A technique for measuring Young's modulus of the radius bone by using electronic speckle-shearing pattern interferometry is proposed. The technique is based on the introduction of carrier fringes and the use of a phase unwrapping algorithm to obtain a phase map corresponding to the out-of-plane displacements of a radius bone without sign ambiguities. The carrier fringes are obtained by the correlation algorithm of two consecutive speckle fields with a translation of the illuminating beam between each recording, then the spatial synchronous detection (SSD), an unwrapping phase algorithm and integration process along shear direction are successfully applied for obtaining a displacement phase map. Next, analysis of the radius bone as a cantilever allows us to obtain Young's modulus. The study was performed with speckle interferometry and with the finite element method for comparing the results. Advantages and disadvantages of the proposed method are discussed.  相似文献

A variation of electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) is presented whereby phase fringes are produced in contrast to speckle correlation fringes. Digital phase stepping speckle interferometry uses a phase measurement technique developed for holographic interferometry, which involves phase shifting of the reference beam in a conventional speckle interferometer. Saw-tooth phase fringes are produced by subtracting the phases of the speckle fields before and after object deformation in a digital frame store. This enables the sign of the deformation to be distinguished. After application of a special low-pass digital filter, the phase fringes are of adequate quality to be counted automatically.  相似文献

A new method for the automatic processing of Young's fringes in speckle photography is described, based on the technique of spatial phase detection. The amount of calculation is reduced, yet accuracy is of an order comparable with that of the Fourier transform method. A three-dimensional shape measurement method is presented, which is a uniaxial measurement by measuring phase errors instead of the well-known phase, modulation or contrast. A sequence of exposures are captured by using a multi-step phase-shift technique with the binary fringes. Then the high-accuracy phases can be obtained by using all the exposures, meanwhile, a set of low-accuracy phases can be calculated by dividing those exposures into a set of four-step phase-shift measurements. For each pixel there will be a set of phase errors by subtracting low-accuracy phases from the high-accuracy ones. And the weighted phase error of every pixel can be calculated. Meanwhile the phase error caused by the improperly defocused binary fringes has a unique relationship with the depth z. Therefore, the 3D information of every pixel can be obtained by analyzing the phase errors. It will be promising for a uniaxial measurement, such as deep holes.  相似文献

Automatic fringe pattern analysis is a powerful and inexpensive digital image-processing technique. It is used to analyze the fringe pattern obtained by different optical techniques, such as multiple-beam Fizeau fringes. To perform accurate and fast automatic measurement of fiber refractive index profile, phase analysis method has been used with the Fourier transform technique. In this paper, the refractive index profiles of polyethylene fibers with different draw ratios are presented by two methods, fringe shift method and phase analysis method. A phase shifting technique using a Michelson interferometry system is presented and applied to surface contour measurement. Hyperbolic fringes are produced by the interference of two spherical wavefronts expanded from a beam expander. The fringe pattern is projected on an object surface and the deformed grating image is captured by a CCD camera for subsequent analysis by a PC. Phase variation is achieved by a liquid-crystal device incorporated in the Michelson interferometry system. Results obtained using the proposed method for objects of various shapes and sizes compared well with those from a conventional profilometer.  相似文献

在数字散斑干涉(DSPI)测量方法中,数字散斑时间平均法测量振动时得到的是贝塞尔条纹,其定量分析比较困难。该文采用贝塞尔条纹准相移技术进行数字散斑振动定量分析,即在参考光路中引入和物体同频率的偏置参考振动,当参考振动的相位改变时,振动条纹会产生移动,这相当于静态余弦条纹的相移,可以采用相移算法对数字散斑振动测量的贝塞尔条纹进行定量分析。文中开发了一种新的数字散斑振动定量分析系统,研制了一种低压光学相移器和测量控制电路,给出了圆周固定圆片和四周固定方铜板的振动测量结果。实验结果表明:采用本系统可以方便地定量测出物体的振动模态。  相似文献

The inverse projected-fringe technique based on multi projectors is proposed. By an absolute phase measurement on the master object, different inverse fringes are generated, for projectors placed in different directions. During the inspection process, inverse fringes are projected simultaneously. If the test object and the master object are identical, an optimized sine fringe is obtained on the camera. Otherwise, every faulty area of the test object causes distortions of the fringe. The deformations can be evaluated quantitatively by simple Fourier transformation and phase unwrapping. Therefore, we can complete the inspection of complex and discontinuous objects with only one fringe image, and solve the problems of shadow and break to a large extent, and consequently realize the fast on-line inspection. The principle of this technique is expatiated, and we prove the validity of it on the example of a two-projector system. The analysis of error and prerequisites of application are also presented.  相似文献

A double whole-field filtering technique to measure pure curvature fringe distribution of a deformed object is proposed. In this method, the slope fringes which are contained in the pattern of curvature fringes can be completely eliminated from the curvature fringes. Thus the pattern of pure curvature fringes with a good contrast can be obtained. Theoretical analysis and experimental results are given in this paper.  相似文献

Phase-shifting interferometry is widely used for high-precision surface measurements, but has difficulty in dealing with parallel optical plates. In this paper, an advanced method is proposed to simultaneously measure surface distributions of parallel optical plates from multiple surface interference fringes. The basic theory behind the technique is by applying wavelength-modulated phase shifting interferometry (WMPSI) to get enough frames of multiple surface interference fringes. In the procession of wavelength-modulated phase shifting, the phase variation for one point of the surface is traced and is processed by Fourier transform, and then the frequency spectrum of every surface can be separated from each other. Therefore, it allows extraction of front surface, back surface and thickness variation from multiple surface interference fringes with high precision.  相似文献

傅里叶相位是光学综合孔径成像的重要信息,观测目标的傅里叶相位包含于干涉条纹中。从像平面干涉条纹形成原理出发,推导出大气扰动、星光方向与基线方向不垂直和望远镜系统机械误差等因素是影响干涉条纹初始相位的主要因素。利用条纹原点值和峰值位移从条纹中提取初始相位,采用闭合相位法从条纹初始相位中去除其它因素的影响,从而最终获取目标傅里叶相位:结合计算机模拟对噪声给条纹峰值位置的影响进行分析,模拟结果表明在频域中对条纹能量谱进行阈值处理有较好的去噪效果。最后结合目标重构迭代法阐述了闭合相位在像重构中的作用。  相似文献

A phase shifting method based on high-resolution frequency estimation and Fourier transform technique is introduced. This method, also referred to as the eigenvector method, draws on the complementary strengths of both these methods. The salient feature of the method lies in its ability to handle nonsinusoidal wave-forms, multiple piezoelectric transducers, and arbitrary phase steps in an optical configuration. The method does not need the addition of carrier fringes to separate the spectral contents in the intensity fringes. The proposed concept thus overcomes the limitations of methods based on Fourier transform techniques. The robustness of the proposed method is studied in the presence of noise.  相似文献

A cheap piezoelectrically driven mirror can be easily constructed in the laboratory. It can be located in one arm of a DSPI interferometer in order to introduce a controlled phase step. A procedure to calibrate this device is shown, that is based on the evaluation of the fringes obtained with the interferometer, by mean of the cross-correlation between profiles of the fringes. To evaluate the performance of the calibrated device, the phase map of a simulated plane object is calculated, using the four-step algorithm for the images of a speckle interferogram.  相似文献

A wavelet transform (WT) analysis is presented to obtain the deformation phases from the fringes with non-uniform carrier frequency, which may appear in the pattern of varied-periodic fringes generated in displacement measurement. Based on the phase maps of the Morlet WT coefficients distributed in a space-scale spectrum, a statistical processing is carried out to search the compacted density of the phase intervals over the scale, and from that the phase modulations related to the object deformation can be determined. Numerical simulation demonstrates the validity of the pattern-processing technique, and the experimental results show the applications to the measurement of the in-plane displacement by the digital speckle pattern interferometry (DSPI) and the measurement of the out-of-plane deflection by the projecting Moiré fringes.  相似文献

A new technique for real-time contrast enhancement and phase control of fringes in additive Stroboscopic TV-holography applied to out-of-plane vibration analysis and its implementation on a fibre-optic electronic speckle pattern interferometer (FOESPI) are presented. Synchronous Stroboscopic illumination, firing two pulses per object vibration period, is combined with simultaneous inter-pulse (high frequency) and inter-frame (low frequency) phase modulation in the reference arm of the ESPI yielding a sequence of frames (interferograms) that are grabbed and processed in real-time. With this technique both speckle and fringe phases are independently controlled by means of the parameters of modulation enabling speckle contrast inversion, as required to enhance the visibility of fringes by sequential subtraction, as well as dynamic fringe phase shifting to solve peakvalley ambiguities.  相似文献

基于非载波条纹图的条纹灰度分布的极值准确定位,提出了一种新的由单幅条纹图解调相位方法.该方法首先准确定位每个条纹灰度的极值包括最大和最小,再基于极值图将条纹的强度值分布线性地变换到-1和1之间,最后利用arcos反余弦取代传统的atan2反正切算法求出相位,结合极值图就能快速准确地解调出含有封闭条纹的条纹图相位.本方法仅用一幅条纹图,不需要传统的条纹定级和对分数级条纹插值与拟合,自动判别条纹相位变化的波谷,准确获得条纹相位分布.这一方法使光测法研究动态和瞬态问题成为可能,而不需引入载波法调制条纹.文中通过实例说明了本方法的处理过程.  相似文献

A method of holographic interferometry which uses an amplitude-modulated reference wave is proposed for investigating vibration phases. Sinusoidal amplitude modulation of a reference wave yields hologram fringes which are characterized by a function J21(α)cos2Δ, where α and Δ are related to vibration amplitudes and phases on object points, respectively. The resultant fringes indicate that vibration amplitude information and phase information are stored separately. The phase information of the vibration is easily obtained as brightness variations of the fringes, independently of the amplitude information.  相似文献

A device for automatically obtaining the information contained in holographic interferometry fringes is proposed. The method may be applied to any kind of interferometric fringes. Accuracy has been demonstrated by contrasting the results obtained with our prototype system and those with the single-beam speckle interferometry technique for the measurement of displacements in a plane.
