The asymmetric unit of the title compound, {[Cu(C4O4)(C6H6N2O)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n, consists of one pyridine‐4‐carboxamide (isonicotinamide or ina) ligand, one‐half of a squarate dianion, a coordinated aqua ligand and a solvent water molecule. Both the CuII and the squarate ions are located on inversion centers. The CuII ions are octahedrally surrounded by four O atoms of two water molecules and two squarate anions, and by two N atoms of the isonicotinamide ligands. The crystal structure contains chains of squarate‐1,3‐bridged CuII ions. These chains are held together by N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions, forming an extensive three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C6H19N4)2Cl2](C10H6O6S2)2·5H2O, is comprised of discrete [Cu2(tren)2Cl2]2+ dimers {tren is 2‐[N,N‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)amino]ethylaminium} and naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate anions. Two Cl? anions bridge two CuII ions, each of which is also coordinated by two of the primary and the tertiary amino N atoms of the tren ligand, giving each metal atom a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The cation lies about an inversion centre and the asymmetric unit also has two independent anions lying about inversion centres. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C10H4O8)(C12H8N2)]n, the CuII cation has a four‐coordination environment completed by two N atoms from one 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligand and two O atoms belonging to two dihydrogen benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetracarboxylate anions (H2TCB2−). There is a twofold axis passing through the CuII cation and the centre of the phen ligand. The [Cu(phen)]2+ moieties are bridged by H2TCB2− anions to form an infinite one‐dimensional coordination polymer with a zigzag chain structure along the c axis. A double‐chain structure is formed by hydrogen bonds between adjacent zigzag chains. Furthermore, there are π–π stacking interactions between the phen ligands, with an average distance of 3.64 Å, resulting in a two‐dimensional network structure. 相似文献

The title compound, {[Cu(C8H6NO4)2]·H2O}n, was prepared by the hydrothermal assembly of 5‐aminoisophthalic acid with copper nitrate. Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis shows that it has a two‐dimensional layer coordination framework, in which the unique Cu atom lies on an inversion centre and adopts a square‐planar geometry, coordinated to two N and two O atoms from symmetry‐related ligands. The water molecule lies on a twofold axis and there are hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the layers. 相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu(C6H7N)2{Ag(CN)2}2]n, is made up of neutral zigzag chains of [–NC–Ag–CN–Cu(4‐Mepy)2{Ag(CN)2}–NC–Ag–CN–] (4‐Mepy is 4‐methylpyridine). Neighbouring chains are linked by weak argentophilic interactions, with Ag?Ag distances of 3.2322 (12) Å. The Cu atom, which lies on a twofold rotation axis, is pentacoordinated by one monodentate Ag(CN)2? anion [Cu—N 1.985 (3) Å], the atoms of which lie on the same rotation axis, and by bridging dicyanoargentate anions [2 × Cu—N 2.0827 (19) Å], with Ag atoms on inversion centres. The coordination polyhedron is completed by two 4‐Mepy molecules [2 × Cu—N 2.038 (2) Å], which occupy the axial positions of a distorted trigonal bipyramid. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2(C6H8O4)(C6H9O4)2(C10H8N2)2(H2O)2]n, the square‐pyramidally coordinated Cu atoms are bridged by both 4,4‐bipyridine and adipate ligands into ladder‐like chains, with exo‐orientated 5‐carboxypentanoate ligands pendant from both side rails. Half of the adipate ligand is related to the other half by inversion symmetry. Interchain O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds from the aqua ligands to the carbonyl O atoms of the 5‐carboxypentanoate ligands are responsible for the formation of two‐dimensional grid‐like (4,4)‐networks, which complete a twofold interpenetration. 相似文献

Each of the smallest repeat units consists of two silver(I) cations, two benzoate anions and one N,N′‐bis(2‐fluorobenzylidene)butane‐1,4‐diamine Schiff base ligand. Each AgI ion is three‐coordinated in a trigonal configuration by two O atoms from two benzoate anions and one N atom from a Schiff base ligand. In the doubly charged bridged dicopper cation, each Cu centre has distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. In the square‐planar dianion, two sulfonate ligands are trans coordinated to the Cu atom via a deprotonated hydroxyl O atom and an imine N atom, forming two six‐membered chelate rings. The title compounds, [CuFe2(C5H5)2(C9H8O2)2], (I), and [CuFe4(C5H5)4(C13H9O2)2], (II), are four‐coordinate square‐planar copper(II) complexes with two bidentate 1‐ferrocenylbutane‐1,3‐dionate or 1,3‐diferrocenylpropane‐1,3‐dionate ligands, respectively. The copper ion in (I) lies on an inversion centre, with one‐half of the molecule in the asymmetric unit, while in (II), there are two independent half molecules in the asymmetric unit, with the copper ions also situated on inversion centres. The ferrocene substituents in (I) are in an anti arrangement. The molecules assemble in the crystal structure in layers with ferrocene groups at the surface. The pairs of ferrocene substituents on each ligand in complex (II) are syn and these adopt an anti arrangement with respect to the pair on the other diketonate ligand. As found in (I), complexes assemble in a layered structure with ferrocene‐coated surfaces. 相似文献

In the title complex, [Pd(C12H8FN4O2)2(C5H5N)2] or trans‐[Pd(FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2)(C5H5N)2], the Pd atom lies on a centre of inversion in space group P. The coordination geometry about the Pd2+ ion is square planar, with two deprotonated 3‐(2‐fluorophenyl)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)triazenide ions, FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2?, acting as monodentate ligands (two‐electron donors), while two neutral pyridine molecules complete the metal coordination sphere. The whole triazenide ligand is not planar, with the largest interplanar angle being 16.8 (5)° between the phenyl ring of the 2‐fluorophenyl group and the plane defined by the N=N—N moiety. The MnIII ion is six‐coordinated by two N and four O atoms from four different Hsae− ligands, yielding a distorted MnO4N2 octahedral environment. Each [MnIII(Hsae)2]+ cationic unit has the Mn atom on an inversion centre and each [MnIII(Hsae)2]+ cation lies about another inversion centre. The copper(II) centre in the mononuclear title complex, [Cu(C7H3NO4)(C14H12N2)]·3H2O, is surrounded by one bidentate 2,9‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (dmphen) ligand and one tridentate pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate ligand, and exhibits a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. The crystal packing involves both hydrogen‐bonding and π–π interactions. The solvent water molecules link monomers to one another through hydrogen‐bonding interactions, forming ladder‐like chains in the bc plane. The title compound {systematic name: tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)bis[(3,7‐dihydro‐1,3,7‐trimethyl‐1H‐purine‐2,6‐dione‐κO2)copper(II)]}, [Cu2(C7H3N2O6)4(C8H10N4O2)2], consists of paddle‐wheel dimeric tetrakis(μ‐3,5‐dinitrobenzoato‐κ2O:O′)dicopper(II) units with O‐coordinated caffeine molecules in both apical positions. The entire dimeric molecule lies on a tetragonal inversion axis, and thus one nitrobenzoate anion with one Cu atom in a special position belong to the independent part of the molecule. The caffeine ligand bonded to the Cu atom is disordered on a local twofold non‐crystallographic axis coincident with the axis. In the title compound, [Sn(C3H4F3)2Cl2(C5H5N)2], the Sn atom lies on an inversion centre and is octahedrally coordinated by two Cl atoms, two trifluoropropyl groups and two N atoms in an all‐trans configuration. The electronegative trifluoropropyl groups increase the electrophilic properties of the Sn atom, and the Sn—Cl and Sn—N bonds are shortened in comparison with those reported for analogous compounds. 相似文献
