Acyclic diterpene glycosides, named capsianosides I', II, III (1), C (2), D (3), E (4) and F (5), have been isolated from the dried hot red pepper fruits of Capsicum annuum L. used in Kimchi. The structures of these compounds have been revised in the sugar connectivities by 1D- and 2D-NMR spectroscopic and chemical methods.  相似文献

Paprika and Jalape?o are used as vegetables and spices. We have obtained six new acyclic diterpene glycosides, called capsianosides XIII (2), XV (3), IX (4), XVI (5), X (6) and VIII (7) together with known capsianoside II (1) from the fruits of the Paprika and Jalape?o. The structures of these compounds have been elucidated by the (1)H- and (13)C-NMR spectra and two-dimensional NMR methods.  相似文献

The enthalpies of combustion and vaporization of 3-buten-1-ol and 3-butyn-1-ol have been measured by static bomb combustion calorimetry and correlation gas chromatography techniques, respectively, and the gas-phase enthalpies of formation, Delta(f)H degrees (m)(g), have been determined, the values being -147.3 +/- 1.8 and 16.7 +/- 1.6 kJ mol(-1), for 3-buten-1-ol and 3-butyn-1-ol, respectively. High level calculations at the G2 and G3 levels have also been carried out. Relationships between the enthalpies of formation of 1-alkanols, 1-alkenols and 1-alkynols and with the corresponding hydrocarbons have been discussed. From the calculated contributions to Delta(f)H degrees (m)(g) for the substitutions of CH(3) by CH(2)OH, CH(3)CH(2) by CH(2)=CH and CH(3)CH(2) by CH triple bond C, we have estimated the Delta(f)H degrees (m)(g) values for 3-buten-1-ol and 3-butyn-1-ol, in excellent agreement with the experimental ones. Delta(f)H degrees (m)(g) values for 1-alkenols and 1-alkynols up to 10 carbon atoms have also been estimated.  相似文献

Using diode-laser spectroscopy, the intensities of 58 lines of the v(1) + v(1/2) - v(1/2) band and 36 lines of the 2v(1) - v(1) band of OCS have been measured. The corresponding band strengths S(0)(v) and the vibrational transition dipoles micro(v) have been derived through least squares fitting of these individual intensities. The band strengths values have been determined with a precision better than 2.5%.  相似文献

Two new steroid glycosides have been isolated from the leaves of aloe yucca and their structures have been established. Glycosides B and C are tigogenin penta-and hexaosides. Glycoside B, which we have called yuccaloeside B is (25R)-5α-spirostan-3β-ol 3-{[O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-[O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside}, and glycoside C, which we have called yuccaloeside C is (25R)-5α-spirostan-3β-ol 3-{[(O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)]-[O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)]-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside}.  相似文献

The bis-cationic diphosphonium-diphosphine 6,7-di(di-2-methoxyphenyl)phosphinyl-2,2,4,4-tetra(di-2-methoxyphenyl)-2 lambda 4,4 lambda 4-diphosphoniumbicyclo[3.1.1]heptane-bis(PF6) ((o-MeO-PCP)(PF6)2) and the diphosphine rac-2,4-bis((di-2-methoxyphenyl)phosphino)pentane (rac-o-MeO-bdpp) have been synthesized. Both ligands have been employed to coordinate PdCl2 and Pd(OAc)2 to give [PdCl2(o-MeO-PCP)](PF6)2 (1a), PdCl2(rac-o-MeO-bdpp) (1b), [Pd(OAc)2(o-MeO-PCP)](PF6)2 (2a) and Pd(OAc)2(rac-o-MeO-bdpp) (2b). The ligands and complexes have been fully characterized in solution by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy. In addition, 1a and 1b have been authenticated by single crystal X-ray structure analyses. The Pd(II) complexes 1a and 1b have been employed as catalyst precursors for the CO/ethene copolymerisation in water-acetic acid mixtures, while 2a and 2b have been tested in methanol in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid. Irrespective of the reaction media, perfectly alternating polyketones were obtained in excellent yields and with number-average molecular weights ranging from 7.1-13.9 kg mol(-1) with the diphosphonium-diphosphine catalysts and from 37.2-48.2 kg mol(-1) with the diphosphine catalysts.  相似文献

Binuclear zinc(II) and copper(II) complexes based on a new Schiff base ligand N,N'-bis(2-hydroxybenzilidene)-2,4,6-trimethylbenzene-1,3-diamine (H(2)L) have been synthesized. The ligand H(2)L and complexes under investigation have been characterized by elemental analyses, spectral (FT-IR, (1)H, (13)C NMR, ESI-MS, electronic absorption, emission), and electrochemical studies. The structures of H(2)L and complexes [{Zn(C(23)H(18)N(2)O(2))}(2)] (1) and [{Cu(C(23)H(18)N(2)O(2))}(2)]·H(2)O (2) have been determined crystallographically. Selective "On-Off-On" switching behavior of the fluorescent complex 1 has been studied. The fluorescence intensity of 1 quenches (turns-off) upon addition of Cu(2+), while enhances (turns-on) in the presence of Ag(+) ions. The mechanisms of "On-Off-On" signaling have been supported by (1)H NMR, ESI-MS, electronic absorption, and emission spectral studies. Job's plot analysis supported 1:1 and 1:2 stoichiometries for Cu(2+) and Ag(+) ions, respectively. Association and quenching constants have been estimated by the Benesi-Hildebrand method and Stern-Volmer plot. Moreover, 1 mimics a molecular keypad lock that follows correct chemical input order to give maximum output signal.  相似文献

Six new nor-beta-lapachones have been synthesized from reaction of 3-bromo-nor-beta-lapachone with arylamines. These derivatives have potent anticancer properties against several cell lines. Here, we report complete unambiguous assignments of (1)H and (13)C chemical shifts of the new compounds. The assignments were made using a combination of one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques ((1)H, (13)C, (1)H-(1)H COSY, (1)H-(13)C HSQC, and (1)H-(13)C HMBC).  相似文献

The synthesis, crystal structure and luminescence properties of three cyclometalated Ir(III) complexes of general formula [(ppy)(2)Ir(pam)]X, where X = Cl(-) (1), PF(6)(-) (2), ClO(4)(-)(3), and pam = 2-picolylamine, are described. While 2 and 3 crystallize in a unique form, two pseudo-polymorphs, a solvated (1a) and a non-solvated (1b) species, have been observed for compound 1. 1a crystallizes in the monoclinic centrosymmetric space group P2(1)/c. On the contrary, 1b, 2 and 3 crystallize in the non-centrosymmetric space group P2(1)2(1)2(1) (1b) and Pca2(1) (2 and 3), respectively. All the crystalline supramolecular materials have been fully photophysically characterized. While 1 shows a bright blue-green emission in both solution and solvated crystalline state 1a, crystals of 1b, 2 and 3 show a significantly red shifted emission with respect to solution. Unexpectedly, and differently from 1a, mechanical stimuli-responsive colour and luminescence changes have been observed for 1b, 2 and 3. Upon mechanical grinding the colour of the crystalline solids changes from orange to yellow while the emission energy is partially (2 and 3) or completely (1b) converted from orange to green. The grinding-triggered colour and luminescence changes have been attributed to a crystal-to-amorphous phase conversion for all crystalline solids.  相似文献

Three N-substituted pyrazoles and three N-substituted indazoles [1-(4-nitrophenyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (1), 1-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-3,5-dimethylpyrazole (2), 1-tosyl-pyrazole (3), 1-p-chlorobenzoylindazole (4), 1-tosylinda-zole (5) and 2-(2-hydroxy-2-phenylethyl)-indazole (6)] have been studied by NMR spectroscopy in solution (1H, 13C, 15N) and in the solid state (13C, 15N). The chemical shifts have been compared with GIAO/DFT calculated absolute shieldings. Some discrepancies have been analyzed.  相似文献

1,1-Dimethyl-3-oxo-1,4-diazepan-1-ium chloride (1) and 1,1-dimethyl-1-carboxymethyl-3-aminopropyl ammonium hydrochloride (2) have been obtained by the reactions of 1,1-dimethyl-1,3-propylenediamine with ethyl chloroacetate and chloroacetic acid, respectively. The products have been characterized by FTIR, Raman and NMR spectroscopy. B3LYP calculations have also been carried out. The screening constants for (13)C- and (1)H- atoms have been calculated by the GIAO/B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) approach and analyzed. The FTIR and NMR spectra of the investigated compounds 1 and 2 are in excellent agreement with the structures optimized by Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations.  相似文献

The (3)P ground state and both the (1)D and (1)S excited states arising from the low-lying 1s(2)2s(2)2p(2) configuration of the carbon isoelectronic series are studied starting from explicitly correlated multiconfigurational wave functions. One- and two-body densities in position space have been calculated and different one- and two-body expectation values have been obtained. The effects of electronic correlations have been systematically studied. All the calculations have been done by means of variational Monte Carlo.  相似文献

The emission spectra of YH and YD molecules have been investigated in the 3600-12,000 cm(-1) region using a Fourier transform spectrometer. Molecules were formed in an yttrium hollow cathode lamp operated with a continuous flow of a mixture of Ne and Ar gases, and YH and YD were observed together in the same spectra. A group of bands observed near 1 μm have been identified as 0-0 and 1-1 bands of the A(1)Δ-X(1)Σ(+) and B(1)Π-X(1)Σ(+) transitions of YH and the 0-0 bands of the same two transitions for YD. The A(1)Δ and B(1)Π states of YH are separated by only about 12 cm(-1) and are involved in strong interactions. A perturbation analysis has been performed using the PGOPHER program to fit the two interacting electronic states and spectroscopic parameters for the A(1)Δ and B(1)Π states, including the interaction matrix elements, have been obtained for the first time.  相似文献

在ab initio DZP水平上, 用能量梯度法对Li~3Al的三种几何构型进行了优化, 并对其中两个能量较低的构型用单、双激发组态相互作用(CISD)进行了垂直跃迁能和振子强度计算, 结果表明: Li~3Al(C~2~v)中存在着三个强度较大的跃迁, 分别是从基态跃迁到1^1B~1, 2^1B~1, 5^1A~1态。Li~3Al(D~3~h)中存在着四个强度较大的跃迁, 分别是从基态跃迁到1^1B~2, 2^1A~1, 3^1B~2, 3^1A~1态。这些强度较大的跃迁均为粒子穴跃迁。  相似文献

Synthesis and NMR spectral studies of multidentate N and S heterocycles, 1,3,5-tris(N-methylbenzimidazolyl)benzene, 1,3,5-tris(benzimidazolyl)benzene,1,3,5-tris(benzothiazolyl) benzene, 2,2'-bipyridine 3,3'-bis(benzothiazolyl)benzene and 1,2,4,5-tetrakis(benzothiazolyl) benzene have been carried out. 2D (1)H-(1)H PFG-COSY as well as (1)H-(13)C single and multiple bond correlated (2D GRASP-HSQC and GRASP-HMBC) experiments have been employed to characterize the compounds. 1D NOE experiments have been useful in understanding the structure of 1,3,5-tris(N-methylenzimidazolyl)benzene.  相似文献

The potential energy curves and spectroscopic constants of the ground and 32 low-lying electronic states of ZrC have been studied by employing multireference configuration interaction methods, in conjunction with relativistic effective core potentials and 5s3p3d1f, 3s3p1d basis sets con Zr and C, respectively. We have determined that the ground state is (3)Sigma(+). However there are two low-lying (1)Sigma(+) states (below 5000 cm(-1)) which strongly interact resulting in avoided crossings. The lowest (1)Sigma(+) state corresponds to a combination of 1sigma(2) Xsigma(2) 1pi(4) configurations whereas the second is an open shell singlet 1sigma(2) 2sigma(1) 3sigma(1) 1pi(4). Several avoided crossings were observed, for (1)Pi, (3)Pi, (1)Delta, (3)Sigma(+), and (3)Delta states. We have identified (3)Pi and (1)Pi lying at 4367 and 5797 cm(-1), respectively. The results are in good agreement with the recent experimental findings of Rixon et al. [J. Mol. Spectrosc. 228, 554 (2004)], and indicate that the (3)Pi-(3)Sigma(+), and (1)Pi-(1)Sigma(+), bands located between 16 000-19 000 cm(-1) are extremely complex due to near degeneracy of several (1)Pi and (3)Pi states. We also have identified a (1)Sigma(+) state in the same region that may interfere with the (1)Pi emission bands. The present results not only shed further light into the spectra of ZrC but also predict yet to be observed systems.  相似文献

The rate constants for exchange of hydrogen for deuterium at the α-CH(2) positions of 8-(N,N-dimethylaminonaphthalen-1-yl)acetic acid tert-butyl ester 1 and naphthalen-1-ylacetic acid tert-butyl ester 2 have been determined in potassium deuteroxide solutions in 1 : 1 D(2)O : CD(3)CN, in order to quantify the effect of the neighbouring peri-dimethylamino substituent on α-deprotonation. Intramolecular general base catalysis by the (weakly basic) neighbouring group was not detected. Second-order rate constants, k(DO), for the deuterium exchange reactions of esters 1 and 2 have been determined as 1.35 × 10(-4) M(-1) s(-1) and 3.95 × 10(-3) M(-1) s(-1), respectively. The unexpected 29-fold decrease in the k(DO) value upon the introduction of a peri-dimethylamino group is attributed to an unfavourable steric and/or electronic substituent effect on intermolecular deprotonation by deuteroxide ion. From the experimental k(DO) values, carbon acid pK(a) values of 26.8 and 23.1 have been calculated for esters 1 and 2.  相似文献
