The title compound (systematic name: 4,4′‐ethylenedipyridinium dimaleate), C12H12N22+·2C4H3O4?, is a 1:2 adduct of 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethylene (BPE) and maleic acid (MA). The interaction between the two components in the molecular complex is due to intermolecular hydrogen bonding via an N+—H?O? hydrogen bond.  相似文献

The molecule of N,N′‐bis(4‐pyridylmethyl)oxalamide, C14H14N4O2, (I) or 4py‐ox, has an inversion center in the middle of the oxalamide group. Adjacent molecules are then linked through intermolecular N—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds, forming an extended supramolecular network. 4,4′‐{[Oxalylbis(azanediyl)]dimethylene}dipyridinium dinitrate, C14H16N4O22+·2NO3, (II), contains a diprotonated 4py‐ox cation and two nitrate counter‐anions. Each nitrate ion is hydrogen bonded to four 4py‐ox cations via intermolecular N—H...O and C—H...O interactions. Adjacent 4py‐ox cations are linked through weak C—H...O hydrogen bonding between an α‐pyridinium C atom and an oxalamide O atom, forming a two‐dimensional extended supramolecular network.  相似文献

In both title compounds, C18H24N2O2, (Ia), and C18H26N2O22+·2ClO4, (II), respectively, the two aryl rings are strictly parallel, with an inversion centre lying at the mid‐point of each central CH2—CH2 bond. Molecules in (Ia) are linked into two‐dimensional layers by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. The component ions in (II) are joined together by a combination of N/O/C—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π and anion...π interactions, forming a three‐dimensional network. A structural understanding of (Ia) and (II) may provide some useful information about how and why their metal–organic complexes display various biological activities and function in catalytic processes.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title 2:1 salt of tetrazole and a substituted terephthalamidine, C16H28N42+·2CHN4?, contains an infinite network of hydrogen bonds, with short N?N distances of 2.820 (2) and 2.8585 (19) Å between the tetrazolate anion and the amidinium cation. Involvement of the lateral N atoms of the tetrazole in the hydrogen bonding appears to be a typical binding pattern for the tetrazolate anion.  相似文献

N,N′‐Bis(4‐pyridylmethyl)oxalamide, C14H14N4O2, exists as a dimer which is extended into a two‐dimensional network with other dimers through pyridine–amide hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure of the title coordination polymer, {[CoCl2(C14H14N4O2)]·0.5H2O}n, features a one‐dimensional zigzag chain, in which the cobalt ion sits at a twofold symmetry position and adopts a tetrahedral geometry, and the bridging ligand lies on an inversion center and connects to CoII ions in a bis‐monodentate mode. Furthermore, two interwoven chains create a cavity of ca 8.6 × 8.6 Å, which produces a three‐dimensional channel. Water molecules are held in the channel by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Hindered rotation about the partial double C—N bonds between the amine and pyridine moieties in the title molecule, C16H14N4, results in two different conformations of the N‐aryl‐2‐aminopyridine units. One, assuming an E conformation, is involved in a pair of N—H⋯N hydrogen bonds that generate a centrosymmetric (8) motif. The second, adopting a Z conformation, is not engaged in any hydrogen bonding and is flattened, the dihedral angle between the benzene and pyridine rings being 12.07 (7)°. This conformation is stabilized by an intramolecular C—H⋯N interaction [C⋯N = 2.9126 (19) Å, H⋯N = 2.31 Å and C—H⋯N = 120°].  相似文献

In 2,2,2‐trichloro‐N,N′‐bis(4‐methoxyphenyl)ethane‐1,1‐diamine, C16H17Cl3N2O2, molecules are linked into helical chains by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Molecules of 2,2,2‐trichloro‐N,N′‐bis(4‐chlorophenyl)ethane‐1,1‐diamine, C14H11Cl5N2, are connected into a three‐dimensional framework by two independent Cl...Cl interactions and one C—H...Cl hydrogen bond.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Cu2(C10H20N4O2)(C10H8N2)2](ClO4)2, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]oxamide} occupies an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond and is thus in a trans conformation. The two CuII atoms are located in slightly distorted square‐based pyramidal environments. The binuclear units interact with each other viaπ–π interactions to form a one‐dimensional chain extending in the c direction.  相似文献

The achiral meso form of the title compound, C18H38N2O42+·2Cl, crystallizes to form undulating layers consisting of chains linked via weak hydroxyalkyl C—H...Cl contacts. The chains are characterized by centrosymmetric hydrogen‐bonded dimers generated via N—H...Cl and hydroxycycloalkyl O—H...Cl interactions. transN‐Alkyl bridges subdivide the chains into hydrophilic segments flanked by hydrophobic cycloalkyl stacks along [001].  相似文献

The title dimeric complex, bis{μ‐2,2′‐[hexane‐1,6‐diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐1:2κ4O,N:N′,O′}dicopper(II),[Cu2(C20H22N2O2)2], has been investigated by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry, and also by FT–IR spectroscopy. Different synthetic and crystallization procedures gave crystals which were quite different in appearance, and it was initially thought that these were different polymorphic forms. Subsequent structure determination showed, in fact, serendipitous preparation of crystals in the P41 space group by one method and in space group P43 by the other. In these enantiomorphic structures, the Cu atoms have a distorted flattened tetrahedral coordination, with Cu—N and Cu—O distances in the ranges 1.954 (4)–1.983 (4) and 1.887 (4)–1.903 (4) Å, respectively.  相似文献

In the new tin(IV) and copper(II) complexes, cis‐dichlorido‐trans‐dimethyl‐cis‐bis(N,N′,N′′‐tricyclohexylphosphoric triamide‐κO)tin(IV), [Sn(CH3)2Cl2(C18H36N3OP)2], (I), and trans‐diaquabis(N,N′,N′′‐tricyclohexylphosphoric triamide‐κO)copper(II) dinitrate–N,N′,N′′‐tricyclohexylphosphoric triamide (1/2), [Cu(C18H36N3OP)2(H2O)2](NO3)2·2C18H36N3OP, (II), the N,N′,N′′‐tricyclohexylphosphoric triamide (PTA) ligands exist as hydrogen‐bonded dimers via P=O...H—N interactions around the metal center. The asymmetric unit in (I) consists of one complete complex molecule located on a general position. The SnIV coordination geometry is octahedral with two cis hydrogen‐bonded PTA ligands, two cis chloride ligands and two trans methyl groups. The asymmetric unit in (II) contains one half of a [Cu(PTA)2(H2O)2]2+ dication on a special position (site symmetry for the Cu atom), one nitrate anion and one free PTA molecule, both on general positions. The complex adopts a square‐planar trans‐[CuO2O2] coordination geometry, with the CuII ion coordinated by two PTA ligands and two water molecules. Each of the noncoordinated PTA molecules is hydrogen bonded to a neighboring coordinated PTA molecule and an adjacent water molecule; the phosphoryl O atom acts as a double‐H‐atom acceptor. The P atoms in the PTA ligands of both complexes and in the noncoordinated hydrogen‐bonded molecules in (II) adopt a slightly distorted tetrahedral environment.  相似文献

Two twisted 1,2‐bis(2‐pyridyl)ethyne ligands bridge two Cd2+ centers in the C2‐symmetric title complex, [Cd2(NO3)4(μ‐C12H8N2)2(H2O)2]. The bridging ligands arch across one another creating a `zigzag loop' molecular geometry. Two nitrate ions and a water molecule complete the irregular seven‐coordinate Cd‐atom environment. The dihedral angles between the equivalent pyridyl ring planes of the two independent ligands are 67.2 (1)°. Owater—H⃛Onitrate hydrogen bonding creates two‐dimensional layers parallel to the ab plane.  相似文献

The reaction between [PtCl(terpy)]·2H2O (terpy is 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine) and pyrazole in the presence of two equivalents of AgClO4 in nitromethane yields the title compound, [Pt(C3H4N2)(C15H11N3)](ClO4)2·CH3NO2, as a yellow crystalline solid. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction shows that the dicationic platinum(II) chelate is square planar with the terpyridine ligand occupying three sites and the pyrazole ligand occupying the fourth. The torsion angle subtended by the pyrazole ring relative to the terpyridine chelate is 62.4 (6)°. Density functional theory calculations at the LANL2DZ/PBE1PBE level of theory show that in vacuo the lowest‐energy conformation has the pyrazole ligand in an orientation perpendicular to the terpyridine ligand (i.e. 90°). Seemingly, the stability gained by the formation of hydrogen bonds between the pyrazole NH group and the perchlorate anion in the solid‐state structure is sufficient for the chelate to adopt a higher‐energy conformation.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′][1,3,5‐triazine‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐trithionato(2−)‐κ2N,S]zinc(II) ethanol solvate, [Zn(C8H22N4)2(C3HN3S3)]·C2H6O, the ZnII atom is octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms [Zn—N = 2.104 (2)–2.203 (2) Å] of a tetradentate N‐donor N,N′‐bis(3‐aminopropyl)ethylenediamine (bapen) ligand and by two S and N atoms [Zn—S = 2.5700 (7) Å and Zn—N = 2.313 (2) Å] of a trithiocyanurate(2−) (ttcH2−) dianion bonded as a bidentate ligand in a cis configuration. The crystal structure of the compound is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The dimeric and centrosymmetric structure of [Zn(S2CNEt2)2(trans‐NC5H4C(H)?C(H)C5H4N)]2 shows bidentate coordination by the dithiocarbamate ligands and a distorted square pyramidal geometry for zinc, defined by a NS4 donor set with the N atom in the apical position. The compound co‐crystallises with a centrosymmetric molecule of trans‐NC5H4C(H)?C(H)C5H4N that does not form a significant interaction to the Zn atom. Cocrystallization of 2,2′‐dithiodibenzoic acid with isonicotinohydrazide from methanol solution yields the 1:2 cocrystal 2,2′‐dithiodibenzoic acid–isonicotinohydrazide (1/2), C14H10O4S2·2C6H7N3O. The component molecules are linked by intermolecular O—H...N, N—H...O, N—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds into layers running parallel to the (010) plane, and these layers are further linked into a three‐dimensional framework structure by means of weak aromatic π–π stacking interactions. As a potential cocrystallization agent, isonicotinohydrazide may be used for effective and versatile synthetic supramolecular strategies utilizing hydrogen bonding of specific molecular building blocks.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title complex, [Ni2(C10H20N4O2)(C12H12N2)2](ClO4)2 or [Ni(dmaeoxd)Ni(dmbp)2](ClO4)2 {H2dmaeoxd is N,N′‐bis[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]oxamide and dmbp is 4,4′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridine}, the deprotonated dmaeoxd2− ligand is in a cis conformation and bridges two NiII atoms, one of which is located in a slightly distorted square‐planar environment, while the other is in an irregular octahedral environment. The cation is located on a twofold symmetry axis running through both Ni atoms. The dmaeoxd2− ligands interact with each other via C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions, which results in an extended chain along the c axis.  相似文献

The title salt, C18H46N2O2Si22+·2Cl, has been synthesized by reaction of N,N′‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine with tert‐butyldimethylsilyl chloride. The zigzag backbone dication is located across an inversion centre and the two chloride anions are related by inversion symmetry. The ionic components form a supramolecular two‐dimensional network via N—H...Cl hydrogen bonding, which is responsible for the high melting point compared with the oily compound N,N′‐bis[2‐(tert‐butyldimethylsiloxy)ethyl]ethylenediamine.  相似文献

Crystallization of N,N′‐dimethylpyrazinediium bis(tetrafluoroborate), C6H10N22+·2BF4, (I), and N,N′‐diethylpyrazinediium bis(tetrafluoroborate), C8H14N22+·2BF4, (II), from dried acetonitrile under argon protection has permitted their single‐crystal studies. In both crystal structures, the pyrazinediium dications are located about an inversion center (located at the ring center) and each pyrazinediium aromatic ring is π‐bonded to two centrosymmetrically related BF4 anions. Strong anion–π interactions, as well as weak C—H...F hydrogen bonds, between BF4 and pyrazinediium ions are present in both salts.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C2H6NS)(C2H8N2)2](NO3)2, the CoIII atom has a slightly distorted octahedral geometry, coordinated by one 2‐aminoethanethiolate and two ethylenediamine ligands. The three five‐membered chelate rings adopt a gauche conformation with the unfavoured (lel)2(ob) form, which is ascribed to hydrogen bonds between the amine groups in the complex cation and the nitrate counter‐anions [N?O 2.900 (3)–3.378 (3) Å].  相似文献
