Hermonionic acid and its decarboxylated product have been isolated from Garciniaquaesita. 13C NMR spectral and chemical evidence indicate that hermonionic acid is 2-0-[2-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-3-methoxy- 4-hydroxy-5-(3,7-dimethylocta-2,6-dienyl]-4-methoxy-5-(3-methylbut-2-enyl-6-hydroxybenzoic acid. The previously assigned dienone structure for this acid is incorrect.  相似文献

Calozeylanic acid has been isolated from the bark of three calophyllum species: C.lankaensis (= C.zeylanicum), C.thwaitesii and C.walkeri. Synthesis of the two isomers 2, 3 of the mono coenzyme A ester of o-succinylbenzoic acid (1, OSB, i.e. 4-(2-carboxyphenyl)-4-oxobutanoic acid) and enzymic conversion of 3, to 1,4-dihydroxy-2-naphthoic acid 7 shows that as opposed to previous assumptions the “aliphatic” rather than the “aromatic” carboxyl group in o-succinylbenzoic acid 1 is activated during vitamin K2 biosynthesis in Escherichia coli and Mycobacterium phlei.  相似文献

The synthesis of D- and L-N-(4-amino-3, 3-dimethyl-2-hydroxybutyryl)- β-alanine (7) is described. Compound 7 is an analog of pantothenic acid in which the 4′-hyroxy group is replaced by amino group. The synthetic sequence leading to 7 involved the synthesis DL-4-amino-3,3-dimethyl-2-hydroxybutyric acid and its resolution. Coupling of N-benzyloxycarbonyl N-hydroxysuccinimide ester (5) with β-alanine and followed by removal of the protecting group gave 7.  相似文献

A series of cyclo (Δaminoacyl-L-Ala) (4) (Δ=α,β-dehydro) were prepared from cyclo(Gly-L-Ala) and corresponding aldehyde, and hydrogenated with Pd black in MeOH. Chiral inductions producing cyclo (L-aminoacyl-L-Ala) (5) from 4 were 96–99% in the case of L-Aba (2-aminobutanoic acid), L-Val, L-Leu, and L-App (2-amino-5-phenylpentanoic acid) as an L-aminoacyl moiety in 5.
