A Convenient Approach to the Enantiopure （1S, 2S, 4S, 5S ）- and（ 1R, 2S, 4R, 5 S ）-2,5-Bis （ phenylmethyl）-l, 4-diazabicyclo[ 2.2.2 ] -octane

Cyclodipepflde (3S, 6S )-bis (phenylmethyl) piperazlne-2,5-dione was prelmred in high yield by heating phenylalanine methyl ester in toluene under reflux. The reduction of this cydodipeptide with sodium NaBH4-BF3 in DIME gave the (2S ,SS)-bis(phenyl-methyl)plperazine, which, on heating with ethylene bromide and triethyiamine, afforded the title compounds. This methodwas proved to be generally applicable to the synthesis of C2-symmetric 2, 5-disubsiituted=l, 4-diazabicyclo [ 2.2.2 ] octanefrom the corresponding natural or unnatural amino acid esters.     

Organic reactions catalyzed by 1, 4-diazabicyclo [2.2.2] octane (DABCO)

The organic reactions catalyzed by 1, 4-diazabicyclo [2.2.2] octane (DABCO) are reviewed. Most of the reactions start conveniently from available substrate and proceed under mild conditions. The reactions are environmentally friendly and the catalyst can be recycled in some cases. A method has been developed for the reaction of 2-cyanomethylbenzoic acid with N-methylanthranilic acid to give 2-[(1-methyl-4-oxo-1,4-dihydro-2-quinazolin-2-yl)methyl]benzoic acid, its esters were synthesized. 二乙烯联苯及其衍生物是一种可发射蓝光的小分子空穴型有机发光材料, 通过Wittig-Horner反应, 将电子传输型噁二唑环“嵌入”其中, 设计合成了6个2,5-二[4-(2-芳基乙烯基)苯基]-1,3,4-噁二唑化合物. 经光谱分析和元素分析等方法确认了它们的化学结构. IR和UV-vis分析数据表明标题化合物分子结构中的C＝C双键均为反式结构特征. 研究结果表明: 2,5-二[4-(2-对二甲氨基苯基乙烯基)苯基]-1,3,4-噁二唑具有良好的蓝色发光性能; 取代基对标题化合物的UV-vis吸收光谱和发光特性的影响显着.

Diastereoselective reaction of (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediol with aromatic aldehydes. Synthesis of (1R,2R,4S,5S,8S)-2,8-diaryl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-1-aza-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octanes

We have synthesized a series of (1R,2R,4S,5S,8S)-2,8-diaryl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-1-aza-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octanes as a result of reaction of (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediol with aromatic aldehydes. Catalyst-free 2+2 Photodimerization of 1,4-Bis[2-(4-pyridyl)ethenyl]-benzene in Solution Under Low Power UV Irradiation

Two different kinds of configurations of 1,4-bis[2-(4-pyridyl)ethenyl]-benzene(trans-bpeb and cis-bpeb) were achieved, and a bpeb dimer was synthesized in dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO). Compared with the previous work that synthesized the bpeb dimer or polymer in crystal with a template agent needed, the reaction occurred in a solution phase in the present method. A hand-held ultraviolet lamp(365 nm) with the power of 12 W and the Watt density of 0.35 mW/cm² can realize the photodimerization of bpeb, instead of the high-power mercury lamp in most previous studies. Unlike other 2+2 cycloaddition in liquid state using catalysts even noble metals, no catalysts were required here, which is cost-saving. Only the trans-pbeb can start the cycloaddition and the formation of the close J-aggregations of trans-pbeb in DMSO is a precondition for explaining the 2+2 photodimerization. The productivity for the 2+2 cycloaddition product was achieved as 55.6%.     

Crystal Structure of Phenol,2-[4（S）-4-Dihydro-4-benzyl-2-ozazolinyl]

The compound phenol,2-[4(S)-4,5-dihydro-4-phenyl-2-ozazolinyl(1,C15H13NO2) was synthesized with a simple,one step method free of water and air.It was obtained in a moderate yield from the reaction of 2-hydroxybenzonitrile with optically active amino alcohol in chloroben-zene under dry,anaerobic conditions.It belongs to the orthorhombic system,space group P212121 with a = 5.786(5),b = 10.730(5),c = 19.722(5),C15H13NO2,Mr = 239.26,V = 1224.4(12)3,Z = 4 and Dc = 1.298 mg/m3.The final R = 0.0324 for 1627 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ) and Rw = 0.0826 for all data.The structure of compound 1 was determined by X-ray diffraction,NMR and HRMS.     

(1R,3S,4S)-2-苄氧羰基-2-氮杂双环[2.2.1]庚烷-3-羧酸的合成

以(R)-(+)-α-甲基苄胺为原料,依次经缩合,Diels-Alder反应,还原,Cbz-保护和水解反应,合成了抗丙肝新药HCV NS3/4A蛋白酶拟肽类抑制剂的重要中间体——(1R,3S,4S)-2-苄氧羰基-2-氮杂双环[2.2.1]庚烷-3-羧酸,总收率66%,其结构经1H NMR和ESI-MS确证。

Convenient synthesis of （2S,3R,4R,5S,6R）-2-（3-（4-ethylbenzyl）-4- chlorophenyl）-6-（hydroxymethyl）-tetrahydro- 2H-pyran-3,4,5-triol

A convenient approach for the preparation of （2S,3R,4R,5S,6R）-2-（3-（4-ethylbenzyl）-4-chlorophenyl）-6-（hydroxymethyl）- tetrahydro-2H-pyran-3,4,5-triol I is developed. The target compound via four steps is synthesized from 4-bromo-2-（bromomethyl）- 1-chlorobenzene and the isomers of undesired ortho-products were avoided during the preparation.
