The title compound, [Cu(O2CCH=CHCH3)2(C5H5N)2(H2O)], crystallizes as a monomer, with the copper ion in a pentacoordinated square‐pyramidal environment, bisected by a twofold axis passing through the metal atom and the apex. The molecules organise in chains connected by hydrogen bonds running along the unique b axis.  相似文献

The title copper(II) complex, [Cu(C22H18N6)2](ClO4)2·2C2H3N, comprises two neutral substituted tris(pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane ligands bonded to a central CuII ion, which is positioned on a crystallographic inversion center. Six Cu—N bonds are arranged in a distorted octahedral fashion. The unsubstituted pyrazole rings on each ligand are oriented trans with respect to each other, interdigitated with the two 3‐phenylpyrazole rings of the other ligand.  相似文献

In the title complex, poly[cadmium(II)‐μ2‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene‐di‐μ2‐thiocyanato], [Cd(NCS)2(C12H12N6)]n, the CdII atom lies on an inversion centre in a distorted octahedral environment. Four N atoms from the thiocyanate and 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene (bbtz) ligands occupy the equatorial positions, and two S atoms from symmetry‐related thiocyanate ligands occupy the axial positions. The benzene ring of the bbtz ligand lies about an inversion centre. Single thiocyanate bridges link the CdII atoms into two‐dimensional sheets containing novel 16‐membered [Cd4(μ‐NCS‐N:S)4] rings. The bbtz ligands further link these two‐dimensional sheets into an unprecedented covalent three‐dimensional network for the cadmium–thiocyanate system.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(ClO4)2(C4H9N3O2)2][Cu(C4H9N3O2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2·2CH3OH, comprises two independent CuII species lying on different inversion sites. In the Cu complexes, a distorted octahedral geometry arises (from basic square‐planar N4 coordination) from the weak coordination of two perchlorate ions (as Cu—O) in one species and two methanol molecules in the other (also as Cu—O). Interactions between the O atoms of the perchlorate anions or methanol groups and the imide or amine NH groups afford an extensive intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding network.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(C8H5O4)2(C10H8N2)2], was obtained by the hydrothermal reaction of ZnSO4·7H2O with phthalic acid (H2pht) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy). Crystallographic analysis shows that it has a one‐dimensional double‐chain structure via hydrogen‐bonding interactions. Each ZnII atom, adopting a distorted tetrahedral geometry, is coordinated by two N atoms from two 4,4′‐bipy ligands, with Zn—N distances of 2.054 (4) and 2.104 (4) Å, and by two O atoms from symmetry‐related Hpht ligands, with Zn—O distances of 1.921 (4) and 2.019 (4) Å.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Zn‐(C7H5O2)2(C5H6N2)2], is built of monomeric [Zn(2‐apy)2(OBz)2] molecules (apy is aminopyridine and OBz is benzoate). The Zn atom lies on a twofold symmetry axis and adopts a slightly distorted tetrahedral coordination. The Zn?O distances to the non‐coordinated O atoms are long at 2.872 (3) Å. Each non‐ligating carbonyl O atom of the benzoate anion accepts one intramolecular and one intermolecular hydrogen bond from the amino group. The molecules form a chain along the c axis through intermolecular N—H?O hydrogen bonds between the amino and carboxyl groups.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Zn(C7H5O3)2(C10H8N2)], contains one monomeric zinc complex. The Zn atom is coordinated to one 2,2′‐bipyridyl ligand via both N atoms and to two salicylate anions (Hsal) in a bidentate chelating manner involving carboxylate O‐atom coordination. The complex exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry about the ZnII atom, with the `apical' positions occupied by one of the two N atoms of the bipyridyl ligand and an O atom from one Hsal ligand; the Zn atom is 0.168 (1) Å out of the `basal' plane. Two intramolecular six‐membered hydrogen‐bonded rings are present, generated from interactions between the carboxyl and hydroxyl groups of the salicylate ligands. The crystal packing is governed by weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, catena‐poly[[bis(aniline‐N)cadmium(II)]‐di‐μ‐thiocyanato‐S:N;N:S], [Cd(SCN)2(C6H7N)2], the CdII atom lies on an inversion centre and is in a distorted octahedral geometry. The coordination sphere contains two thiocyanate (SCN) S atoms, two isothiocyanate (NCS) N atoms and two aniline N atoms. The six‐coordinated Cd atoms run parallel to the b axis and are doubly bridged with neighbouring Cd atoms by SCN and NCS ligands. Thus, this complex has a one‐dimensional coordination polymeric chain structure in which the aniline ligand is in the trans conformation.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, trans‐[Pd(NCS)2(C6H13N3P)2](NCS)2, is one of the few palladium(II) complexes containing two protonated water‐soluble 1,3,5‐triaza‐7‐phosphaadamantane (PTA) ligands reported to date. The compound displays a distorted square‐planar geometry, with the Pd atom on an inversion centre and with the S atoms of the thiocyanate counter‐ions occupying the axial positions above and below the equatorial plane described by the phosphine and thiocyanate ligands. Geometric parameters for the formal coordination polyhedron include a Pd—P distance of 2.2940 (8) Å, a Pd—S distance of 2.3509 (8) Å and a P—Pd—S angle of 89.45 (3)°. The effective cone angle for the PTA ligands was calculated as 114.5°.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Pt(C6H7N)2(C20H16N4)](PF6)2·C3H6O·0.5H2O, is composed of a bivalent square‐planar platinum(II) complex, two PF6 counter‐ions and solvent molecules. The di‐2‐pyridylquinoxaline ligands are known to confer an `L shape' on square‐planar platinum(II) complexes, which also display intercalating properties. The structural characterization reported here is a contribution to a wide‐ranging study focused on structural and dynamical analyses of these substrates, which may provide better insight into their biological mechanisms and activities. The expected `L‐shaped' skeleton of the metallic complex combined with the antiparallel orientation of substituted pyridines (anti conformation) generates chiral objects, found in the solid state as a racemic mixture.  相似文献

In the title compound, poly[cobalt(II)‐bis(μ‐hydroxyacetato‐O1,O2:O1′)], [Co(C2H3O3)2]n, units of [Co(C2H3O3)2] constitute a bidimensional sheet coordination polymer in which each CoII atom lies on an inversion centre and is octahedrally coordinated to glycolate ligands in a trans configuration. Carbonyl O atoms from adjacent units complete the octahedral environment.  相似文献

The title compound, [Fe(C12H8N3O2)2]ClO4·2C2H3N, contains FeIII in a distorted octahedral coordination environment, with the Fe—N(pyridine) bonds significantly longer than the Fe—N(amine) bonds. The crystal packing involves a bifurcated C—H⋯(O,O) contact that is also found in all other [M(C12H8N3O2)2] complexes reported previously.  相似文献

In the cation of the title complex, cis,cis,cis‐[Ru(η2‐O2CMe)(dppe)2]PF6·2MeOH [dppe is 1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane, C26H24P2], the Ru atom is in a pseudo‐octahedral coordination environment with two chelating dppe ligands and one chelating acetate ligand. Intra‐phosphine and intra‐acetate bond lengths and angles are unexceptional. Deviations from idealized octahedral coordination angles at ruthenium [O—Ru—O 59.43 (8)° and P—Ru—P 103.19 (2)°] presumably derive from constraints imposed by the chelate rings. The Ru—P distances for the mutually trans P‐donor atoms [2.3785 (6) Å] are significantly longer than those for the Ru—P linkages trans to the acetate ligand [2.3074 (6) Å]. The Ru1, C1 and C2 atoms lie on a twofold axis, and atom P3 of the anion lies on an inversion centre.  相似文献

The title compounds, [CuFe2(C5H5)2(C9H8O2)2], (I), and [CuFe4(C5H5)4(C13H9O2)2], (II), are four‐coordinate square‐planar copper(II) complexes with two bidentate 1‐ferrocenylbutane‐1,3‐dionate or 1,3‐diferrocenylpropane‐1,3‐dionate ligands, respectively. The copper ion in (I) lies on an inversion centre, with one‐half of the molecule in the asymmetric unit, while in (II), there are two independent half molecules in the asymmetric unit, with the copper ions also situated on inversion centres. The ferrocene substituents in (I) are in an anti arrangement. The molecules assemble in the crystal structure in layers with ferrocene groups at the surface. The pairs of ferrocene substituents on each ligand in complex (II) are syn and these adopt an anti arrangement with respect to the pair on the other diketonate ligand. As found in (I), complexes assemble in a layered structure with ferrocene‐coated surfaces.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, catena‐poly[[bis[{1‐[(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl‐κN3)methyl]‐1H‐tetrazole}zinc(II)]‐bis(μ4‐pentane‐1,5‐dioato‐1:2:1′:2′κ4O1:O1′:O5:O5′)] methanol disolvate], {[Zn(C5H6O4)(C9H8N6)]·CH3OH}n, each ZnII ion is five‐coordinated by four O atoms from four glutarate ligands and by one N atom from a 1‐[(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐tetrazole (bimt) ligand, leading to a slightly distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment. Two ZnII ions are linked by four bridging glutarate carboxylate groups to generate a dinuclear [Zn2(CO2)4] paddle‐wheel unit. The dinuclear units are further connected into a one‐dimensional chain via the glutarate ligands. The bimt ligands coordinate to the ZnII ions in a monodentate mode and are pendant on both sides of the main chain. In the crystal, the chains are linked by O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional layered structure. Adjacent layers are further packed into a three‐dimensional network through van der Waals forces. A thermogravimetric analysis was carried out and the photoluminescent behaviour of the polymer was investigated.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Zn(C2H3N)(C16H21N3O)](ClO4)2·H2O, the ZnII ion is coordinated by two pyridyl N atoms, one amine N atom, and an ethanol O atom from the N,N′,N′′,O‐tetradentate 2‐[bis(2‐pyridylethyl)amino]ethanol donor ligand. The fifth coordination site is filled by an acetonitrile N atom, and there is one solvent water molecule in the asymmetric unit. The 2+ charge of the cationic portion of the complex is balanced by two perchlorate counter‐anions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C2F3O2)2(C10H8N3O)2]·2CH3CN, contains discrete [Cu2(CF3COO)2(O‐dpa)2] molecules (O‐dpaH is di‐2‐pyridylamine 1‐oxide) which have imposed crystallographic twofold symmetry and an acetonitrile molecule of solvation. The O‐dpa ligand is both bidentate and bridging, linking two Cu atoms with a separation of 3.4270 (11) Å. Each Cu atom is surrounded by four coordinated atoms that are almost coplanar, with dimensions Cu—N = 1.940 (2) and 1.984 (3) Å, and Cu—O = 1.912 (2) and 1.945 (2) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C2H8N2)3][Ni(C3HN3O2)2]·H2O, appears to be a modular associate consisting of two complex counter‐ions, containing bivalent nickel as the central atom in both cases, and a solvent water molecule. The NiII ion in the complex cation lies on the C2 crystallographic axis. Its coordination environment is formed by six N atoms of three ethylenediamine (en) molecules, representing a distorted octahedral geometry. The NiII ion in the complex anion occupies a position at the center of inversion. It exhibits a distorted square‐planar coordination geometry formed by four N atoms belonging to the deprotonated oxidoimine and amide groups of the two doubly charged 2‐cyano‐2‐(oxidoimino)acetamidate anions, situated in trans positions with respect to each other. In the crystal packing, the complex anions are linked by water molecules via hydrogen bonds between the amide O atoms and water H atoms, forming chains translated along the a direction. The [Ni(en)3]2+ cations fill empty spaces between the translational chains, connecting them by hydrogen bonds between the oxime and amide O atoms of the anions and the amine H atoms of the cations, forming layers along the ac plane. The water molecules provide connection between layers through N atoms of the cations, thus forming a three‐dimensional modular structure.  相似文献
