The benzylation of benzothiazole(oxazole, imidazole)-2-thiones with 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl acetate involves either the sulfur or nitrogen atom depending on the reaction conditions. The S- and N-benzylation products of benzazole-2-thiones are kinetically and thermodynamically controlled products, respectively. The use of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-benzyl acetate allows sterically hindered hydroxybenzyl derivatives of benzаzole-2-thiones to be generally synthesized under milder conditions than in known methods of their synthesis.  相似文献

Reactions of dialkyl [(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-oxocyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ylidene)methyl]phosphonates with butyl, benzyl and propargyl alcohols in the presence of catalytic amounts of trifluoromethanesulfonic acid resulted in the formation of nucleophilic 1,6-addition products. Azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction of dimethyl (3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)(prop-2-ynyloxy)methylphosphonate with benzyl azide and 1,3-bis-(2-azidoethoxy)benzene in the presence of copper sulfate and sodium ascorbate afforded 1,2,3-triazoles with sterically hindered phenol fragments.  相似文献

Reaction of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone with 5-amino-4-chloroquinolines gave derivatives of a new fused heterocyclic system, substituted quinolino[4,5-bc][1,5]benzoxazepines. The molecular structure of 9,11-di-tert-butyl-2,4,6-trimethyl-7H-quinolino[4,5-bc][1,5]benzoxazepine was determined by X-ray analysis. 3,5-Di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone reacted with o-nitro-, o-acyl-, and o-methoxycarbonylanilines and some amino-substituted nitrogen-containing heterocycles to form the corresponding sterically hindered N-aryl-(hetaryl)-o-aminophenols. Di-tert-butyl-substituted phenoxazines were obtained as a result of thermal cyclization of intermediately formed quinone imines.  相似文献

New method for synthesis of phosphorylated methylene quinones via bromination of the sterically hindered phenol [prepared via benzylation of secondary chlorophosphines with 4-(methoxymethyl)-2,6-di-tert-butylphenol] with N-bromosuccinimide followed by dehydrobromination with trimethyl orthoformate has been developed. Tertiary phosphine oxides containing the fragment of sterically hindered phenol and amine or acetonyl group have been synthesized for the first time in the reaction of phosphorylated methylene quinones with N- and C-nucleophiles.  相似文献

Products of the reactions of 4- and 2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butyl-benzaldehydes with malonic acid, diethyl malonate, and acetic anhydride in the presence of weak bases were isolated and identified. The reactions of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde with malonic acid and acetic anhydride in the presence of sodium acetate and piperidine gave 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxycinnamic acid. The reaction of its 2-hydroxy isomer with acetic anhydride stopped at the stage of formation of the corresponding O-acetyl derivative, while in the reaction with malonic acid the corresponding substituted cinnamic acid and its lactone (coumarin derivative) were formed as intermediate products in a transformation sequence finally leading to 3-(3,5-di-tertbutyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-piperidinopropionic acid and 6,8-di-tert-butyl-2-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-4-ylacetic acid. Analogous differences were typical of reactions of isomeric 4- and 2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylbenzaldehydes with diethyl malonate. The transformations of the 2-hydroxy isomer were accompanied by hydrolysis and formation of an adduct of intermediate coumarin derivative with diethyl malonate and piperidine.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-methylquinoline with 3,5-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone afforded a mixture of 5,7-di-tert-butyl-3-hydroxy-2-(quinolin-2-yl)cyclohepta-2,4,6-trien-1-one and previously unknown 10-tert-butylindolo[1,2-a]quinoline-8,11-dione. The structure of the latter was determined by two-dimensional heteronuclear correlation NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Heptacoordinated tin complexes with pentadentate redox-active ligands containing the diiminopyridine fragment combined with two sterically hindered phenolate coordination centers, LSn-Cl2 and L'SnCl2 (L and L' are dianions of deprotonated 2,6-bis[2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-(methylidenylamino) phenol]pyridine and 2,6-bis[2,4-di-tert-butyl-6-(ethylidenylamino)phenol]pyridine, respectively), are synthesized. The molecular and electronic structures of the synthesized compounds were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis (for complex I, CIF file CCDC no. 1557838), a set of spectral methods, and quantum-chemical calculations. The redox properties of the obtained complexes are characterized by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Heating of an equimolar mixture of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone with thiosalicylic acid led to 2-[(4,6-di-tert-butyl-2,3-dihydroxyphenyl)thio]benzoic acid. In the case of β-mercaptopropionic acid, 2-[(4,6-di-tert-butyl-2,3-dihydroxyphenyl)thio]propionic acid was formed, which upon reflux in Ac2O was converted to 6,8-di-tert-butyl-9-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,5benzoxathiepin-2-one.  相似文献

Reaction of benzoxazole-2-thione with 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzylacetate in methanol affords S-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)-2-mercaptobenzoxazole as the major product. Antiradical activity of S- and N-3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl derivatives of benzothiazole(oxazole, imidazole)-2-thione with respect to 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl is varies widely. Sterically hindered 4,6-di-tert-butyl-3-formylcatechol and 3,6-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone react with 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl to give new chelate ligands of the o-quinone type bearing a 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl neutral radical moiety. The reaction of diphenyl [(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-oxocyclohexa-2,5-dien-1-ylidene)methyl]phosphonate with 2-methylbenzene-1,3-diol at a ratio of 1: 1 afforded 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-6-hydroxy-7-methyl-2-phenoxy-2,3-dihydro-1,2λ5-benzoxaphosphol-6-one.  相似文献

The O?H bond dissociation energy (D O?H) has been determined for eight alkylseleno-substituted phenols, one alkyltelluro-substituted phenol, and one alkyltelluro-substituted pyridinol. D O?H has been estimated by the intersecting-parabolas method from kinetic data using five reference compounds: α-tocopherol (D O?H = 330.0 kJ/mol), 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-methoxyphenol (D O?H = 347.6 kJ/mol), 4-methylphenol (D O?H = 361.6 kJ/mol), 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylthiophenol (D O?H = 336.3 kJ/mol), and 2,6-di-ter-tbutyl-4-methylphenol (D O?H = 338.0 kJ/mol). The following D O?H values (kJ/mol) have been obtained: 335.9 for 2,5,7,8-tetramethyl-2-phytyl-6-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzoselenopyran, 342.6 for 2-methyl-5-hydroxy-2,3-dihydrobenzoselenophene, 333.5 for 2,4,6,7-tetramethyl-5-hydroxy-2,3-dihydrobenzoselenophene, 339.4 for 2-tert-butyl-4-methoxy-6-octylselenophenol, 357.9 for dodecyl 3-(4-hydroxyphenyl) propyl selenide, 348.5 for dodecyl 3-(3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propyl selenide, 350.9 for dodecyl 3-(3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propyl selenide, 338.0 for dodecyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propyl selenide, 343.0 for 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-(tellurobutyl-4′-phenoxy)phenol, and 338.8 for 6-octyltelluro-3-pyridinol. The structures of products formed in reactions of tert-butylated o-quinones with alkyl radicals were determined by 1H and 13C NMR and two-dimensional 1H-1H NOESY spectroscopy, and also by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The major products formed upon γ-irradiation of deaerated solutions of 4-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone and 3,5-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone in cyclohexane are monoalkyl ethers and products of addition to the C=C bond. In the case of 4-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone, these are products of mixed O-C and C-C alkylation; the adduct formed by addition of the cyclohexyl radical to the C=C bond in 3,5-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone gives an unsymmetrical dimer whose structure was proved by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A reaction of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone with 1,2- and 1,6-dithiols was used to obtain the corresponding bis-pyrocatechol thioethers; a comparative evaluation of their antioxidant activity was carried out. The synthesized thioethers, 2-(4,6-di-tert-butyl-2,3-dihydroxyphenylsulfanyl)acetic acid, and 3,5-di-tert-butylpyrocatechol were studied in the reaction with diphenylpicrylhydrazyl radical. The influence of these compounds on the autooxidation process of oleic (cis-octadec-9-enoic) acid was studied. The antioxidant activity of bis-pyrocatechol thioethers was manifested in the reaction with diphenylpicrylhydrazyl radical in the process of autooxidation of oleic acid, which was confirmed by the experimental EC50 values, the data on the number of transformed molecules of stable radical ( n DPPH), and the relative content of oleic acid hydroperoxides. Bis-pyrocatechol thioethers were found to exhibit the inhibitory activity in the course of oxidation of glutathione induced by 2,2’-azobis(2-amidinopropane) dihydrochloride.  相似文献

Effect of the solvent nature on the kinetics of photoreduction of 3,6-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone and its six derivatives in the presence of N,N-dimethylaniline and 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)benzaldehyde has been investigated. It has been found that for the о-quinone—amine pair, for which the free energy change of electron transfer is ΔGe > +0.11 eV, the rate constant of о-quinone photoreduction kH decreases proportionally to the increase in the acceptor number of the solvent. For the о-quinone—amine pair with ΔGe < +0.11 eV, the kH value decreases proportionally to the increase in the donor number of the solvent. It has been established that the enhancement of the electron-acceptor properties of the solvent leads to the emergence of kinetic isotope effect for the reactant pairs of 3,6-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone and 4,5-dimethoxy-3,6-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone with N,N-di-methylaniline (ΔGe = +0.11 and +0.22 eV, respectively).  相似文献

The studies of the condensation of 4-nitrosemicarbazide (4-NSC) with various aldehydes and ketones resulted in the development of an approach to the synthesis of N-nitrosemicarbazones, promising high-energy and biologically active compounds. Subsequent treatment with amines and alkalis led to the synthesis of water-soluble salts of nitrosemicarbazones, as well as the corresponding semicarbazones. The reaction of N,N′-diisopropyl- or N,N′-di-tert-butyl-1,2-ethanediimine with 4-nitrosemicarbazide led to the synthesis of glyoxal bis(nitrosemicarbazone) derivatives. A computer-aided screening using the PASS software showed a probability of high biological activity for the compounds obtained, whereas antiarrhythmic properties of camphor nitrosemicarbazone potassium salt were confirmed in experiments in rats.  相似文献
