An efficient catalytic system using 1‐benzyl‐4‐aza‐1‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane chloride ((BeDABCO)2Pd2Cl6) was developed for the Hiyama cross‐coupling reaction of various aryl halides with triethoxy(phenyl)silane. The catalytic activity of [Pd{C6H4(CH2N(CH2Ph)2)}(μ‐Br)]2 complex as an efficient, stable and catalyst that is non‐sensitive to air and moisture was investigated in the Stille cross‐coupling reaction of various aryl halides with phenyltributyltins under microwave irradiation. The substituted biaryls were produced in excellent yield in short reaction times using a catalytic amount of this complex in DMF at 100 C. The combination of dimeric complex as homogeneous catalyst and microwave irradiation and also DMF as microwave‐active polar solvent gave higher yields in shorter reaction times. An efficient catalytic system using (BeDABCO)2Pd2Cl6 (BeDABCO, benzyl‐1,4‐diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane) was developed for the homo‐coupling reaction of various aryl halides. Due to the combination of ionic homogeneous metal catalyst and microwave irradiation, symmetric biaryls were produced in excellent yields and short reaction times in N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone at 120 °C. BeDABCO as an efficient ligand and also a quaternary ammonium salt had an efficient stabilizing effect on the Pd(0) species in this coupling reaction. In the presence of a catalytic amount of this efficient, stable homogeneous catalytic system that is non‐sensitive to air and moisture, various aryl halides were efficiently coupled with phenylacetylene in good yields in H2O at 50°C under copper‐free conditions. Stille cross‐coupling reactions between iodobenzene and tributylphenyltin were carried out in ethanol/water solution using different amounts of Pd/BaSO4 as catalyst reservoir in a ligand‐free system and high yields were obtained. Other substituted biaryls were obtained with good yields. The catalyst can be reused up to three times with some loss in activity. Filtration of the catalyst and product extraction yielded a solution that kept its activity, showing the presence of Pd(0)/Pd(II) species that can be regarded as the true catalysts. The catalytic activity of dimeric [Pd{C6H2(CH2CH2NH2)–(OMe)2,2,3}(μ‐Br)]2 and monomeric [Pd{C6H2(CH2CH2NH2)–(OMe)2,2,3}Br(PPh3)] complexes as efficient, stable and air‐ and moisture‐tolerant catalysts was investigated in the Suzuki, Stille and Hiyama cross‐coupling and homo‐coupling reactions of various aryl halides. Substituted biaryls were produced in excellent yields in short reaction times using catalytic amounts of these complexes. The monomeric complex was demonstrated to be more active than the corresponding dimeric catalyst for the cross‐coupling reaction of unreactive aryl bromides and chlorides. A new strategy to significantly improve the efficiency of Suzuki reactions was achieved under microwave irradiation. [Cl2Pd(COD)]/piperazine derivative 1 catalyzed aryl chlorides with phenylboronic acid in methanol (50%) affording excellent yields under aerobic conditions. The Stille cross‐coupling reaction of organostannanes with aryl halides was achieved in the presence of a catalytic amount of MCM‐41‐supported mercapto palladium(0) complex (1 mol%) in DMF? H2O (9:1) under air atmosphere in good to high yields. This MCM‐41‐supported palladium catalyst can be reused at least 10 times without any decrease in activity. Mesoporous molecular sieve SBA‐15 and conventional silica gel were grafted with 3‐[2‐(diethylamino)ethylamino]propyl groups and used as supports for the preparation of deposited palladium catalysts, which were subsequently evaluated in Stille cross‐coupling reaction of aryl bromides. The highest conversions were achieved with the metal‐saturated catalyst resulting from the modified SBA‐15. Supported palladium catalyst (Pd/Fe3O4@SiO2) was easily prepared by supporting PdCl2 on silica‐coated magnetic nanoparticles Fe3O4 in ethylene glycol. The as‐prepared sample was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and X‐ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS). The formation of active specie Pd(0) was confirmed by XRD and XPS, and the Pd loading for the fresh and recovered catalyst was determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS). Pd/Fe3O4@SiO2 was employed for the synthesis of biphenyl derivatives via Suzuki reaction. In terms of the yield of biphenyl, the supported catalyst displayed nearly equal catalytic performance to that of homologous PdCl2 under microwave irradiation for 30 min but higher than that obtained by traditional heating method for 12 h. The catalytic performance of Pd/Fe3O4@SiO2 for Suzuki reactions involving various aryl halides and arylboronic acids were also examined. Impressive yield of biphenyl at 68.2% was obtained even in the presence of unreactive aryl chlorides. Pd/Fe3O4@SiO2 was recovered by a permanent magnet and directly reused in the next run, and no obvious deactivation was observed for up to 6 times. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The synthesis, characterization, crystal structure and catalyst activity of the bidentate phosphine complex [1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane]palladium(II) bromide, [PdBr2(dppe)], are presented. Treatment of 1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane with palladium(II) bromide under mild conditions resulted in the compound in high yield and purity. The characterization of the synthesized compound was performed using spectroscopic methods, such as Fourier transform infrared and NMR, CHN analysis and X‐ray crystallography. The structure of the compound was slightly distorted square planar. This compound was found to work as an efficient catalyst for both Stille and Suzuki cross‐coupling reactions of various aryl halides with triphenyltin chloride and/or phenylboronic acid. A novel mesoporous silica‐nanotube‐supported 3‐4,5‐dihydroimidazol‐1‐yl‐propyltriethoxysilanedichloropalladium(II) complex was prepared and characterized. 3‐4,5‐Dihydroimidazol‐1‐yl‐propyltriethoxysilanedichloropalladium(II) and mesoporous silica‐supported 3‐4,5‐dihydroimidazol‐1‐yl‐propyltriethoxysilanedichloropalladium(II) were tested for catalytic activity for Heck coupling reactions between styrene and several aryl halides and Suzuki coupling reactions between phenylboronic acid and several aryl halides. A new range of CF3‐substituted aminomethyldiphosphine (P―C―N) ligands ((C6H5)2PCH2)2NR (R = ―C6H4(2‐CF3) ( 1 ), ―C6H4(3‐CF3) ( 1b ) has been synthesized from 2‐(trifluoromethyl)aniline and 3‐(trifluoromethyl)aniline with diphenylphosphine. The aminomethyldiphosphine ligands were reacted with Pd(cod)Cl2 to give corresponding metal complexes, PdLCl2 ( 2a , 2b ). The aminomethyldiphosphine–palladium compounds were characterized by utilizing several methods including NMR (1H, 13C, 31P) and elemental analysis. These compounds were used as catalysts in Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction of aryl chlorides and bromides. The effect of base was also investigated in this current project. CF3‐substituted aminomethyldiphosphine–palladium complexes were found to be efficient catalysts in Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction of activated and deactivated aryl boronic acids. A cadmium–thiocyanate complex, poly[(1‐cyanomethyl‐4‐aza‐1‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane‐κ4N)octakis‐μ2‐thiocyanato‐κ8N:S8S:N‐tricadmium(II)], [Cd3(C8H14N3)2(NCS)8]n, was synthesized by the reaction of 1‐cyanomethyl‐4‐aza‐1‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane chloride, cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate and potassium thiocyanide in aqueous solution. In the crystal structure, there are two independent types of CdII cation (one on a centre of inversion and one in a general position) and both are in distorted octahedral coordination environments, coordinated by N and S atoms from different ligands. Neighbouring CdII cations are linked together by thiocyanate bridges to form a two‐dimensional network. Hydrogen‐bonding interactions are involved in the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

Successful deposition of Pd nanoparticles is described using MOF‐199 as a support. Various characterization techniques including FTIR, XRD, SEM, BET‐BJH, TG‐DTA, and NH3‐TPD were used to verify the efficiency of catalysts. Pd/MOF‐199 is utilized as a catalyst for Suzukie Miyaura reactions with reasonable to excellent reaction yields under reflux conditions in H2O: ethanol solvent.  相似文献

An efficient catalytic system for Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions in neat water has been developed by using a water‐soluble Pd(l ‐proline)2 catalyst. Under the optimized conditions, various biaryl compounds were obtained in good to excellent yields and a wide range of functional groups on the tested substrates were well tolerated. Rapid synthesis of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidin-2-ones (THPO) from aromatic aldehydes, β-ketoester and urea (or thiourea) using zinc sulfamate as the catalyst under microwave irradiation was described here. Compared with the classical Biginelli reaction, this new method consistently has the advantages of good yields (76%-96%), short reaction time (3-15 min), no corrosion to equipments, ease of manipulation, and low cost catalyst.  相似文献

Surface modification of Fe3O4 nanoparticles with triethoxyethylcyanide groups was used for the immobilization of palladium nanoparticles to produce Fe3O4/Ethyl‐CN/Pd. The catalyst was characterized using Fourier transform infrared, wavelength‐dispersive X‐ray, energy‐dispersive X‐ray and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopies, field‐emission scanning electron and transmission electron microscopies, and X‐ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometry and inductively coupled plasma analyses. In this fabrication, cyano groups played an important role as a capping agent. The catalytic behaviour of Fe3O4/Ethyl‐CN/Pd nanoparticles was measured in the Suzuki cross‐coupling reaction of various aryl halides (Ar? I, Ar? Br, Ar? Cl) with phenylboronic acid in aqueous phase at room temperature. Interestingly, the novel catalyst could be recovered in a facile manner from the reaction mixture by applying an external magnet device and recycled seven times without any significant loss in activity.
