数值计算了高斯子波变换Navier Stokes(N-S)方程后得到的积分方程.在利用高斯子波得到的以弯曲度为基本量的无穷域中N-S方程的基础上,得到了有界区域内的以弯曲度为基本量的N-S方程.将此N-S方程看作一个特殊的扩散方程,将压力项与对流项看作是源项,得到一个积分方程.利用特征线法对该方程求解,得到通解.并将所得结果运用于对称槽道湍流和非对称槽道湍流的研究中.将计算与实验所得的平均量与实验结果进行了对比.  相似文献

The transverse charge density of pions is calculated based on relativistic quantum mechanics, where the pion is regarded as a quark-antiquark bound state. Corrections from the two spin-1/2 constituents and from the wave function of a quark and antiquark inside the bound system are discussed. The calculated results are compared to the results with a realistic effective Lagrangian approach as well as to that with a simple covariant model where the pion is regarded as a composite system with two scalar particles.  相似文献

We analyze the dynamics of a microscale liquid surface interacting with a time-dependent electrostatic field. The analysis is based on Hamilton’s theory, which can deal with electrodynamics as well as mechanics. The analysis predicts that the mass of a liquid interacting with an electrostatic field is reduced as a result of its motion. The mass reduction occurs through the formation of a high-aspect liquid meniscus, which is eventually transformed to a molecular flow of the liquid. The high-aspect liquid meniscus is used to erect a CNT on the glass surface, and the molecular flow is used to initiate a plasma-induced reaction that produces a hydrogen-storing polymer.  相似文献

The effects of transpiration on forced convection boundary layer non-Newtonian fluid flow and heat transfer toward a linearly stretching surface are reported.The flow is caused solely by the stretching of the sheet in its own plane with a velocity varying linearly with the distance from a fixed point.The constitutive relationship for the Casson fluid is used.The governing partial differential equations corresponding to the momentum and energy equations are converted into non-linear ordinary differential equations by using similarity transformations.Exact solutions of the resulting ordinary differential equations are obtained.The effect of increasing Casson parameter,i.e.,with decreasing yield stress(the fluid behaves as a Newtonian fluid as the Casson parameter becomes large),is to suppress the velocity field.However,the temperature is enhanced as the Casson parameter increases.It is observed that the effect of transpiration is to decrease the fluid velocity as well as the temperature.The skin-friction coefficient is found to increase as the transpiration parameter increases.  相似文献

In this article, the falling cat is modeled as two jointed axial symmetric cylinders with arbitrary twist under the constraint of the vanishing total angular momentum. As a control system with the constraint taken into account, this model is formulated as a port-controlled Hamiltonian system defined on the cotangent bundle of the shape space for the jointed cylinders. A control is then designed as a function on the cotangent bundle, according to a standard procedure. Thus, the equations of motion are determined on the cotangent bundle together with the control. The whole motion as a vibrational motion of the falling cat is obtained after integrating the constraint equation of the vanishing total angular momentum. An example of the falling cat is given in which the model turns a somersault to approach a target state in equilibrium with an expected rotation after finishing a vibrational motion.  相似文献

利用软件EVAP-COND,模拟对比了在室内换热器中分别采用R22与R410A制冷剂时冷凝器的性能随支路数的变化,结果表明:室内换热器作为冷凝器时,R410A的换热量比R22的要大,换热量的差别是由两排管共同造成的,两排管中R410A的换热量都比R22的要大;随支路数的增多,第一排管对冷凝器换热量差值的影响越来越显著,而第二排管的影响逐渐减弱;第一排管换热量的差别主要受传热系数的影响,而第二排管受传热温差和传热系数的综合影响。因此,支路增多时制约R410A和R22冷凝器换热量差别的因素,从传热温差和传热系数共同作用逐渐转变为传热系数起主导作用。  相似文献

The level densities of even-odd and even-even isotopes^161,162Dy,^166Er and ^171,172Yb were calculated using microscopic theory of interacting fermions and compared with experiments.It is found that the data can be well reproduced with level density formalism for nuclei with static deformation.The nuclear temperature as well as the reproduced with level density formalism for nuclei with static deformation.The nuclear temperature as well as the entropy of nuclear system as a function of excitation energy has been extracted from the BCS theory.It is shown that the entropy exhibits an S-formed shape as a function of excitation energy.This is interpreted as a phase transition.Procedure of treating the even-odd and even-even nuclear systems has been presented and discussed.  相似文献

The electrical resistivity of Ag was experimentally measured at high pressures up to 5?GPa and at temperatures up to ~300?K above melting. The resistivity decreased as a function of pressure and increased as a function of temperature as expected and is in very good agreement with 1 atm data. Observed melting temperatures at high pressures also agree well with previous experimental and theoretical studies. The main finding of this study is that resistivity of Ag decreases along the pressure- and temperature-dependent melting boundary, in conflict with prediction of resistivity invariance. This result is discussed in terms of the dominant contribution of the increasing energy separation between the Fermi level and 4d-band as a function of pressure. Calculated from the resistivity using the Wiedemann–Franz law, the electronic thermal conductivity increased as a function of pressure and decreased as a function of temperature as expected. The decrease in the high pressure thermal conductivity in the liquid phase as a function of temperature contrasts with the behavior of the 1 atm data.  相似文献

仿真说明了单模光纤(SMF)中瑞利散射(RS)的机理, 指出纤芯掺杂的不均匀性以及拉丝过程引起的光纤几何尺寸的随机变化是光纤中RS产生的主要原因, 并以此为基础制作了损耗为0.54 dB/km的散射光纤. 在通信波段, 5 km该散射光纤的瑞利背向散射(RBS)强度高于相同长度的SMF-28近5 dB. 在基于RBS单模随机激光器的数值模拟中, 大量的具有随机幅度和相位的纵模在经历不平坦增益的多次放大之后, 只有在增益最大点附近的模式能够克服损耗成为输出模式. 实验中以掺铒光纤作为增益介质, 500 m散射光纤提供随机反馈, 窄带布拉格光纤光栅(FBG)作为波长选择器件, 得到线宽约3.5 kHz、对比度近50 dB的单模激光输出. 与采用相同长度SMF-28的随机激光器相比, 其阈值电流降低了80 mA, 相同抽运条件下的最大输出功率提高了3 dBm. 该单模窄线宽随机激光器的输出波长的调谐特性仅由FBG的中心波长决定.  相似文献

The speed of silicon-based transistors has reached an impasse in the recent decade, primarily due to scaling techniques and the short-channel effect. Conversely, graphene (a revolutionary new material possessing an atomic thickness) has been shown to exhibit a promising value for electrical conductivity. Graphene would thus appear to alleviate some of the drawbacks associated with silicon-based transistors. It is for this reason why such a material is considered one of the most prominent candidates to replace silicon within nano-scale transistors. The major crux here, is that graphene is intrinsically gapless, and yet, transistors require a band-gap pertaining to a well-defined ON/OFF logical state. Therefore, exactly as to how one would create this band-gap in graphene allotropes is an intensive area of growing research. Existing methods include nanoribbons, bilayer and multi-layer structures, carbon nanotubes, as well as the usage of the graphene substrates. Graphene transistors can generally be classified according to two working principles. The first is that a single graphene layer, nanoribbon or carbon nanotube can act as a transistor channel, with current being transported along the horizontal axis. The second mechanism is regarded as tunnelling, whether this be band-to-band on a single graphene layer, or vertically between adjacent graphene layers. The high-frequency graphene amplifier is another talking point in recent research, since it does not require a clear ON/OFF state, as with logical electronics. This paper reviews both the physical properties and manufacturing methodologies of graphene, as well as graphene-based electronic devices, transistors, and high-frequency amplifiers from past to present studies. Finally, we provide possible perspectives with regards to future developments.  相似文献

The space overlap of an attractor reconstructed from a time series with a similarly reconstructed attractor from a random series is shown to be a sensitive measure of determinism. Results for the time series for Henon, Lorenz and Rössler systems as well as a linear stochastic signal and an experimental ECG signal are reported. The overlap increases with increasing levels of added noise, as shown in the case of Henon attractor. Further, the overlap is shown to decrease as noise is reduced in the case of the ECG signal when subjected to singular value decomposition. The scaling behaviour of the overlap with bin size affords a reliable estimate of the fractal dimension of the attractor even with limited data.  相似文献

White noise-induced pattern formation is studied in a network composed of Morris–Lecar neuronal models with type I excitability and with initial values higher than that of the resting potential. The appearance and disappearance of spiral waves, as well as the transitions between spiral wave patterns with different kinds of complexity characterized by the normalized spatial autocorrelation function, enable changes in the order of the network so as to exhibit a scenario with two or more locally maximal peaks, as can be clearly seen in the signal to noise ratio curves, as the noise intensity is adjusted from small to large in a wide range. A possible physical mechanism of the multiple resonances based on the dynamics of type I excitability and initial values is provided. The potential biological significance of the noise-induced spiral waves is discussed.  相似文献

we present here a simple numerical method to obtain the mode effective indices as well as field distributions of modes of any arbitrary profile planar optical waveguide. The method is based on the solutions of scalar and semivectorial Helmoltz’s equation by finite difference algorithm and devised with a field convergence technique. This approach is quite general and can be applied straightforwardly to calculate the guided as well as quasi- or leaky modes of any arbitrary planar structure without the need to solve any eigenvalue equation or any complex matrix formalism. Besides providing the ease of application, the algorithm is particularly useful for waveguides with any graded index profile or with irregular multilayered structure and multilayered waveguides with a localised arbitrary nonlinear film. The performance of our method is verified against typical problems with analytical solutions or having results known otherwise, and is shown to yield results with good accuracy.  相似文献

Silicon quantum dots (Si-QDs) with the advantages of excellent biocompatibility, rich sources of raw materials, and low synthesis cost, are attracting enormous attention as ideal candidates for replacing existing semiconductor quantum dot products. The water-soluble fluorescent Si-QDs and the Si-QDs/Chitosan composite material are successfully prepared here by combined microwave-assisted and traditional one-step hydrothermal synthesis using sodium citrate and 3-(2-aminoethylamino) propyl-dimethoxymethylsilane (CG602) as a novel precursor. Experimental results show that the photoluminescence quantum yield of the prepared Si-QDs is higher than 85%, and the particle size is uniform with low crystallinity. Chitosan is used as a film-forming substance, while an appropriate amount of nontoxic glycerin is added as a plasticizer, and a certain amount of Si-QDs are added to prepare a composite fluorescent film. The film is a composite material with excellent properties such as visible light transmittance greater than 80%, elongation at break greater than 25%, and excellent tensile strength.  相似文献

A novel concept for a liquid-core lightguide in cylindrical symmetry is presented. For a concrete 17 cm long device using water as a core and the transparent fluorinated polymer Teflon as a cladding layer, the coupling efficiency and guiding properties are investigated theoretically and compared with experimental results. The guide is found to exhibit low losses. A possible application of this type of guide is investigated by replacing the optical cell of a standard UV/VIS spectrometer by the cylindrical liquid-core waveguide. An increasing sensitivity for especially low concentrations of a polluting dye by a factor of about 15 is observed. Concentrations as low as a few parts per billion of the pollutant can be detected with a good signal-to-noise ratio.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel configuration of a wavelength converter is set forth by utilizing a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) as a nonlinear gain medium to generate a four-wave mixing (FWM) effect by using a dual wavelength bi-erbium-doped fiber laser that uses an Arrayed Waveguide Grating (AWG) together with two optical channel selector (OSC) as selective elements to function as a dual wavelength switchable pump power. The four-wave mixing (FWM) is produced with a wavelength detuning of 7 nm from the pump and signal which used is as the converted signal at wavelength 1532.8 nm or 1534.5 nm for transferring data from the input signal at wavelength 1547.0 nm. Thus, even though the conversion efficiency is as low as −43 dB, it is still possible for applications as a wavelength converter.  相似文献

In the GCM we study some properties of π meson as the Goldstone bosons in a nuclear matter with finitedensity. Using the effective action in a nuclear matter, we calculate the decay constant and π mass as functions of thechemical potential. The relation between the chemical potential and the density of a nuclear matter is firstly given here.We find that fπ and mπ monotonously decrease as nuclear matter density increases. The result is consistent with theusual assumption that the chiral symmetry is gradually restored as the density of a nuclear matter increases.  相似文献
