We developed a merocyanine-based fluorescent probe,NEPB,for tracing hydrazine(N_2 H_4) in a ratiometric manner with large Stokes shifts and long emission wavelength.The fluorescence color of probe NEPB changed from green to yellow upon addition of hydrazine.Probe NEPB displayed high selectivity and sensitivity to hydrazine in solution,and could ratiometrically monitor N_2 H_4 in living cells and zebrafish with low cytotoxicity.  相似文献

A coumarinocoumarin-based fluorescent probe,JCCA,was developed for the detection of N2 H4.JCCA exhibited a fast turn-on fluorescence enhancement in response to N2 H4 with good selectivity,sensitivity and a detection limit of 7.4 nmol/L.Significantly,JCCA displayed a good capability for visualizing N2 H4 in living cells and zebra fish.  相似文献

A perylene bisimide derivative (PBI) based colorimetric and fluorescent bifunctional probe PAM-PBI was designed and synthesized. It was highly selective and sensitive for distinguishing both Cu2+ and F from other ions through a conspicuous change of UV–vis and fluorescence spectra. The recognition of Cu2+ by PAM-PBI showed an obvious color change from rose red to purple in aqueous solution, while the sensing of F gave a marked color change from rose red to light green in THF.  相似文献

In this article, we have successfully designed and synthesized three novel ratiometric fluorescent probes BTP-LA, BTP-LB and BTP-LN for detection of hydrazine based on benzothiazole-derived fluorophores and different recognition sites. The probes BTP-LA, BTP-LB and BTP-LN displays a good fluorescence ratio emission signals, high selectivity and large emission shifts (>100 nm) toward hydrazine. The three probes BTP-LA, BTP-LB and BTP-LN can be used not only to detect hydrazine in serum, but also to detect gaseous hydrazine in air. More importantly, compared with probes BTP-LB and BTP-LN, BTP-LA has lower saturation concentration (200 µM) and detection limits (1.22 × 10?7 M) to hydrazine.  相似文献

Given that peroxynitrite (ONOO?) is profoundly associated with health and diseases, a new fluorescent probe ABT was designed and synthesized for detection of ONOO?. ABT manifested not only ratiometric fluorescence signals simultaneously in response to concentrations of ONOO? (within 10?s), but high selectivity and sensitivity towards ONOO? over other physiological relevant species (detection limit?=?26.3?nM). Moreover, ABT worked in a broad pH range with biological relevance. Thus, ABT could be used to quantitative detection of ONOO? concentration and has the potential to efficiently monitor ONOO? in living organisms.  相似文献

A new water-soluble, highly fluorogenic 3-formylBODIPY dye that enables the sensing of SO2 derivatives in aqueous buffers and cancer cells is reported. The quaternary ammonium group appended through the meso-position of the BODIPY dye ensures water solubility. The probe exhibits high specificity for cytosolic (bi)sulfites and fluoresces brightly in human lung adenocarcinoma cells (A549).  相似文献

An ESIPT-based fluorescent probe (Probe 1) using acrylate as recognition group for the selective and sensitive detection of cysteine/homocysteine (Cys/Hcy) has been developed. In the presence of Cys/Hcy, this probe was transformed into 1,3-bis(bispyridin-2ylimino)isoindolin-4-ol (dye 4) which displayed red fluorescence with a large Stokes shift (217 nm) when excited. The detection limits are as low as 5.4 nM and 7.0 nM for Cys and Hcy respectively (based on S/N = 3). Importantly, this probe has been successfully demonstrated for the detection of intracellular Cys/Hcy in living cells.  相似文献

Most reported fluorescent probes have limitations in practical applications in living systems due to the strong autofluorescence background,construction of probes with near-infrared(NIR) fluorescence emission is an accessible approach for addressing this challenge.We here designed a NIR fluorescent probe for monitoring the endogenous production of H_2S in living cells.The designed probe showed significant NIR fluorescence turn-on response to H_2S with high selectivity,enabling the sensitive detection H_2S.Importantly,the probe could be applied in monitoring the endogenous production of H_2S in raw 264.7 macrophages.This study showed that fluvastatin can promote the activity of cystathionineγ-lyase(CSE) for generation H_2S.  相似文献

Iron is one of the essential trace elements in the human body. It plays an important role in human biology and pathology. Deregulation of iron levels in cells is associated with disease development. In this work, we synthesized a novel near-infrared intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) based ratiometric fluorescent probe to detect Fe2+, by using naphthalimide and indole moieties as building blocks. Our work showed that the radiometric probe has excellent selectivity, sensitivity and rapid response. Moreover, we could successfully perform real-time monitoring of Fe2+ in HeLa cells and C. elegans.  相似文献

Rhodamine-based fluorescent probe is widely used in chemical analysis, environmental analysis and life sciences area due to their excellent optical properties. Based on the thiophilic property of Hg~(2+), using C = S structural motif as the core segment, our group have designed and synthesized three novel probes containing cinnamyl aldehyde with different substituents, exhibiting high selectivity and excellent sensitivity. The structure-property relationships of these probes have been investigated that the optical change caused by electron withdrawing effect and heavy atom effect. Furthermore, these Hg~(2+) probes could be applied in living mice imaging, which provide a promising tool for quantitative mercury(Ⅱ) ion imaging in living organism.  相似文献

A chiral fluorescent sensor (Ra,S,l)-3 incorporating (R)-BINOL and l-prolinamide is found efficient in enantioselective recognition of N-Cbz-protected phenylglycine. It is observed that one enantiomer of N-Cbz-protected phenylglycine can obviously increase the fluorescence intensity of (Ra,S,l)-3, while the other enantiomer does not cause much fluorescence enhancement. Such highly enantioselective response makes the sensor (Ra,S,l)-3 useful for the enantioselective fluorescence recognition of other N-Cbz-protected amino acids.  相似文献

A chlorinated coumarin-aldehyde was developed as a colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent probe for distinguishing glutathione (GSH), cystenine (Cys) and homocysteine (Hcy). The GSH-induced substitution-cyclization and Cys/Hcy-induced substitution-rearrangement cascades lead to the corresponding thiol-coumarin-iminium cation and amino-coumarin-aldehyde with distinct photophysical properties. The probe can be used to simultaneously detect GSH and Cys/Hcy by visual determination based on distinct different colors – red and pale-yellow in PBS buffer solution by two reaction sites. From the linear relationship of fluorescence intensity and biothiols concentrations, it was determined that the limits of detection for GSH, Hcy and Cys are 0.08, 0.09 and 0.18 μM, respectively. Furthermore, the probe was successfully used in living cell imaging with low cell toxicity.  相似文献

A nephelometric technique based on a liquid drop is described for the measurement of atmospheric sulfur dioxide. A 40-μl drop of barium chloride and hydrogen peroxide solution is suspended in a flowing-air sampling stream. The sulfur (IV) collected is oxidized to sulfur (VI) and finally precipitated as barium sulfate. Nephelometric detection of drop is achieved by an appropriate arrangement consisting of an optical fiber contacting the drop and a photodiode placed at 90° relative to the fiber. The design and characteristics of this drop-based gas sensor system are described. The analytical response, as photocurrent, is proportional to the product of the sampling period and the sulfur dioxide concentration. The detection limit is ca. 1.1 mg m−3 for a 10-min sampling time. The present technique is fairly rapid and simple, uses a small amount of reagent and is set up with low-cost equipment, making this system economically viable.  相似文献

A ratiometric fluorescence probe, NClO, for the rapid and selective detection of HClO had been designed and synthesized based on a 1,8-naphthalimide derivative. Probe NClO displayed a red emission(λ_(max)= 615 nm). In the presence of HClO, the solution of probe NClO gave off a strong green fluorescence(λ_(em), _(max)= 520 nm) with a rapid response(within seconds). A new fluorescent probe (TPIP) bearing triarylimidazole and pyridine moieties was synthesized and applied to the detection of Cu2+ with high sensitivity and selectivity. Upon the addition of Cu2+, the probe displayed an apparent dual-channel signal change of the UV–Vis absorption and fluorescence spectra, and the obvious color change from bright blue to colorless under a UV lamp was discernable to the naked eye. The sensing mechanism of the probe towards Cu2+ was verified to be via complexation, and the binding reaction was rapidly complete within 30?s. Good linearity was observed between the probe and Cu2+, and the detection limit was calculated to be 1.96?×?10?8?M. The reversibility of the probe was easily achieved by adding EDTA, which released the free probe with over 95% fluorescence recovery. Furthermore, the recognition of Cu2+ on TLC plates was realized, indicating the potential utility of the probe.  相似文献
