We solve a generalized nonautonomous nonlinear Schrdinger equation analytically by performing the Hirota's bilinearization method. The precise expression of a parameter , which provides a compatibility condition and dark soliton management, is obtained. Comparing with nonautonomous bright soliton, we find that the gain parameter affects both the background and the valley of dark soliton (∈2≠1) while it has no effects on the wave central position.Moreover, the precise expressions of a nonautonomous black soliton's (∈2≠1) width, background and the trajectory of its wave central, which describe the dynamic behavior of soliton's evolution, are investigated analytically. Finally, the stability of the dark soliton solution is demonstrated numerically. It is shown that the main characteristic of the dark solitons keeps unchanged under a slight perturbation in the compatibility condition.  相似文献

We theoretically investigate the evolvement of dark spatial soliton with cascading quadratic nonlinearity in quasi-phase-matched second harmonic generation. It is shown that the dark solitary wave can propagate stably when background intensity is large enough, in which diffraction of beam can be balanced by the cascading quadratic nonlinearity. We also analyze the influence of phase-mismatch on the stability of dark soliton propagation.  相似文献

The formation of the dark spatial solitary wave in cascaded second harmonic generation processes is numerically studied based on the nonlinear-coupled equations. Based on multiple scales method, we study the nonlinear properties of a new Fermi-Pasta-Ulam lattice model analytically. It is found that the lattice chain exhibits a novel nonlinear elementary excitation, i.e. a dark soliton. Moreover, the modulation depth of dark soliton is increasing as the anharmonic parameter increases.  相似文献

报道实验上观测到用波前扰动的空间光暗孤子的产生及演化规律,实验测量表明,首先,产生的空间暗孤子的空间轮廓是双曲正割型的函数,这与逆散射理论上的空间暗孤子解是一致的其次,观测了空间暗光孤子在自散焦介质中的演化过程,实验结果与非线性薛定谔方程计算机数值模拟的结果是一致的,结果表明,空间暗光子随着光束传输过程逐渐演化并在演化过程中逐渐形成了多个孤子对;最后,测量了不同细丝宽度,非线性系数与光强子空间暗孤  相似文献

从有限高斯背景下空间暗光孤子诱导折射率分布出发,用等效衰减矢量法得到它所自诱导的波导的色散特性,并与理想情况的无限背景下空间暗光孤子诱导的色散方程进行了比较。结果表明,当高斯背景越来越宽时,它与无限背景下的结果越来越接近,为在全光器件中实际应用提出了理论依据。  相似文献

本文在含时量子系统传播子的ABCD形式理论的基础上.进一步讨论原子激光这种品质因子不守恒系统的传输。利用准连续的原子激光在传输过程中所满足薛定谔方程.并引入某一方向的束宽、发散角、曲率半径和品质因子等光束传输参量来表征横向势能满足x和y分量相互独立的原子激光的传输。如果某一方向上品质因子也守恒,就可以通过解析不同过程品质因子守恒的充要方程,找到原子激光在各过程中ABCD形式的传播子。本文讨论原子激光在从玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚体(BEC)中穿出过程。在磁化捕获器打开情况下的传输,以及在自由空间的传输这三个满足横向势能可分且各横向品质因子守恒条件的过程中ABCD形式的传播子。本文还将所运用的方法和所得结果与Yann等人的方法和结果进行了比较。  相似文献

We analytically present a family of nonautonomous dark solitons and rogue waves in a planar graded-index grating waveguide with an additional long-period grating.The dark solitons whose dynamics described by the explicit expressions such as the valley,background and wave central position are investigated.We find that dark soliton's depth and the long-period grating have effects on soliton's wave central position;the gain or loss term affects directly both the background and valley of the soliton.For rogue waves,it is reported that one can modulate the distribution of the light intensity by adjusting the parameters of the long-period grating.Additionally,more rogue waves with different evolution behaviors in this special waveguide are demonstrated clearly.  相似文献

We study analytically and numerically the propagation of spatial solitons in a two-dimensional strongly nonlocal nonlinear medium. Exact analytical solutions in the form of self-similar spatial solitons are obtained involving higher-order Hermite-Gaussian functions. The low-amplitude spatial solitons in biased photovoltaic photorefractive crystals are investigated theoretically. The analytical solutions for both the bright and the dark low-amplitude screening-photovoltaic spatial solitons in photorefractive crystals are obtained. The expressions for the width of these solitons are given. We present a generalized two-state theory to investigate the quantum dynamics and statistics of an atom laser with nonlinear couplings. The rotating wave approximate Hamiltonian of the system is proved to be analytically solvable. The fraction of output atoms is then showed to exhibit an interesting collapse and revival phenomenon with respect to the evolution time, a sign of nonlinear couplings. Several nonclassical effects, such as sub-Poissonian distribution, quadrature squeezing effects, second-order cross-correlation and accompanied violation of Cauchy-Schwartz inequality are also revealed for the output matter wave. The initial global phase of the trapped condensate, in weak nonlinear coupling limits, is found to exert an interesting impact on the quantum statistical properties of the propagating atom laser beam.  相似文献

We present a generalized two-state theory to study the output coupler for Bose-Einstein condensate atoms and its interference. The results show that the fraction of outcoupled atoms can be adjusted between 0% and 100% by mrying the amplitude of the rf. radiation, and the interference patterns of the two coherent outputs that are coupled out of a double-well trapped potential vary with time. Moreover, we study the influence of atom-atom interactions on the output. In contrast with the case without atom-atom interactions, collapses and revivals appear in the number of the output atoms.  相似文献

对光折变有机聚合物中的双色光空间孤子进行了理论分析,证明双色信号光的两个频率成分相互作用可以在折射率改变为正的光折变有机聚合物中形成暗暗和亮暗空间孤子,在折射率改变为负的光折变有机聚合物中形成亮亮和亮暗空间孤子。与单色光孤子的情况不同,对于双色光孤子情况,通过与一形成暗孤子的频率成分相互作用,另一频率成分在折射率改变为正的有机聚合物中也可形成亮孤子;通过与一形成亮孤子的频率成分相互作用,另一频率成分在折射率改变为负的材料中也可形成暗孤子。  相似文献
