The reactions of bidentate diimine ligands (L2) with binuclear [Ru(L1)(CO)Cl2]2 complexes [L1 not equal to L2 = 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (4,4'-Me2bpy), 5,5'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (5,5'-Me2bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), 4,7-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (4,7-Me2phen), 5,6-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (5,6-Me2phen), di(2-pyridyl)ketone (dpk), di(2-pyridyl)amine (dpa)] result in cleavage of the dichloride bridge and the formation of cationic [Ru(L1)(L2)(CO)Cl]+ complexes. In addition to spectroscopic characterization, the structures of the [Ru(bpy)(phen)(CO)Cl]+, [Ru(4,4'-Me2bpy)(5,6-Me2phen)(CO)Cl]+ (as two polymorphs), [Ru(4,4'-Me2bpy)(4,7-Me2phen)(CO)Cl]+, [Ru(bpy)(dpa)(CO)Cl]+, [Ru(5,5'-Me2bpy)(dpa)(CO)Cl]+, [Ru(bpy)(dpk)(CO)Cl]+, and [Ru(4,4'-Me2bpy)(dpk)(CO)Cl]+ cations were confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. In each case, the structurally characterized complex had the carbonyl ligand trans to a nitrogen from the incoming diimine ligand, these complexes corresponding to the main isomers isolated from the reaction mixtures. The synthesis of [Ru(4,4'-Me2bpy)(5,6-Me2bpy)(CO)(NO3)]+ from [Ru(4,4'-Me2bpy)(5,6-Me2bpy)(CO)Cl]+ and AgNO3 demonstrates that exchange of the chloro ligand can be achieved.  相似文献

The synergic extraction of lanthanoids has been investigated using mixtures of high molecular weight beta-diketone, LIX 54 (HA; major component, 1-phenyl-3-isoheptyl-1,3-propanedion) and bidentate neutral ligands (S) in toluene. The distribution behavior of bidentate amines (2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and 2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (dmp)) was investigated and their related equilibrium constants were evaluated. The synergic effect is produced by the formation of such adduct complexes as MA3 x S. The extraction constants with LIX 54 alone and those in the presence of bidentate ligands were determined for lanthanoid-series elements.  相似文献

Reactions between the Os(VI)-nitrido complexes, [OsVI(L2)(Cl)3(N)] (L2 = 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) ([1]), 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (Me2bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), and 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (Ph2phen)), and bis-(triphenylphosphoranylidene)ammonium azide (PPNN3) in dry CH3CN at 60 degrees C under N2 give the corresponding Os(IV)-azidoimido complexes, [OsIV(L2)(Cl)3(NN3)]- (L2 = bpy = [2]-, L2 = Me2bpy = [3]-, L2 = phen = [4]-, and L2 = Ph2phen = [5]-) as their PPN+ salts. The formulation of the N42- ligand has been substantiated by 15N-labeling, IR, and 15N NMR measurements. Hydroxylation of [2]- at Nalpha with O<--NMe3.3H2O occurs to give the Os(IV)-azidohydroxoamido complex, [OsIV(bpy)(Cl)3(N(OH)N3)] ([6]), which, when deprotonated, undergoes dinitrogen elimination to give the Os(II)-dinitrogen oxide complex, [OsII(bpy)(Cl)3(N2O)]- ([7]-). They are the first well-characterized examples of each kind of complex for Os.  相似文献

Adducts of Ni(II)-square planar complexes [Ni(beta-dik)(Me(4)en)](+), with a series of bidentate ligands (L), where beta-dik=acetylacetonate (acac) and benzoylacetonate (bzac), Me(4)en=N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine and L=Me(4)en, 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy), ethylenediamine (en) and oxalate (C(2)O(4)(2-)) have been synthesized and characterized by spectral, thermal and magnetic measurements. Formation constants of the adducts formed from a series of ternary mixed Ni(II) complexes with the general formula [Ni(beta-dik)(diam)](+) with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) and pyridine were spectrophotometrically determined. Thermodynamic parameters of the adduct formation between nickel(II) square-planar chelates and pyridine (py), 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) and acetylacetone (acac) were also spectrophotometrically determined in 1,2-dichloroethane. The thermal stability of the isolated adducts was studied using thermogravimetry and the decomposition schemes of the adducts were given.  相似文献

Four new heterotrinuclear complexes have been synthesized and characterized, namely {[Ni(L)2]2[Cu(opba)]}(ClO4)2, where opba denotes o-phenylenebis(oxamato) and L stands for 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) (1), 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline(NO2-phen) (2), 2,2'-bipyridyl(bpy) (3) and 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridyl(Me2bpy) (4). The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of {[Ni(phen)2]2[Cu(opba)]}(ClO4)2.3H2O has been studied in the 4-300 K range, giving the exchange integral J=-109 cm-1. The MT vs. T plot exhibits a minimum at about 100 K, characteristic of this kind of coupled polymetallic complex with an irregular spin-state structure.  相似文献

The anticancer properties of a series of mononuclear Re(IV) compounds of formula ReCl(4)L (where L is bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine; bpym = 2,2'-bipyrimidine; dmbpy = 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine; phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) were investigated for the first time. 1H NMR spectroscopy and fluorescent intercalator displacement (FID) assays have been used to investigate the DNA-binding abilities of two series of dinuclear polypyridyl ruthenium(II) complexes of the form [{Ru(L)2}2(mu-BL)]4+ {L = 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (Me2bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), or 4,7-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (Me2phen); BL = 2,2'-bipyrimidine (bpm) or 1,4,5,8,9,12-hexaazatriphenylene (HAT)}. Preliminary FID surveys of these metal complexes against a variety of different oligonucleotides revealed that those complexes based upon the HAT bridging ligand induced greater fluorescence decreases in dye-bound DNA than did their bpm-bridged counterparts, suggesting a higher binding affinity by the HAT-bridged species. Furthermore, the greatest fluorescence decreases were typically observed in an oligonucleotide featuring a six-base hairpin loop. The apparent binding affinity of the metal complexes was also found to be a function of the stereochemistry and identity of the terminal ligands of the complex. The meso (DeltaLambda) stereoisomer generally induced greater fluorescence decreases than did either enantiomer (DeltaDelta or LambdaLambda), phen-based terminal ligands performed better than bpy-based terminal ligands, and those terminal ligands with methyl substituents demonstrated stronger apparent binding than did their non-methylated analogues. NMR experiments on meso-[{Ru(phen)2}2(mu-HAT)]4+ and meso-[{Ru(Me2phen)2}2(mu-HAT)]4+ demonstrated that both complexes bound with high affinity to the six-base hairpin oligonucleotide at the stem-loop interface and provided evidence to support stronger binding by the methylated species. meso-[{Ru(phen)2}2(mu-HAT)]4+ was found to bind poorly to duplex DNA and smaller four-base hairpin loops in FID and NMR experiments, whereas FID data suggest that the methylated analogue binds relatively strongly to most oligonucleotide sequences (the four- and six-base hairpins in particular). These results demonstrate that binding affinity can come at the expense of selectivity, with meso-[{Ru(phen)2}2(mu-HAT)]4+ proving to be an efficient compromise between the two as a high-affinity DNA hairpin probe.  相似文献

以对苯二甲酸根(TPHA)为桥联配体.分别端接4.4'-二甲基-2.2'-联吡啶(Me 2bpy),2.9-二甲基-1.10-邻菲哕啉(Me2phen)和5-氯-1,10-邻菲哕啉(Cl-phen).合成了3种新的双核铬(Ⅲ)配合物[Cr2-(TPHA)(Me2bpy)4](NO3)4(1),[Cr2(TPHA)(Me2phen)4](NO3)4(2)和[Cr 2(TPHA)(Clphen)4](N)3)4(3).经元素分析、摩尔电导和磁性测定以及红外光谱和电子光谱等手段,推定这些配合物具有TPHA桥联双核铬(Ⅲ)结构,其中,每个铬(Ⅲ)离子处于畸变八面体配位环境.测定了配合物(1)的变温磁化率(4~300 K),其数值用最小二乘法和从自旋Hamiltonian算符(H=-2JS^1S^2)导出的磁方程拟合,求得交换积分为-2.98 cm-1,结果表明双核配合物中金属离子间存在弱的反铁磁自旋交换作用.  相似文献

Seven useful mixed-ligand complexes in the form of [Ir(terpy)(L)Cl]2+ were prepared and their spectroscopic and electrochemical properties were investigated. The ligands used were terpy = 2,2':6',2'-terpyridine, L = 2,2'-bipyridine, 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine, 4,4'-diphenyl-2,2'-bipyridine, 1,10-phenanthroline, 5-phenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine. Synthetic methods were developed by a sequential ligand-replacement which occurred in the reaction vessel using a microwave oven. All complexes showed that LUMOs are based on the pi-system contribution of the terpyridine ligand for [Ir(terpy)(bpy)Cl]2+, [Ir(terpy)(dmbpy)Cl]2+, [Ir(terpy)(dpbpy)Cl]2+, [Ir(terpy)(phen)Cl]2+, [Ir(terpy)(dpphen)Cl]2+ and [Ir(terpy)(phphen)Cl]2+. On the other hand, the LUMO in the [Ir(terpy)(bppz)Cl]2+ complex is localized on the pi-system of the bppz ligand, whereas the HOMOs in the iridium complexes are localized on the terpyridine ligand. It was found that Ir(terpy)(L)Cl emits in a fluid solution at room temperature. The ancillary ligands, such as terpy and bpy, have been explored to extend the lifetime of the triplet 3(pi-pi') excited states of Ir(III) terpyridine complexes. Ir(III) terpyridine units with an electron donor (dmbpy) or electron acceptor substituents (terpy, dpbpy, phphen, dpphen and bppz) are found to decrease the energy of the 3LC states for use as photosensitizer molecular components in supramolecular devices. The spectroscopic and electrochemical details are also reported herein.  相似文献

Treatment of [RhCl(eta4-diene)]2 (diene = nbd, cod) with the N-heterocyclic ligands 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (Me2bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), and pyridine (py) followed by addition of Cs[arachno-6-SB9H12] affords the corresponding salts, [Rh(eta4-diene)(L2)][SB9H12] [diene = cod, L2 = bpy (1), Me2bpy (3), phen (5), (py)2 (7); diene = nbd, L2 = bpy (2), Me2bpy (4), phen (6), (py)2 (8)]. These compounds are characterized by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, and in addition, the cod-Rh species 1 and 3 are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. These saltlike reagents are stable in the solid state, but in solution the rhodium(I) cations, [Rh(eta4-diene)(L2)]+, react with the polyhedral anion [SB9H12]- leading to a chemistry that is controlled by the d8 transition element chelates. The nbd-Rh(I) complexes react faster than the cod-Rh(I) counterparts, leading, depending on the conditions, to the synthesis of new rhodathiaboranes of general formulas [8,8-(L2)-nido-8,7-RhSB9H10] [L2 = bpy (9), Me2bpy (10), phen (11), (py)2 (12)] and [8,8-(L2)-8-(L')-nido-8,7-RhSB9H10] [L' = PPh3, L2 = bpy (13), Me2bpy (14), phen (15); L' = NCCH3, L2 = bpy (16), Me2bpy (17), phen (18)]. Compound 13 is characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis confirming the 11-vertex nido-structure of the rhodathiaborane analogues 14-18. In dichloromethane, 1 and 3 yield mixtures that contain the 11-vertex rhodathiaboranes 9 and 10 together with new species. In contrast, the cod-Rh(I) reagent 5 affords a single compound, which is proposed to be an organometallic rhodium complex bound exo-polyhedrally to the thiaborane cage. In the presence of H2(g) and stoichiometric amounts of PPh3, the cod-Rh(I) reagents, 1, 3, and 5, afford the salts [Rh(H)2(L2)(PPh3)2][SB9H12] [L2 = bpy (19), Me2bpy (20), phen (21)]. Similarly, in an atmosphere of CO(g) and in the presence of PPh3, compounds 1-6 afford [Rh(L2)(PPh3)2(CO)][SB9H12] (L2 = bpy (22), Me2bpy (23), phen (24)]. The structures of 19 and 24 are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. The five-coordinate complexes [Rh(L2)(PPh3)2(CO)]+ undergo PPh3 exchange in a process that is characterized as dissociative. The observed differences in the reactivity of the nbd-Rh(I) salts versus the cod-Rh(I) analogues are rationalized on the basis of the higher kinetic lability of the nbd ligand and its faster hydrogenation relative to the cod diene.  相似文献

A new β-diketone, 2-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-1-indone (TFI), which contains a trifluorinated alkyl group and a rigid indone group, has been designed and employed for the synthesis of two series of new TFI lanthanide complexes with a general formula [Ln(TFI)(3)L] [Ln = Eu, L = (H(2)O)(2) (1), bpy (2), and phen (3); Ln = Sm, L = (H(2)O)(2) (4), bpy (5), and phen (6); bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline]. X-ray crystallographic analysis reveals that complexes 1-6 are mononuclear, with the central Ln(3+) ion eight-coordinated by six oxygen atoms furnished by three TFI ligands and two O/N atoms from ancillary ligand(s). The room-temperature photoluminescence (PL) spectra of complexes 1-6 show strong characteristic emissions of the corresponding Eu(3+) and Sm(3+) ions, and the substitution of the solvent molecules by bidentate nitrogen ligands essentially enhances the luminescence quantum yields and lifetimes of the complexes.  相似文献

New tris(heterocyclic beta-diketonato)europium(III) complexes of the general formula Eu(PBI)3.L [where HPBI = 3-phenyl-4-benzoyl-5-isoxazolone and L = H2O, 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), 4,4'-dimethoxy-2,2'-bipyridine (dmbpy), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), or 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (bath)] were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), 1H NMR, high-resolution mass spectrometry, thermogravimetric analysis, and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. Single-crystal X-ray structures have been determined for the complexes Eu(PBI)3.H2O.EtOH and Eu(PBI)3.phen. The complex Eu(PBI)3.H2O.EtOH is mononuclear, and the central Eu3+ ion is coordinated by eight oxygen atoms to form a bicapped trigonal prism coordination polyhedron. Six oxygens are from the three bidentate HPBI ligands, one is from a water molecule, and another is from an ethanol molecule. On the other hand, the crystal structure of Eu(PBI)3.phen reveals a distorted square antiprismatic geometry around the europium atom. The room-temperature PL spectra of the europium(III) complexes are composed of the typical Eu3+ red emission, assigned to transitions between the first excited state (5D0) and the multiplet (7F0-4). The results demonstrate that the substitution of solvent molecules by bidentate nitrogen ligands in Eu(PBI)3.H2O.EtOH richly enhances the quantum yield and lifetime values. To elucidate the energy transfer process of the europium complexes, the energy levels of the relevant electronic states have been estimated. Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters (Omega2 and Omega4) were determined from the emission spectra for Eu3+ ion based on the 5D0 --> 7F2 and 5D0 --> 7F4 electronic transitions, respectively, and the 5D0 --> 7F1 magnetic dipole allowed transition was taken as the reference. The high values obtained for the 4f-4f intensity parameter Omega2 for europium complexes suggest that the dynamic coupling mechanism is quite operative in these compounds.  相似文献

We report two new synthetic routes to the dinuclear Ru(I) complexes, [Ru(I)(2)(RCO(2))(CO)(4)(N( wedge )N)(2)](+) (N( wedge )N = 2,2'-bipyridine or 1,10-phenanthroline derivatives) that use RuCl(3).3H(2)O as a starting material. Direct addition of the bidentate diimine ligand to a methanolic solution of [Ru(CO)(2)Cl(2)](n) and sodium acetate yielded a mixture of [Ru(I)(2)(MeCO(2))(CO)(4)(N( wedge )N)(2)](+) (N( wedge )N = 4,4'-dmbpy, and 5,6-dmphen), and [Ru(II)(MeCO(2))(2)(CO)(2)(N( wedge )N)] (N( wedge )N = 4,4'-dmbpy and 5,5'-dmbpy). Single-crystal X-ray studies confirmed that the Ru(II) complexes had a trans-acetate-cis-carbonyl arrangement of the ligands. In contrast, the use of sodium benzoate resulted in the unexpected formation of a Ru-C bond producing ortho-cyclometalated complexes, [Ru(II)(O(2)CC(6)H(4))(CO)(2)(N( wedge )N)], where N( wedge )N = bpy or phen. A second approach used ligand exchange between a bidentate ligand (N( wedge )N) and the pyridine ligands of [Ru(I)(RCO(2))(CO)(2)(py)](2) to convert these neutral complexes into [Ru(I)(2)(RCO(2))(CO)(4)(N( wedge )N)(2)](+). This method, although it involved more steps, was applicable for a wider variety of diimine ligands (R = Me and N( wedge )N = 4,4'-dmbpy, 5,5'-dmbpy, 5,6-dmphen; R = Ph and N( wedge )N = bpy, phen, 5,6-dmphen).  相似文献

Four copper complexes with hydroxylated bipyridyl-like ligands, namely [Cu(2)(ophen)(2)] (1), [Cu(4)(ophen)(4)(tp)] (2), [Cu(4)(obpy)(4)(tp)] (3), and [Cu(4)(obpy)(4)(dpdc)].2H(2)O (4), (Hophen=2-hydroxy-1,10-phenanthroline, Hobpy=6-hydroxy-2,2'-bipyridine, tp=terephthalate, dpdc=diphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylate) have been synthesized hydrothermally. X-ray single-crystal structural analyses of these complexes reveal that 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) or 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) ligands are hydroxylated into ophen or obpy during the reaction, which provides structural evidence for the long-time argued Gillard mechanism. The dinuclear copper(I) complex 1 has three supramolecular isomers in the solid state, in which short copper-copper distances (2.66-2.68 A) indicate weak metal-metal bonding interactions. Each of the mixed-valence copper(i,ii) complexes 2-4 consists of a pair of [Cu(2)(ophen)(2)](+) or [Cu(2)(obpy)(2)](+) fragments bridged by a dicarboxylate ligand into a neutral tetranuclear dumbbell structure. Dinuclear 1 is an intermediate in the formation of 2 and can be converted into 2 in the presence of additional copper(II) salt and tp ligands under hydrothermal conditions. In addition to the ophen-centered pi-->pi* excited-state emission, 1 shows strong emissions at ambient temperature, which may be tentatively assigned as an admixture of copper-centered d-->s,p and MLCT excited states.  相似文献

A 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) chelated molybdenum(VI) citrate, [(MoO2)2O(H2cit)(phen)(H2O)2] x H2O (1) (H4cit = citric acid), is isolated from the reaction of citric acid, ammonium molybdate and phen in acidic media (pH 0.5-1.0). A citrato oxomolybdenum(V) complex, [(MoO)2O(H2cit)2(bpy)2] x 4H2O (2), is synthesized by the reduction of citrato molybdate with hydrazine hydrochloride in the presence of 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), and a monomeric molybdenum(VI) citrate [MoO2(H2cit)(bpy)] x H2O (6) is also isolated and characterized structurally. The citrate ligand in the three neutral compounds uses the alpha-alkoxy and alpha-carboxy groups to chelate as a bidentate leaving the two beta-carboxylic acid groups free, that is different from the tridentate chelated mode in the citrato molybdate(VI and V) complexes. 1 and in solution show obvious dissociation based on 13C NMR studies.  相似文献

Reaction of oxo-centered triruthenium precursor compound [Ru3O(OAc)6(py)2(CH3OH)](PF6) (1) with 1.3 equiv of bipyridine ligand at ambient temperature gave oxo-centered triruthenium derivatives [Ru3O(OAc)5{micro-eta1(C),eta2(N,N)bipyridine}(py)2](PF6) (bipyridine = 4,4'-dibutyl-2,2'-bipyridine (dbbpy) (2),4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (dmbpy) (3), 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) (4), 5,5'-dibromo-2,2'-bipyridine (Br2bpy) (5), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) (6)). Formation of compounds 2-6 involved substitution of the axial methanol and one of bridging acetates in the precursor compound 1 by an orthometalated bipyridine. Reduction of 2 and 4 by addition of excess hydrazine gave one-electron-reduced neutral products Ru3O(OAc)5(py)2{micro-eta1 (C),eta2(N,N)-bipyridine} (bipyridine = dbbpy (2a), bpy (4a)). As established in the structure of 3 by X-ray crystallography, the orthometalated 2,2'-bipyridine adopts a micro-eta1(C),eta2(N,N) bonding mode. In the 1H NMR spectra of 2-6, the protons of acetate, pyridine, and bipyridine show obvious paramagnetic shifts. Tentative assignments of these proton signals were carried out. Absorption spectra of the bipyridine triruthenium derivatives show characteristic intracluster charge transfer (IC) transitions in the visible to near-infrared region (600-1000 nm) and cluster-to-ligand charge transfer (CLCT) transitions at 320-450 nm. By comparison of the redox data for 2-6, it is concluded that introducing electron-donating substituents to the bipyridine favors stabilizing the [RuIII3]+ and [RuIII2RuII]0 states against disproportionation.  相似文献

应用密度泛函理论,在B3LYP/LanL2DZ水平上对C2对称性的混配络合物[M(bpy)2(phen)]2+和[M(phen)2(bpy)]2+(M=Ru、Os;bpy=2,2'-bipyridine;phen=1,10-phenanthroline)在水溶液中的几何构型进行了优化,并用TDDFT/B3LYP方法和相同的基组计算了其激发能、旋转强度和振子强度,绘制了相应的圆二色谱(CD).在分析有关跃迁性质的基础上,对实验圆二色谱的谱带进行了明确的解析和指认,同时讨论了短波区激子裂分的规律性.结果表明:四种络合物在长波区(λ>320nm)的CD吸收带主要是由d-π*跃迁产生的荷移谱带;短波区(λ<320nm)则是配体上平行于长轴的π-π*跃迁产生的激子耦合带,且对于Λ构型表现为正的手性激子裂分.其中,[M(bpy)2(phen)]2+只显示出正负两个激子带,分属于联吡啶和邻菲咯啉配体;而[M(phen)2(bpy)]2+则有三个激子带,其中左侧的两个(一负一正)属于邻菲咯啉配体,右侧的正带则属于联吡啶配体.此外,尽管激子耦合属于远程相互作用,但用TDDFT计算的激子裂分样式仍是正确的.这些结论对于深入理解有...  相似文献

Four new heterotrinuclear complexes have been prepared and characterized, namely {[Co(L)2]2[Cu (opba)]}(ClO4)2, where opba=o-phenylenebis(oxamato) and L=1,10-phenanthroline (phen), 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline (NO2-phen), 2,2-bipyridyl (bpy) and 4,4-dimethyl-2,2-bipyridyl (Me2bpy). The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of {[Co(phen)2]2[Cu(opba)]}(ClO4)2 has been studied in the 4–300K range, the MT versus T plot exhibits a minimum at ca. 131K, but abnormal magnetic behaviour below 83K.  相似文献

The complex formation of the ligands 1,12-diazaperylene (dap), 1,1'-bisisoquinoline (bis), 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) with transition metal ions (M = Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ru, Os, Re, Pd, Pt, Ag and Cd) in the gas phase has been studied by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. With the exception of Ru, Os, Fe, Ni and Cu, singly charged complexes [MLn](+) (n = 1,2) were observed. The complexes of dap and bis with Ru, Os, Fe and Ni ions, and the mixed ligand complexes with bpy and phen, are preferably of the doubly charged type [ML3]2+. In addition, collision-induced dissociation (CID) measurements were employed to evaluate the relative stabilities of these complexes. The CID experiments of mixed-ligand complexes which contain both dap and phen or dap and bpy exhibit preferential elimination of bpy, indicating that bpy is a weaker ligand than phen and dap.  相似文献

A series of rodlike ruthenium(II)-rhodium(III) polypyridine dyads based on modular oligo-p-phenylene bridges, of the general formula [(Me2phen)2Ru-bpy-(ph)n-bpy-Rh(Me2bpy)]5+ (Me2phen=4,7-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline; bpy=2,2'-bipyridine; ph=1,4-phenylene; n=1-3), have been synthesized and their photophysical properties investigated. The dyad [(Me2bpy)2Ru-bpy-(ph)3'-bpy-Rh(Me2bpy)]5+ with the central phenylene unit bearing two hexyl chains has also been studied. The metal-to-metal distance reaches 24 A for the longest (n=3) spacer in the series. For all of the dyads in a room-temperature CH3CN solution, quenching of the typical metal-to-ligand charge-transfer luminescence of the Ru-based chromophoric unit is observed, indicating that an efficient intramolecular photoinduced electron transfer from the excited Ru moiety to the Rh-based unit takes place. The rate constants for the electron-transfer process have been determined by time-resolved emission and absorption spectroscopy in the nanosecond and picosecond time scale. An exponential dependence of experimental transfer rates on the bridge length is observed, consistent with a superexchange mechanism. An attenuation factor beta of 0.65 A(-1) is determined, in line with the behavior of other systems containing oligo-p-phenylene spacers. Interestingly, for n=3, the presence/absence of hexyl substituents in the central p-phenylene ring causes a 10-fold difference in the rates between otherwise identical dyads. This comparison highlights the importance of the twist angle between adjacent spacers on the overall through-bond donor-acceptor coupling.  相似文献
