The first representatives ofN-2-alkenyl-N′-alkoxydiazeneN-oxides andN-2-alkenyl-N′-sulphonyloxydiazeneN-oxides have been synthesized. Some reactions of the double bond in these compounds have been studied. The possibility of isomerization ofN-2-alkenyl-N′-alkoxydiazeneN-oxides toN-alk-1-enyl derivatives has been discovered. Nitropyrazoles     
A preparative method ofN-amination of pyrazoles bearing nitro groups and other electron withdrawing substituents in the pyrazole ring with hydroxylamine-O-sulfonic acid involving control of the pH of the medium has been elaborated. A series of previously unknown pyrazoles has been prepared. Basicities of 1-aminopyrazole and 1-amino-4-nitropyrazole have been measured and differences between the basicities of theC- andN-amino groups for the pyrazole series have been revealed.For part 3, see ref. 1.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Diastereoselective hydrogenation in ethanol over Pd/C ofN-acetyldehydrophenylalanyl-(S)-valine (1) as complexes with Mg salts of strong acids gives predominantlyN-acetyl-(S)-phenylalanyl-(S)-valine (de up to 60%). In the case of complexes of1 with Mg salts of weak acids, the sign of asymmetric induction changes. Data of19F NMR spectroscopy ofN-acetyldehydro(p-fluorophenylalanyl)-(S)-valine indicate that in the former case, the anion of a strong acid does not enter the coordination sphere of the complex, whereas in the larter case, the anion of the weak acid does. The first synthesis of high-molecular-weight poly(N,N-diallyl-N-methylamine) by thermal (at 30 and 50°C) and photoinduced (at 21 °C) radical polymerization ofN,N-diallyl-N-methylamine (DAMA) in aqueous solution in the presence of an equimolar amount of trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) and by polymerization of the newly synthesized equimolar DAMA·TFA salt is reported. Data of1H NMR spectroscopy indicate that the molecules of the monomer under chosen conditions are in the protonated form. This leads to a decrease in the contribution of the reaction of degradative chain transfer to the monomer and its transformation into effective chain transfer to the monomer. A bimolecular chain termination mechanism was estabilished and the possibility of controlling the polymerization rate and the molecular weight of the polymer was demonstrated. A convenient preparative procedure was developed for the synthesis ofN-glycyl-β-glycopyranosylamines, derivatives of monosaccharides (d-galactose,d-mannose,l-fucose, andN-acetyl-d-glucosamine) and disaccharides (lactose, melibiose, cellobiose, and maltose). These compounds were demonstrated to be useful for the preparation of glycoconjugates of biologically active compounds containing the carboxy group (nicotinic, orotic, kynurenic, and indoleacetic acids). Synthetic pathways were developed for conversions ofN-glycyl-β-glycopyranosylamines into derivatives containing the carboxy group with the use of malonic andl-tartaric acid derivatives. The relationship between Wiener's topological index and the antiepileptic activity of a series ofN-aryl-isoxazole carboxamides/N-isoxazolylbenzamide analogs has been investigated. Values of Wiener's topological index for 69 compounds constituting the training set were computed and an active range was identified. Each analog was subsequently assigned an activity which was then compared with the reported antiepileptic activity against the maximal electroshock seizure (MES) test. Due to significant correlation between antiepileptic activity and Wiener's topological index, it was possible to predict antiepileptic activity with an accuracy of 91 % in the active range.  相似文献

A series of di(NON-azoxy)formals and some relatedN-alkyl-N′-alkoxydiazeneN-oxides were prepared by the reaction ofN-nitrosohydroxylamine salts with dihaloalkanes. The possibilities for stabilization of compounds with the A-B-NO2 fragment, where A is an atom containing a lone electron pair, were examined. Interaction of cellulose with amine oxide solvents   总被引:1,自引:3,他引:1  
Cellulose I, mainly as ramie or as Avicel microcrystalline cellulose, has been monitored by optical microscopy and by 13C CPMAS NMR, over the course of its dissolution in hot N-methylmorpholine N-oxide solvent. Its interaction with the near-solvent N-ethylmorpholine N-oxide and related non-solvents has also been investigated. NMR shows that N-methylmorpholine N-oxide partly converts crystalline cellulose I into amorphous solid cellulose. The changes in chemical shift imply increased flexibility at the glycosidic bonds. In contrast, N-ethylmorpholine N-oxide converts cellulose I to cellulose IIII, without dissolution. Microscopy shows that the ramie fibres swell laterally, and at least some also shorten longitudinally, during dissolution. Model studies using methyl--d-glucopyranose show no evidence from 13C chemical shifts for different modes of binding with different solvents. However, N-methylmorpholine N-oxide binds more strongly to methyl--d-glucopyranose in DMSO than does N-ethylmorpholine N-oxide, whereas N-ethylmorpholine N-oxide binds better to H2O. Also, 13C T 1 values for aqueous cellobioside show increasing rotational freedom of the –CH2OH sidechains as N-methylmorpholine N-oxide is added. Together, these observations imply the initial penetration of solvents and near-solvents between the molecular cellulose sheets. Subsequently, N-methylmorpholine N-oxide breaks H-bonds, particularly to O-6, just sufficiently to loosen individual chains and then dissolve the sheets.  相似文献

The reactions of Ag-salts ofN-nitmhydroxyumines withN-methyl-N-chloromethylnitramine afford mainly products ofO-alkylation, whereas the reactions of the corresponding Li-, Na-, K-, Mg-, and NH4-sals in the presence of tetrabutylammonium (TBAB) give mainly products ofN-alkylation. A simple, rapid and sensitive spectrophotometric method is described for the quantitative determination ofN-substituted phenothiazines. The method depends on the formation of a stable phenothiazine free radical cation by the use ofN-bromophthalimide as oxidising agent in a strong acid medium (methanol/ sulphuric acid 1 1 v/v). The produced red or violet color possesses absorption maximum range from 500 to 530 nm. A linear relationship exists between the absorbance at (max) and concentration in the range 5 to 40 g ml–1 with apparent molar absorptivities range from 6 × 103 to 12 × 1031 mol–1 cm–1. The color is developed instantaneously for all the studied phenothiazines except for thioproperazine mesylate, trifluoperazine dihydrochloride and prochlorperazine mesylate that require 25, 15 and 25 min, respectively, for complete reaction. The developed colors are stable over 24 h. The average % recovery is 99.85±0.61 to 100.28±0.95. The method was applied successfully to the microdetermination of chlorpromazine HCl, promethazine HCl, pericyazine, thioproperazine mesylate, perphenazine, prochlorperazine mesylate, trimeprazine tartrate and trifluoperazine 2HCl either in pure form or incorporated in their pharmaceutical preparations. The results of analysis are in good agreement with those of the official B.P. 1988 and USP XXII.  相似文献

Densities and molar heat capacities have been measured for mixtures ofN,N-dimethylformamide with dimethylsulfoxide, acetonitrile, andN-methylformamide at 25°C over the complete mole fraction range. From these data the apparent molar volumes and heat capacities have been calculated for both components. These quantities, as a function of the mole fraction, deviate very little from their molar values, indicating that the mixtures can be regarded as almost ideal.  相似文献
