Molecules of diphenyl(2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolato‐S,S′)plumbane, [Pb(C3S5)(C6H5)2], are linked into sheets via two intermolecular Pb?Sthione interactions of 3.322 (4) and 3.827 (4) Å; the Pb centre has a distorted octahedral geometry. In contrast, molecules of diphenyl(2‐thioxo‐1,3‐dithiole‐4,5‐dithiolato‐S,S′)stannane, [Sn(C3S5)(C6H5)2], are linked into chains via a single intermolecular Sn—Sthione interaction of 2.8174 (9) Å; the Sn centre has a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal geometry. 相似文献

The title compound, 6‐(1,3‐benzodithiol‐2‐ylidene)‐5,7‐dimethyl‐1,2‐diphenylpentacyclo[5.4.0.02,5.03,11.04,8]undecane, C32H28S2, with a C1‐homobasketane framework, crystallizes in the P space group with one molecule in the asymmetric unit. The two cyclobutane rings in the cage are in a puckered conformation. Due to the enhanced through‐bond interaction of the phenyl π systems involving a strained σ bond, the (Ph—)C—C(—Ph) bond length is significantly extended, to 1.610 (3) Å. 相似文献

The structure of 2,5‐bis(methylthio)‐1,4‐benzoquinone, C8H8O2S2, is composed of an essentially planar centrosymmetric benzoquinone substituted with two methylthio groups. The important bond distances are S—Csp3 1.788 (2) and S—Csp2 1.724 (2) Å, and the two Csp2—Csp2 distances are 1.447 (3) and 1.504 (3) Å, which differ significantly. There are short S?S interactions of 3.430 (1) Å and Csp2—H?O‐type contacts forming a dimeric motif with graph set R22(8). The structure of 2‐methyl‐3‐(methylsulfonyl)benzo[b]thiophene, C10H10O2S2, is composed of an essentially planar benzothiophene moiety substituted with methyl and methylsulfonyl groups. The mean values of the important bond distances are endocyclic S—Csp2 1.734 (3), S=O 1.434 (4) and C—Caromatic 1.389 (10) Å. The exocyclic S—Csp2 and S—Csp3 distances are 1.759 (4) and 1.763 (5) Å, respectively. 相似文献

The [2.2]paracyclophane groups of the title compounds, chiral and meso‐bis(tricyclo[8.2.2.24,7]hexadeca‐4,6,10,12,13,15‐hexaen‐5‐yl)methane (the former as a racemate), C33H32, and meso‐bis(tricyclo[8.2.2.24,7]hexadeca‐4,6,10,12,13,15‐hexaen‐5‐yl) sulfide, C32H30S, show the characteristic structural features of the parent compound [2.2]paracyclophane and the related compound dimethylbis([2.2]paracyclophan‐4‐yl)silane, C34H36Si: the aromatic rings are puckered, resulting in a boat conformation. The planes of the four coplanar C atoms are slightly twisted with respect to each other. The Csp3—Csp3 bond lengths of the ethylene bridges are elongated by the electronic and steric effects of the skeleton. 相似文献

In two linkage isomers, bis[1,3‐dimethyl‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐pyrimidinetrionato]‐C5,O4‐(ethylenediamine‐N,N′)platinum(II), [Pt(C6H7N2O3)2(C2H8N2)], (I), and bis[1,3‐dimethyl‐2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)‐pyrimidinetrionato‐C5](ethylenediamine‐N,N′)platinum(II) dihydrate, [Pt(C6H7N2O3)2(C2H8N2)]·2H2O, (II), crystallized from the same aqueous solution containing [Pt(en)(OH)2] and 1,3‐dimethylbarbituric acid (Hdmbarb) in a 1:2 molar ratio, a pair of monodentate dmbarb? anions coordinate to the Pt atom at tetrahedral C atoms for (II), while one dmbarb? anion coordinates at the carbon and the other at a deprotonated enol oxygen for (I). The Pt—C distances in (I) and (II) are comparable: 2.112 (4) Å for (I), and 2.114 (4) and 2.117 (4) Å for (II). 相似文献

catena‐Poly[dicyclohexylammonium [tributyltin‐μ‐(4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐O2:O6)]], (C12H24N)[Sn(C7H2O6)(C4H9)3], consists of 4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐2,6‐dicarboxylato groups that axially link adjacent tributyltin units into a linear polyanionic chain. The ammonium counter‐ions surround the chain, and each cation forms a pair of hydrogen bonds to the double‐bond carbonyl O atoms of the same dianionic group. The chain propagates in a zigzag manner along the c axis of the monoclinic cell. In catena‐poly[methyl(phenyl)ammonium [tributyltin‐μ‐(pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato‐O2:O6)]], (C7H10N)[Sn(C7H3NO4)(C4H9)3], the pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylato groups also link the tributyltin groups into a chain, but the hydrogen‐bonded chain propagates linearly on the ac face of the monoclinic cell. 相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of the title compound, 3‐bromo‐3‐(dibenzylphenylphosphonio)‐2,2‐diphenyl‐5‐trifluoromethyl‐1H‐benzo[e][1,2]phosphanickelepine, [NiBr(C22H17F3P)(C20H19P)], which was obtained as the major regioisomer from insertion of HCCCF3 into the Ni—C bond of the five‐membered phosphanickelacycle [NiBr(o‐C6H4CH2PPh2‐κ2C,P){PPh(CH2Ph)2}], have been determined. Principal geometric data include the Ni—X bond lengths Ni—Br 2.3343 (4) Å, Ni—P 2.1867 (7) and 2.2094 (7) Å, and Ni—C 1.882 (3) Å, and the two trans angles P—Ni—P 171.55 (3)° and Br—Ni—C 176.88 (9)°. 相似文献

4,5‐Propylenedithio‐1,3‐dithiole‐2‐thione, C6H6S5, (I), crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/c. The molecular packing is characterized by pairs of S⋯S intermolecular contacts between neighbouring molecules, which may account for the rather high thermal stablity of the crystal. 4,5‐Propylenedithio‐1,3‐dithiol‐2‐one, C6H6OS4, (II), in which an O atom replaces the terminal S atom of (I), crystallizes in the non‐centrosymmetric polar space group Cc. The packing pattern of (II) indicates that the macropolarization direction is along [101]. Although the packing patterns are qualitatively significantly different, the molecular structures of (I) and (II) are similar, each exhibiting a chair conformation. 相似文献

The title compounds, bis(ammonium) naphthalene‐1,5‐disulfonate, 2NH4+·C10H6O6S22−, and bis[1‐(hydroxymethyl)‐3,5,7‐triaza‐1‐azoniatricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]decane] 1,5‐naphthalenedisulfonate, 2C7H15N4O+·C10H6O6S22−, were prepared from the acid‐promoted reaction of hexamethylenetetramine. In both structures, the disulfonate anion is positioned on an inversion center, with each sulfonate group contributing to the supramolecular assemblies via hydrogen bonds. The ammonium cations are linked to sulfonate groups by four distinct N+—H⃛−O—S contacts [N⃛O = 2.846 (2)–2.898 (2) Å and N—H⃛O = 160 (2)–175 (2)°], whereas the 1‐(hydroxymethyl)‐3,5,7‐triaza‐1‐azoniatricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]decane cations form one O—H⃛−O—S [O⃛O = 2.628 (2) Å and O—H⃛O = 176°] and three C—H⃛−O—S [C⃛O = 3.359 (2)–3.380 (2) Å and C—H⃛O = 148–155°] interactions to neighboring sulfonate groups. 相似文献

Gold(I) cyanide forms complexes with imidazolidine‐2‐thione (etu) and dimethylthiourea (dmtu) with the formula [Au2(CN)2L2], i.e. the title complexes dicyano‐1κC,2κC‐bis(imidazolidine‐2‐thione)‐1κS,2κS‐digold(I)(Au—Au), [Au2(CN)2(C3H6N2S)2], and dicyano‐1κ2C‐bis(N,N′‐dimethylthiourea)‐2κ2S‐digold(I)(Au—Au), [Au2(CN)2(C3H8N2S)2]. In the etu complex, two approximately linear (etu)AuCN groups are held together by a weak homopolar Au—Au bond [3.117 (1) Å], with a torsion angle of 61 (3)° between the two groups. In the dmtu complex, an approximately linear Au(dmtu)2 group is bound to an approximately linear Au(CN)2 group by a weak heteropolar Au—Au bond [3.091 (1) Å], with a torsion angle of 83 (5)° between the two groups. 相似文献

In title anhydrous catena‐poly[[trans‐bis(ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II)]‐μ‐dithionato‐κ2O:O′], [Cu(S2O6)(C2H8N2)2]n or [{H2N(CH2)2NH2}2Cu(O·O2SSO2·O)]∞, successive Cu atoms are bridged by a single doubly charged dithionate group, forming a one‐dimensional polymer with inversion centres at the metal atoms and the mid‐point of the S—S bond [Cu—O = 2.5744 (15) Å]. In title (hydrated) trans‐diaquabis(propane‐1,3‐diamine‐κ2N,N′)copper(II) dithionate, [Cu(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](S2O6) or [{H2N(CH2)3NH2}2Cu(OH2)2](S2O6), both ions have imposed 2/m symmetry. The `axial' anion components are displaced by a pair of water ligands [Cu—O = 2.439 (3) Å], the shorter Cu—O distance being compensated by the lengthened Cu—N distance [2.0443 (18), cf. 2.0100 (13) and 2.0122 (16) Å]. 相似文献

The title compound, [Sn(C5H5NS)2(C2H4S2)2], was obtained from a 1:2 mixture of bis(ethane‐1,2‐dithiolato)tin(IV) and 2‐mercaptopyridine. The molecules are discrete monomeric trans‐octahedral units, with the SnIV atom at the centre of symmetry, planar 2‐mercaptopyridine zwitterions and SnS2C2 groups in twist–envelope conformations. The 2‐mercaptopyridine ligands are monodentate and are bonded through the S atoms. The S—Sn distances between the S atom of edt (edt is ethane‐1,2‐dithiolate) and the Sn atom are 2.473 (1) and 2.505 (1) Å, which are slightly longer than the S—Sn distance in Sn(edt)2 of 2.390 (1) Å. The bond between the 2‐mercaptopyridine S atom and the Sn atom are, remarkably, weaker than the S—Sn bond involving edt. 相似文献

In bis[1‐(3‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) (the Cu atom occupies a centre of inversion), [Cu(C9H8NO2)2], (I), and bis[1‐(4‐pyridyl)butane‐1,3‐dionato]copper(II) methanol solvate, [Cu(C9H8NO2)2]·CH3OH, (II), the O,O′‐chelating diketonate ligands support square‐planar coordination of the metal ions [Cu—O = 1.948 (1)–1.965 (1) Å]. Weaker Cu⋯N interactions [2.405 (2)–2.499 (2) Å], at both axial sides, occur between symmetry‐related bis(1‐pyridylbutane‐1,3‐dionato)copper(II) molecules. This causes their self‐organization into two‐dimensional square‐grid frameworks, with uniform [6.48 Å for (I)] or alternating [4.72 and 6.66 Å for (II)] interlayer separations. Guest methanol molecules in (II) reside between the distal layers and form weak hydrogen bonds to coordinated O atoms [O⋯O = 3.018 (4) Å]. 相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network. 相似文献

The title compound, C22H24N4O4, was prepared from propyl chloroformate and 3,6‐diphenyl‐1,2‐dihydro‐s‐tetrazine. This reaction yields the title compound rather than dipropyl 3,6‐diphenyl‐1,4‐dihydro‐s‐tetrazine‐1,4‐dicarboxylate. The 2,3‐diazabutadiene group in the central six‐membered ring is not planar; the C=N double‐bond length is 1.285 (2) Å, and the average N—N single‐bond length is 1.401 (3) Å, indicating a lack of conjugation. The ring has a twist conformation, in which adjacent N atoms lie 0.3268 (17) Å from the plane of the ring. The molecule has twofold crystallographic symmetry. 相似文献

The title molecule (DMPH‐H), C8H9N5O6, was investigated to provide comparison with 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazine, which unlike DMPH‐H is readily oxidizable to form a well known stable free radical (DPPH). The structure shows essential differences in the configuration of the hydrazine‐N atoms, the ortho‐nitro group orientations and the crystal packing. The bond angles of the dimethylamino N atom [107.90 (13), 108.96 (12) and 112.21 (13)°] are consistent with a tetrahedral N atom and sp3 hybridization. 相似文献

The title compound, C26H21NO2S2, which consists of a benzothiazole skeleton with α‐naphthylvinyl and tosyl groups at positions 2 and 3, respectively, was prepared by palladium–copper‐catalyzed heteroannulation. The E configuration of the molecule about the vinyl C=C bond is established by the benzothiazole–naphthyl C—C—C—C torsion angle of 177.5 (4)°. The five‐membered heterocyclic ring adopts an envelope conformation with the Csp3 atom 0.380 (6) Å from the C2NS plane. The two S—C [1.751 (4) and 1.838 (4) Å] and two N—C [1.426 (5) and 1.482 (5) Å] bond lengths in the thiazole ring differ significantly. 相似文献
