In the title complex, [Pd(C12H8FN4O2)2(C5H5N)2] or trans‐[Pd(FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2)(C5H5N)2], the Pd atom lies on a centre of inversion in space group P. The coordination geometry about the Pd2+ ion is square planar, with two deprotonated 3‐(2‐fluorophenyl)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)triazenide ions, FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2?, acting as monodentate ligands (two‐electron donors), while two neutral pyridine molecules complete the metal coordination sphere. The whole triazenide ligand is not planar, with the largest interplanar angle being 16.8 (5)° between the phenyl ring of the 2‐fluorophenyl group and the plane defined by the N=N—N moiety. The Pd—N(triazenide) and Pd—N(pyridine) distances are 2.021 (3) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively. 相似文献

The title compounds, trans‐dichlorobis[(1R,2R,3R,5S)‐(−)‐2,6,6‐trimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]heptan‐3‐amine]palladium(II), [PdCl2(C10H19N)2], and trans‐dichlorobis[(1S,2S,3S,5R)‐(+)‐2,6,6‐trimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]heptan‐3‐amine]palladium(II) hemihydrate, [PdCl2(C10H19N)2]·0.5H2O, present different arrangements of the amine ligands coordinated to PdII, viz. antiperiplanar in the former case and (−)anticlinal in the latter. The hemihydrate is an inclusion compound, with a Pd coordination complex and disordered water molecules residing on crystallographic twofold axes. The crystal structure for the hemihydrate includes a short Pd⋯Pd separation of 3.4133 (13) Å. 相似文献

The isotypic compounds tris(1,2‐ethanediamine‐N,N′)zinc(II) triiodide iodide, [Zn(C2H8N2)3](I3)I, and tris(1,2‐ethanediamine‐N,N′)nickel(II) triiodide iodide, [Ni(C2H8N2)3](I3)I, contain the octahedral [M(en)3]2+ cation, with M = Zn and Ni, in both enantiomeric forms, an essentially linear triiodide anion and an iodide anion. The geometries of the complex ions are as expected, e.g.d(Ni—N) = 2.123 (5), 2.127 (6) and 2.134 (5) Å, and d(Zn—N) = 2.176 (4), 2.193 (4) and 2.210 (4) Å. The shortest contact between the triiodide and iodide ions is 3.979 (1) Å for the nickel compound and 4.013 (1) Å for the zinc compound. 相似文献

In the title compound {alternative name: poly[silver(I)‐μ‐(3‐amino‐2‐chloropyridine)‐μ‐nitrato]}, [Ag(NO3)(C5H5ClN2)]n the AgI atom is in an irregular AgN2O3 geometry, surrounded by one pyridyl N atom [Ag—N 2.283 (5) Å], one amine N atom [Ag—N 2.364 (6) Å] and three O atoms from different nitrate ions [Ag—O 2.510 (6)–2.707 (6) Å]. The Ag ions are bridged by the 3‐amino‐2‐chloropyridine ligands into helical chains. Adjacent uniform chiral chains are further interlinked through the NO3 bridges into an interesting two‐dimensional coordination network in the solid. 相似文献

The palladium(II) centre in the title compound, [PdCl2(C21H18N2OS)], is coordinated to the pyridyl N atom and to the thiazolidinone S atom of the 5‐benzyl‐3‐phenyl‐2‐(2‐pyridyl)thiazolidin‐4‐one ligand, resulting in a five‐membered chelate ring. Two cis‐chloro ligands complete the square‐planar coordination environment of the metal. Although the geometry at the Pd centre is essentially planar, the N—Pd—S bite angle of 85.20 (8)° causes deviations in the cis angles from the ideal value of 90°. Opposite enantiomers form one‐dimensional chains in the cell via a short S?O intermolecular interaction. 相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu(C6H7N)2{Ag(CN)2}2]n, is made up of neutral zigzag chains of [–NC–Ag–CN–Cu(4‐Mepy)2{Ag(CN)2}–NC–Ag–CN–] (4‐Mepy is 4‐methylpyridine). Neighbouring chains are linked by weak argentophilic interactions, with Ag?Ag distances of 3.2322 (12) Å. The Cu atom, which lies on a twofold rotation axis, is pentacoordinated by one monodentate Ag(CN)2? anion [Cu—N 1.985 (3) Å], the atoms of which lie on the same rotation axis, and by bridging dicyanoargentate anions [2 × Cu—N 2.0827 (19) Å], with Ag atoms on inversion centres. The coordination polyhedron is completed by two 4‐Mepy molecules [2 × Cu—N 2.038 (2) Å], which occupy the axial positions of a distorted trigonal bipyramid. 相似文献

Tetrakis(dimethyl sulfide)palladium(II) bis(tetrafluoroborate), [Pd(C2H6S)4](BF4)2, (I), and tetrakis(1,4‐oxathiane‐κS)palladium(II) bis(tetrafluoroborate), [Pd(C4H8OS)4](BF4)2, (II), both crystallize as mononuclear square‐planar complexes with tetrafluoroborate as the counter‐ions. The Pd atom accepts four S‐donor atoms and is positioned at an inversion centre in both compounds. The two unique S atoms in the dimethyl sulfide complex, (I), are disordered. The Pd—S distances are in the range 2.3338 (12)–2.3375 (12) Å in (I), and the corresponding distances in the thioxane complex, (II), are 2.3293 (17) and 2.3406 (17) Å. The anions in both compounds interact weakly with the Pd atom. 相似文献

In the crystal structure, the title compound {systematic name: [2,5‐bis(4‐ethyl‐3,5‐dimethyl‐2H‐pyrrol‐2‐ylidenemethyl)‐1H‐pyrrolato](trifluoroacetato)palladium(II)}, [Pd(C2F3O2)(C27H34N3)], forms chiral molecules with a helical distortion of the tripyrrinate ligand backbone and an essentially planar PdN3O core, with Pd—N distances ranging from 1.977 (3) to 2.045 (3) Å and a Pd—O distance of 2.051 (2) Å. This distortion of the organic ligand is considered as the conformational answer to the steric interaction of the terminal methyl groups of the tripyrrinate ligand with the donor O atom of the trifluoroacetate group. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of [Cu(CF3SO3)(C2N3)(C8H7N5)2]·0.5C2H6O, the CuII atom adopts a distorted octahedral geometry, with the basal plane formed by two N atoms of one dipyrimidinylamine ligand, one N atom of the second pyrimidine ligand and a nitrile N atom of the dicyanamide anion [Cu—N = 1.972 (2)–2.021 (2) Å]. The apical positions are occupied by an N atom of the second ligand [Cu—N = 2.208 (2) Å], and an O atom of the trifluoromethanesulfonate anion [Cu—O = 2.747 (2) Å] at a semi‐coordination distance. Pairs of inversion‐related N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds of the so‐called Watson–Crick type, augmented by two C—H⋯N contacts, link adjacent complexes into an infinite one‐dimensional chain running in the [101] direction. 相似文献

X‐ray analysis of the title compound reveals three crystallographically distinct cations of 1,9‐diethyladeninium, two iodide anions and one triiodide anion in the asymmetric unit, giving six residues and the formula 3C9H14N5+·I3−·2I−. Standard purine nomenclature is used to identify the atoms of each adenine moiety. Hydrogen bonding is observed between atoms N6 and N7 of a pair of cations [N⋯N = 2.885 (4)/2.902 (3) and 2.854 (3)/2.854 (3) Å], with additional hydrogen bonding to I− anions via the other N6 H atom [N⋯I = 3.708 (3), 3.738 (3) and 3.638 (3) Å]. The triiodide anion is not involved in hydrogen bonding. The bond lengths and angles of the 1,9‐diethyladeninium cations are compared with literature values and confirm the formation of the imine tautomer. 相似文献

The two independent bis(3,5‐dimethylpyrazole)silver(I) cations in crystalline [Ag(C5H7N2)2]NO3 display N—Ag—N angles of 175.51 (14) and 174.44 (13)°, and an average Ag—N distance of 2.124 (5) Å. The nitrate anion is situated between [Ag(C5H7N2)2]+ units and interacts via hydrogen bonds with the NH groups. The two 3,5‐dimethylpyrazole ligands are trans about the silver center. Only a small deviation from linearity is observed in the coordination around silver. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2], the MnII atom lies on an inversion centre, is trans‐coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate 1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate monoanionic ligands [Mn—O = 2.202 (3) Å and Mn—N = 2.201 (4) Å] and two water molecules [Mn—O = 2.197 (4) Å], and exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry, with adjacent cis angles of 76.45 (13), 86.09 (13) and 89.20 (13)°. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework, stabilized by extensive hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the coordinated water molecules, the carboxy O atoms and the protonated imidazole N atoms of the imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate ligands. 相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C8H18N22+·2I−·CH3CN, the dication lies on a mirror plane containing the molecular dication threefold axis. The structure displays C—H⋯I interactions between H atoms of the 1,4‐dimethyl‐1,4‐diazoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octane dication and the iodide anions. The H⋯I distances are in the range 2.96–3.18 (4) Å. The dications pack forming channels along the b axis, which contain the iodide anions and acetonitrile solvent molecules. 相似文献

The title complex, [Ag(C7H5O2)(C4H5N3)]n, is a polymer based on a mononuclear silver(I)‐centered fragment. The AgI atom is trigonally coordinated by two N atoms from two 2‐aminopyrimidine ligands and one O atom from one benzoate anion, giving zigzag polymeric chains with an [–Ag—N—C—N–]n backbone running along the a axis. It is proposed that intermolecular hydrogen bonding drives the formation of the chain polymer. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, trans‐[Pd(NCS)2(C6H13N3P)2](NCS)2, is one of the few palladium(II) complexes containing two protonated water‐soluble 1,3,5‐triaza‐7‐phosphaadamantane (PTA) ligands reported to date. The compound displays a distorted square‐planar geometry, with the Pd atom on an inversion centre and with the S atoms of the thiocyanate counter‐ions occupying the axial positions above and below the equatorial plane described by the phosphine and thiocyanate ligands. Geometric parameters for the formal coordination polyhedron include a Pd—P distance of 2.2940 (8) Å, a Pd—S distance of 2.3509 (8) Å and a P—Pd—S angle of 89.45 (3)°. The effective cone angle for the PTA ligands was calculated as 114.5°. 相似文献

The title complex, (diethyl 3,4,8,15,19,20‐hexamethyl‐21,22,23,24‐tetraazopentacyclo[16.2.1.12,5.17,11.114,17]tetracosa‐1(20),2(22),3,5,7,9,11,13(24),14,16,18‐undecaene‐9,14‐dicarboxylate‐κ4N)iodoiron(III) chloroform solvate, [Fe(C32H32N4O4)I]·CHCl3, shows an almost planar arrangement of the corrphycene moiety with a slightly distorted trapezoid pyramidal core; the FeIII atom is 0.416 (1) Å from the plane of the C20N4 system. The Fe—N distances are 2.049 (3), 2.044 (3), 2.079 (3) and 2.075 (3) Å. The solvated chloroform forms a C—H?O hydrogen bond [C?O 3.107 (10) Å] to an adjacent carbonyl O atom. In the title compound, [Co(C6H15N3)(C7H15N2S)]S2O6·H2O, the Co—C bond distance is 1.9930 (13) Å, which is shorter than for related compounds with the linear 1,6‐diamino‐3‐thiahexan‐4‐ide anion in place of the macrocyclic 1‐thia‐4,7‐diazacyclodecan‐8‐ide anion. The coordinated carbanion produces an elongation of 0.102 (7) Å of the Co—N bond to the 1,4,7‐triazacyclononane N atom in the trans position. This relatively small trans influence is presumably a result of the triamine ligand forming strong bonds to the CoIII atom. 相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献
