene give 4,4-diaryl 3,4-dihydroquinolin-2-(1H)-ones under the superelectrophilic activation. 4-Aryl quinolin-2(1H)-ones in POCl3 are converted into 4-aryl 2-chloroquinolines. 4-Fluorophenyl-4-phenyl 3,4-dihydroquinolin-2-(1H)-one give N-formylation products in a yield of 79% under the Vilsmeier–Haack reaction conditions.  相似文献

A novel bis-phenanthryl N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) based palladium acetate catalyst was effective for the coupling of various aryl and vinyl chlorides with organoboron compounds. N,N-Bis-(2,9-dicyclohexyl-10-phenanthryl)-4,5-dihydroimidazolium chloride 8 (H2ICP·HCl) with Pd(OAc)2 and KF·18-c-6 in THF at room temperature gave Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of aryl and vinyl chorides, including unactivated and di-ortho substituted substrates in high yields. Hindered tri- and tetra-ortho substituted products were also efficiently produced. Benzyl chloride was also found to be a useful coupling partner and trimethylboroxine was used to give methylated products. The effect of ligand, base, temperature, solvent, and reaction time are reported along with various substrates including halides and triflates.  相似文献

A general procedure for vinyl aryl ether bond formation by direct coupling of vinyl halides and phenols under mild Ullmann-type reaction conditions has been developed. Using copper chloride as the catalyst and cesium carbonate as the base, vinyl bromides or iodides were reacted with phenols in refluxing toluene to produce vinyl aryl ethers in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

A mild, general, catalytic system for the alpha-vinylation of carbonyl compounds has been developed. By employing [Pd(P(t)Bu(3))Br](2) as catalyst and LHMDS as base, vinyl bromides, vinyl triflates, and vinyl tosylates couple with 3-methyloxindole in satisfactory yields. The same catalytic system is extended to the alpha-vinylation of ketones and esters.  相似文献

The Suzuki reaction of primary alkylboronic acids with alkenyl halides proceeds nicely using the air‐stable catalyst PdCl(C3H5)(dppb), Cs2CO3 as base and toluene or xylene as solvent. A minor effect of the substituent position of the alkenyl bromide was observed. Quite similar yields were observed in the presence of α‐ or β‐substituted alkenyl bromides such as 2‐bromobut‐1‐ene or 1‐bromo‐2‐methylprop‐1‐ene with this catalyst. This reaction proceeded with a variety of alkylboronic acids such as 2‐phenylethylboronic acid or n‐octylboronic acid. Lower yields of coupling products were obtained in the presence of an alkenyl chloride. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
