Bulky amido ligands are precious in s‐block chemistry, since they can implant complementary strong basic and weak nucleophilic properties within compounds. Recent work has shown the pivotal importance of the base structure with enhancement of basicity and extraordinary regioselectivities possible for cyclic alkali metal magnesiates containing mixed n‐butyl/amido ligand sets. This work advances alkali metal and alkali metal magnesiate chemistry of the bulky arylsilyl amido ligand [N(SiMe3)(Dipp)]? (Dipp=2,6‐iPr2‐C6H3). Infinite chain structures of the parent sodium and potassium amides are disclosed, adding to the few known crystallographically characterised unsolvated s‐block metal amides. Solvation by N,N,N′,N′′,N′′‐pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA) or N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA) gives molecular variants of the lithium and sodium amides; whereas for potassium, PMDETA gives a molecular structure, TMEDA affords a novel, hemi‐solvated infinite chain. Crystal structures of the first magnesiate examples of this amide in [MMg{N(SiMe3)(Dipp)}2(μ‐nBu)] (M=Na or K) are also revealed, though these breakdown to their homometallic components in donor solvents as revealed through NMR and DOSY studies.  相似文献

Preparation, Characterization and Reaction Behaviour of Sodium and Potassium Hydridosilylamides R2(H)Si—N(M)R′ (M = Na, K) — Crystal Structure of [(Me3C)2(H)Si—N(K)SiMe3]2 · THF The alkali metal hydridosilylamides R2(H)Si—N(M)R′ 1a‐Na — 1d—Na and 1a‐K — 1d‐K ( a : R = Me, R′ = CMe3; b : R = Me, R′ = SiMe3; c : R = Me, R′ = Si(H)Me2; d : R = CMe3, R′= SiMe3) have been prepared by reaction of the corresponding hydridosilylamines 1a — 1d with alkali metal M (M = Na, K) in presence of styrene or with alkali metal hydrides MH (M = Na, K). With NaNH2 in toluene Me2(H)Si—NHCMe3 ( 1a ) reacted not under metalation but under nucleophilic substitution of the H(Si) atom to give Me2(NaNH)Si—NHCMe3 ( 5 ). In the reaction of Me2(H)Si—NHSiMe3 ( 1b ) with NaNH2 intoluene a mixture of Me2(NaNH)Si—NHSiMe3 and Me2(H)Si—N(Na)SiMe3 ( 1b‐Na ) was obtained. The hydridosilylamides have been characterized spectroscopically. The spectroscopic data of these amides and of the corresponding lithium derivatives are discussed. The 29Si‐NMR‐chemical shifts and the 29Si—1H coupling constants of homologous alkali metal hydridosilylamides R2(H)Si—N(M)R′ (M = Li, Na, K) are depending on the alkali metal. With increasing of the ionic character of the M—N bond M = K > Na > Li the 29Si‐NMR‐signals are shifted upfield and the 29Si—1H coupling constants except for compounds (Me3C)(H)Si—N(M)SiMe3 are decreased. The reaction behaviour of the amides 1a‐Na — 1c‐Na and 1a‐K — 1c‐K was investigated toward chlorotrimethylsilane in tetrahydrofuran (THF) and in n‐pentane. In THF the amides produced just like the analogous lithium amides the corresponding N‐silylation products Me2(H)Si—N(SiMe3)R′ ( 2a — 2c ) in high yields. The reaction of the sodium amides with chlorotrimethylsilane in nonpolar solvent n‐pentane produced from 1a‐Na the cyclodisilazane [Me2Si—NCMe3]2 ( 8a ), from 1b‐Na and 1‐Na mixtures of cyclodisilazane [Me2Si—NR′]2 ( 8b , 8c ) and N‐silylation product 2b , 2c . In contrast to 1b‐Na and 1c‐Na and to the analogous lithium amides the reaction of 1b‐K and 1c‐K with chlorotrimethylsilane afforded the N‐silylation products Me2(H)Si—N(SiMe3)R′ ( 2b , 2c ) in high yields. The amide [(Me3C)2(H)Si—N(K)SiMe3]2·THF ( 9 ) crystallizes in the space group C2/c with Z = 4. The central part of the molecule is a planar four‐membered K2N2 ring. One potassium atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and the other one by two nitrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. Furthermore K···H(Si) and K···CH3 contacts exist in 9 . The K—N distances in the K2N2 ring differ marginally.  相似文献

The anionic polymerization of methyl methacrylate in toluene at −78 °C with lithium amides of various secondary amines (diisopropylamine, N‐isopropylaniline, Nn‐butylaniline, indoline, and N‐ethyl‐o‐toluidine) as initiators was studied. The tacticity of the resulting poly(methyl methacrylate)s (PMMAs) was dependent on the kind of secondary amine, and highly isotactic PMMAs (91–93% mm) were obtained when lithium amides of N‐isopropylaniline and Nn‐butylaniline were employed. The isotacticity of the PMMAs further increased up to 98% mm with initiating systems composed of the lithium amides, n‐butyllithium, and transition‐metal halides (WCl6, MoCl5, and NbCl5). © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. N‐Silylaminotitanium trichlorides, Me3S(R)N‐TiCl3 ( 18 ) [R = tBu ( a ), SiMe3 ( b ), 9‐borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonyl (9‐BBN)( c )], and (CH2SiMe2)2N‐TiCl3 ( 18d ) were obtained in high yield and high purity from the reaction of the respective bis(silylamino)plumbylene with an excess of titanium tetrachloride. The crystal structure of 18a was determined by X‐ray analysis. The reactions of the analogous stannylenes with an excess of TiCl4 did not lead to 18 . N‐Lithio‐trimethylsilyl[9‐(9‐borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonyl)]amine ( 8 ) was prepared, structurally characterized and used for the synthesis of a new bis(amino)stannylene 10 and a plumbylene 11 . The compounds 18a—d served as ideal starting materials for the synthesis of bis(silylamino)titanium dichlorides, where the silylamino groups can be identical ( 19 ) or different ( 20 ). This was achieved either by the reaction of 18 again with bis(amino)plumbylenes or with lithium N‐silylamides. In contrast to the direct synthesis starting from titanium tetrachloride and two equivalents of the respective lithium amide, which in general affords 19 with identical amino groups only in low yield, the procedure starting from 18 is much more versatile and gave the pure compounds 19 or 20 in almost quantitative yield. Further treatment of the dichlorides 19 or 20 with lithium amides led to tris(amino)titanium chlorides 21 . The dichlorides 19 or 20 reacted with two equivalents of alkynyllithium reagents to give the first well characterized examples of di(alkyn‐1‐yl)bis(N‐silylamino)titanium compounds 22 — 27 . These compounds reacted with trialkylboranes (triethyl or tripropylborane) by 1, 1‐organoboration. In some cases, the extremely reactive reaction products could be identified as novel 1, 1‐bis(silylamino)titana‐2, 4‐cyclopentadienes 28 — 31 bearing a dialkylboryl group in 3‐position. In solution, the proposed structures of all products were deduced from a consistent set of data derived from multinuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H, 11B, 13C, 14N, 15N, 29Si, 35Cl NMR).  相似文献

Functionalized acid amides are widely used in biology, medicine, environmental chemistry and many other areas. Among them, pyridine‐substituted amides, in particular N‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)acetamide and its derivatives, play an important role due to their excellent chelating properties. The donor properties of these ligands can be effectively modified by introducing electron‐donating substituents (e.g. alkyl groups) into the heterocycle. On the other hand, substituents in the α‐position of the pyridine ring can create steric hindrance, which significantly influences the coordination number and geometry. To achieve a better understanding of these effects, copper(II) complexes with sterically demanding N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl)acetamide ligands (L ) and monoanions of different size, shape and coordination ability have been chosen as model compounds. The crystal structures of three new compounds, bromidobis[N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl‐κN )acetamide‐κO ]copper(II) bromide, [CuBr(C8H10N2O)]Br, (I), aquabis[N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl‐κN )acetamide‐κO ]copper(II) dinitrate, [Cu(C8H10N2O)(H2O)](NO3)2, (II), and aquabis[N‐(6‐methylpyridin‐2‐yl‐κN )acetamide‐κO ]copper(II) bis(perchlorate), [Cu(C8H10N2O)(H2O)](ClO4)2, (III), have been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. It has been shown that the presence of the 6‐methyl group results in either a distorted square‐pyramidal or a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry around the CuII centres instead of the typical octahedral geometry observed when the methyl substituent is absent or occupies any other position on the pyridine ring. Moreover, due to the steric hindrance provided by the L ligands, only the bromide ligand, the smallest of the series, enters into the first coordination sphere of the CuII ion in (I). In (II) and (III), the vacant coordination site of the CuII ion is occupied by a water molecule, while the nitrate and perchlorate anions are not involved in coordination to the metal centre. The structures of (I)–(III) are characterized by the presence of one‐dimensional infinite chains formed by hydrogen bonds of the types N—H…Br [in (I)], N—H…O and O—H…O [in (II) and (III)] between the amide groups of the L ligands, the coordinated water molecules and the uncoordinated anions. The hydrogen‐bonded chains are further interconnected through π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings of the L ligands, with approximate interplanar separations of 3.5–3.6 Å.  相似文献

The structures of four halogenated N,2‐diarylacetamides are reported and compared with a range of analogues. N‐(4‐Chloro‐3‐methylphenyl)‐2‐phenylacetamide, C15H14ClNO, (I), and N‐(4‐bromo‐3‐methylphenyl)‐2‐phenylacetamide, C15H14BrNO, (II), are isostructural in the space group P. The molecules of (I) and (II) are linked into chains of rings by a combination of N—H...O and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds. The molecules of N‐(4‐chloro‐3‐methylphenyl)‐2‐(2,4‐dichlorophenyl)acetamide, C15H12Cl3NO, (III), and N‐(4‐bromo‐3‐methylphenyl)‐2‐(2‐chlorophenyl)acetamide, C15H13BrClNO, (IV), are linked into simple C(4) chains by N—H...O hydrogen bonds, but significant C—H...π(arene) interactions are absent. The N‐aryl groups in compounds (III) and (IV) adopt a different orientation, by ca 180°, from that of the corresponding groups in compounds (I) and (II), but otherwise the conformations of (I)–(IV) are very similar. Comparisons are drawn between compounds (I) and (IV) and a range of analogues of the type R1CH2CONHR2, where R2 represents a halogenated aryl ring and R1 represents either another halogenated aryl ring or a naphthalen‐1‐yl unit.  相似文献

Reaction of copper(I) thiocyanate and triphenylphosphane with the bidentate Schiff base N,N′‐bis(trans‐2‐nitrocinnamaldehyde)ethylenediamine {Nca2en, (1); systematic name (1E,1′E,2E,2′E)‐N,N′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)bis[3‐(2‐nitrophenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐imine]}, C20H18N4O4, in a 1:1:1 molar ratio in acetonitrile resulted in the formation of the complex {(1E,1′E,2E,2′E)‐N,N′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)bis[3‐(2‐nitrophenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐imine]‐κ2N,N′}(thiocyanato‐κN)(triphenylphosphane‐κP)copper(I)], [Cu(NCS)(C20H18N4O4)(C18H15P)] or [Cu(NCS)(Nca2en)(PPh3)], (2). The Schiff base and copper(I) complex have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, electronic and 1H NMR spectroscopy, and X‐ray crystallography [from synchrotron data for (1)]. The molecule of (1) lies on a crystallographic inversion centre, with a trans conformation for the ethylenediamine unit, and displays significant twists from coplanarity of its nitro group, aromatic ring, conjugated chain and especially ethylenediamine segments. It acts as a bidentate ligand coordinating via the imine N atoms to the CuI atom in complex (2), in which the ethylenediamine unit necessarily adopts a somewhat flattened gauche conformation, resulting in a rather bowed shape overall for the ligand. The NCS ligand is coordinated through its N atom. The geometry around the CuI atom is distorted tetrahedral, with a small N—Cu—N bite angle of 81.56 (12)° and an enlarged opposite angle of 117.29 (9)° for SCN—Cu—P. Comparisons are made with the analogous Schiff base having no nitro substituents and with metal complexes of both ligands.  相似文献

In both title compounds, C18H24N2O2, (Ia), and C18H26N2O22+·2ClO4, (II), respectively, the two aryl rings are strictly parallel, with an inversion centre lying at the mid‐point of each central CH2—CH2 bond. Molecules in (Ia) are linked into two‐dimensional layers by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The component ions in (II) are joined together by a combination of N/O/C—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π and anion...π interactions, forming a three‐dimensional network. A structural understanding of (Ia) and (II) may provide some useful information about how and why their metal–organic complexes display various biological activities and function in catalytic processes.  相似文献

In the phosphoric triamides N,N,N′,N′‐tetrabenzyl‐N′′‐(2‐chloro‐2,2‐difluoroacetyl)phosphoric triamide, C30H29ClF2N3O2P, (I), N,N,N′,N′‐tetrabenzyl‐N′′‐(3‐fluorobenzoyl)phosphoric triamide, C35H33FN3O2P, (II), and N,N,N′,N′‐tetrabenzyl‐N′′‐(3,5‐difluorobenzoyl)phosphoric triamide, C35H32F2N3O2P, (III), the tertiary N atoms of the dibenzylamido groups have sp2 character with minimal deviation from planarity. The sums of the three bond angles about the N atoms in (I)–(III) deviate by less than 8° from the planar value of 360°. The geometries of the tertiary N atoms in all phosphoric triamides with C(O)NHP(O)[N]2 skeletons deposited in the Cambridge Structural Database [CSD; Allen (2002). Acta Cryst. B 58 , 380–388] have been examined and the bond‐angle sums at the two tertiary N atoms (SUM1 and SUM2) and the parameter ΔSUM (= SUM1 − SUM2) considered. It was found that in compounds with a considerable ΔSUM value, the more pyramidal N atoms are usually oriented so that the corresponding lone electron pair is anti with respect to the P=O group. In (I), (II) and (III), the phosphoryl and carbonyl groups, separated by an N atom, are anti with respect to each other. In the C(O)NHP(O) fragment of (I)–(III), the P—N bond is longer and the O—P—N angle is contracted compared with the other two P—N bonds and the O—P—N angles in the molecules. These effects are also seen in analogous compounds deposited in the CSD. Compounds with [C(O)NH]P(O)[N]X (X≠ N), such as compounds with a [C(O)NH]P(O)[N][O] skeleton, have not been considered here. Also, compounds with a [C(O)NH]2P(O)[N] fragment have not been reported to date. In the crystal structures of all three title compounds, adjacent molecules are linked via pairs of P=O...H—N hydrogen bonds, forming dimers with Ci symmetry.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compounds N2‐(benzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O2, (I), N2‐(2‐hydroxybenzoyloxy)benzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (II), and N2‐benzoyloxy‐2‐hydroxybenzamidine, C14H12N2O3, (III), all have extended chain conformations, with the aryl groups remote from one another. In (I), the molecules are linked into chains by a single N—H⋯N hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.15 Å, N⋯N = 3.029 (2) Å and N—H⋯N = 153°] and these chains are linked into sheets by means of aromatic π–π stacking interactions. There is one intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond in (II), and a combination of one three‐centre N—H⋯(N,O) hydrogen bond [H⋯N = 2.46 Å, H⋯O = 2.31 Å, N⋯N = 3.190 (2) Å, N⋯O = 3.146 (2) Å, N—H⋯N = 138° and N—H⋯O = 154°] and one two‐centre C—H⋯O hydrogen bond [H⋯O = 2.46 Å, C⋯O = 3.405 (2) Å and C—H⋯O = 173°] links the molecules into sheets. In (III), an intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond and two N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds [H⋯O = 2.26 and 2.10 Å, N⋯O = 2.975 (2) and 2.954 (2) Å, and N—H⋯O = 138 and 163°] link the molecules into sheets.  相似文献

At the molecular level, the enantiomerically pure square‐planar organoplatinum complex (SP‐4‐4)‐(R)‐[2‐(1‐aminoethyl)‐5‐fluorophenyl‐κ2C1,N][(R)‐1‐(4‐fluorophenyl)ethylamine‐κN](isocyanato‐κN)platinum(II), [Pt(C8H9FN)(NCO)(C8H10FN)], and its congener without fluorine substituents on the aryl rings adopt the same structure within error. The similarities between the compounds extend to the most relevant intermolecular interactions, i.e. N—H…O and N—H…N hydrogen bonds link neighbouring molecules into chains along the shortest lattice parameter in each structure. Differences between the crystal structures of the fluoro‐substituted and parent complex become obvious with respect to secondary interactions perpendicular to the classical hydrogen bonds; the fluorinated compound features short C—H…F contacts with an F…H distance of ca 2.6 Å. The fluorine substitution is also reflected in reduced backbonding from the metal cation to the isocyanate ligand.  相似文献

Studied extensively in solution and in the solid state, Li(TMP) (TMP=2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidide) is an important utility reagent popular as a strongly basic, weakly nucleophilic tool for C? H metallation. Recently, there has been a surge in interest in mixed metal derivatives containing the bulky TMP anion. Herein, we start to develop hetero (alkali metal) TMP chemistry by reporting the N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA)‐hemisolvated sodium–lithium cycloheterodimer [(tmeda)Na(μ‐tmp)2Li], and its TMEDA‐free variant [{Na(μ‐tmp)Li(μ‐tmp)}], which provides a rare example of a crystallographically authenticated polymeric alkali metal amide. Experimental observations suggest that the former is a kinetic intermediate en route to the latter thermodynamic product. Furthermore, a third modification, the mixed potassium–lithium‐rich cycloheterotrimer [(tmeda)K(μ‐tmp)Li(μ‐tmp)Li(μ‐tmp)], has also been synthesised and crystallographically characterised. On moving to the bulkier tridentate donor N,N,N′,N′′,N′′‐pentamethyldiethylenediamine (PMDETA), the additional ligation forces the sodium–lithium and potassium–dilithium ring species to open giving the acyclic arc‐shaped complexes [(pmdeta)Na(μ‐tmp)Li(tmp)] and [(pmdeta)K(μ‐tmp)Li(μ‐tmp)Li(tmp)], respectively. Completing the series, the potassium–lithium and potassium–sodium derivatives [(pmdeta)K(μ‐tmp)2M] (M=Li, Na) have also been isolated as closed structures with a distinctly asymmetric central MN2K ring. Collectively, these seven new bimetallic compounds display five distinct structural motifs, four of which have never hitherto been witnessed in TMP chemistry and three of which are unprecedented in the vast structural library of alkali metal amide chemistry.  相似文献

Polysulfonylamines. CLII. Crystal Structures of Metal Di(methanesulfonyl) amides. 6. Three Layer Structures: The Isotypic Binary Compounds M[(MeSO2)2N]2 (M = Sr, Pb) and the Ethanol Solvate Pb[(MeSO2)2N]2 · EtOH Low‐temperature X‐ray crystal structures are reported for the layer compounds SrA2 (monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z′ = 1), PbA2 (isotypic and isostructural with SrA2), and PbA2·EtOH (triclinic, P1¯, Z′ = 1), where A denotes the anion obtained by deprotonation of the strong NH acid (MeSO2)2NH. The ternary compound appears to be the first crystallographically established ethanol solvate of a lead(II) complex. In the two‐dimensional coordination networks, the cations adopt either a distorted cubic or, in the solvate, an irregular (O6N2)‐octacoordination, the metal centres of the isotypic structures forming close contacts to two (O, N)‐chelating and four κ1O‐bonding anions, whereas in the solvate one of the latter ligands is displaced by an EtOH molecule. In the isotypic structures, the Pb—O distances are systematically longer than the Sr—O distances and the Pb—N bonds shorter than the Sr—N bonds, which correlates with the softer character of Pb2+ as compared to Sr2+. The 6s lone pair on Pb2+ is stereochemically inactive in both lead compounds. Analogies and discrepancies between the layer architectures are discussed in detail, including an evaluation of short C—H···O contacts in terms of weak hydrogen bonding. Two complexes of composition PbA2·2 L, where L is pyridine or 1, 10‐phenanthroline, have been synthesized and characterized by analytical methods.  相似文献

The two title complexes, catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐azido], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(N3)]n, (I), and catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐thiocyanato], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(NCS)]n, (II), are isomorphous polynuclear cobalt(III) compounds. In both structures, the CoIII atom is six‐coordinated in an octahedral configuration by two N atoms and two O atoms of one Schiff base, and two terminal N or S atoms from two bridging ligands. The [N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)propane‐1,3‐diaminato]cobalt(III) moieties are linked by the bridging ligands, viz. azide in (I) and thiocyanate in (II), giving zigzag polymeric chains with backbones of the type [–Co—N—N—N—Co]n in (I) or [–Co—N—C—S—Co]n in (II) running along the c axis.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of two para‐substituted azobenzenes with π‐electron‐donating –NEt2 and π‐electron‐withdrawing –COOEt groups are reported, along with the effects of the substituents on the aromaticity of the benzene ring. The deformation of the aromatic ring around the –NEt2 group in N,N,N′,N′‐tetraethyl‐4,4′‐(diazenediyl)dianiline, C20H28N4, (I), may be caused by steric hindrance and the π‐electron‐donating effects of the amine group. In this structure, one of the amine N atoms demonstrates clear sp2‐hybridization and the other is slightly shifted from the plane of the surrounding atoms. The molecule of the second azobenzene, diethyl 4,4′‐(diazenediyl)dibenzoate, C18H18N2O4, (II), lies on a crystallographic inversion centre. Its geometry is normal and comparable with homologous compounds. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were performed to analyse the changes in the geometry of the studied compounds in the crystalline state and for the isolated molecules. The most significant changes are observed in the values of the N=N—C—C torsion angles, which for the isolated molecules are close to 0.0°. The HOMA (harmonic oscillator model of aromaticity) index, calculated for the benzene ring, demonstrates a slight decrease of the aromaticity in (I) and no substantial changes in (II).  相似文献

The title compound, catena‐poly[[μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2C:N‐dicyano‐1κ2C‐bis(N,N‐dimethylethylenediamine‐2κ2N,N′)palladium(II)copper(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐1:2′κ2C:N], [CuPd(CN)4(C4H12N2)2]n, consists of infinite quasi‐linear chains with all metal positions on centers of symmetry. The paramagnetic [Cu(dmen)2]2+ cations are linked by diamagnetic [Pd(CN)4]2− anions via bridging cyano groups, which occupy trans positions in both cation and anion, giving rise to 2,2‐TT‐type chains. The coordination polyhedron of the paramagnetic Cu atom is an octahedron exhibiting typical elongation due to the Jahn–Teller effect, with two longer Cu—N([triple‐bond]C) bonds in the axial positions [2.5528 (13) Å] and four shorter Cu—Ndmen bonds (dmen is N,N‐dimethylethylenediamine) in the equatorial plane [1.9926 (11) and 2.1149 (12) Å]. The Cu—N[triple‐bond]C angle is 138.03 (12)°. Neighboring chains form weak N—H⋯NC hydrogen bonds.

The crystal structures of almotriptan {systematic name: N,N‐dimethyl‐2‐[5‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐ylsulfonylmethyl)‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl]ethanamine}, C17H25N3O2S, and almotriptan malate {systematic name: N,N‐dimethyl‐2‐[5‐(pyrrolidin‐1‐ylsulfonylmethyl)‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl]ethanaminium malate, C17H26N3O2S+·C4H5O5, a novel selective serotonin 1B/D agonist, have been determined in order to gain further insight into the structure–activity relationships of triptans. The two structures differ in the orientation of their sulfonylpyrrolidine side chains. A comparison with other triptans reveals that molecules of almotriptan, sumatriptan, zolmitriptan and rizatriptan can adopt two principal conformations. N—H...N, N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds are responsible for the molecular packing.  相似文献

Three photoluminescent complexes containing either ZnII or CdII have been synthesized and their structures determined. Bis[4‐amino‐3,5‐bis(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 1,N 5]bis(dicyanamido‐κN 1)zinc(II), [Zn(C12H10N6)2(C2N3)2], (I), bis[4‐amino‐3,5‐bis(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 1,N 5]bis(dicyanamido‐κN 1)cadmium(II), [Cd(C12H10N6)2(C2N3)2], (II), and bis[4‐amino‐3,5‐bis(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 1,N 5]bis(tricyanomethanido‐κN 1)cadmium(II), [Cd(C12H10N6)2(C4N3)2], (III), all crystallize in the space group P , with the metal centres lying on centres of inversion, but neither analogues (I) and (II) nor CdII complexes (II) and (III) are isomorphous. A combination of N—H…N and C—H…N hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions generates three‐dimensional framework structures in (I) and (II), and a sheet structure in (III). The photoluminescence spectra of (I)–(III) indicate that the energies of the π–π* transitions in the coordinated triazole ligand are modified by minor changes of the ligand geometry associated with coordination to the metal centres.  相似文献

4,4′‐(p‐Phenylene)bipyridazine, C14H10N4, (I), and the coordination compounds catena‐poly[[dibromidocopper(II)]‐μ‐4,4′‐(p‐phenylene)bipyridazine‐κ2N2:N2′], [CuBr2(C14H10N4)]n, (II), and catena‐poly[[[tetrakis(μ‐acetato‐κ2O:O′)dicopper(II)]‐μ‐4,4′‐(p‐phenylene)bipyridazine‐κ2N1:N1′] chloroform disolvate], {[Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C14H10N4)]·2CHCl3}n, (III), contain a new extended bitopic ligand. The combination of the p‐phenylene spacer and the electron‐deficient pyridazine rings precludes C—H...π interactions between the lengthy aromatic molecules, which could be suited for the synthesis of open‐framework coordination polymers. In (I), the molecules are situated across a center of inversion and display a set of very weak intermolecular C—H...N hydrogen bonds [3.399 (3) and 3.608 (2) Å]. In (II) and (III), the ligand molecules are situated across a center of inversion and act as N2,N2′‐bidentate [in (II)] and N1,N1′‐bidentate [in (III)] long‐distance bridges between the metal ions, leading to the formation of coordination chains [Cu—N = 2.005 (3) Å in (II) and 2.199 (2) Å in (III)]. In (II), the copper ion lies on a center of inversion and adopts CuN2Br4 (4+2)‐coordination involving two long axial Cu—Br bonds [3.2421 (4) Å]. In (III), the copper ion has a tetragonal pyramidal CuO4N environment. The uncoordinated pyridazine N atom and two acetate O atoms provide a multiple acceptor site for accommodation of a chloroform solvent molecule by trifurcated hydrogen bonding [C—H...O(N) = 3.298 (5)–3.541 (4) Å].  相似文献
