3-Aroyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzoxazine-1,2,4-triones reacted with substituted 1,3,3-trimethyl-3,4-dihydroisoquinolines to give the corresponding 3-aroyl-4-hydroxy-1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-5′,5′-dimethyl-5′,6′-dihydro-1H-spiro[pyrrole-2,2′-pyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline]-3′,5-diones. 7′,8′-Benzo derivatives of the latter may be regarded as 13-azagonane analogs having a spiro-fused pyrrole ring at C16.  相似文献

Zinc enolates derived from 2,2-dibromoindan-1-one and 2,2-dibromo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalen-1-one reacted with 2-arylmethylidenemalononitriles, alkyl 3-aryl-2-cyanoprop-2-enoates, and N-substituted 3-aryl-2-cyanoprop-2-enamides to give, respectively, 3-aryl-1′-oxo-1′,3′-dihydrospiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-indene]-2-2-dicarbonitriles, 3-aryl-1′-oxo-3′,4′-dihydro-1′H-spiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-naphthalene]-2,2-dicarbonitriles, alkyl 3-aryl-2-cyano-1′-oxo-1′,3′-dihydrospiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-indene]-2-carboxylates, alkyl 3-aryl-2-cyano-1′-oxo-3′,4′-dihydro-1′H-spiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-naphthalene]-2-carboxylates, and N-substituted 3-aryl-2-cyanol-1′-oxo-3′,4′-dihydro-1′H-spiro[cyclopropane-1,2′-naphthalene]-2-carboxamides as a single diastereoisomer. Asymmetric oxidation of verbenone ethylene dithioacetal with m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid at different substrate-to-oxidant ratios in methylene chloride at ?10°C gave previously unknown (1S,1′S,2S,3′S,5S)-4,6,6-trimethylspiro[bicyclo[3.1.1]hept-3-ene-2,2′-[1,3]dithiolane] 1′,3′-dioxide, (1S,2S,3′S,5S)-4,6,6-trimethylspiro[bicyclo[3.1.1]hept-3-ene-2,2′-[1,3]dithiolane] 1′,1′,3′-trioxide, and (1S,5S)-4,6,6-trimethylspiro[bicyclo-[3.1.1]hept-3-ene-2,2′-[1,3]dithiolane] 1′,1′,3′,3′-tetraoxide whose structure was determined by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Methods have been developed for the synthesis of new 8-amino-3-benzyl-5-(morpholin-4-yl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimido[4′,5′: 4,5]thieno[2,3-c][2,7]naphthyridine starting from 7-benzyl-3-chloro-1-(morpholin-4-yl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydro-2,7-naphthyridine-4-carbonitrile. 8-Hydrazinyl-3-benzyl-5-(morpholin-4-yl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimido[4′,5′: 4,5]thieno[2,3-c][2,7]naphthyridine has been converted to isomeric pentacyclic structures with a triazole ring fused through the [c] side of the pyrimidine ring, and their Dimroth rearrangement has been accomplished in both acidic and basic media. New heterocyclic systems containing pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrimidinone and pyrimido[1,2-a]azepinone fragments were obtained on the basis of the thieno-[2,3-c][2,7]naphthyridine derivative.  相似文献

Zinc enolates obtained from ethyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxobutanoates and zinc react with N-substituted 2-oxochromen-3-carboxamides forming ethyl 3-{1a-(R3-carbamoyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-1-yl}-2,2-dialkyl-3-oxopropanoate isomer with a Z-position of methine hydrogens. Zinc enolates prepared from alkyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxopentanoates and-hexanoates and zinc react with N-substituted 2-oxochromen-3-carboxamides to give rise to esters of 3-{1-alkyl-1a-(R3-carbamoyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa-[c]chromen-1-yl}-2,2-dialkyl-3-oxopropanoic acid as isomers with the E-position of the methine proton and the alkyl substituent. The reaction carried out in the presence of small quantities of THF and HMPA leads to the formation of 9c-alkyl-2-R3-9b,9c-dihydro-5-oxa-2-azacyclopenta[2,3]-cyclopropa[1,2-a]naphthalene-1,3,4-triones. Zinc enolates from alkyl 2,2-dialkyl-4,4-dibromo-3-oxopentanoates and-hexanoates and zinc with the secondary amides of 2-oxochromen-3-carboxylic acid form alkyl 3-{2-oxo-1a-(piperidinocarbonyl)-and 3-{6-R1-1a-(morpholinocarbonyl)-2-oxo-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-1-yl}-2,2-R2,R2-3-oxopropanoates as single geometrical isomers.  相似文献

Three-component condensation of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]phenyl}- carbamate with ninhydrin and L-proline in methanol–water (10: 1) afforded methyl {4-[1,3-dioxo-1′- (4-methoxyphenyl)-1,1′,2′,3,5′,6′,7′,7a′-octahydrospiro[indene-2,3′-pyrrolizin]-2′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate. Heating of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]phenyl}carbamate with isatin and benzylamine in methanol gave methyl {4-[4′-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-oxo-5′-phenyl-1,2-dihydrospiro[indole-3,2′-pyrrolidin]-3′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate. The condensation of methyl {4-[(2E)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)prop-2- enoyl]phenyl}carbamate with sarcosine and 11H-indeno[1,2-b]quinoxalin-11-one generated in situ from ninhydrin and o-phenylenediamine in boiling ethanol led to the formation of methyl {4-[4′-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1′-methyl-11,11a-dihydro-5aH-spiro[benzo[b]phenazine-6,2′-pyrrolidin]-3′-ylcarbonyl]phenyl}carbamate.  相似文献

Reactions of the same electrophilic substrate with zinc enolates obtained from 1-aryl-2,2-dibromoalkanones led to the formation of 1-alkyl-1a-{(1-alkyl-1-aroyl-2-oxo-1,7b-dihydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-1(2H)-yl)carbonyl}-1-aroyl-1a,7b-dihydrocyclopropa[c]chromen-2(1H)-ones as a single diastereoisomer with trans arrangement of the alkyl group and hydrogen atom with respect to the cyclopropane ring plane.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional (1D) chain coordination polymer [Mn2(2,2′-dipha)2(phen)]n has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA, and X-ray diffraction. Orange crystals crystallized in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 19.393(7) Å, b = 19.183(7) Å, c = 19.729(7) Å, β = 90.826(6)°, V = 7338(5) Å3, Z = 8. In the crystal structure, one manganese atom is six-coordinated with four carboxylate oxygen atoms from one pentadentate 2,2′-dipha ligand and two tetradentate 2,2′-dipha ligands, and with two nitrogen atoms of one phen ligand, giving a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. The other manganese atom is five-coordinated with five oxygen atoms from two tetradentate 2,2′-dipha ligands and two pentadentate 2,2′-dipha ligands and has a trigonal bipyramidal environment. The TGA curve shows that the compound is stable below 310°.  相似文献

Bromination of endo-ethenotetrahydrothebaine derivatives having a pyrrolidine ring fused at the C7-C8 bond, namely 1′-substituted 4,5α-epoxy-6α,14-etheno-3,6-dimethoxy-17-methyl-2′,5′,7β,8β-tetrahydro-1′H-14α-pyrrolo[3′,4′:7,8]morphinan-2′,5′-diones, 1′-aryl-4,5α-epoxy-6α,14-etheno-3,6-dimethoxy-17-methyl-2′,5′,7β,8β-tetrahydro-1′H-14α-pyrrolo[3′,4′:7,8]morphinans, and 4,5α-epoxy-6α,14-etheno-2′α-hydroxy-3,6-dimethoxy-17-methyl-1′-phenyl-2′,5′,7β,8β-tetrahydro-1′H-14α-pyrrolo[3′,4′:7,8]morpphinan-5′-one, with molecular bromine in formic acid smoothly afforded the corresponding 1-bromo derivatives. Iodination of 4,5α-epoxy-6α,14-etheno-3,6-dimethoxy-17-methyl-1′-phenyl-2′,5′,7β,8β-tetrahydro-1′H-14α-pyrrolo[3′,4′:7,8]-4,5α-epoxy-6α,14-etheno-3,6-dimethoxy-17-methyl-1′-phenyl-2′,5′,7β,8β-tetrahydro-1′H-14α-pyrrolo[3′,4′:7,8]-morphinan-2′,5′-dione with iodine(I) chloride gave 4,5α-epoxy-6α,14-etheno-1-iodo-3,6-dimethoxy-17-methyl-1′-phenyl-2′,5′,7β,8β-tetrahydro-1′H-14α-pyrrolo[3′,4′:7,8]morphinan-2′,5′-dione. The resulting 1-halo derivatives were brought into the Heck reaction with acrylic acid esters to obtain 1-[(E)-2-(alkoxycarbonyl)ethenyl]-substituted compounds. Demethylation of the 6-methoxy group in 1-bromo-endo-ethenotetrahydrothebaines was accomplished using boron(III) bromide in chloroform.  相似文献

The reactions of benzene-1,2-diamine with 5-substituted 2-(alkylsulfanyl)-4-methylpyrimidin-6(1H)-ones and 2-(propylsulfanyl)- and 5-iodo-2-(propylsulfanyl)-3,4-dihydroquinazolines at 175–185°C under solvent-free conditions unexpectedly afforded benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine, benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]-quinazoline, and 2,2′-(benzene-1,2-diyldiimino)bis[pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones]. The described reaction is the first example of synthesis of these heterocyclic systems by fusion of benzimidazole to pyrimidine or quinazoline and is likely to follow ANRORC mechanism.  相似文献

Cross recyclization of 4-substituted 2,6-diamino-4H-thiopyran-3,5-dicarbonitriles with 4-(cyclohex-1-en-1-yl)morpholine, alkyl halides, and cyclohexanone gave the corresponding substituted 2-thioxo-1,2,5,6,7,8-hexahydroquinoline-3-carbonitriles, 2-alkylsulfanyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinoline-3-carbonitriles, 3-amino-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrothieno[2,3-b]quinoline-2-carboxamides, and 4-oxo-2,2-pentamethylene-1,2,3,4,7,8,9,10-octahydropyrimido[4′,5′:4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinolines. The structure of 3-(4-bromophenyl)-2,2-pentamethylene-11-(2-thienyl)-1,2,3,4,7,8,9,10-octahydropyrimido[4′,5′:4,5]thieno[2,3-b]quinoline was proved by X-ray analysis.  相似文献

Aroyl(imidoyl)ketenes generated by decarbonylation of pyrrolobenzoxazinetriones undergo dimerization through [4+2]-cycloaddition to form 4-aroyl-3-aroyloxy-2-(2-oxo-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3-yl)-1H, 5H-pyrido[2,1-c][1,4]benzoxazine-1,5-diones.  相似文献
