In 2‐iodo‐N‐(3‐nitrobenzyl)aniline, C13H11IN2O2, the molecules are linked into a three‐dimensional structure by a combination of C—H?O hydrogen bonds, iodo–nitro interactions and aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions, but N—H?O and C—H?π(arene) hydrogen bonds are absent. In the isomeric 3‐iodo‐N‐(3‐nitrobenzyl)aniline, a two‐dimensional array is generated by a combination of N—H?O, C—H?O and C—H?π(arene) hydrogen bonds, but iodo–nitro interactions and aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions are both absent. 相似文献

N,N′‐Dithiobisphthalimide crystallizes from nitrobenzene solution as a solvate, 2C16H8N2O4S2·C6H5NO2, having space group Pn. The bisphthalimide molecules are linked by C—H?O hydrogen bonds and by aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions, forming a framework enclosing continuous channels running along the [100] direction and accounting for ca 20% of the unit‐cell volume. The nitrobenzene molecules lie in these channels, ordered in a head‐to‐tail fashion and linked to the bisphthalimide framework by C—H?O and C—H?π(arene) hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

In the title ternary complex, C10H9N2+·C7H3N2O6?·C7H4N2O6, the pyridinium cation adopts the role of the donor in an intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen‐bonding interaction with the carboxylate group of the 3,5‐dinitrobenzoate anion. The molecules of the ternary complex form molecular ribbons perpendicular to the b direction, which are stabilized by one N—H?O, one O—H?O and five C—H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The ribbons are further interconnected by three intermolecular C—H?O hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The structure of the title compound, C12H8N2O4S2, contains no direction‐specific intermolecular interactions, i.e. no C—H?O hydrogen bonds, no aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions and no C—H?π(arene) interactions. This behaviour is compared with the three known symmetrical isomers of bis(nitrophenyl) disulfide, having the nitro groups on the two 2‐, 3‐ or 4‐positions, all of which exhibit direction‐specific supramolecular aggregation. 相似文献

In the triclinic polymorph of 2‐iodo‐4‐nitroaniline, C6H5IN2O2, space group P, the molecules are linked by paired N—H?O hydrogen bonds into C(8)[R(6)] chains of rings. These chains are linked into sheets by nitro?I interactions, and the sheets are pairwise linked by aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions. In the orthorhombic polymorph, space group Pbca, the molecules are linked by single N—H?O hydrogen bonds into spiral C(8) chains; the chains are linked by nitro?O interactions into sheets, each of which is linked to its two immediate neighbours by aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions, so producing a continuous three‐dimensional structure. 相似文献

In 2‐amino‐4,6‐dimethoxy‐5‐nitropyrimidine, C6H8N4O4, the molecules are linked by one N—H⋯N and one N—H⋯O hydrogen bond to form sheets built from alternating R(8) and R(32) rings. In isomeric 4‐amino‐2,6‐dimethoxy‐5‐nitropyrimidine, C6H8N4O4, which crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in P, the two independent molecules are linked into a dimer by two independent N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. These dimers are linked into sheets by a combination of two‐centre C—H⋯O and three‐centre C—H⋯(O)2 hydrogen bonds, and the sheets are further linked by two independent aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions to form a three‐dimensional structure. 相似文献

The structure is built from molecular layers which are stabilized by three intermolecular O—H?O, two intermolecular O—H?N and four intermolecular C—H?O hydrogen bonds. The two title compounds, both with formula C18H16ClN3O, are structurally similar Schiff bases derived from the condensation of 4‐chlorobenzaldehyde or 2‐chlorobenzaldehyde with 4‐aminoantipyrine in methanol solution. As expected, both compounds adopt trans configurations about the central C=N bonds. In the crystal structure of the 4‐chloro analogue, molecules are linked through weak C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming chains running along the a axis. In the crystal structure of the 2‐chloro analogue, molecules are linked through weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the ab plane. 相似文献

Crystals of the title π‐complex, [Cu4Cl6(C8H11N2)2]n, were obtained by means of alternating‐current electrochemical synthesis. The structure consists of infinite copper–chlorine chains to which 1‐allyl‐3‐aminopyridinium moieties are attached via a η2 Cu—(C=C) interaction. The two independent Cu atoms have distinct coordination environments. One is three‐coordinate, surrounded by two chloro ligands and the olefinic bond, whereas the second copper center is surrounded by a tetrahedral arrangement of four Cl atoms. The lower basicity of 3‐aminopyridine as compared with 2‐ and 4‐aminopyridine lowers the capacity of the organic ligand for donating to N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds and results in the formation of a large inorganic fragment. 相似文献

The piperazine dication acts as a donor for bifurcated N—H?O hydrogen bonds with the phenolate O atom and with the O atom of the o‐nitro group. N,N′‐Dithiodiphthalimide, C16H8N2O4S2, crystallizes from ethyl acetate with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, in which the N—S—S—N torsion angles are ?83.59 (19) and 92.9 (2)°. The molecules are linked by C—H?O hydrogen bonds and aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions into a three‐dimensional framework. When crystallized from either dichloromethane or ethanol, solvates are formed in which the molecules of the title compound lie across twofold rotation axes in space group C2/c, with N—S—S—N torsion angles of 93.54 (7) and 96.14 (11)°. There are no hydrogen bonds in these solvates, but the molecules are linked by aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions into chains, between which there are continuous channels. Disordered solvent molecules occupy these channels, which account for ca 20% of the unit‐cell volume. 相似文献
