The title dinuclear CuII complex, [Cu2(C7H8NO2)2(C7H9NO2)2](CH3COO)2, has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O with pdmH2 (pdmH2 is pyridine‐2,6‐diyldi­methanol) in the presence of tetra­butyl­ammonium hydro­xide. The title complex contains a centrosymmetric Cu2O2 core and each CuII atom has distorted octahedral geometry. Molecular [Cu2(pdmH)2(pdmH2)]2+ cations are connected by hydrogen bonds involving the CH3COO anions, forming one‐dimensional chains along the a axis.  相似文献

The title copper(II) complex, [Cu(C22H18N6)2](ClO4)2·2C2H3N, comprises two neutral substituted tris­(pyrazol‐1‐yl)­methane ligands bonded to a central CuII ion, which is positioned on a crystallographic inversion center. Six Cu—N bonds are arranged in a distorted octa­hedral fashion. The unsubstituted pyrazole rings on each ligand are oriented trans with respect to each other, inter­digitated with the two 3‐phenyl­pyrazole rings of the other ligand.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C9H9O3)4(C4H5N3)], comprises a zigzag polymer of alternating tetrakis­(carboxyl­ato‐O:O′)­dicopper(II) and 2‐amino­pyrimidine units linked by axial Cu—N bonds, and the non‐centrosymmetric structure has four unique (3‐methoxy­phenyl)­acetate moieties.  相似文献

Crystals of the title tetramer, [Cu4(C7H3NO4)4(C7H5NO4)4(H2O)2], were synthesized hydro­thermally at 433 K. The triclinic structure consists of tetrameric molecular species, which interact via strong hydrogen bonds. The CuII ions are distributed equally between one square‐pyramidal site and one octahedral site distorted by the Jahn–Teller effect. This coordination complex exhibits the peculiarity of having CuII ions linked to both the 2,6‐ and the 3,5‐isomers of pyridine­di­carboxyl­ic acid.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C7H3O6S)2(C10H9N3)2][CuI(C10H9N3)2]2·2H2O, consists of anionic CuII moieties, cationic CuI species and uncoordinated water mol­ecules. The anionic dimeric unit consists of one crystallographically independent fully deprotonated 5‐sulfosalicylate (2‐oxido‐5‐sulfonatobenzoate) anion, a di‐2‐pyridylamine group and a CuII atom. Each CuII atom is five‐coordinate within a square‐pyramidal geometry. The anion lies on a special position of site symmetry. In the cationic monomer, the CuI atom adopts tetra­hedral geometry. The cations and anions are connected by O—H·O and N—H·O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex, {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(OH)2(H2O)4](C10H6O6S2)}n, is built of infinite polymeric cationic {[Cu3(C2H3O2)2(H2O)4(OH)2]2+}n chains stretching along the a axis, with naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate (1,5‐nds) anions in between. One independent CuII cation and the 1,5‐nds anion occupy special positions on crystallographic inversion centres. Each CuII cation has an octa­hedral coordination environment formed by two carboxyl O atoms, two hydroxo O atoms and two water mol­ecules. The carboxyl­ate and hydroxo groups perform a bridging function, linking adjacent Cu atoms in the chain, with a shortest Cu⋯Cu distance of 2.990 (3) Å. The chains are further linked into a three‐dimensional supra­molecular framework via hydrogen‐bonding inter­actions involving the sulfonate groups of the 1,5‐­nds dianions.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C12H24N4O2)(C3H4N2)2(CH4O)2](ClO4)2 or [Cu2(dmoxpn)(HIm)2(CH3OH)2](ClO4)2, where dmoxpn is the dianion of N,N′‐bis­[3‐(dimethyl­amino)prop­yl]oxamide and HIm is imidazole, consists of a centrosymmetric trans‐oxamidate‐bridged copper(II) binuclear cation, having an inversion centre at the mid‐point of the central C—C bond, and two perchlorate anions. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination geometry involving two N atoms and an O atom from the dmoxpn ligand, an N atom from an imidazole ring, and an O atom from a methanol mol­ecule. The crystal structure is stabilized by O—H⋯O, N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and imidazole π–π stacking inter­actions to form a three‐dimensional supra­molecular array.  相似文献

In the crystals of bis(2‐­methylpyridine‐N)tetrakis(μ‐trimethylsilylacetato‐O:O′)dicopper(II), [Cu2(C5H11O2Si)4(C6H7N)2], (II), bis­(3‐methylpyridine‐N)tetrakis(μ‐trimethylsilylacetato‐O:O′)dicopper(II), [Cu2(C5H11O2Si)4(C6H7N)2], (III), and bis(quinoline‐N)­tetrakis(μ‐­trimethylsilylacetato‐O:O′)dicopper(II), [Cu2(C5H11O2Si)4(C9H7N)2], (IV), the centrosymmetric dinuclear CuII complexes have a cage structure with Cu?Cu distances of 2.664 (1), 2.638 (3) and 2.665 (1) Å, respectively. In the crystals of catena‐poly­[tetrakis(μ‐trimethylsilylacetato‐O:O′)dicopper(II)], [Cu2(C5H11O2Si)4]n, (V), the dinuclear CuII units of a cage structure are linked by the cyclic Cu—O bonds at the apical positions to form a linear chain by use of a glide translation.  相似文献

The hydro­thermal reaction of an aqueous solution of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O, 1,2,4,5‐benzene­tetra­carboxylic acid and 4,4′‐bi­pyridine gave rise to the interesting title three‐dimensional polymer {[Cu6(btec)3(4,4′‐bpy)3(H2O)2]·2H2O}n (btec is 1,2,4,5‐benzene­tetra­carboxyl­ate, C10H2O84−, and 4,4′‐bpy is 4,4′‐bi­pyridine, C10H8N2), in which each btec ligand links six copper(II) cations into a lamellar [Cu6(btec)3(H2O)2]n sub­polymer framework. There are two distinct diamine units and two distinct carboxylate units, with one of each lying across an inversion centre.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu3(C3H5O2)6(C6H7NO)4]n, is composed of polymeric chains formed by alternating centrosymmetric Cu2(μ‐CH3CH2CO2)4 and Cu(C3H5O2)2(C6H7NO)2 units. These elemental units are linked by two bridging 3‐pyridylmethanol (3PM) ligands. The Cu2(μ‐CH3CH2CO2)4 group presents a centrosymmetric tetra­bridged structure with four synsyn bridging propionate ligands to which two 3PM mol­ecules are bonded (through N), occupying the apical positions of each square‐pyramidal polyhedron around the CuII ions. The remaining mononuclear group is centred around a third CuII ion, which lies on a symmetry centre and is bound to two monodentate propionate groups (through O), two monodentate 3PM mol­ecules (through N) and two bridging 3PM mol­ecules (through O), thus completing a square‐bipyramidal CuO2N2O2 coordination.  相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methyl­quinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)­iron(III), [Fe­(C10­H8­NO)3], (I), and aqua­bis(2‐methyl­quinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)­copper(II), [Cu­(C10­H8NO)2­(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the mol­ecules into a linear chain along the b axis.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu2(C2F3O2)2(C10H8N3O)2]·2CH3CN, contains discrete [Cu2(CF3COO)2(O‐dpa)2] mol­ecules (O‐dpaH is di‐2‐pyridyl­amine 1‐oxide) which have imposed crystallographic twofold symmetry and an aceto­nitrile mol­ecule of solvation. The O‐dpa ligand is both bidentate and bridging, linking two Cu atoms with a separation of 3.4270 (11) Å. Each Cu atom is surrounded by four coordinated atoms that are almost coplanar, with dimensions Cu—N = 1.940 (2) and 1.984 (3) Å, and Cu—O = 1.912 (2) and 1.945 (2) Å.  相似文献

Bis­[μ‐1‐(3‐pyridyl)­ethanone oxime‐κ2N:N′]­bis­[nitrato­sil­ver(I)], [Ag2(NO3)2(C7H8N2O)2], crystallizes as a centrosymmetric binuclear macrocylic complex containing silver(I) ions bridged by the organic 1‐(3‐pyridyl)­ethanone oxime ligand. The ligand coordinates via the pyridine and the oxime N atoms. A similar metal–ligand arrangement was found in the copper(I) complex catena‐poly­[[bis­[μ‐1‐(3‐pyridyl)­ethano­ne oxime‐κ2N:N′]­dicopper(I)]‐di‐μ‐iodo], [Cu2I2(C7H8N2O)2]n, but here the centrosymmetric macrocycles are connected by double anion bridges, resulting in the formation of a one‐dimensional coordination polymer.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C14H23N5)2(CH3O)2](PF6)2, has a doubly methoxo‐bridged centrosymmetric copper dimer cation involving two tridentate bis­(pyrazolyl)­amine ligands. The geometry of each CuII atom is a distorted square pyramid with two N atoms of the pyrazole in bis­[2‐(3,5‐di­methyl‐1‐pyrazolyl)­ethyl]­amine (bpea) and two μ2‐bridging O atoms of the methoxo ligands forming the basal plane, and the amine N atom occupying the axial position. In the bridging plane, the Cu—O bond lengths are 1.940 (4) and 1.942 (4) Å, and the bond angles for O—Cu—O and Cu—O—Cu are 76.1 (2) and 103.9 (2)°, respectively. The Cu?Cu distance is 3.058 (1) Å. The Cu2+ ion lies on an inversion centre and is coordinated by four O atoms of two opposing benzoate mol­ecules and two pyridine N atoms of two opposing amino­pyridine mol­ecules. The partially occupied benzene site lies across a twofold rotation axis. The title compound, [Cu2(C6H19N4)2Cl2](C10H6O6S2)2·5H2O, is comprised of discrete [Cu2(tren)2Cl2]2+ dimers {tren is 2‐[N,N‐bis(2‐amino­ethyl)­amino]­ethyl­aminium} and naphthalene‐1,5‐di­sulfonate anions. Two Cl? anions bridge two CuII ions, each of which is also coordinated by two of the primary and the tertiary amino N atoms of the tren ligand, giving each metal atom a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. The binuclear cation of the title compound, [Ni2(C33H29­N4O3)(H2O)4]C2H3O2·C3H7NO·0.75H2O, was synthesized as a model for the active site of urease. Two tridentate halves of the symmetrical 2,6‐bis{[(2‐hydroxy­phenyl)(2‐pyridyl­methyl)­amino]­methyl}‐4‐methyl­phenolate (BPPMP3?) ligand are arranged in a meridional fashion around the two NiII ions, with the phenoxo O atom bridging the NiII ions. The cation has an approximate twofold rotation axis running through the C—O bond of the bridging phenolate group. Four water mol­ecules complete the octahedral environment of each NiII ion.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C2H3N)2(C10H24N4)](C32H12BF24)2·0.31H2O, crystallizes as an ionic species with no interactions between the ions. The [CuII(cyclam)(MeCN)2]2+ dication (cyclam is 1,4,8,11‐tetra­aza­tetra­decane), located on a 2/m symmetry site, forms as a distorted octahedral species with four Cu—Ncyclam bonds of 2.013 (2) Å and two C—NMeCN bonds of 2.499 (4) Å. The [B{C6H3(CF3)‐3,5}4] anion, located on a twofold axis, is a distorted octahedral species. A small amount of water is present, occupying sites between columns of ions.  相似文献

The three title compounds, namely 4‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazolium hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐chloro‐μ4‐oxo‐tris­(4‐phenyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN1)­tetra­copper(II) monohydrate, (C9H9N2)[Cu4Cl7O(C9H8N2)3]·H2O, hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐μ4‐oxo‐tetra­kis­(pyridine N‐oxide‐κO)tetra­copper(II), [Cu4Cl6O(C5H5NO)4], and hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐tetra­kis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole‐κN1)‐μ4‐oxo‐tetra­copper(II) methanol trisolvate, [Cu4Cl6O(C4H6N2)4]·3CH4O, exhibit the same Cu4OCl6 framework, where the O atom at the centre of an almost regular tetra­hedron bridges four copper cations at the corners. This group is in turn surrounded by a Cl6 octa­hedron, leading to a rather globular species. This special arrangement of the CuII cations results in a diversity of magnetic behaviours.  相似文献

In the title dinuclear acetate‐bridged complex, [Cu2(C2H3O2)3(NCS)(C10H9N3)2], the two Cu atoms are five‐coordinated, with a basal plane consisting of two N atoms of a di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpyam) ligand and two O atoms of two different acetate ligands. The axial positions of these Cu atoms are coordinated to N and O atoms from thio­cyanate and acetate mol­ecules, respectively, leading to a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry with τ values of 0.30 and 0.22. Both CuII ions are linked by an acetate group in the equatorial–equatorial positions and have synanti bridging configurations. Hydrogen‐bond inter­actions between the amine H atom and the coordinated and uncoordinated O atoms of the acetate anions generate an infinite one‐dimensional chain.  相似文献
