Treatment of cyclopropyl silyl ketones with trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate as a strong acid having low nucleophilic counter anion gives the corresponding 5-silyl-2,3-dihydrofuran derivatives, exclusively, regardless of substituents on the cyclopropane ring or silicon atom. The resulting 5-silyl-2,3-dihydrofuran derivatives exhibit both reactivities of the vinylsilane and the cyclic enol ether in the subsequent reaction with electrophilic reagents or Heck type reaction. 相似文献

The synthesis of cyclopropyl silyl ketones possessing a hydrocarbon group at 1-position of three-membered ring was investigated. The reaction of sulfoxonium ylide with α,β-unsaturated acylsilanes derived from α,β-unsaturated aldehydes did not afford the desired acylsilane derivatives. Instead, the corresponding silyl enol ethers were yielded exclusively. On the other hand, the Corey-Chaykovsky cyclopropanation of α-substituted α,β-unsaturated aldehydes proceeded well to give 1-substituted cyclopropyl aldehydes. The silyl substitution of formyl proton in the obtained aldehydes via umpolung of carbonyl group afforded the target acylsilanes. 相似文献

The reaction of 1-silylcyclopropyl anions with dichloromethyl methyl ether is described. The reaction with an excess amount of dichloromethyl methyl ether gives the corresponding cyclopropyl silyl ketones in low yields. On the other hand, the reaction under basic conditions proceeded smoothly to afford the corresponding cyclopropylidene derivatives, exclusively. The resulting cyclopropylidene compounds are subjected to hydrolysis or trapping with electrophiles easily to give the cyclopropyl silyl ketone derivatives in good yields. 相似文献

A new synthesis of enamides from ketones is disclosed that involves a phosphine-mediated reductive acylation of oximes. The resulting enamides are isolated in good yields (up to 89%) and excellent purity, permitting a subsequent hydrogenation to access enantiopure acetamides at catalyst loadings practical for large-scale applications. 相似文献

Various trialkylsilyl linked polymer supports have been prepared by reacting benzyl chloride resin and a di-Grignard reagent with CuBr·Me2S, followed by dialkylchlorosilanes. 4-Alkoxybenzyl type resin, Wang-Cl 2c and Argogel Wang-Cl 2d provided 4c and 4d at ambient temperature, whereas nonactivated resin, Merrifield 2a and Argogel-Cl 2b afforded 4a and 4b at 60 °C. Primary and secondary alcohols 6-10 were attached to the alkyldiisopropyl-linked Wang type resin 4cA by a novel dehydrosilation with B(C6F5)3 as well as by conventional methods. 相似文献

The photolysis and thermolysis of the Cyclopropyl silyl ketones 3, 4 , and 5 are described. On n,π* excitation, the silyl ketones 3 and 4 undergo a Norrish-type-II reaction involving γ-H abstraction, cyclopropyl ring cleavage followed by retro-enolization to the acylsilanes 6 and (E/Z)- 12 , respectively. As a common product of 3 and 4 , the dihydrofuran 7 is formed via the alternative C(α)-C(β) cleavage of the cyclopropyl moiety. Compounds 6 , 7 , and (E/Z)- 12 are new types of acylsilane photoproducts. The irradiation of acylsilane 5 gave the analogous dihydrofuran 15 as the only product. On photolysis of 3 and 4 , products 8A + B and 13A + B , derived from a siloxy carbene intermediate, were found as well. On thermolysis of 3 and 4 , the acylsilanes 6 (80%), and (E)- 12 (33%) and (Z)- 12 (34%), respectively, are formed as the only products. Their formation may occur via a [1, 5] sigmatropic H-shift. The thermolysis of 5 gave the diene 16 whose formation can be explained by insertion of a siloxycarbene into the neighboring cyclopropane leading to the cyclobutene 28 as thermally unstable intermediate. 相似文献

Commercially available silanes with Si-H functionality were converted to silyl or siloxy esters in the presence of Pd(OAc)2 under mild reaction conditions. This protocol was found to be equally applicable for the modification of multiple silicon centers in one framework and lead to the corresponding polysilyl esters in high yields. Herein, an efficient Lewis acid catalyzed protocol for the homo-Nazarov cyclizations of alkenyl cyclopropyl ketones is reported. Alkenes bearing β-hydrogens (or silyl groups) provide 1.5:1 mixtures of methylene cyclohexenols and cyclohexenones. When no β-hydrogens (or silyl groups) are present, only cyclohexenones are observed. Products are rapidly formed in good to high yields (up to 93%) under mild conditions and could be readily derivatized. 相似文献
