Chalcones (α,β‐unsaturated ketones) are effective antitumour agents. It has been proved that having halogen or methoxy groups substituted in various positions of the phenyl ring enhances the activity of chalcones many times. The title compounds, C21H20O5 and C19H15BrO3, respectively, were chosen for crystallographic study in order to determine their structures and conformations. In both compounds, the keto group is in the scis conformation and is almost planar. There are weak intramolecular interactions in both structures.  相似文献

The substituent methoxy group at the phenyl ortho position in the title compound, C27H22O3, has an insignificant effect on the length of the Csp3—O bond and on the non‐planarity of the pyran ring. The cause of the changes in the photochemical properties is discussed.  相似文献

The title compound, raloxifene hydrochloride, C28H28NO4S+·Cl?, belongs to the benzothiophene class of antiosteoporotic drugs. In the molecular cation, the 2‐phenol ring sustains a dihedral angle of 45.3 (1)° relative to the benzo[b]thiophene system. The benzo[b]thiophene and phenyl ring planes are twisted with respect to the carbonyl plane, with the smallest twist component occurring between the phenyl and carbonyl planes. The N atom bears the positive charge in the molecular cation and the piperidine ring adopts an almost perfect chair conformation. The Cl? anion is involved in the formation of N—H?Cl and O—H?Cl intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which lead to the formation of a layer of molecular cations.  相似文献

In ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)phenyl]carbamate, C11H13NO4, all of the non‐H atoms lie on a mirror plane in the space group Pnma; the molecules are linked into simple chains by a single C—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The molecules of ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐iodophenyl]carbamate, C11H12INO4, are linked into sheets by a combination of O—H⋯I and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and a dipolar I⋯O contact. Ethyl N‐[2‐(hydroxyacetyl)‐4‐methylphenyl]carbamate, C12H15NO4, crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the space group P; pairs of molecules are weakly linked by an O—H⋯O hydrogen bond and these aggregates are linked into chains by two independent aromatic π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of racemic Venlafaxine hydrochloride, C17H28NO2+·Cl?, consists of two types of parallel chains formed by translated Venlafaxine+ cations, hydrogen bonded by Cl? anions, and characterized by the opposite chirality of their constituent molecules. These chains organize in two different types of broad layers of opposite handedness, related by a glide plane.  相似文献

The title compound, C14H12N2O4, shows an E conformation about the diazenyl N atoms. The crystal structure features layers of molecules with the primary connection between the layers afforded by carboxylic acid dimer motifs; no evidence for extensive π–π stacking between the layers was found.  相似文献

The title compound, C26H21NO2S2, which consists of a benzothiazole skeleton with α‐naphthylvinyl and tosyl groups at positions 2 and 3, respectively, was prepared by palladium–copper‐catalyzed heteroannulation. The E configuration of the molecule about the vinyl C=C bond is established by the benzothiazole–naphthyl C—C—C—C torsion angle of 177.5 (4)°. The five‐membered heterocyclic ring adopts an envelope conformation with the Csp3 atom 0.380 (6) Å from the C2NS plane. The two S—C [1.751 (4) and 1.838 (4) Å] and two N—C [1.426 (5) and 1.482 (5) Å] bond lengths in the thiazole ring differ significantly.  相似文献

In the title compounds, C13H15N3O, (I), and C13H15N3O2, (II), the dihedral angles between the planes of the phenyl ring and the amide group are 4.1 (1) and 20.7 (1)°, respectively. The molecules adopt a fully extended conformation, aided by intramolecular interactions. The molecular structures of (I) and (II) display different crystal packing and hydrogen‐bonding networks.  相似文献

The two title calix[4]arene compounds, C34H32O8, (I), and C36H36O8·CH3Cl, (II), respectively, which differ only in the size of the alkyl function on the pendant ester group, are compared. Compound (I) forms a novel supramolecular array, whilst (II) fails to do so due to accommodating a chloroform guest molecule in the lower‐rim cavity.  相似文献

The title compound, C24H18N4O, is a bis‐bidentate Schiff base ligand exhibiting pseudo‐C2 symmetry. The molecule is twisted about the central ether linkage and exhibits an imine E configuration. In the crystal, the molecules are linked by weak intermolecular C—H?N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C18H20O5, all geometric parameters fall within experimental error of the expected values. Analysis of the molecular‐packing plots reveals an infinite one‐dimensional linear array running parallel to the c axis, formed by an O—H⃛O intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interaction. The stilbene framework and most of the substituents are approximately coplanar.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, 4‐cyano‐N‐(4‐methoxybenzylidene)phenylamine N‐oxide, C15H12N2O2, the 4‐methoxyphenyl is approximately coplanar with the nitrone moiety but significantly rotated with respect to the 4‐cyanophenyl moiety. The extent of this rotation is significantly different for the two crystallographically independent molecules of the asymmetric unit [dihedral angles of 19.4 (1) and 26.5 (1)°]. The geometry about the C=N bond is Z. The two molecules are related to one another by a pseudo inversion centre.  相似文献

The title compounds, C28H31N2O3+·Cl?·H2O (common name rhodamine‐6g), (I), and C21H17N2O3+·Cl?·3H2O (common name rhodamine‐123), (II), both have planar xanthene skeletons with a formal +1 charge on the amino N atoms delocalized through the π‐electron system so that the N—Csp2 bond distances indicate significant double‐bond character. The substituted planar phenyl groups make angles of 63.29 (8) and 87.96 (11)° with the xanthene planes in (I) and (II), respectively. In both molecules, the carbonyl bond vectors point toward the xanthene rings. The ethylamine groups in (I) are oriented similarly with their CH2–CH3 bond vectors pointing nearly perpendicular to the xanthene plane. The chloride ions and water molecules are disordered in both structures. In (I), the chloride ion and water molecule are disordered between two sites. One water and chloride alternately occupy the same site with occupancy factors of 0.5. The other 0.5‐chloride and 0.5‐water occupy two distinct positions separated by 0.747 (8) Å. In (II), the chloride ion is disordered between three sites and one of the waters is disordered about two other sites. Both crystal structures are stabilized by hydrogen bonds involving the chloride ions, amino groups and water molecules, as well as by π–π stacking between xanthene planes.  相似文献

The title complex, [PdCl2(C19H22N2)(C18H15P)], shows slightly distorted square‐planar coordination of the palladium(II) metal center. The Pd—C bond distance between the N‐heterocyclic ligand and the metal atom is 2.008 (3) Å. The dihedral angle between the two dimethylphenyl ring planes is 33.17 (13)°.  相似文献

The two title ethoxycarbonylmethoxy derivatives of calix[4]arene, namely diethyl 2,4‐dihydroxycalix[4]arene‐1,3‐diyldi(oxyacetate), C36H36O8, (I), and tetraethyl calix[4]arene‐1,2,3,4‐tetrayltetra(oxyacetate), C44H48O12, (II), form two different conformations, viz. a cone in (I), where intramolecular hydrogen bonds are formed through OH groups in a partially substituted calix[4]arene, and a 1,3‐alternate form of a completely substituted calix[4]arene in (II). A unique three‐dimensional array of molecules exists in (II), with the channels extended along the entire crystal.  相似文献

The title compounds, Ph2PCH2N(H)Ph or C25H22NP and Ph2PCH2N(CH3)Ph or C26H24NP, respectively, are isomorphous, with calculated theoretical Tolman angles of 174 and 182°.  相似文献

The title copper(I) complex, [CuCl(C11H14N2O3S)2], was synthesized by the redox reaction of cupric chloride with the corresponding thiourea derivative as reducing agent. The CuI coordination environment is trigonal planar, involving two S atoms and one Cl atom. The presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonds leads to the formation of a cis conformation and promotes the stability of the complex.  相似文献
