In the title compound, tetracarbonyl(4,7‐diphenyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline‐N,N′)molybdenum(0), [Mo(C24H16N2)(CO)4], the Mo‐atom coordination is distorted octahedral, with two CO groups cis to each other, but each trans to an N atom of the 4,7‐diphenyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline (dpphen) ligand, and with the other two CO groups trans to each other and on the axis position. The complex has better solubility than [Mo(phen)(CO)4], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. 相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C3H10N2)2(H2O)2](C6H6NO3S)2, contains alternating layers of sulfanilate anions and diaquabis(1,3‐propanediamine)nickel(II) cations. The Ni atom lies on an inversion centre and is hexacoordinated by the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands, which function as N,N′‐bidentate ligands, and the water molecules, which are in a trans arrangement. The sulfanilate anions are arranged in layers, with the sulfonate and amine groups directed towards opposite sides of the layer. The structure is stabilized by a network of hydrogen bonding between the O and N atoms of the sulfanilate anions, the water molecules, and the N atoms of the 1,3‐propanediamine ligands. 相似文献

The title compound, catena‐poly[[μ‐cyano‐1:2κ2C:N‐dicyano‐1κ2C‐trans‐bis[N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethane‐1,2‐diamine‐2κ2N,N′]cadmium(II)nickel(II)]‐μ‐cyano‐1:2′κ2C:N], [CdNi(CN)4(C4H12N2O)2], consists of alternating square‐planar Ni(CN)4 fragments, formally dianionic, and Cd(hydet‐en)2 moieties [hydet‐en is N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine], with the two bridging cyanide ligands in a mutually trans disposition at the Ni atom and cis at the Cd atom. The resulting one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure has the Ni atom on an inversion center, while the distorted octahedron centered on the Cd atom lies on a twofold axis. The polymer chains are connected into undulating sheets by weak interchain N—H⋯N, N—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds, which are also present between successive sheets. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, {bis[2‐(2‐oxido‐2‐naphthylideneamino)phenyl] disulfide‐κ5O,N,S,N′,O′}chloroiron(III), [FeCl(C34H22N2O2S2)], has been determined. The structure consists of monomeric iron(III) complexes with distorted octahedral coordination. The disulfide functions as a pentadentate ligand and the FeIII atom is coordinated through two N, two O and one S atom, and one chloride ion. The distance between the second S atom and the FeIII atom is a non‐bonding 3.8473 (14) Å. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Co(C6H15N3)(C7H15N2S)]S2O6·H2O, the Co—C bond distance is 1.9930 (13) Å, which is shorter than for related compounds with the linear 1,6‐diamino‐3‐thiahexan‐4‐ide anion in place of the macrocyclic 1‐thia‐4,7‐diazacyclodecan‐8‐ide anion. The coordinated carbanion produces an elongation of 0.102 (7) Å of the Co—N bond to the 1,4,7‐triazacyclononane N atom in the trans position. This relatively small trans influence is presumably a result of the triamine ligand forming strong bonds to the CoIII atom. 相似文献

The partner molecules of N,N‐dimethylaniline–1,2,4,5‐tetracyanobenzene (1/1), C8H11N·C10H2N4, are stacked alternately in infinite columns. The N atom of the N,N‐dimethylaniline molecule has a partially tetrahedral character and the distance between neighbouring molecules in the stack is relatively short on the side where the lone‐pair electrons of this atom are located. Molecular‐packing analysis of this and three other complexes of N,N‐dimethylaniline shows that there is a close relationship between the strength of the intermolecular interaction on this side and the tetrahedral character of the N atom. 相似文献

The ranitidine molecule adopts an eclipsed conformation. Bond lengths indicate extensive electron delocalization in the N,N′‐dimethyl‐2‐nitro‐1,1‐ethenediamine system of the molecule. The nitro and methylamino groups are trans across the side chain C=C double bond, while the ethylamino and nitro groups are cis. The Cl? ions link molecules through hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

In the title complex, [MnHg(SCN)4(C2H6SO)2]n, each Hg atom is tetrahedrally coordinated to four S atoms of the SCN ions, while each Mn atom is octahedrally coordinated to four N atoms of the SCN ions and two O atoms of the dimethyl sulfoxide molecules which occupy the trans positions. Each pair of Hg and Mn atoms is bridged by one SCN ion. Two Mn atoms, two Hg atoms and four SCN ions make a 16‐membered ring which organises into a two‐dimensional network. The title compound, [Sn(C5H5NS)2(C2H4S2)2], was obtained from a 1:2 mixture of bis(ethane‐1,2‐dithiolato)tin(IV) and 2‐mercaptopyridine. The molecules are discrete monomeric trans‐octahedral units, with the SnIV atom at the centre of symmetry, planar 2‐mercaptopyridine zwitterions and SnS2C2 groups in twist–envelope conformations. The 2‐mercaptopyridine ligands are monodentate and are bonded through the S atoms. The S—Sn distances between the S atom of edt (edt is ethane‐1,2‐dithiolate) and the Sn atom are 2.473 (1) and 2.505 (1) Å, which are slightly longer than the S—Sn distance in Sn(edt)2 of 2.390 (1) Å. The bond between the 2‐mercaptopyridine S atom and the Sn atom are, remarkably, weaker than the S—Sn bond involving edt. 相似文献

The structures of trans‐bis[2‐(aminomethyl)pyridine‐κ2N,N′]bis(saccharinato‐κN)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H4NO3S)2(C6H8N2)2], (I), and [2‐(aminoethyl)pyridine‐κ2N,N′]bis(saccharinato‐κN)zinc(II), [Zn(C7H4NO3S)2(C7H10N2)], (II), exhibit octa‐ and tetrahedrally coordinated ZnII atoms, respectively. The diamine ligands behave as N,N′‐bidentate ligands, while saccharinate (sac) is coordinated through the N atom. In (I), the complex lies about an inversion centre with the Zn atom disordered and displaced by 0.256 (2) Å from a centre of symmetry towards a sac N atom. The crystal structure of (I) is stabilized by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and the crystal packing of (II) is determined by hydrogen bonding as well as weak π–π stacking interactions between the sac ligands. 相似文献

The VV atom in the title complex, [V(C16H16N5S)O2], is five‐coordinate in a highly distorted square‐pyramidal geometry, with the pyridyl N, the azomethine N and the thiolate S atoms of the di‐2‐pyridyl ketone N4,N4‐(butane‐1,4‐diyl)thiosemicarbazone ligand and one oxo ligand occupying the basal coordination positions, while the second oxo ligand occupies the apical position. 4,5‐Propylenedithio‐1,3‐dithiole‐2‐thione, C6H6S5, (I), crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/c. The molecular packing is characterized by pairs of S⋯S intermolecular contacts between neighbouring molecules, which may account for the rather high thermal stablity of the crystal. 4,5‐Propylenedithio‐1,3‐dithiol‐2‐one, C6H6OS4, (II), in which an O atom replaces the terminal S atom of (I), crystallizes in the non‐centrosymmetric polar space group Cc. The packing pattern of (II) indicates that the macropolarization direction is along [101]. Although the packing patterns are qualitatively significantly different, the molecular structures of (I) and (II) are similar, each exhibiting a chair conformation. 相似文献

In the five‐coordinate monomer, the Fe atom shows distorted square‐pyramidal geometry, with the N and O atoms of the ligand at the base and the Cl atom at the apex of the pyramid. In the six‐coordinate monomer, the Fe atom is in a distorted octahedral geometry and coordinated by the donor atoms of the tetrafunctional ligand in the horizontal plane, and the coordination sphere is completed by the O atom of the water molecule and the Cl atom at the axial positions. The title compound contains intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds. Apart from these hydrogen bonds, there are also intermolecular C—H?Cl and C—H?O contacts. 相似文献

In the title complex, trans‐{2,2′‐[cyclohexane‐1,2‐diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐κ4O,N,N′,O′}nickel(II)–chloroform (1/1), [Ni(C20H20N2O2)]·CHCl3, the Ni atom has a square‐planar geometry, slightly tetrahedrally distorted. The Ni—N and Ni—O bonding distances are within the expected ranges for Ni–Schiff base derivatives. The diimine bridge has a gauche conformation with the cyclohexyl ring almost coplanar with the NiN2O2 plane. The complex molecules pack in dimers with an Ni?Ni distance of 3.59 (1) Å and form a three‐dimensional structure displaying a herring‐bone configuration. Channels are occupied by solvent molecules, which are involved in C—H?O hydrogen bonds with the ligand O atoms. 相似文献

The 1:1 complexes N,N′‐bis(2‐pyridyl)benzene‐1,4‐diamine–anilic acid (2,5‐dihydroxy‐1,4‐benzoquinone) (1/1), C16H14N4·C6H4O4, (I), and N,N′‐bis(2‐pyridyl)biphenyl‐4,4′‐diamine–anilic acid (1/1), C22H18N4·C6H4O4, (II), have been prepared and their solid‐state structures investigated. The component molecules of these complexes are connected via conventional N—H?O and O—H?N hydrogen bonds, leading to the formation of an infinite one‐dimensional network generated by the cyclic motif R(9). The anilic acid molecules in both crystal structures lie around inversion centres and the observed bond lengths are typical for the neutral molecule. Nevertheless, the pyridine C—N—C angles [120.9 (2) and 120.13 (17)° for complexes (I) and (II), respectively] point to a partial H‐atom transfer from anilic aicd to the bispyridylamine, and hence to H‐atom disorder in the OHN bridge. The bispyridylamine molecules of (I) and (II) also lie around inversion centres and exhibit disorder of their central phenyl rings over two positions. 相似文献
