The structure of bis(1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)(thiosulfato‐κ2O:S)manganese(II) methanol solvate, [Mn(S2O3)(C12H8N2)2]·CH3OH, is made up of Mn2+ centers coordinated to two bidentate phenanthroline (phen) groups and an S,O‐chelating thiosulfate anion, forming monomeric entities. The structure of catena‐poly[[diaqua(2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)manganese(II)]‐μ‐thiosulfato‐κ2O:S], [Mn(S2O3)(C14H12N2)(H2O)2]n, is polymeric, consisting of Mn(dmph)(H2O)2 units (dmph is 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline) linked by thiosulfate anions acting in an S,O‐chelating manner. 相似文献

In title anhydrous catena‐poly[[trans‐bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)]‐μ‐dithionato‐κ2O:O′], [Cu(S2O6)(C2H8N2)2]n or [{H2N(CH2)2NH2}2Cu(O·O2SSO2·O)]∞, successive Cu atoms are bridged by a single doubly charged dithionate group, forming a one‐dimensional polymer with inversion centres at the metal atoms and the mid‐point of the S—S bond [Cu—O = 2.5744 (15) Å]. In title (hydrated) trans‐diaquabis(propane‐1,3‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II) dithionate, [Cu(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](S2O6) or [{H2N(CH2)3NH2}2Cu(OH2)2](S2O6), both ions have imposed 2/m symmetry. The `axial' anion components are displaced by a pair of water ligands [Cu—O = 2.439 (3) Å], the shorter Cu—O distance being compensated by the lengthened Cu—N distance [2.0443 (18), cf. 2.0100 (13) and 2.0122 (16) Å]. 相似文献

Using 2‐aminomethyl‐1H‐benzimidazole as the ligand, a new thiocyanate‐bridged copper(II) complex, namely bis(2‐aminomethyl‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κ2N2,N3)dithiocyanatocopper(II),[Cu(NCS)2(C8H9N3)], has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The Cu atom is five‐coordinated and exhibits a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. The thiocyanate ions (NCS−) act as either bridging or terminal ligands. The bridging NCS− ligands connect neighboring Cu atoms, constructing chains, while the terminal NCS− ligands form hydrogen bonds with amine H atoms, leading to a complicated network. 相似文献

In the title compounds, {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}nickel(II), [Ni(C19H20N2O2)], and {2,2′‐[2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4N,N′,O,O′}copper(II), [Cu(C19H20N2O2)], the NiII and CuII atoms are coordinated by two iminic N and two phenolic O atoms of the N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)‐2,2‐dimethyl‐1,3‐propanediaminate (SALPD2?, C17H16N2O22?) ligand. The geometry of the coordination sphere is planar in the case of the NiII complex and distorted towards tetrahedral for the CuII complex. Both complexes have a cis configuration imposed by the chelate ligand. The dihedral angles between the N/Ni/O and N/Cu/O coordination planes are 17.20 (6) and 35.13 (7)°, respectively. 相似文献

In the title compound, catena‐poly[[bis(aniline‐N)cadmium(II)]‐di‐μ‐thiocyanato‐S:N;N:S], [Cd(SCN)2(C6H7N)2], the CdII atom lies on an inversion centre and is in a distorted octahedral geometry. The coordination sphere contains two thiocyanate (SCN) S atoms, two isothiocyanate (NCS) N atoms and two aniline N atoms. The six‐coordinated Cd atoms run parallel to the b axis and are doubly bridged with neighbouring Cd atoms by SCN and NCS ligands. Thus, this complex has a one‐dimensional coordination polymeric chain structure in which the aniline ligand is in the trans conformation. 相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(NCS)2(C5H4N4O)2(H2O)2], crystallizes in the triclinic space group P. The molecular unit contains two neutral molecules of 4,5‐dihydro‐1,2,4‐triazolo[1,5‐a]pyrimidin‐5‐one (5HtpO) coordinated through the N atom in position 3, two thiocyanate ligands coordinated through their N atoms and two water molecules completing an octahedral environment around the NiII ion, which lies on a centre of inversion. The structure is stabilized by hydrogen bonding. Distances in the coordination sphere are Ni—N3(5HtpO) 2.132 (2), Ni—O(water) 2.085 (2) and Ni—N(thiocyanato) 2.040 (2) Å. 相似文献

The title pendent‐arm macrocyclic hexaamine ligand binds stereospecifically in a hexadentate manner, and we report here its isomorphous NiII and ZnII complexes (both as perchlorate salts), namely (cis‐6,13‐dimethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane‐6,13‐diamine‐κ6N)nickel(II) diperchlorate, [Ni(C12H30N6)](ClO4)2, and (cis‐6,13‐dimethyl‐1,4,8,11‐tetraaza‐cyclotetradecane‐6,13‐diamine‐κ6N)zinc(II) diperchlorate, [Zn(C12H30N6)](ClO4)2. Distortion of the N—M—N valence angles from their ideal octahedral values becomes more pronounced with increasing metal‐ion size and the present results are compared with other structures of this ligand. 相似文献

The two title complexes, catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐azido], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(N3)]n, (I), and catena‐poly[[{2,2′‐[1,3‐propanediylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}cobalt(III)]‐μ‐thiocyanato], [Co(C17H16N2O2)(NCS)]n, (II), are isomorphous polynuclear cobalt(III) compounds. In both structures, the CoIII atom is six‐coordinated in an octahedral configuration by two N atoms and two O atoms of one Schiff base, and two terminal N or S atoms from two bridging ligands. The [N,N′‐bis(salicylidene)propane‐1,3‐diaminato]cobalt(III) moieties are linked by the bridging ligands, viz. azide in (I) and thiocyanate in (II), giving zigzag polymeric chains with backbones of the type [–Co—N—N—N—Co]n in (I) or [–Co—N—C—S—Co]n in (II) running along the c axis. 相似文献

The title polymeric compound, catena‐poly[dipotassium [bis[μ‐N‐salicylidene‐β‐alaninato(2−)]‐κ4O,N,O′:O′′;κ4O′′:O,N,O′‐dicopper(II)]‐di‐μ‐isothiocyanato‐κ2N:S;κ2S:N], {K[Cu(NCS)(C10H9NO3)]}n, consists of [isothiocyanato(N‐salicylidene‐β‐alaninato)copper(II)]− anions connected through the two three‐atom thiocyanate (μ‐NCS) and the two anti,anti‐μ‐carboxylate bridges into infinite one‐dimensional polymeric anions, with coulombically interacting K+ counter‐ions with coordination number 7 constrained between the chains. The CuII atoms adopt a distorted tetragonal–bipyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and one N atom of the bridging μ‐NCS ligand in the basal plane. The first axial position is occupied by a thiocyanate S atom of a symmetry‐related μ‐NCS ligand at an apical distance of 2.9770 (8) Å, and the second position is occupied by an O atom of a bridging carboxylate group from an adjacent coordination unit at a distance of 2.639 (2) Å. 相似文献

The title compound, [Mg(C5H4NOS)2(H2O)2]·C10H8N2O2S2, is a two‐component host–guest material. The 2,2′‐dithiobis(pyridine N‐oxide) molecule has crystallographic twofold symmetry. The metal complex lies on an inversion centre and associates via C—H?S interactions into chains which thread the 2,2′‐dithiobis(pyridine N‐oxide) lattice in perpendicular directions. In the title complex, poly[cadmium(II)‐μ2‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene‐di‐μ2‐thiocyanato], [Cd(NCS)2(C12H12N6)]n, the CdII atom lies on an inversion centre in a distorted octahedral environment. Four N atoms from the thiocyanate and 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (bbtz) ligands occupy the equatorial positions, and two S atoms from symmetry‐related thiocyanate ligands occupy the axial positions. The benzene ring of the bbtz ligand lies about an inversion centre. Single thiocyanate bridges link the CdII atoms into two‐dimensional sheets containing novel 16‐membered [Cd4(μ‐NCS‐N:S)4] rings. The bbtz ligands further link these two‐dimensional sheets into an unprecedented covalent three‐dimensional network for the cadmium–thiocyanate system. 相似文献

The title PtII complexes, viz. The structures of trans‐bis[2‐(aminomethyl)pyridine‐κ2N,N′]bis(saccharinato‐κN)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H4NO3S)2(C6H8N2)2], (I), and [2‐(aminoethyl)pyridine‐κ2N,N′]bis(saccharinato‐κN)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H4NO3S)2(C7H10N2)], (II), exhibit octa‐ and tetrahedrally coordinated ZnII atoms, respectively. The diamine ligands behave as N,N′‐bidentate ligands, while saccharinate (sac) is coordinated through the N atom. In (I), the complex lies about an inversion centre with the Zn atom disordered and displaced by 0.256 (2) Å from a centre of symmetry towards a sac N atom. The crystal structure of (I) is stabilized by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and the crystal packing of (II) is determined by hydrogen bonding as well as weak π–π stacking interactions between the sac ligands. 相似文献

trans‐Diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)cobalt(II) dihydrate, [Co(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, and trans‐diaquabis(isoquinoline‐1‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)nickel(II) dihydrate, [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, contain the same isoquinoline ligand, with both metal atoms residing on a centre of symmetry and having the same distorted octahedral coordination. In the former complex, the Co—O(water) bond length in the axial direction is 2.167 (2) Å, which is longer than the Co—O(carboxylate) and Co—N bond lengths in the equatorial plane [2.055 (2) and 2.096 (2) Å, respectively]. In the latter complex, the corresponding bond lengths for Ni—O(water), Ni—O(carboxylate) and Ni—N are 2.127 (2), 2.036 (2) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by similar stacking interactions of the ligand, and also by hydrogen bonds between the hydrate and coordinated water molecules. 相似文献

In the neutral title complex, trans‐bis(2,2′‐iminodiethanol‐N,O)bis(isothiocyanato)nickel(II), [Ni(NCS)2(C4H11NO2)2], the isothiocyanate ions and the diethanolamine molecules act as monodentate and bidentate ligands, respectively. The NiII ion exhibits a distorted octahedral configuration with crystallographically imposed inversion symmetry and NNCS—Ni—Namine and NNCS—Ni—Oamine bond angles of 88.78 (10) and 89.44 (10)°, respectively. The Ni—N bond distances are in the range 2.069 (3)–2.096 (2) Å. The molecules are linked by hydrogen bonds to form a three‐dimensional infinite lattice. 相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献
