Radical-mediated thiodesulfonylation of the vinyl and (α-fluoro)vinyl sulfones, derived from aldehydes and ketones, with aryl thiols in organic or aqueous medium provided access to vinyl and (α-fluoro)vinyl sulfides. The vinyl sulfides were formed predominantly with E stereochemistry independent of the stereochemistry of the starting vinyl sulfones.  相似文献

A variety of 1,3-oxathiolanes undergo a benzyne-induced fragmentation leading to phenyl vinyl sulfides and carbonyl compounds. The reaction developed here provides a novel method for deprotection of carbonyl compounds from 1,3-oxathiolanes, preparation of phenyl vinyl sulfides, and 1,2-carbonyl transposition.  相似文献

The reactivity of the organotitanium species generated by the reductive titanation of gamma-chloroallyl sulfides with the titanocene(II) reagent [Cp(2)Ti{P(OEt)(3)}(2)] was studied. The organotitanium species formed from alpha-monosubstituted gamma-chloroallyl sulfides reacted with 1,5-diphenylpentan-3-one and styrene to produce conjugated dienes and vinyl cyclopropanes as major products, thus suggesting the formation of vinyl carbene complexes as intermediates. On the contrary, the organotitanium species generated from acyclic beta,gamma-disubstituted gamma-chloroallyl sulfides revealed titanacyclobutene-like reactivity, and their reaction with 1,5-diphenylpentan-3-one produced homoallyl alcohols. These organotitanium species did not react with styrene, but did react with dichlorophenylphosphine to afford phosphacyclobutenes. In the case of beta-monosubstituted, gamma-monosubstituted, and alpha,gamma-disubstituted gamma-chloroallyl sulfides, the organotitanium species reacted with both 1,5-diphenylpentan-3-one and styrene. The former reaction produced homoallyl alcohols and the latter gave vinyl cyclopropanes or unconjugated dienes. These results suggest that titanacyclobutenes and/or titanium vinyl carbene complexes are produced by the reductive titanation of gamma-chloroallyl sulfides depending on their substitution patterns.  相似文献

The synthesis of vinyl sulfides through the coupling reaction of thiols with vinyl iodides, bromides, and chlorides is described. The thiols can couple with aryl iodides in the presence of only 0.5 mol % Cu(2)O without the need for an ancillary ligand. In the presence of 5 mol % of Cu(2)O and 10 mol % 1,10-phenanthroline as the ligand, the more challenging alkyl vinyl bromides can also be coupled with thiols, giving the vinyl sulfides in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

We report here a straightforward preparation of various nucleoside vinyl disulfides in high yields under mild conditions using the new reaction of vinyl 2-(trimethylsilyl)ethyl (TMSE) sulfides with sulfenyl chlorides. This reaction allows the preparation of various mixed disulfides from stable silyl sulfides without formation of oxidizable and/or unstable thiols. The easy preparation of vinyl disulfides through this reaction should offer new perspectives in vinylthiol chemistry.  相似文献

Adducts from the radical addition of xanthates to ethyl vinyl sulfide readily undergo elimination of the xanthate group upon thermolysis to give vinylic and/or allylic sulfides, depending on the structure. The reaction of a series of electron-deficient isoindolium-based allenes with sulfhydryl compounds has been studied, leading to the formation of isoindolium-based vinyl sulfides. The vinyl sulfides generated could be readily converted into the corresponding indanones and amines upon heating at 30–70 °C with good yields up to 61 %. The thermal cleavage reaction of vinyl sulfides was further studied for developing temperature-sensitive systems. Notably, a novel FRET-based fluorescent temperature sensor was designed and synthesized for temperature sensing at 50 °C, giving a 6.5-fold blue fluorescence enhancement. Moreover, chemoselective bioconjugation of cysteine-containing peptides with the isoindolium-based allenes for the construction of multifunctional peptide bioconjugates was investigated. Thermal cleavage of isoindoliums on the modified peptides at 35–70 °C gave indanone bioconjugates with up to >99 % conversion. These results indicated the biocompatibility of this novel temperature-sensitive reaction.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] We report a method for the synthesis of vinyl sulfides using the soluble copper(I) catalyst [Cu(phen)(PPh3)2]NO3. The desired vinyl sulfides are obtained in good to excellent yields, with retention of stereochemistry. This protocol tolerates a wide variety of functional groups or substrates, is palladium-free, and does not require the use of expensive or air-sensitive additives.  相似文献

The thionium ions 10 generated by Pummerer reaction of N-aryl-N-methyl-3-(phenylsulfinyl)propionamides 4 caused not only an electrophilic cyclization reaction producing 2-quinolones 8, but also the formation of the vinyl sulfides 5 and 6 in favor of the latter reaction. On the other hand, the treatment of the vinyl sulfides 5 and 6 with p-toluenesulfonic acid induced cyclization to afford the 2-quinolones 8 in excellent to moderate yields, depending on the electronic properties of the aromatic ring, thus providing a convenient method for the synthesis of methoxy-2-quinolones.  相似文献

Magnesium alkylidene carbenoids were generated from 1-chlorovinyl p-tolyl sulfoxides with i-PrMgCl at −78 °C in THF or toluene via the sulfoxide-magnesium exchange reaction. Reaction of the generated magnesium alkylidene carbenoids with lithium acetylides or lithium thiolates gave conjugated enynes or vinyl sulfides, respectively, in moderate to good yields. The intermediate of this reaction was found to be the alkenyl anion and it could be trapped with some electrophiles to give tetra-substituted conjugated enynes and vinyl sulfides.  相似文献

Lanthanum oxide/TMEDA-catalyzed cross-coupling of vinyl halides with thiols/diphenyl diselenide in anhydrous DMSO and KOH is reported. Utilizing this protocol various vinyl sulfides and selenides were synthesized in excellent yields with retention of the stereochemistry. The catalyst was recyclable.  相似文献

The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of nitrones to vinyl phosphorus derivatives, mainly phosphines and their oxides and sulfides, has been studied. The enantioselective construction of axially chiral compounds by electrophilic carbothiolation of alkynes is disclosed for the first time. This enantioselective transformation is enabled by the use of a Ts‐protected bifunctional sulfide catalyst and Ms‐protected ortho‐alkynylaryl amines (Ts=tosyl; Ms=mesyl). Both electrophilic arylthiolating and electrophilic trifluoromethylthiolating reagents are suitable for this reaction. The obtained products of axially chiral vinyl–aryl amino sulfides can be easily converted into biaryl amino sulfides, biaryl amino sulfoxides, biaryl amines, vinyl–aryl amines, and other valuable difunctionalized compounds.  相似文献

Conclusions The reaction of dihalocarbenes with vinyl sulfides gave gem-dihalocyclopropyl sulfides. The relative activity of the sulfides toward dichlorocarbene is 5–6 times greater than that of the corresponding ethers.
