Two twisted 1,2‐bis(2‐pyridyl)ethyne ligands bridge two Cd2+ centers in the C2‐symmetric title complex, [Cd2(NO3)4(μ‐C12H8N2)2(H2O)2]. The bridging ligands arch across one another creating a `zigzag loop' molecular geometry. Two nitrate ions and a water molecule complete the irregular seven‐coordinate Cd‐atom environment. The dihedral angles between the equivalent pyridyl ring planes of the two independent ligands are 67.2 (1)°. Owater—H⃛Onitrate hydrogen bonding creates two‐dimensional layers parallel to the ab plane.  相似文献

The title compund, [Cu2(OH)2(C22H25N3)2](ClO4)2, is a copper(II) dimer, with two [CuL]2+ units [L is bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridylmethyl)(2‐phenylethyl)amine] bridged by hydroxide groups to define the {[CuL](μ‐OH)2[CuL]}2+ cation. Charge balance is provided by perchlorate counter‐anions. The cation has a crystallographic inversion centre halfway between the CuII ions, which are separated by 3.0161 (8) Å. The central core of the cation is an almost regular Cu2O2 parallelogram of sides 1.931 (2) and 1.935 (2) Å, with a Cu—O—Cu angle of 102.55 (11)°. The coordination geometry around each CuII centre can be best described as a square‐based pyramid, with three N atoms from L ligands and two hydroxide O atoms completing the coordination environment. Each cationic unit is hydrogen bonded to two perchlorate anions by means of hydroxide–perchlorate O—H...O interactions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C6H19N4)2Cl2](C10H6O6S2)2·5H2O, is comprised of discrete [Cu2(tren)2Cl2]2+ dimers {tren is 2‐[N,N‐bis(2‐aminoethyl)amino]ethylaminium} and naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate anions. Two Cl? anions bridge two CuII ions, each of which is also coordinated by two of the primary and the tertiary amino N atoms of the tren ligand, giving each metal atom a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The cation lies about an inversion centre and the asymmetric unit also has two independent anions lying about inversion centres.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni2(C8H4O4)(C10H24N4)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, contains two independent octahedral NiII centres with trans‐NiN4O2 chromophores. The bridging benzenedicarboxylate ligand is bonded to the two Ni atoms, each via one O atom of each carboxylate, while the other O atom participates in an intramolecular N—H?O hydrogen bond, forming an S(6) motif. The cations are linked to the perchlorate anions via O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.904 (6) and 2.898 (6) Å; O—H?O 158 (6) and 165 (6)°; N?O 3.175 (7) and 3.116 (7) Å; N—H?O 168 and 166°] to form molecular ladders. These ladders are linked by further O—H?O and N—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.717 (6) and 2.730 (5) Å; O—H?O 170 (4) and 163 (6)°; N?O 3.373 (7) and 3.253 (7) Å; N—H?O 163 and 167°] to form a continuous three‐dimensional framework. The perchlorate anions both participate in three hydrogen bonds, and both are thus fully ordered.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2]·C10H8N2, the Co atom is trans‐coordinated by two pairs of N and O atoms from two monoanionic 4,5‐dicarboxyimidazole ligands, and by two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules, in a distorted octahedral geometry. The 4,4′‐bipyridine solvent molecule is not involved in coordination but is linked by an N—H⋯N hydrogen bond to the neutral [Co(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2] molecule. Both molecules are located on inversion centers. The crystal packing is stabilized by N—H⋯N and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, which produce a three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network. Offset π–π stacking interactions between the pyridine rings of adjacent 4,4′‐bipyridine molecules were observed, with a face‐to‐face distance of 3.345 (1) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4O4S)·[Mn(C4H4O4S)(C12H8N2)2]·13H2O, contains one dianion of thiodiglycolic acid (tdga2−) and two independent manganese(II) moieties, viz. [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Mn(tdga)(phen)2], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. The MnII atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate phen ligands [Mn—N = 2.240 (2)–2.3222 (19) Å] and either two water O atoms or two tdga carboxyl O atoms [Mn—O = 2.1214 (17)–2.1512 (17) Å]. The tdga ligand chelates as an O,O′‐bidentate ligand, forming an eight‐membered ring with one Mn atom. The free tdga2− dianion is hydrogen bonded to an [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ ion, with O⋯O distances of 2.606 (2) and 2.649 (2) Å. The crystal structure is further stabilized by an extensive network of hydrogen bonds involving 13 water molecules.  相似文献

The title compounds, 2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C11H15NO4, (I), 6‐hydroxy‐2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C11H15NO5, (II), and 6‐methoxy‐2‐{[tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]aminomethylene}cyclohexa‐3,5‐dien‐1(2H)‐one, C12H17NO5, (III), adopt the keto–amine tautomeric form, with the formal hydroxy H atom located on the N atom, and the NH group and oxo O atom display a strong intramolecular N—H⋯O hydrogen bond. The N—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonded rings are almost planar and coupled with the cyclohexadiene rings. The carbonyl O atoms accept two other H atoms from the alcohol groups of adjacent molecules in (I), and one from the alcohol and one from the phenol group in (II), but from only one alcohol H atom in (III).  相似文献

The title compound, [Sn4(CH3)8(C13H8Cl2NO2)2(C2H5O)2O2], is a centrosymmetric dimer, with three linearly fused four‐membered Sn—O—Sn—O rings. The coordination polyhedron of the Sn atom bonded to the carboxylate can be described as trigonal–bipyramidal distorted toward square‐pyramidal. That of the second Sn atom is similar, but the distortion towards square‐pyramidal geometry is greater. The Sn—O and Sn—C distances are 2.020 (2)–2.226 (2) and 2.096 (4)–2.114 (4) Å, respectively. The benzene rings of the 2‐[(2,3‐dichlorophenyl)amino]benzoate ligand subtend an angle of 50.49 (17)°; the conformation of the ligand is stabilized by intramolecular N—H⋯Cl and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The structure is assembled viaπ–π stacking interactions to form chains parallel to [10].  相似文献

Two new polymorphs of the title compound, μ‐oxo‐bis{oxo{2,2′‐[propane‐1,3‐diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato}rhenium(V)}, [Re2O(C17H16N2O3)2], are reported, containing either a conformation other than the one already known in the literature or a disorder involving both the new and the previously reported conformations. Four pseudo‐polymorphs of the title compound are also reported, containing four chloroform, two chloroform, two disordered dichloromethane or two water solvate molecules accompanying each Re complex molecule. Only in the hydrate does the Re complex adopt the old conformation. In all six structures, the complex molecule is located on a crystallographic inversion centre. Independent of the conformation, all ReV ions display the same, somewhat distorted, octahedral coordination. In all the solvates, hydrogen bonds are donated from the solvent to the O atoms bonded to Re, either of the C—H?O or O—H?O type, although the actual position of the solvent molecule can vary. Only in the hydrate is a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network found; isolated clusters are formed in all the other solvates.  相似文献

The short carbonyl bond in the title compound, [Cu2(C7H4NO3S)4(C3H4N2)4] [Liu, Huang, Li & Lin (1991). Acta Cryst. C 47 , 41–43], is an artifact of disorder in the isothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide part of the 1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one entity. In the present redetermination, all bond dimensions in the centrosymmetric dinuclear molecule are normal. The five‐coordinate Cu atom shows trigonal–bipyramidal coordination. Hydrogen bonds from the imidazole donor ligand link adjacent molecules into a two‐dimensional layer structure.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐trithionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]zinc(II) ethanol solvate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a trithiocyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. The crystal structure of the compound is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The molecule of the title compound {systematic name: di‐μ‐sulfido‐bis[diaqua(1,4,7,10,13,16‐hexaoxacyclooctadecane‐κ6O)barium(II)] bis[1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide]}, [Ba2S2(C12H24O6)2(H2O)4](C7H5NO3S)2, lies on an inversion centre. The BaII atom encapsulated by the 18‐crown‐6 ring is coordinated by the six O atoms of the crown, two water O atoms and two bridging S atoms. The four‐membered ring composed of the BaII atoms and the bridging S atoms makes a dihedral angle of 67.1 (1)° with the crown‐ether ring. The aromatic ring system of the saccharin moiety is essentially planar. The packing is built up from layers of the molecules and is stabilized by three intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the isostructural title complexes, [M(C9H6N3O2)2(H2O)2] [M = CoII, (I), CdII, (II), and CuII, (III); the metal centres reside on a twofold axis in the space group C2/c for (I) and (II)], the metal centres are surrounded by four O atoms from two O,O′‐bidentate carboxylate groups and by two trans‐coordinated aqua ligands, forming a distorted octahedral environment. The molecules possess four hydrogen‐bond donor (two aqua ligands) and four hydrogen‐bond acceptor sites (two triazole groups), and aggregate by self‐association, forming two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded frameworks [via O—H⋯N interactions; O⋯N = 2.749 (3)–2.872 (3) Å]. The layers are parallel and are tightly packed with short interlayer distances of 4.93, 4.95 and 5.01 Å for (I), (II) and (III), respectively.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title complexes, namely trans‐bis(isoquinoline‐3‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)bis(methanol‐κO)cobalt(II), [Co(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2], and the corresponding nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes, [Ni(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2] and [Cu(C10H6NO2)2(CH3OH)2], are isomorphous and contain metal ions at centres of inversion. The three compounds have the same distorted octahedral coordination geometry, and each metal ion is bonded by two quinoline N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two methanol O atoms. Two isoquinoline‐3‐carboxylate ligands lie in trans positions, forming the equatorial plane, and the two methanol ligands occupy the axial positions. The complex molecules are linked together by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds between the methanol ligands and neighbouring carboxylate groups.  相似文献

The two new title complexes, [Mn(C5H3N6)2(H2O)2] and [Zn(C5H3N6)2(H2O)2], are isomorphous. In both compounds, the metal atom is located on an inversion center and is coordinated by four N atoms from two 5‐(pyrazin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐tetrazolate anions in the basal plane and by two O atoms of water ligands in the apical positions to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions between the uncoordinated N atoms of the tetrazolate anions and the H atoms of the water molecules lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In bis[1‐(3‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) (the Cu atom occupies a centre of inversion), [Cu(C9H8NO2)2], (I), and bis[1‐(4‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) methanol solvate, [Cu(C9H8NO2)2]·CH3OH, (II), the O,O′‐chelating diketonate ligands support square‐planar coordination of the metal ions [Cu—O = 1.948 (1)–1.965 (1) Å]. Weaker Cu⋯N interactions [2.405 (2)–2.499 (2) Å], at both axial sides, occur between symmetry‐related bis(1‐pyridylbutane‐1,3‐dionato)copper(II) molecules. This causes their self‐organization into two‐dimensional square‐grid frameworks, with uniform [6.48 Å for (I)] or alternating [4.72 and 6.66 Å for (II)] interlayer separations. Guest methanol molecules in (II) reside between the distal layers and form weak hydrogen bonds to coordinated O atoms [O⋯O = 3.018 (4) Å].  相似文献

The title compound, [UO2(OH)2(C10H8N2)]n, was obtained under hydrothermal conditions. The U atom is seven‐coordinated and its environment is pentagonal bipyramidal, with the oxo atoms in axial positions, and one N atom and four hydroxide groups in the equatorial plane. The hydroxide ions are bridging, which results in the formation of infinite chains with the bipyridine molecules alternately located on either side. Neighbouring chains interpenetrate so that each bipyridine ligand is involved both in hydrogen bonds with two hydroxide ions and in π‐stacking with its two neighbours from the next chain.  相似文献

The title compound, dicarbonyl‐1κ2C‐di‐μ‐chloro‐1:2κ4Cl‐[cis,cis‐2(η4)‐1,5‐cyclooctadiene]dirhodium(I), [Rh2Cl2(C8H12)(CO)2], consists of a dichloro‐bridged dimer of rhodium, with a non‐bonded Rh?Rh distance of 3.284 (2) Å. One Rh atom is coordinated to two carbonyl ligands, while the other Rh atom is coordinated to the cyclooctadiene moiety.  相似文献

The title structure, [Rh2(C7H5O3)4(C2H6OS)2]·[Rh2(C4H7O2)4(C2H6OS)2]·2C2H6O, contains two discrete neutral Rh–Rh dimers cocrystallized as the ethanol disolvate. Each dimer is situated on an inversion center. The butyrate chain displays disorder in one C‐atom position. In each dimer, the dimethyl sulfoxide ligand (dmso) is bound via S, as expected. The ethanol is a hydrogen‐bond acceptor for one p‐hydroxybenzoate hydroxyl group and acts as a hydrogen‐bond donor to the dmso O atom of a neighboring p‐hydroxybenzoate dirhodium complex. A third hydrogen bond is formed from the other p‐hydroxybenzoate hydroxyl group to the dmso O atom of a butyrate–dirhodium complex.  相似文献
