A reversible and temperature‐dependent proton‐relay process is demonstrated for a Fe2 complex possessing a terminal thiolate in the presence of nitrogen‐based acids. The terminal sulfur site (St) of the complex forms a hydrogen‐bond interaction with N,N‐dimethylanilinium acid at 183 K. The Fe2 core, instead, is protonated to generate a bridging hydride at 298 K. Reversibility is observed for the tautomerization between the hydrogen‐bonded pair and the Fe–hydride species. X‐ray structural analysis of the hydrogen‐bonded species at 193 K reveals a short N(H)???St contact. Employment of pyridinium acid also results in similar behavior, with reversible proton–hydride interconversion. DFT investigation of the proton‐transfer pathways indicates that the pKa value of the hydrogen‐bonded species is enhanced by 3.2 pKa units when the temperature is decreased from 298 K to 183 K.  相似文献

Reaction of 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf) with [μ-(SCH2)2NCH2CH2OH]Fe2(CO)6 (A) or [μ-(SCH2)2NCH2CH2SAc]Fe2(CO)6 (C) in refluxing xylene yielded an intramolecular bridging complex [μ-(SCH2)2NCH2CH2OH]Fe2(CO)4(μ-dppf) (1) or [μ-(SCH2)2NCH2CH2SAc]Fe2(CO)4(μ-dppf) (2) in moderate yield. The structures of both complexes were fully characterized by spectroscopic methods and X-ray crystallography, and the electronic structure of 2 was further investigated by UV–vis. The cyclic voltammetry was conducted and the reduction of protons from CF3SO3H (TfOH), HBF4·Et2O, or CF3COOH (TFA) catalyzed by 2 was observed.  相似文献

Upon irradiation with ultraviolet wavelengths, Fe2(S2C3H6)(CO)6, a simple model of the [FeFe]‐hydrogenase active site, undergoes CO dissociation to form the unsaturated Fe2(S2C3H6)(CO)5 species and successively a solvent adduct at the vacant coordination site. In the present work, the CO‐photolysis of Fe2(S2C3H6)(CO)6 was investigated by density functional theory (DFT) and time‐dependent DFT (TDDFT). Trans Fe2(S2C3H6)(CO)5 form and the corresponding trans heptane or acetonitrile solvent adducts are the lowest energy ground state forms. CO dissociation barriers computed for the lowest triplet state are roughly halved with respect to those for the ground state suggesting that some low‐lying excited potential energy surface (PES) could be loosely bound with respect to Fe? C bond cleavage. The TDDFT excited state PESs and geometry optimizations for the excited states likely involved in the CO‐photolysis suggest that the Fe? S bond elongation and the partial isomerization toward the rotated form could take place simultaneously, favoring the trans CO photodissociation. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Azapropanedithiolate (adt)‐bridged model complexes of [FeFe]‐hydrogenase bearing a carboxylic acid functionality have been designed with the aim of decreasing the potential for reduction of protons to hydrogen. Protonation of the bisphosphine complexes 4 – 6 has been studied by in situ IR and NMR spectroscopy, which revealed that protonation with triflic acid most likely takes place first at the N‐bridge for complex 4 but at the Fe? Fe bond for complexes 5 and 6 . Using an excess of acid, the diprotonated species could also be observed, but none of the protonated species was sufficiently stable to be isolated in a pure state. Electrochemical studies have provided an insight into the catalytic mechanisms under strongly acidic conditions, and have also shown that complexes 3 and 6 are electro‐active in aqueous solution even in the absence of acid, presumably due to hydrogen bonding. Hydrogen evolution, driven by visible light, has been observed for three‐component systems consisting of [Ru(bpy)3]2+, complex 1 , 2 , or 3 , and ascorbic acid in CH3CN/D2O solution by on‐line mass spectrometry.  相似文献

Within this study, we report on the first controlled radical polymerization of styrene‐based models of the active site of the [FeFe]‐hydrogenase. Three different model complexes based on styrene were prepared including propanedithiolato‐bridged, 2‐azapropanedithiolato‐bridged, and bifunctional styrene iron complex. These model complexes were copolymerized with styrene using free radical and the reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer polymerization method. The polymerization behavior of the hydrogenase models is discussed and analyzed in detail. It could be shown that the model complex can be incorporated into copolymers. The obtained copolymers exhibit narrow molar mass distributions. The presence of the [FeFe]‐hydrogenase models were proven by atomic absorption spectrometry, NMR and IR spectroscopy as well as cyclovoltammetric measurements. It could be shown that the [FeFe]‐hydrogenase mimic copolymers, as well as the monomeric originating complexes exhibit electrocatalytic proton reduction at a low potential of –2.2 V. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A one step synthesis protocol for the conversion of heteroylthiosemicarbazides and 2,3‐dichloro‐1,4‐naphthoquinone to naphtho[2,3‐d]thiazoles, naphtho[2,3‐e][1,3,4]thiadiazines as well as bis(naphtho[2,3‐d]thiazolyl)copper(II) derivatives is described. The products were conclusively confirmed by single crystal X‐ray analyses. A mechanism for the formation of the products is presented.  相似文献

A simple and efficient synthesis of 4‐aryl‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐benzo[h]pyrazolo[3,4‐b]quinoline‐5,10‐diones has been accomplished by the one‐pot condensation reaction of 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐amine, aldehydes and 2‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione in water in the presence of diammonium hydrogen phosphate.  相似文献

Organosoluble homopolyimides (PIs) and copolyimides (CoPIs) were synthesized from 2,2‐bis[4‐(4‐aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane (BAPP) or 2,2‐bis[4‐(4‐aminophenoxy)phenyl]hexafluoropropane (6FBAPP) and six kinds of commercial aromatic dianhydrides (PMDA, II a ; BTDA, II b ; BPDA, II c ; ODPA, II d ; DSDA, II e ; 6FDA, II f ). Although BAPP and II d∼f could prepare three kinds of soluble PIs ( III‐A d∼f ), likewise 6FBAPP and II c∼f could prepare four PIs ( III‐B c∼f ), the insoluble PIs were synthesized from these two diamines and other dianhydrides. However, soluble CoPIs could be prepared by alternative copolycondensation from a pair of dianhydrides of soluble PIs and insoluble PIs in certain molar ratios (m1/m2). The ratios of m1/m2 of BAPP/PMDA series CoPIs ( IV m1(d–f)/m2a ) ranged from 3–5, but ratios of 6FBAPP/PMDA series CoPIs ( V m1(c∼f)/m2a ) decreased to 2–3. The m1/m2 of the BAPP/BTDA and 6FBAPP/BTDA series CoPIs were 2, while the BAPP/BPDA series were between 1–2. Composition, solubility, tensile properties and thermal properties of these CoPIs synthesized via a two‐stage thermal cyclodehydration were determined and were compared with their corresponding PIs. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The present article describes the synthesis, characterization, and antidiabetic activity of 6‐methoxyimidazo[1,2‐b]pyridazine derivatives 7a‐l . The synthetic sequence for the preparation of these derivatives involves the following prominent reactions: (a) Step 1: involves the high‐pressure amination reaction; (b) Step 2: involves the Zinc oxide nanoparticle‐catalyzed cyclization reaction; (c) Step 3: involves the methoxylation; (d) Step 4: involves the bromination reaction; (e) Step 5: involves the Suzuki coupling reaction; (f) Step 6: involves the reduction of the –NO2 group; (g) Step 7: involves Boc protection of the 1o amino group (h) Step 8: involves diazotization of the amine group and finally the last of the synthesis (i) Step 9: involves the saponification of the ethyl ester group. Furthermore, the structures of the newly synthesized 6‐methoxyimidazo[1,2‐b]pyridazine derivatives 7a–l were determined using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and Mass and IR spectroscopic analyses. These derivatives were evaluated for their antidiabetic property and the results revealed that most of the compounds exhibited significant potency. It is worth mentioning that compounds 7b (69.87%), 7f (69.0%), 7h (68.79%), and 7l (68.61%) with substitution R = para‐NH2, para‐COOH, meta‐NH2, and meta‐COOH, respectively, showed significant (good) hypoglycemic activity when compared to the standard drug insulin (50 mg/kg b.w) in reducing the blood glucose level.  相似文献

Alternating narrow band gap (NBG) conjugated polymers derived from 6,6′,12,12′‐tetraoctylindeno[1,2‐b]fluorene (IF) and 2,3‐dimethyl‐5,7‐dithien‐2‐yl‐thieno[3,4‐b]pyrazine (DTTP), 2,3‐diphenyl‐5,7‐dithien‐2‐yl‐thieno[3,4‐b]pyrazine (DPTP) or 2,3‐dioctyl‐5,7‐dithien‐2‐yl‐thieno[3,4‐b]pyrazine (DOTP), named as PIF‐DTTP, PIF‐DPTP, and PIF‐DOTP, respectively, were synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction and characterized. The photochemical stabilities of the copolymers and copolymer derived from IF and 5,7‐dithien‐2‐yl‐thieno[3,4‐b]pyrazine (DTP) were investigated by the UV absorptions, PL spectra, FT‐IR spectra, and photovoltaic properties of the copolymers as a function of UV irradiation time. The studies revealed that the degradation of thieno[3,4‐b]pyrazine (TP) ring under UV irradiation can be retarded or eliminated by introducing phenyl group into the 2,3‐positions of TP ring, and indicated that 2,3‐diphenylthieno[3,4‐b]pyrazine could be used as durable electron deficient moiety to achieve donor–acceptor NBG‐conjugated polymers. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel class of thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene (TT) and isoindigo based copolymers were synthesized and evaluated as electron donor and hole transport materials in bulk‐heterojunction polymer solar cells (BHJ PSCs). These π‐conjugated donor‐acceptor polymers were derived from fused TT and isoindigo structures bridged by thiophene units. The band‐gaps and the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) levels of the polymers were tuned using different conjugating lengths of thiophene units on the main chains, providing band‐gaps from 1.55 to 1.91 eV and HOMO levels from ?5.34 to ?5.71 eV, respectively. The corresponding lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) levels were appropriately adjusted with the isoindigo units. Conventional BHJ PSCs (ITO/PEDOT:PSS/active layer/interlayer/Al) with an active layer composed of the polymer and PC71BM were fabricated for evaluation. Power conversion efficiency from a low of 1.25% to a high of 4.69% were achieved with the best performing device provided by the D?π?A polymer with a relatively board absorption spectrum, high absorption coefficient, and more uniform blend morphology. These results demonstrate the potential of this class of thieno[3,2‐b]thiophene‐isoindigo‐based polymers as efficient electron donor and hole transport polymers for BHJ PSCs. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of novel 5‐(2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐chromeno[2,3‐d]pyrimidin‐5‐yl)pyrimidione derivatives have been synthesized from substituted salicylaldehydes and barbituric acid or 2‐thiobarbituric acid in water catalyzed by phase transfer catalysis of triethylbenzyl ammonium chloride (TEBA). Elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR elucidated the structures of all the newly synthesized compounds. In vitro antimicrobial activities of synthesized compounds have been investigated against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. These newly synthesized derivatives exhibited significant in vitro antibacterial activity.  相似文献

An SO3H‐functionalized nano‐MGO‐D‐NH2 catalyst has been prepared by multi‐functionalization of a magnetic graphene oxide (GO) nanohybrid and evaluated in the synthesis of tetrahydrobenzo[b]pyran and pyrano[2,3‐d]pyrimidinone derivatives. The GO/Fe3O4 (MGO) hybrid was prepared via an improved Hummers method followed by the covalent attachment of 1,4‐butanesultone with the amino group of the as‐prepared polyamidoamine‐functionalized MGO (MGO‐D‐NH2) to give double‐functionalized magnetic nanoparticles as the catalyst. The prepared nanoparticles were characterized to confirm their synthesis and to precisely determine their physicochemical properties. In summary, the prepared catalyst showed marked recyclability and catalytic performance in terms of reaction time and yield of products. The results of this study are hoped to aid the development of a new class of heterogeneous catalysts to show high performance and as excellent candidates for industrial applications.  相似文献

1,1‐Diamino‐2,2‐dinitroethylene (FOX‐7), one of the most well‐known energetic materials, has attracted broad attention around the world. To extend the chemistry of FOX‐7, we present here a series of energetic salts based on 3‐dinitromethyl‐[1,2,4]triazine, which is prepared from FOX‐7. All these salts were fully characterized using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, and elemental analysis. In addition, the potassium salt ( 2 ), ammonium salt ( 5 ), and guanidinium salt ( 7 ) were further confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Extensive hydrogen bonds were observed in these salts. The salts exhibit moderate densities varying from 1.63 to 1.76 g · cm–3. All the compounds possess good thermal stability with decomposition temperatures from 118 to 267 °C. The detonation performance for salts were calculated by using EXPLO 5, their detonation velocities are in the range from 6807 to 8614 m · s–1 and detonation pressures fall between 18.8 to 31.6 GPa. All the salts exhibit very low mechanical sensitivity, which indicates their potential application as insensitive energetic materials.  相似文献

A novel side‐chain polypseudorotaxanes P4VBVBu/CB[7] was synthesized from poly‐Nn‐butyl‐N′‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)‐4,4′‐bipyridinium bromide chloride (P4VBVBu) and cucurbit [7]uril (CB[7]) in water by simple stirring at room temperature. CB[7] beads are localized on viologen units in side chains of polypseudorotaxanes as shown by 1H NMR, IR, XRD, and UV–vis studies, and it is considered that the hydrophobic and charge‐dipole interactions are the driving forces. TGA data show that thermal stability of the polypseudorotaxanes increases with the adding of CB[7] threaded. DLS data show that P4VBVBu and CB[7] could form polypseudorotaxanes, and the average hydrodynamic radius of the polypseudorotaxanes increases with increasing the concentration of CB[7]. The typical cyclic voltammograms indicate that the oxidation reduction characteristic of P4VBVBu is remarkably affected by the addition of CB[7] because of the formation of polypseudorotaxanes and the shielding effects of CB[7] threaded on the viologen units of polypseudorotaxanes. With the increase of the concentration of KBr or K2SO4, the formation of the polypseudorotaxanes was inhibited due to the shielding effects of both Br? or SO to viologen ion and K+ to CB[7] by UV–vis. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new paratert‐butylcalix[4]arene column containing thiadiazole functional groups was prepared and used for the separation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, phenolic compounds, aromatic amines, benzoic acid and its derivatives by high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The effect of organic modifier content in the mobile phase on retention and selectivity of these compounds were investigated. The results indicate that the stationary phase behaves like reversed‐phase packing. However, hydrogen bonding, π–π and inclusion interactions seem to be involved in the separation process. The column has been successfully employed for the analysis of clenbuterol in pork and pig casing; the limit of detection and the limit of quantitation for this method by HPLC‐UV detection was 0.03 and 0.097 μg/mL, respectively; the method is demonstrated to be suitable and a competitive alternative analytical method for the determination of clenbuterol.  相似文献

A new series of Brønsted–Lewis acidic diethyldisulfoammonium chlorometallates, [DEDSA][FeCl4] and [DEDSA]2[Zn2Cl6], were synthesized as solid materials from the reaction of [(Et)2N(SO3H)2][Cl] ionic liquid with transition metal chlorides (FeCl3 and ZnCl2) at 80 °C in neat condition for 2 h. The chlorometallates were fully characterized using various spectroscopic and analytical techniques such as Fourier transform infrared, UV–visible and Raman spectroscopies, powder X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray and thermogravimetric analyses, Hammett acidity and elemental analyses. Their catalytic activity was studied as reusable heterogeneous catalysts for the three‐component synthesis of novel 14‐aryl‐7‐(N‐phenyl)‐14H‐dibenzo[a,j]acridines under solvent‐free conditions at 100 °C.  相似文献

The synthesis, one‐ and two‐photon absorption (TPA) and emission properties of three novel 1,4‐diketo‐3,6‐diphenylpyrrolo[3,4‐c]pyrrole (DPP)/3,6‐carbazole (Cz)/terfluorene (TF) copolymers are reported. The molar ratios of DPP versus TF are 15:85 ( TCP15 ), 25:75 ( TCP25 ), and 50:50 ( TCP50 ) under Cz:(TF + DPP) = 1. Two distinguished one‐photon absorption and emission bands observed in solutions imply that the electronic states of Cz–DPP–Cz and Cz–TF–Cz are not well mixed and the energy transfer from TF segments to DPP units is incomplete. However, in film states, all three copolymers are monochromatic red emitting with the peak wavelengths at 617, 621, and 631 nm for TCP15 , TCP25 , and TCP50 , respectively, indicating that the interchain interactions also have played an important role in the energy transfer. In two‐photon measurement, the copolymer solutions still exhibit two distinguished emission bands but the relative intensities at short‐wavelength region are obviously decreased, implying that Cz–TF–Cz segment is high one‐photon active but low TPA active, whereas Cz–DPP–Cz unit is low one‐photon active but high TPA active. All the copolymers show large δ over the range of measured wavelengths and the δ values of TCP15 , TCP25 , and TCP50 increase with DPP contents and are up to 530, 770, and 850 GM per repeating unit, respectively. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
