A highly chemo- and regioselective iridium-catalyzed allylic amination is described. The reaction of various hydrazones and hydrazides with allylic carbonates proceeds at ambient temperature in the presence of an [Ir(COD)Cl]2/pyridine catalyst, ammonium iodide, and diethylzinc to afford the corresponding N-allylation products in high yields with excellent chemo- and regioselectivities. Only the more nucleophilic nitrogen of a given hydrazine derivative undergoes the C-N bond formation to yield a branched allylic isomer as the exclusive product.  相似文献

Iridium-catalyzed borylation has been applied to various substituted thiophenes to synthesize poly-functionalized thiophenes in good to excellent yields. Apart from common functionalities compatible with iridium-catalyzed borylations, additional functional group tolerance to acyl (COMe) and trimethylsilyl (TMS) groups was also observed. High regioselectivities were observed in borylation of 3- and 2,5-di-substituted thiophenes. Electrophilic aromatic C-H/C-Si bromination on thiophene boronate esters is shown to take place without breaking the C-B bond, and one-pot C-H borylation/Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling has been accomplished on 2- and 3-borylated thiophenes.  相似文献

Coumarins are omnipresent in several plants and exhibit a plethora of pharmacological properties, making them an important scaffold in organic synthesis. Naturally, the chemistry of this motif has attracted ever-increasing attention, among which palladium-catalyzed coupling reactions are the most prevalent one. Numerous useful, easy, and concise syntheses and reactions have been achieved using palladium-catalyzed coupling reactions. This review focuses on recent advances in palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions such as Suzuki, Heck, Stille, Sonogoshira etc. reactions of coumarin derivatives and covers the literature from 2001 to 2020.  相似文献

A simple catalyst precursor prepared in situ from palladium acetate and triphenylphosphine shows high activity for the Suzuki cross-coupling reaction of benzylic bromides and chlorides with aryl boronic acids. The reaction can be carried out at low catalyst loading (0.002-1 mol%) and under mild conditions (room temperature to 80 °C) furnishing diarylmethane derivatives in high yields (86-99%).  相似文献

A novel polymer-supported N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) was prepared from chloromethyl polystyrene (CM PS) resin using a simple procedure, and was used as the ligand for palladium (Pd) catalysts. The polymer-supported Pd-NHC complexes efficiently catalyzed the Suzuki cross-coupling of aryl halides and phenylboronic acid in good yields and excellent purities under aqueous conditions.  相似文献

New 8-(het)aryltetrahydroisoquinolines (10-14), 8-aryltetrahydroisoquinolin-4-ols (15,16), and 8-phenylisoquinolin-4-ol (17), flexible analogues of aporphine, were synthesized in good yields using palladium-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling reactions from 8-bromotetrahydroisoquinolin-4-one (6) as a common intermediate. We also describe the synthesis of this novel intermediate through an easy and efficient method, which involved intramolecular Friedel-Crafts cyclization.  相似文献

Polymer-supported phosphine ligand 3b derived from ferrocene was prepared,and applied in palladium-catalyzed Suzuki- Miyaura reactions.A range of aryl bromides can couple with phenylboronic acid to obtain corresponding biaryls in excellent yields. A bulky, inexpensive and simple bidentate ligand 1,4-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylbenzyl)piperazine (1) has been synthesized and characterized. The palladium catalyst was formed by combination of 1 with [Cl2Pd(COD)] in a ratio of 1:1, tested in the Suzuki-Miyaura and Mizoroki-Heck cross-coupling reactions. Coupling of a variety of aryl bromides with phenylboronic acid using methanol as solvent at room temperature, or at 60 °C, gave generally high yields of coupled products. Coupling of aryl chlorides with organoboron reagent at 110 °C in DMF afforded good yields of biaryls under aerobic conditions. This non-phosphorus, air and moisture stable catalyst also displays good activity for Mizoroki-Heck coupling reaction in methanol at 60 °C with various aryl chlorides and bromides.  相似文献

2-, 3- and 4-Bromoquinolines were converted to the corresponding lithium tri(quinolyl)magnesates at −10°C on treatment with Bu3MgLi in THF. Treatment of organoboronic acids with hydrofluoric acid generates an in situ tetracoordinate hydronium organotrifluoroborate species which undergoes counterion exchange with tetra-n-butylammonium hydroxide. The resultant tetraalkylammonium salts are as air and moisture stable as their potassium organotrifluoroborate counterparts with the added advantage of being readily soluble in organic media. They were found to undergo Pd-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura cross-couplings with a variety of aryl- and alkenylhalides under mild conditions. The oxidative cross-coupling of terminal alkynes with arylboronic acids catalyzed by the porous palladium nanospheres was developed. In the presence of silver oxide, triphenylphosphine and cesium carbonate, the reaction provided the corresponding arylalkynes with good to excellent yields. There were also other obvious advantages such as broad applicability, high selectivity, simple experimental operation as well as the convenient preparation, high efficiency and reusability of catalyst. The possible mechanism of this transition-metal nanoparticles catalyzed oxidative cross-coupling reaction of two nucleophiles was proposed.  相似文献

A facile synthetic procedure for chiral tryptophan derivatives using Negishi cross-coupling reaction of serine-derived iodoalanine with 3-haloindole is described. The best result was obtained when the reaction of N-tosyl-3-bromoindole with N-Cbz-iodoalanine methyl ester was carried out by the combination of Pd2(dba)3 and sterically hindered ferrocenyl ligand Q-PHOS. This reaction condition not only gave the desired tryptophan derivative as high as 76% yield, but also suppressed the formation of undesired products, the dehalogenated indole and the homodimer of indole, which were difficult to separate. This reaction was extended to the synthesis of various tryptophan derivatives having substituents on the benzene ring. The characteristic of this reaction is the practical biomimetic synthesis of chiral tryptophan derivatives in one-step.  相似文献

Through the use of [PdCl(C3H5)]2/cis,cis,cis-1,2,3,4-tetrakis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)cyclopentane as a catalyst, a range of aryl bromides and chlorides undergoes Suzuki cross-coupling with alkylboronic acids in good yields. Several alkyl substituents such as ethyl, n-butyl, n-octyl, isobutyl or 2,2-dimethylpropyl on the alkylboronic acids have been successfully used. The functional group tolerance on the aryl halide is remarkable; substituents such as fluoro, methyl, methoxy, acetyl, formyl, benzoyl, nitro or nitrile are tolerated. Furthermore, this catalyst can be used at low loading, even for reactions of sterically hindered aryl bromides.  相似文献

Suzuki偶联反应作为构建C-C键的最有效的手段之一,在医药、染料和电子工业等领域扮演着重要的角色。传统的Suzuki偶联反应催化体系需要依赖化石能源产生的热能来驱动,不仅造成了不可再生资源的消耗,还会导致相应的环境问题。近年来,光催化技术和绿色有机合成化学蓬勃发展,利用可再生的太阳能光催化Suzuki偶联反应不但可以解决在催化反应过程中的能源与环境问题,还可以在温和条件下获得高产率的联苯化合物产物,正在受到人们的广泛关注。与均相光催化剂相比,非均相光催化剂具有良好的化学稳定性、便捷的可回收性与优异的循环利用性能等优点,因此成为光催化Suzuki偶联反应的研究重点。本文总结了非均相催化剂光催化Suzuki偶联反应的基本原理,介绍了近年来科研工作者对光催化Suzuki偶联反应中非均相催化剂的制备方法、催化性能以及可循环利用性等方面做的一系列研究。  相似文献
