Addition of secondary amines to diethyl alkynephosphonates, catalyzed by Cu(I) salts, proceeds regio- and stereospecifically and yields diethyl (E)-2-diethylaminooalkenephosphonates. The E configuration was established by analysis of the vicinal coupling constants between the phosphorus and carbon nuclei in the 13C NMR spectra of the reaction products and model compounds: 3 JPC is 6-10 Hz at the cis arrangement of the coupled nuclei and 16 Hz or higher at the trans arrangement. In all the diethyl diethylaminoalkenephosphonates obtained, 3 JPC is about 5 Hz, suggesting cis addition.  相似文献

Herein, we reported an intermolecular asymmetric hydrative aldol reaction through vinyl-gold intermediate under ambient conditions. This tandem alkyne hydration and sequential nucleophilic addition afforded a “base-free” approach to β-hydroxy amides with high efficiency (up to 95 % yields, >50 examples). Vinyl gold intermediate was applied as reactive nucleophile and Fe(acac)3 was used as the critical co-catalyst to prevent undesired protodeauration, allowing this transformation to proceed under mild conditions with good functional group tolerance and excellent stereoselectivity (>20 : 1 d.r. and up to 99 % ee).  相似文献

A series of novel cobalt bis(dicarbollide) based amidines were synthesized by the nucleophilic addition of primary and secondary amines to highly activated B-N+≡C–R triple bond of the propionitrilium derivative [8-EtC≡N-3,3′-Co(1,2-C2B9H10)(1′,2′-C2B9H11)]. The reactions with primary amines result in the formation of mixtures of E and Z isomers of amidines, whereas the reactions with secondary amines lead selectively to the E-isomers. The crystal molecular structures of E-[8-EtC(NMe2)=HN-3,3′-Co(1,2-C2B9H10)(1′,2′-C2B9H11)], E-[8-EtC(NEt2)=HN-3,3′-Co(1,2- C2B9H10)(1′,2′-C2B9H11)] and E-[8-EtC(NC5H10)=HN-3,3′-Co(1,2-C2B9H10)(1′,2′-C2B9H11)] were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The nucleophilic addition of n-butyl- and benzylamines to 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5H-pyrrolin-5-one and 1-(4-sulfamoylphenyl)-5H-pyrrolin-2-one at 50°C in an excess of the amines with the formation of N-substituted amides of 3-alkyl(benzyl)amino-4-(4-R-anilino)butyric acids was investigated. The N-substituted amides of 3-arylamino-4-hydroxybutyric and 4-hydroxy-2-butenoic acids were synthesized from 2(5H)-furanone and aromatic amines (1:3) at 180°C. 4-Alkylamino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)pyrrolid-2-ones were obtained in the reaction of 1-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-pyrrolin-2-one with ammonia or aliphatic, alicyclic, and aromatic amines (1:3, 90°C, in DMF).  相似文献

A highly chemoselective conjugate addition of alcohols in the presence of amines is described. The cooperative nature of the catalyst enabled chemoselective activation of alcohols over amines, allowing the conjugate addition to soft Lewis basic α,β‐unsaturated nitriles. Divergent transformation of the nitrile functionality highlights the utility of the present catalysis.  相似文献

3,4-Dihydro-5(1H)-pyrromethenones are easier attacked at themeso-position by electrophiles than 5(1H)-pyrromethenones. This is demonstrated both by aMannich-type-substitution or deuterium-exchange-experiments and by the addition of O-, S-, and N-Nucleophiles to the exocyclic double bond of the model-dihydropyrromethenone (Z)-1 under very mild reaction conditions. Applying these results to the chemistry of 2,3-dihydro-bilatrienes-abc, their chemical characteristics—especially their tautomeric behavior and their dominant C-5-selectivity towards electrophiles—become better understandable.

1H NMR-spectroscopic investigations of the acid catalyzed addition of methanol to dihydrodipyrrinones (Z)-2, (E)-2, and4 show the C-protonation of their enamide parts to be the first and rate determining step forming the key intermediate, the N-acyl-immonium ion N+. Its ability to add nucleophiles diastereoselectively can be used to prepare the adductsl-3 andl-5. Exclusive formation of thelike-isomer can be explained by a stereoelectronically favoured approach of the nucleophile and by the thermodynamically favoured arrangement of the bulky ring substituents. Both explanations are based on low temperature X-ray crystal structure determinations: in the first place, the orientation of the added nucleophile could be found to be nearly parallel to the -plane of the lactam unit and quasi-axial with respect to theenvelope-like conformation of the five-ring lactam; in the second place, the relative orientation of the methoxycarbonyl-metyl-group at C-3 and the pyrrolylmethyl-substituent at C-4 could be found to be atrans-quasi-diequatorial one.

对分子间相互作用比较复杂的N-(1-萘基)琥珀酰亚胺进行理论计算时, 提出了将溶液构建和随机构象搜索相结合的多分子相互作用体系构建方法, 可以简单而准确地得到二聚体和三聚体结构, 其中二聚体结构和采用分子对接方法得到的结果完全一致. 经密度泛函理论计算, 得到了在真空条件下二聚体结构的最低能量构象. 对较大体系的三聚体结构采用高精度分子力学进行了理论计算. 通过分子间相互作用对分子构象的影响讨论了溶液结晶过程中N-(1-萘基)琥珀酰亚胺分子构象变化, 为该化合物结晶机理的深入研究提供重要依据.  相似文献

Base hydrolysis of bis-bipyridylplatinum(II) occurs via a 1:1 intermediate adduct with hydroxide ion. The equilibrium constants for this 1:1 addition of hydroxide inwater to complex ions [PtL2]2+, where L=one of theisoelectronic set 2,2-bipyridyl (bpy); 2,2- bipyrazine (bpz); 3,3-bipyridazine (bpdz) and 2,2- bipyrimidine (bpym) are respectively (as log10K at 25°C): 4.23; 4.59; 3.82; 6.14. Sixteen intermolecular vibrational levels of the S(0) state of the fluorobenzene-Ar van der Waals complex have been observed using dispersed fluorescence. The levels range up to ~130 cm(-1) in vibrational energy. The vibrational energies have been modelled using a complete set of harmonic and quartic anharmonic constants and a cubic anharmonic coupling between the stretch and long axis bend overtone that becomes near ubiquitous at higher energies. The constants predict the observed band positions with a root mean square deviation of 0.04 cm(-1). The set of vibrational levels predicted by the constants, which includes unobserved bands, has been compared with the predictions of ab initio calculations, which include all vibrational levels up to 70-75 cm(-1). There are small differences in energy, particularly above 60 cm(-1), however, the main differences are in the assignments and are largely due to the limitations of assigning the ab initio wavefunctions to a simple stretch, bend, or combination when the states are mixed by the cubic anharmonic coupling. The availability of these experimental data presents an opportunity to extend ab initio calculations to higher vibrational energies to provide an assessment of the accuracy of the calculated potential surface away from the minimum. The intermolecular modes of the fluorobenzene-Ar(2) trimer complex have also been investigated by dispersed fluorescence. The dominant structure is a pair of bands with a ~35 cm(-1) displacement from the origin band. Based on the set of vibrational modes calculated from the fluorobenzene-Ar frequencies, they are assigned to a Fermi resonance between the symmetric stretch and symmetric short axis bend overtone. The analysis of this resonance provides a measurement of the coupling strength between the stretch and short axis bend overtone in the dimer, an interaction that is not directly observed. The coupling matrix elements determined for the fluorobenzene-Ar stretch-long axis bend overtone and stretch-short axis bend overtone couplings are remarkably similar (3.8 cm(-1) cf. 3.2 cm(-1)). Several weak features seen in the fluorobenzene-Ar(2) spectrum have also been assigned.  相似文献
