4‐Ethoxycarbonyl‐5‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydrofuran‐2,3‐dione 1 reacts with aldehydes via the acylketene intermediate 2 giving the 1,3‐dioxin‐4‐ones 3a‐e and the 1,4‐bis(5‐ethoxycarbonyl‐4‐oxo‐6‐phenyl‐4H‐1,3‐dioxin‐2‐yl)benzene 4 , and a one step reaction between dibenzoylmethane and oxalylchloride gave 3,5‐dibenzoyl‐2,6‐diphenyl‐4‐pyrone 7 . The reaction of 1 with dibenzoylmethane, a dicarbonyl compound, provided ethyl 3‐benzoyl‐4‐oxo‐2,6‐diphenylpyran‐5‐carboxylate derivative 9 . Compound 9 was converted into the corresponding ethyl 3‐benzoyl‐4‐hydroxy‐2,6‐diphenylpyridine‐5‐carboxylate derivative 10 via its reaction with ammonium hydroxyde solution in 1 ‐butanol. 相似文献

A two step synthesis of title isocoumarin isolated from Homalium longifolium and its conversion into corresponding 3,4‐dihydroisocoumarin has been described. 3,4‐Dimethoxybenzoyl chloride on condensation with homophthalic acid afforded 3‐(3′,4′‐dimethoxyphenyl)isocoumarin which was demethylated to furnish the 8‐desoxythunberginol A, whereas its sequential saponification, reduction and demethylation yielded the (±)‐8‐desoxy‐3,4‐dihydrothunberginol A. The synthesized compounds were examined in vitro for antibacterial activity. 相似文献

The molecules pack utilizing weak C—H...O and C—H...π intermolecular contacts. Identical packing motifs involving C—H...O interactions, forming both chains and dimers, along with C—H...π dimers and π–π aromatic interactions are observed in the fluoro, chloro and methyl derivatives. 相似文献

A study on the synthesis of the novel cyclic α‐aminophosphonates and 2‐alkoxy‐2‐oxo‐1,4,2‐oxazaphosphinanes 4a‐r has been carried out. The title compounds were obtained in good yields by one‐pot procedure using o‐aminophenol, alkyl dichlorophosphinite, and ketones or benzaldehyde. One of their geometric stereoisomers was isolated and characterized. Configurations of 4k and one isomer of 4r have been established by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The synthetic methods provide an easy access to the organophosphorus heterocycles with the ring system mentioned above. The abnormal chemical shifts of alkyl‐substitute protons in 1H NMR spectra were given reasonable explanation. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Ethylenediamine reacted readily with 4‐ethoxy‐1,1,1‐trifluoro‐3‐butene‐2‐one to form 5‐trifliuoromethyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1,4‐diazepine in good yield. In a continuation of our research on new chromophores for photoinitiators (PIs), we investigated a triple‐bond‐containing benzophenone derivative. 1,5‐Diphenyl‐1,4‐pentadiyn‐3‐one ( 2 ) was prepared from phenylacetylene and ethyl formate by a one‐pot reaction. Differential scanning photocalorimetry experiments in lauryl acrylate of 2 showed surprisingly high activity for the double‐bond conversion and rate of polymerization at the lowest PI concentrations and even without any coinitiator. By the application of monomers with abstractable hydrogens, significant improvement in the photoreactivity was observed. Ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy revealed strong absorption up to 350 nm. Steady‐state photolysis experiments proved that the photochemistry of this compound was faster than that of benzophenone. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. On irradiation (λ=350 nm) in the presence of 1,1‐dimethoxyethene, naphthalene‐1,2‐dionemonoacetals 1 regioselectively afford 1,1,4,4‐tetramethoxycyclobuta[a]naphthalen‐3‐ones 3 . Sequential deprotection of these bis‐acetals first lead to 1,1‐dimethoxycyclobuta[a]naphthalene‐3,4‐diones 4 and then to cyclobuta[a]naphthalene‐1,3,4‐triones 6 , which, in turn, are converted into (3,4‐dihydro‐3,4‐dioxonaphthalen‐2‐yl)acetates 7 by treatment with SiO2/MeOH/air. 相似文献

1,1‐Dibromo‐2,2‐bis(trimethylsilylethynyl)ethene ( 2 ) reacts with two equivalents of 1‐boraadamantane ( 1 ) by 1,1‐organoboration of both trimethylsilylethynyl groups to give a triene 3 bearing two 4‐methylene‐3‐borahomoadamantane moieties in terminal positions. The triene was characterized by one‐ and two‐dimensional 1H, 11B, 13C and 29Si NMR spectroscopy in solution and X‐ray structural analysis in the solid state. The planes of the C double bond are strongly twisted against each other as a result of the bulky substituents, and the surroundings of the boron atoms deviate from the ideal trigonal planar geometry owing to the tension in the tricyclic frameworks. In the title compound, C29H30N6, the naphthyridine ring is almost planar with a dihedral angle of 5.4 (1)° between the pyridyl rings. The dihedral angles between the naphthyridine system and the diethylaminophenyl, phenyl and pyrrolidine rings are 53.1 (1), 19.8 (1) and 20.9 (1)°, respectively. The pyrrolidine ring adopts a half‐chair conformation. The molecule is stabilized by weak C—H?N interactions. 相似文献

A series of pyrazolo[4,3‐e]‐1,2,4‐triazolo‐[1,5‐c]pyrimidine derivatives, bearing phosphonylbenzyl chain in position 7, were conveniently synthesized in an attempt to obtain potent and selective antagonists for the A2A adenosine receptor or potent pesticide lead compounds. Diethyl[(5‐amino‐4‐cyano‐3‐methylsulfanyl‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)‐benzyl]phospho‐nate ( 3 ), which was prepared by the cyclization of diethyl 1‐hydrazinobenzylphosphonate ( 1 ) with 2‐[bis(methylthio)methylene]malononitrile ( 2 ), reacted with triethyl orthoformate to afford diethyl[(4‐cyano‐5‐ethoxymethyleneamino‐3‐methylsulfanyl‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)‐benzyl]phosphonate ( 4 ), which reacted with various acyl hydrazines in refluxing 2‐methoxyethanol to give the target compounds 5a–h in good yields.
