A fluorescence excitation spectrum of (CH3)2CHO (isopropoxy radical) is reported following photolysis of isopropyl nitrite at 355 nm. Rate constants for the reaction of isopropoxy with NO, NO2, and O2 have been measured as a function of pressure (1–50 Torr) and temperature (25–110°C) by monitoring isopropoxy radical concentrations using laser-induced fluorescence. We have obtained the following Arrhenius expressions for the reaction of isopropoxy with NO and O2 respectively: (1.22±0.28)×10?11 exp[(+0.62±0.14 kcal)/RT]cm2/s and (1.51±0.70)×10?14 exp[(?0.39±0.28)kcal/RT]cm3/s where the uncertainties represent 2σ. The results with NO2 are more complex, but indicate that reaction with NO2 proceeds more rapidly than with NO contrary to previous reports. The pressure dependence of the thermal decomposition of the isopropoxy radical was studied at 104 and 133°C over a 300 Torr range using nitrogen as a buffer gas. The reaction is in the fall-off region over the entire range. Upper limits for the reaction of isopropoxy with acetaldehyde, isobutane, ethylene, and trimethyl ethylene are reported.We have performed the first LIF study of the isopropoxy radical. Arrhenius parameters were measured for the reaction of i-PrO with O2, NO, NO2, using direct radical measurement techniques. All reactions are in their high-pressure limits at a few Torr of pressure. The rate constant for the reactions of i-PrO with NO and NO2 reactions exhibit a small negative activation energy. Studies of the i-PrO + NO2 reaction produce data which indicate that O(3P) reacts rapidly with i-PrO. Unimolecular decomposition studies of i-PrO indicate that the reaction is in the fall-off region between 1 and 300 Torr of N2 and the high-pressure limit is above 1 atmosphere of N2.  相似文献

4-Aryl-6-methyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-one (DHPM) scaffolds of Biginelli type were oxidized using Co(II)/S2O82− and the reaction afforded 6-unsubstituted pyrimidin-2(1H)-ones through an unprecedented dealkylation process. 4-Alkyl DHPMs under similar conditions afforded yet another unusual product, ethyl tetrahydropyrimidin-2,4(1H,3H)-dione-5-carboxylate.  相似文献

A general and easy method for the synthesis of several 1,2-disubstituted benzimidazoles using SiO2/ZnCl2 and solvent-free conditions is described. This efficient and improved method furnishes selectively and in good yields the corresponding 1,2-bis(organyl)-benzimidazoles starting from o-phenylenediamine and aromatic or aliphatic aldehydes. The catalytic system was re-used up three times and the use of focused microwaves accelerates the reaction.  相似文献

This letter reports the solid-phase synthesis of 2-imidazolidinethiones via the N-cyclization of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)thioureas using the Mitsunobu reaction in good yield and purity. This process employed the reductive amination of an ArgoGel-MB-CHO resin to anchor the aminoalcohols, followed by a reaction with isothiocyanates to give the resin-attached N-(2-hydroxyethyl)thioureas. Cleavage of the 2-imidazolidinethiones was performed with trifluoroacetic acid.  相似文献

The absolute rate constant of the reaction of NH2 with NO2 has been measured using a flash-photolysis laser resonance-fluorescence technique. The value obtained at room temperature is k1 = 2.3 (± 0.2) × 10?11 cm3 molecule ?1 s?1. A negative temperature coefficient has been found between 298 and 505 K for this reaction, k1 = 3.8 × 10?8 × T?1.30 cm3 molecule?1 s?1. It is thought that this is the major reaction of NH2 in the troposphere.  相似文献

Pentavalent bis(triorganosiloxy)triphenylantimony derivatives, Ph3Sb(OSiR3)2 (R = Me, Ph), were synthesized by reaction of triphenylantimony with trimethyl- or triphenylsilanol in the presence of tert-butylhydroperoxide by the mild reaction conditions (0-5 °C, 2 h). The reaction of triphenylantimony with diethanolamine in the presence of tert-butylhydroperoxide gave the cyclic compound Ph3Sb(OCH2CH2)2NH. The mixture of Ph3SbO and Ph3Sb(OCH2CH2NMe2)2 was obtained by the reaction of triphenylantimony with 2-(N,N-dimethylamino)ethanol in the presence of tert-butylhydroperoxide.  相似文献

The objective of the present work was to synthesize mononuclear ruthenium complex [RuCl2(CO)2{Te(CH2SiMe3)2}2] (1) by the reaction of Te(CH2SiMe3)2 and [RuCl2(CO)3]2. However, the stoichiometric reaction affords a mixture of 1 and [RuCl2(CO){Te(CH2SiMe3)2}3] (2). The X-ray structures show the formation of the cis(Cl), cis(C), trans(Te) isomer of 1 and the cis(Cl), mer(Te) isomer of 2. The 125Te NMR spectra of the complexes are reported. The complex distribution depends on the initial molar ratio of the reactants. With an excess of [RuCl2(CO)3]2 only 1 is formed. In addition to the stoichiometric reaction, a mixture of 1 and 2 is observed even when using an excess of Te(CH2SiMe3)2. Complex 1 is, however, always the main product. In these cases the 125Te NMR spectra of the reaction solution also indicates the presence of unreacted ligand.  相似文献

N-Arylidene-2-aryl-imidazo[1,2-a]azin-3-amines were synthesized via a one-pot, four-component condensation reaction using a 2-aminoazine, toluene-4-sulfonylmethyl isocyanide (TsCH2NC), and two equivalents of readily available aromatic aldehydes. A Pd2dba3/P(i-BuNCH2CH2)3N catalyzed one-pot synthesis of unsymmetrically substituted trans-4-N,N-diarylaminostilbenes and both symmetrically and unsymmetrically substituted N,N-diarylaminostyrene derivatives is reported. The procedure involves two or more palladium catalyzed sequential coupling reactions (an amination and an inter-molecular Heck reaction) in one-pot using the same catalyst system with two different aryl halides, including aryl chlorides and hetero aryl halides as the coupling partners.  相似文献

2-Bromo-1-aryl substituted indenes can be synthesized from 1,2-diaryl substituted gem-dibromocyclopropanes via a domino reaction sequence. The cascade reaction involves silver(I) promoted ionization and 2π-disrotatory electrocyclic ring-opening, followed by a 4π-conrotatory electrocyclic ring closing reaction of the allylic carbocation intermediate. Reaction conditions utilize silver tetrafluoroborate (AgBF4) in dichloroethane at 65 °C. Selectivity effects for the electrocyclization were also studied. The 2-bromoindenes can be further functionalized using cross-coupling reactions, such as the Suzuki–Miyaura protocol. The alkene π-bond of the indenes can also be isomerized to give the thermodynamically more stable 2-bromo-3-aryl-1H-indene isomers using triethylamine in dichloromethane at room temperature.  相似文献

C-2 Methylene glycosides were synthesized from C-2 propargyloxymethyl glycals in a stereoselective manner using a catalytic quantity of AuCl3. The Au-catalyzed reaction was explored using various aglycones. The interaction between the molecules ethylene and cis-N2H2 has been studied using a gaussian basis in a series of ab initio SCF calculations. The results obtained indicate that the synchronous hydrogen transfer reaction is a one-step reaction having an activation energy of around 60 kcal/mol. Our results do not lend support to the hypothesis that the rate of the overall reaction between C2H4 and N2H2 is controlled by the rate of isomerization of trans-diimide to the cis form.  相似文献

A one-pot C2-acetamidomannosylation reaction for the synthesis of 2-N-acetylamino-2-deoxy-α-d-mannopyranosides from glucals is described. Glucal donors are activated by the reagent combination of 2,8-dimethyldibenzothiophene-5-oxide (DMDBTO) and trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride. Upon subsequent addition of N-(TMS)acetamide and an appropriate glycosyl acceptor, the corresponding C2-acetamidomannopyranosides are formed.  相似文献

Degradation of methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) with Fe2+/H2O2 was studied by purge-and-trap gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. MTBE was degraded 99% within 120 min under optimum conditions. MTBE was firstly degraded rapidly based on a Fe2+/H2O2 reaction and then relatively slower based on a Fe3+/H2O2 reaction. The dissolved oxygen decreased rapidly in the Fe2+/H2O2 reaction stage, but showed a slow increase in the Fe3+/H2O2 reaction stage. tert-Butyl formate, tert-butyl alcohol, methyl acetate and acetone were identified as primary degradation products by mass spectrometry. A preliminary reaction mechanism involving two different pathways for the degradation of MTBE with Fe2+/H2O2 was proposed. This study suggests that degradation of MTBE can be achieved using the Fe2+/H2O2 process.  相似文献

The reaction of O2(1Δg) with HO2(X?) was studied in an isothermal flow reactor in the pressure range 7?p? 10.7 mbar at temperatures between 299?T? 423 K. H-atom production was observed in the reaction O2(1Δg) + HO22A′) - H(2S)+ 2O2 (3Σg?). The rate of this reaction (k1) is estimated to be k1 = (1 ± 0.5) × 1014 CM3 Mol?1 s?1. A novel synthesis of 6-methyl-4-phenyl-5-substituted-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones from 6-methyl-4-phenyl-5-halo-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones via the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction is reported. These previously unknown heterocyclic halides are easily prepared using the Biginelli multicomponent reaction followed by halodecarboxylation. The effect of varied substitution at the C-4 position on the cross-coupling reaction is also examined.  相似文献

A series of novel 10-(4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-oxo-2H-pyran-3-yl)-3-methyl-1H,10H-pyrano[4,3-b]chromen-1-ones were synthesized by a pseudo-three-component reaction of 4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-oxo-2H-pyran-2-one (TAL) with 2-hydroxyarylaldehydes using different acids as catalysts and solvents. The approach relies on a regioselective cascade reaction involving two molar equiv of the TAL iteratively acting as active methylene in a Knoevenagel condensation and in a Michael addition. The antioxidant activity of the synthesized compounds were determined using the DPPH scavenging assay, being the results dependent on the nature and number of chromone substituents. The compound bearing an ortho-dihydroxy (catechol) moiety showed excellent activity at lower concentrations, while derivatives bearing alkoxy groups as substituents present pro-oxidant activity.  相似文献

A rearrangement reaction of o-phthalaldehyde with urea/thiourea analogs or amides/thioamides under the catalysis of TMSCl (trimethylchlorosilane) is described, whereby a series of 2-carbonyl isoindolinones and 2-thiocarbonyl isoindolinones are afforded. This is the first time that the N-carbonyl/thiocarbonyl isoindolinones are synthesized in a single step from o-phthalaldehyde. Similar reactions using primary amines also proceed smoothly to give corresponding N-alkyl or N-aryl isoindolinones in this mild catalytic system. The mechanism of this kind of rearrangement is discussed based on new evidences observed from the ESI-MS time-interval monitoring of the full reaction course and deuterium exchange experiments.  相似文献
