The design of a hybrid diffractive/refractive achromatized telecentric f·θ lens with a field of view (FOV) 50° and an effective focal length of 750 mm is presented. The optical stop is placed at the front focal plane so that it is a telecentric system. The design is based on a traditional refractive counterpart, and the designed system consists of a hybrid diffractive/refractive lens and four refractive lenses. The designed f·θ lens shows a considerable reduction in weight with a simplified structure, and exhibits superior performance compared to the refractive system. It is emphasized that the designed f·θ lens can be applied to modern color scanning systems that operate in the visible wavelength range with high performance. It can also be applied to high-energy scanning systems. When applying the designed hybrid diffractive/refractive f·θ lens to the high-energy scanning system, a big laser operating in one longitudinal mode can be replaced by a small multi-mode laser, and the scanning system can be simplified greatly with the accuracy improved.  相似文献

为提高衍射效率,设计并制作了口径为300mm的衍射成像系统.该系统的物镜是由一块四台阶位相型菲涅尔波带片通过激光直写套刻和Ar离子束物理刻蚀技术在石英玻璃基板上加工而成.测试了衍射物镜的衍射效率,实验结果表明:衍射物镜在波长632.8nm处的衍射效率为66.4%,达到理论值的82%.搭建了衍射成像系统光路,分别采用10μm星点孔与分辨率板,测试了系统的成像性能.实验测得星点像直径为44μm,分辨率板的极限分辨率达到84lp/mm,接近该系统的理论计算值,表明该衍射成像系统具有较好的成像性能.  相似文献

Diffractive lenses (DLs) can realize high-resolution imaging with light weight and compact size. Conventional DLs suffer large chromatic and off-axis aberrations, which significantly limits their practical applications. Although many achromatic methods have been proposed, most of them are used for designing small aperture DLs, which have low diffraction efficiencies. In the designing of diffractive achromatic lenses, increasing the aperture and improving the diffraction efficiency have become two of the most important design issues. Here, a novel phase-coded diffractive lens (PCDL) for achromatic imaging with a large aperture and high efficiency is proposed and demonstrated experimentally, and it also possesses wide field-of-view (FOV) imaging at the same time. The phase distribution of the conventional phase-type diffractive lens (DL) is coded with a cubic function to expand both the working bandwidth and the FOV of conventional DL. The proposed phase-type DL is fabricated by using the laser direct writing of grey-scale patterns for a PCDL of a diameter of 10 mm, a focal length of 100 mm, and a cubic phase coding parameter of 30π. Experimental results show that the working bandwidth and the FOV of the PCDL respectively reach 50 nm and 16° with over 8% focusing efficiency, which are in significant contrast to the counterparts of conventional DL and in good agreement with the theoretical predictions. This work provides a novel way for implementing the achromatic, wide FOV, and high-efficiency imaging with large aperture DL.  相似文献

设计了一种含有三层衍射光学元件的60°视场头盔显示目镜,并给出了系统优化过程和结果.在整个视场和设计波段范围内三层衍射光学元件的衍射效率均在90%以上,提高了系统的光能利用率和像的对比度.此目镜光学系统的出瞳直径为8 mm,出瞳距离为22 mm.整个系统重量仅为8 g,总长度为26.8 mm,结构轻便紧凑,具有良好的光学性能,满足头盔显示目镜的使用需求.  相似文献

用光线追迹迭代法和解析法设计无球差非球面波导短程透镜的母线,用单点金刚石超精加工和凹面波导制备工艺,研制成孔径和有效孔径分别为8和6mm的LiNbO3导短程透镜.实验表明,器件在有效孔径内无球差;对4mm宽的输入平面波光束,焦点衍射光斑半宽度为4μm;透镜插入损耗为~1dB.  相似文献

基于对多层衍射元件的衍射效率的理论分析,设计了用于头盔显示器的含有多层衍射元件的60视场折/衍射混合目镜系统。系统在设计波段和整个视场范围内衍射效率均在90 %以上,提高了光能利用率和像面对比度。目镜的出瞳距离为22 mm,出瞳直径为8 mm。调制传递函数(MTF)在25 lp/mm时全视场均在0.38以上,满足VGA分辨率要求。目镜中畸变为4.8%,垂轴色差最大为10 m。整个系统结构紧凑,镜头总长26.8 mm,最大直径16 mm,全系统质量仅8 g,实现了光学系统的轻小型化  相似文献

高能X射线组合透镜是一种基于折射效应的新型X射线光学元件。报道了这种新型X射线光学元件聚焦性能的最新实验结果。设计的高能X射线组合透镜为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)材料,包括40个相同的、顺序排布的平凹折射单元,折射单元的球面半径为200μm,组合透镜的几何口径约为500μm,长度约为8 mm,焦距约为1.3 m。简要描述了PMMA材料X射线组合透镜的制作技术和制作过程。并给出了X射线组合透镜聚焦性能测试实验系统和实验条件。最后给出8 keV单色X射线辐射下,PMMA材料X射线组合透镜的聚焦性能的测试结果,对实际测试结果进行了分析和讨论,得出结论,焦距等参量与理论计算结果基本吻合。  相似文献

设计了一个折/衍混合远心消色差f-θ物镜系统.该系统由一片折射/衍射透镜和三片折射透镜组成.入瞳位于系统前焦面,整个系统满足像方远心.与美国专利(专利号:4,925,279)相比较,垂轴色差由2.40 mm降到0.23 mm,降低了一个数量级;对于0°、14°和20°视场,最大垂轴像差分别由260μm、1350μm、2090μm降低到5μm、250μm、318μm,最大场曲分别由8mm、10mm、13 mm降低到0.5 mm、1 mm、6 mm.该物镜不仅可用于彩色激光打印机、激光数码彩扩等多波长的扫描系统,也可用于能量要求较高的扫描系统.在高能量扫描系统中,通过引用折/衍混合远心消色差f-θ物镜,可用小体积工作于多纵模状态的激光器代替大体积单波长的激光器,使整个扫描系统小型化,并且提高了扫描准确度.  相似文献

针对双波段成像系统可以有效提升红外相机的目标探测与识别能力,选择了折反射式双波段系统结构形成,提出共孔径分光路中波红外和长波红外双波段成像光学系统。2个谱段共用卡塞格林主光学系统,采用分色片实现双谱段分光。分光后2个谱段采用相互独立的中继透镜组, 通过二次成像,实现双波段冷光阑100%匹配。2个谱段焦距均为800 mm,工作谱段为3.7 m~4.8 m和7.7 m~10.3 m,中波和长波的F数分别为2.3和2.8,视场角为1.2,该光学系统各谱段在各自乃奎斯特频率处调制传递函数接近衍射极限,可满足实际使用需求。  相似文献

With recent advances in technology, diffractive lenses can be used for a variety of applications. In this paper, the diffractive lenses are treated on an athermal chart which is developed for refractive lenses. To control the luminous intensity of an light-emitting diode (LED), we designed and fabricated a binary diffractive lens by electron beam lithography on a poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) film. We showed that it is possible to control luminous intensity distribution using the binary diffractive lens. To improve the diffraction efficiency, we then designed a binary blazed diffractive lens with a focal length of 140 mm. With a binary blazed diffractive lens having a focal wavelength of the order of micrometers, it is possible to create a small, thin light source for controlling the distribution of luminous intensity.  相似文献

为了严格分析入射光波长相对相位型菲涅尔透镜的设计波长发生漂移时对其聚焦特性的影响,采用时域有限差分方法作为严格的矢量分析工具,得到了相位型菲涅尔透镜的光焦度与入射光波长以及衍射效率与入射光波长的关系曲线。仿真结果表明:与标量理论结果类似,菲涅尔透镜光焦度随入射光波的增加总体呈线性上升趋势,衍射效率随入射光波长漂移时设计波长下降,且衍射效率低于标量理论分析结果。  相似文献

Multilevel phase-shift Fresnel diffractive zone plates fabricated on silicon wafers have been used as T-ray imaging lenses. The imaging results, including spatial and temporal distribution of T-rays measured at the focal planes in the frequency range from 0.5 to 1.5 THz, indicate that the performance of the diffractive terahertz (THz) lens is comparable with or better than that of conventional refractive THz lenses. The unique properties of the T-ray binary lens make it possible to fabricate excellent optics for narrow-band THz applications.  相似文献

光栅透镜因其独特的光学性能而具有广泛的应用.根据光栅透镜的线宽和间距微小渐变的特点,建立了光栅透镜的物理模型,并利用严格模式理论对其衍射特性进行分析.该方法物理概念清晰、公式简洁.对光栅透镜实现谐波分离、聚焦功能时的衍射效率与槽深关系的计算结果表明,其计算速度快、数值计算结果准确可靠.并对加工误差的影响进行了模拟计算,说明了在当前的微细加工的工艺水平条件下,能够制作出满足ICF系统要求的光栅透镜.实验上制作了尺寸为100 mm的大面积光栅透镜,其衍射效率的实验测试结果与理论计算结果一致.  相似文献

根据衍射光学元件具有大的负向色散特性,将衍射光学元件应用于红外双视场光学系统中,根据傅里叶光学分析衍射光学元件(DOE)的消色差,列表对比折射透镜与衍射光学透镜的特性,并给出变倍比为4∶1可用作非制冷红外热像仪的光学系统的具体设计实例.系统采用切入式变焦方式,在短焦时切入2片透镜实现宽视场,通过引入二元面和非球面提高了成像质量.设计结果表明:在空间频率11 lp/mm处,短焦距40 mm时,各个视场的MTF值均大于0.6;长焦距160 mm时,各个视场的MTF值均大于0.7,宽视场和窄视场都具有较好的成像质量.  相似文献

利用折衍混合结构设计了超宽温范围内的光学被动式消热差Petzval物镜,系统工作波段为3.2~4.5 m,视场角为8.42,焦距为95 mm,后工作距为60.5 mm。使用锗和硅两种材料,引入了2个非球面和1个衍射面, 实现了消热差和结构简单轻量化,该系统在-80~200 ℃范围内, 调制传递函数(MTF) 优于0.7,接近衍射极限, 成像质量良好,该系统适用于像元尺寸为35 m、像元数320240的非制冷红外焦平面阵列探测器。  相似文献

提出了一种基于菲涅耳衍射微透镜的新型光学加速度传感器,它能够解决导航系统中惯性传感器普遍存在的抗电磁干扰和电磁冲击能力差等缺陷。其传感原理是把一个反光膜平行地置于衍射微透镜的后方,加速度的变化会改变反光膜的位置,根据微透镜前方会聚点处光强的变化,感知加速度的大小。介绍了传感器及其动力学系统的工作原理,并对衍射微透镜和动力学系统的微弹性机械结构进行了设计和加工,最后对传感器的性能和误差进行了分析。原理验证性实验的结果表明这种新型光学加速度传感器的原理正确,并且结构简单,灵敏度高。  相似文献

一个正透镜、一个负透镜及一个衍射光学元件以不同的组合可以构成两种折衍射混合光学系统.当这两种系统消球差、彗差及复消色差后会产生不同的色球差.通过赛德尔像差理论,分析了这两种结构产生不同色球差的原因.计算表明当衍射光学元件以负透镜的平面为基底时产生的色球差为以正透镜的平面为基底时产生的色球差的7倍.对衍射光学元件以负透镜的平面为基底的情形,提出了减小系统色球差的解决办法,使系统色球差减小到0.307 mm.另外设计了一个传统复消色差光学系统,并和折衍射混合光学系统进行了比较,分析表明,衍射光学元件可代替传统光学系统中的特殊光学材料并使系统达到相同的成像质量.最后讨论了衍射光学元件的衍射效率对系统成像质量的影响.  相似文献
