A flexible double betaine 1,4-bis(pyridinil-4-carboxylato)-1,4-dimethylbenzene L has been used to generate two Cu(II)-containing metal complexes that exhibit different polymeric structures: [Cu(H2O)2 L]·2NO3 1 and [Cu(H2O)3 L]·2Cl·H2O 2. The crystal structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. Crystal data for 1: triclinic, space group P 1, a = 5.253(2), b = 7.406(3), c = 14.792(5) , α = 84.195(5), β = 80.014(5), γ = 78.053(5)°, V = 553.2(3) 3, Z = 1, F(000) = 293, Dc = 1.717 g/cm3, the final R = 0.0385 and wR = 0.1079 for 1883 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)); and those for 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 10.222(3), b = 25.287(7), c = 9.277(3) , β = 93.572(5)°, V = 2393.2(12) 3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1140, Dc = 1.540 g/cm3, the final R = 0.0472 and wR = 0.0956 for 3204 observed reflections (I >2σ(I)).  相似文献

Bis(diphenylphosphinyl)butadiyne reacted with methylcyclopentadiene at room tem- perature and four isomeric products were obtained. Crystal structures of isomers 1 and 3 have been determined. Crystal data for compound 1 C40H36O2P2·2CHCl3: monoclinic, space group C12/c1 with a = 17.983(2), b = 11.8723(12), c = 20.081(2) , β = 111.218(3)°, V = 3996.5(8) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 849.36, Dc = 1.412 g/cm3, F(000) = 1752, μ = 0.546 mm-1, the final R = 0.0351 and wR = 0.0951 for 3965 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)); and those for compound 3 C40H36O2P2·H2O: triclinic, space group P1 with a = 10.4144(15), b = 13.0558(18), c = 13.742(2) , α = 70.453(8), β = 75.382(8), γ = 72.312(8)°, V = 1653.7(4) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 628.64, Dc = 1.262 g/cm3, F(000) = 664, μ = 0.169 mm-1, the final R = 0.0593 and wR = 0.1296 for 4891 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). A new tetracopper complex [Cu(H2O)3Cu(HCDTA)]2(ClO4)2·H2O (CDTA = transcyclohexane-1,2-diamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetate) has been prepared and characterized by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal adopts space group C2/c with a = 16.990(10), b = 9.150(5), c = 29.318(17) , β = 104.289(9)°, V = 4417(4) 3, Z = 4, C28H52Cl2Cu4N4O31, Mr = 1265.80, Dc = 1.904 g/cm3, μ = 2.130 mm-1, F(000) = 2584, T = 293(2) K, the final R = 0.0328 and wR = 0.0809 for 4938 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)). The tetracopper units are interconnected by weak covalent bonds into a layered structure.  相似文献

Two novel compounds, {[Cd(nbdc)(bpp)(H2O)]·H2O}n 1 and {[Cd(nbdc)(dpds)-(H2O)]·H2O}n 2(H2nbdc = 4-nitro-1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, bpp = 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane and dpds = 4,4ˊ-dipyridyldisulfide), were solvothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), fluorescent analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.4370(17), b = 8.4090(10), c = 19.168(2) , β = 104.5050(10)°, V = 2252.8(5) 3, Dc = 1.639 g/cm3, Mr = 555.81, Z = 4, F(000) = 1120, μ = 1.022 mm-1, the final R = 0.0269 and wR = 0.0599 for 16656 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). 2 is isostructural to 1 with a = 14.4175(11), b = 8.4737(7), c = 18.0120(14) , β = 106.7220(10)°, V = 2107.5(3)3, Dc = 1.821 g/cm3, Mr = 577.85, Z = 4, F(000) = 1152, μ = 1.287 mm-1, the final R = 0.0280 and wR = 0.0705 for 15136 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Both complexes present intimately related structures featuring infinite Cd-carboxylate helix of [CdⅡ(nbdc)(H2O)]n connected by bpp(or dpds) molecule to produce the 2D layer frameworks.  相似文献

Two new 1,3-oxazin derivatives, C22H24N2O5(3I) and C19H16N2O5(3II), have been synthesized via an unusual cascade reaction. The attractive aspect of this cascade reaction is that the novel construction of 1,3-oxazine and the direct C-N bond formation from C-C bond can be easily achieved via pyridine-mediated acylation in a one-pot operation. Both compounds have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 3I crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 16.282(4), b = 7.4117(18), c = 17.256(5) , β = 103.193(9)°, V = 2027.4(9) 3, Mr = 396.43, Z = 4, Dc = 1.299 g/cm3, F(000) = 840, MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073 ), the final R = 0.0771 and wR = 0.1582 for 3662 were observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Compound 3II crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.1265(9), b = 10.1071(13), c = 23.529(3), α = 97.463(9), β = 96.981(9), γ = 94.345(9)°, V = 1600.5(4) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.409 g/cm3, F(000) = 736, CuKa radiation(λ = 1.54186 ), the final R = 0.0515 and wR = 0.1241 for 4920 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The preliminary antibacterial activities of 2 and 3 against E. coli and S. aureus were investigated. The results showed that the inhibiting effect of 3 was higher than that of 2.  相似文献

Two new Cu(Ⅱ) coordination polymers,[Cu(FDA)(BPY)(H2O)]n(1) and {[Cu(FDA)(BPY)(H2O)]·2H2O}n(2)(H2FDA = 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid,BPY = 2,2-bipyridine),have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction as well as elemental analysis and IR.Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c,with a = 7.5915(15),b = 8.4050(17),c = 24.204(6) ,β = 99.05(3)°,V = 1525.1(6) 3,Dc = 1.706 g/cm3,C16H12CuN2O6,Mr = 391.82,F(000) = 796,μ(MoKα) = 1.470 mm–1,Z = 4,R = 0.0633 and wR = 0.1059 for 2389 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)),R = 0.0738,and wR = 0.1098 for all data.Complex 2 belongs to triclinic space group P1 with a = 8.8660(18),b = 8.9112(18),c = 12.525(3) ,α = 88.41(3),β = 69.38(3),γ = 66.95(3)°,V = 845.2(3) 3,Dc = 1.681 g/cm3,C16H16CuN2O8,Mr = 427.85,F(000) = 438,μ(MoKα) = 1.342 mm–1,Z = 2,R = 0.0290 and wR = 0.0690 for 2767 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)),R = 0.0329 and wR = 0.0706 for all data.Complexes 1 and 2 are both coordination polymers with one-dimensional chain structures bridged by the protonated FDA ligands,which are assembled into three-dimensional supramolecular structures through hydrogen bonding interactions and π-π packing interactions between the chains.  相似文献

The title compound (C19H17BrN2O4) was synthesized via a one-pot procedure starting from 4-bromobenzaldehyde, dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) and phenylhydrazine with pyridine as the catalyst. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The synthesis of syn-photodimer from 1,4-dihydropyridine without 4-aryl was studied, and its single crystal was obtained (C22H30N2O8, Mr = 450.48). It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 11.937(2), b = 20.913(4), c = 9.763(2) , β = 108.46(3)°, V = 2311.9(8) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.294 g/cm3, F(000) = 960, μ = 0.099 mm-1, R = 0.0640 and wR = 0.1464 for 4077 unique reflections with 1598 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). It is shown that the whole molecular structure of the title compound is a twist-boat conformation, and the two double bonds have a trend of potential intramolecular reaction under high-energy irradiation.  相似文献

Two new Zn(Ⅱ)-MOFs were synthesized based on an asymmetric Schiff-base ligand LH, which is obtained by the condensation of 5-formyl-8-hydroxyquinoline and 3-pyridinecarboxylic acid hydrazide. In different mixed solvents, we get two new isomorphism compounds, [Zn(L)2]·C4H8O2·2MeOH(1) and [Zn(L)2]·CH2Cl2·2MeOH(2). Compounds 1 and 2 have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 13.856(4), b = 14.156(4), c = 9.620(3) , β = 110.167(5)°, V = 1771.3(9) 3, Dc = 1.500 g/cm3, C38H38N8O8 Zn, Mr = 800.13, F(000) = 832, μ(MoKα) = 0.761 mm-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0596 and wR = 0.1221 for 2112 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). Compound 2 belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 13.575(3), b = 14.130(3), c = 9.485(2) , β = 107.908(3)°, V = 1731.2(6) 3, Dc = 1.529 g/cm3, C35H32Cl2N8O6 Zn, Mr = 796.96, F(000) = 820, μ(MoKα) = 0.926 mm-1, Z = 2, the final R = 0.0527 and wR = 0.1395 for 2501 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The Zn(Ⅱ) centers in both 1 and 2 display a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The octahedral Zn(Ⅱ) nodes and L linkages build up 2-D nets consisting of parallelogram-like grids in the ab plane. The neighboring nets stack through hydrogen bonds to generate 3-D rhombic channels. In 1, the 1,4-dioxane and MeOH guests alternatively arrange in the channels and effectively take up the free space; while in 2, the CH2Cl2 guests are arranged in the channels. In addition, the encapsulated MeOH molecules are bonded to the framework by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

For 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.7852(18), b = 9.2744(19), c = 9.752(2) , β = 103.45(3)°, V = 772.7(3)3, Dc = 2.410 g·cm-3, F(000) = 544, μ = 7.387 mm-1, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0321 and wR = 0.0741 for 1696 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of 1 shows a two-dimensional (4,4)-network composed of an inorganic ladder chain bridged by the phenyl-linkers of 4-apa ligands. Compound 2 exhibits a 3D layer-pillared framework with crb net, in which inorganic (4-82)-networks are joined by the phenyl-linkers.  相似文献

Complex 1 exhibits a two-dimensional (2D) sheet structure, which further builds a three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular architecture via C-H···O hydrogen-bonding interactions.  相似文献

For 2, a = 10.758(4), b = 12.058(4), c = 16.135(5) , β = 104.57(1)o, V = 2025.7(12) 3, Mr = 500.00, Dc = 1.639 g/cm3, μ = 1.396 mm–1, F(000) = 1008, the final R = 0.0470 and wR = 0.1237 for 3759 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The crystal structures of 1 and 2 are isostructural with very similar supramolecular structures. A metal-organic coordination polymer [Ni(PDC)(bix)(H2O)]n (H2PDC = 2,4-pyri- dinedicarboxylic acid, bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene) 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Blue crystals crystallize in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 25.1475(18), b = 13.1621(9), c = 14.2739(10), β = 118.4150(10)o, V = 4155.4(5) 3, C21H19N5NiO5, Mr = 480.12, Dc = 1.535 g/cm3, F(000) = 1984, Z = 8, μ(MoKα) = 0.979 mm-1, the final R = 0.0478 and wR = 0.1004 for 3727 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Two new macrocyclic compounds, [Cu2(L)2](ClO4)4·2CH3OH (1) and [Cu(L)](ClO4)2·2H2O (2) (L = 1,3,10,12,15,18-hexaazatetracyclodocosane) were synthesized by condensation reactions involving amines and formaldehyde in the presence of copper anion. Compound 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 16.911(2), b = 11.4172(15), c = 27.059(4), β = 107.787(2)o, V = 4974.7(12)3, Z = 8, F(000) = 2504, Dc = 1.610 Mg/m3, Mr = 602.92, μ = 1.155 mm-1, λ = 0.71073 , the final R = 0.0419 and wR = 0.1131 for 4374 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献
