The title compound, C28H27N3O4S, crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/n, with one mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit. In the indole ring, the dihedral angle between the fused rings is 3.6 (1)°. The phenyl ring of the sulfonyl substituent makes a dihedral angle of 79.2 (1)° with the best plane of the indole moiety. The phenyl ring of the di­methyl­amino­phenyl group is orthogonal to the phenyl ring of the phenyl­sulfonyl group. The dihedral angle formed by the weighted least‐squares planes through the pyrrole ring and the phenyl ring of the di­methyl­amino­phenyl group is 7.8 (1)°. The molecular structure is stabilized by C—H?O and C—H?N interactions.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu(ClO4)2(C9H13N5O)(CH3OH)], was synthesized from a methanolysis reaction of N‐(methylpyridin‐2‐yl)cyanoguanidine (L3) and copper(II) perchlorate hexahydrate in a 1:1 molar ratio. The CuII ion is six‐coordinated by an N3O3 donor set which confers a highly distorted and asymmetric octahedral geometry. Three N‐donor atoms from the chelating 1‐(methoxymethanimidoyl)‐2‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl)guanidine (L3m) ligand and one O atom from the methanol molecule define the equatorial plane, with two perchlorate O atoms in the apical sites, one of which has a long Cu—O bond of 2.9074 (19) Å. The dihedral angle between the five‐ and six‐membered chelate rings is 8.21 (8)°. Two molecules are associated into a dimeric unit by intermolecular N—H...O(perchlorate) hydrogen bonds. Additionally, the weakly coordinated perchlorate anions also link adjacent [Cu(ClO4)2(L3m)(CH3OH)] dimers by hydrogen‐bonding interactions, resulting in a two‐dimensional layer in the (100) plane. Further C—H...O hydrogen bonds link the two‐dimensional layers along [100] to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In the title compound, 2‐[(methylphenylamino)methyl]‐1‐(phenylsulfonyl)indole, C22H20N2O2S, the indole system is not strictly planar and the dihedral angle between the fused rings is 2.7 (1)°. The angles around the S atom of the sulfonyl substituent deviate significantly from the ideal value for tetrahedral geometry. The pyramidalization at the indole N atom is very small. Of the two C—H?O interactions, one influences the orientation of indole with respect to the sulfonyl group and the other determines the orientation of the phenyl bound to sulfonyl. The phenyl ring of the sulfonyl substituent makes a dihedral angle of 89.6 (1)° with the best plane of the indole. The molecular packing is stabilized by C—H?π and C—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Sb(C11H14NO)3], is monomeric with the Sb atom located on a threefold axis. The complex exhibits distorted trigonal–antiprismatic geometry around the Sb atom, owing to the presence of intramolecular N→Sb interactions. H...phenyl intermolecular interactions lead to the formation of dimers stacked along the c axis. The morpholine rings exhibit almost ideal chair conformations. No intermolecular interactions between the morpholine rings of neighbouring molecules were observed.  相似文献

A series of substituted N‐(4‐substituted‐benzoyl)‐N‐[3‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)propyl]amines ( 13 ) and N‐arylsulfonyl‐N‐[3‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)propyl]amines ( 14 ) were prepared from the reaction of 3‐(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)propan‐1‐amine ( 7 ) with substituted benzoyl chloride or substituted‐benzene sulfonyl chloride respectively. The title compound, {(C4H12N)2[PbI3]I·2H2O}n, crystallizes as an organic–inorganic hybrid. The six‐coordinate Pb atom lies on a centre of inversion and all the I atoms lie on mirror planes; the two independent cations both lie across mirror planes. The structure contains anionic chains along [100] of fused [PbI3] units forming face‐sharing octa­hedra. Four cations enclose channels occupied by isolated iodide ions and water mol­ecules of hydration.  相似文献

(Z)‐3‐(1H‐Indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐(3‐thienyl)­acrylo­nitrile, C15H10N2S, (I), and (Z)‐3‐[1‐(4‐tert‐butyl­benzyl)‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl]‐2‐(3‐thienyl)­acrylo­nitrile, C26H24N2S, (II), were prepared by base‐catalyzed reactions of the corresponding indole‐3‐carbox­aldehyde with thio­phene‐3‐aceto­nitrile. 1H/13C NMR spectral data and X‐ray crystal structures of compounds (I) and (II) are presented. The olefinic bond connecting the indole and thio­phene moieties has Z geometry in both cases, and the mol­ecules crystallize in space groups P21/c and C2/c for (I) and (II), respectively. Slight thienyl ring‐flip disorder (ca 5.6%) was observed and modeled for (I).  相似文献

In the title compound, C26H22N2O2S, the tetra­hydro­pyridine ring has a conformation intermediate between half‐chair and sofa. The tetrahydroquinoline mean plane makes a dihedral angle of 73.3 (1)° with the cyclopentene ring, which adopts an envelope conformation, and an angle of 45.45 (4)° with the indole best plane. The dihedral angle between the benzene and pyrrole rings is 2.6 (1)°. The orientations of the phenyl ring on the sulfonyl group and of the indole are governed by weak C—H?O interactions. The packing of the mol­ecule in the solid state is stabilized by C—H?O and C—H?N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The polymeric chains of [Sn(CH3)3(C28H25O3Ge)]n contain trimethyltin moieties bridging two neighboring 3‐(triphenylgermyl)‐3‐o‐methoxypropionate ligands via carboxyl groups. The germanium atom has a distorted tetrahedral geometry and the tin atom has a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal geometry, the latter with three methyl groups in the equatorial plane and oxygen atoms defining the axial positions. 7H‐Dibenzo[a,g]carbazole‐substituted polysiloxane (PSX‐[a,g]BCz) has been synthesized by hexachloroplatinate (IV) hydrate polymerization from poly(methylhydrosiloxane) and 7‐ally‐7H‐dibenzo[a,g]carbazole. PSX‐[a,g]BCz composite showed large orientational birefringences because of both large dipole moments and high‐polarizability anisotropies of P‐IP‐DC chromophore associated with the effective conjugation along the polyene. The 50‐μm thick photorefractive material containing 30 wt % 2‐[3‐[(E)‐2(piperidino)‐1‐ethenyl]‐5,5‐dimethyl]‐2‐cyclohexenyliden]malononitrile showed a diffraction efficiency of 51% at 55 V/μm, which corresponded to a Δn of 3.45 × 10?3. PSX‐[a,g]BCz composite shows a fast time constant of 0.42 s at 34 °C and 55 V/μm, which corresponded to the space‐charge field of 12 V/μm under 70 V/μm. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Reactions of the 1,2‐diaryl 4,5‐dihydroimidazolium, represented by 3‐methyl‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐2‐phenyl‐4,5‐dihydroimidazolium iodide 1 , with ethylenediamine afforded a benzylidyne unit transferred product, 2‐phenyl‐2‐imidazoline 2 ; a ring‐opened adduct 4 was produced when excess ethylenediamine was used. Reactions of 1 with hydroxylamine, malononitrile, and nitromethane anions produced ring‐opened products, 5 , 7 , and 8 respectively.  相似文献

The title compounds, C20H17NO3S, (I), and C19H15NO2S, (II), were prepared by the reaction of benzo[b]thiophene‐2‐carbaldehyde with (3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile and (3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl)acetonitrile, respectively, in the presence of methanolic potassium hydroxide. In (I), the C=C bond linking the benzo[b]thiophene and the 3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl units has E geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the two adjacent ring systems of 5.2 (3) and 13.1 (2)°, respectively. However, in (II), the C=C bond has Z geometry, with dihedral angles between the plane of the bridging unit and the planes of the adjacent benzo[b]thiophene and 3,4‐dimethoxyphenyl units of 4.84 (17) and 76.09 (7)°, respectively. There are no significant intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions in the packing of (I) and (II). The packing is essentially stabilized via van der Waals forces.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the racemic form of the title compound, C12H15NOS, contains four crystallographically independent molecules. The olefinic bond connecting the 2‐thienyl and 1‐azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan‐3‐ol moieties has Z geometry. Strong hydrogen bonding occurs in a directed co‐operative O—H...O—H...O—H...O—H R44(8) pattern that influences the conformation of the molecules. Co‐operative C—H...π interactions between thienyl rings are also present. The average dihedral angle between adjacent thienyl rings is 87.09 (4)°.  相似文献

The ethoxycarbonyl and formamide side chains attached to the Cα atom of the mol­ecule adopt extended and folded conformations, respectively. The crystal structure of [(p‐CH3C6H4)3GeCH(o‐CH3C6H4)CH2CO2]2Sn(C4H9)2 consists of a monomer with the atoms of tin and germanium both occupying tetrahedral geometries. Reaction of dichloro‐ and dibromodimethyltin(IV) with 2‐(pyrazol‐1‐ylmethyl)pyridine (PMP) afforded [SnMe2Cl2(PMP)] and [SnMe2Br2(PMP)] respectively. The new complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and mass spectrometry and by IR, Raman and NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopies. Structural studies by X‐ray diffraction techniques show that the compounds consist of discrete units with the tin atom octahedrally coordinated to the carbon atoms of the two methyl groups in a trans disposition (Sn? C = 2.097(5), 2.120(5) Å and 2.110(6), 2.121(6) Å in the chloro and in the bromo compounds respectively), two cis halogen atoms (Sn? Cl = 2.4908(16), 2.5447(17) Å; Sn? Br = 2.6875(11), 2.7464(9) Å) and the two donor atoms of the ligand (Sn? N = 2.407(4), 2.471(4) Å and 2.360(5), 2.455(5) Å). In both cases, the Sn?
