In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [U(C14H9N3O2)O2(CH3OH)2]·CH3OH, is the first to be reported for an actinide complex including triazole ligands. The UVI atom exhibits a pentagonal–bipyramidal NO6 coordination environment, involving two axial oxide ligands [U=O = 1.766 (3) and 1.789 (3) Å], four equatorial O atoms [U—O = 2.269 (3)–2.448 (3) Å] from the ligand and the two coordinated methanol molecules, and one equatorial N atom [U—N = 2.513 (4) Å] from the ligand. In the crystal structure, the complex molecules are linked via intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

In trans‐bis(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)bis(methanol‐κO)copper(II), [Cu(C10H12NO2)2(CH4O)2], the Cu atom lies on a centre of symmetry and has a distorted octahedral coordination. The Cu—O(methanol) bond length in the axial direction is 2.596 (3) Å, which is much longer than the Cu—O(carboxylate) and Cu—N distances in the equatorial plane [1.952 (2) and 1.977 (2) Å, respectively]. In mer‐tris(5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H12NO2)3], the Fe atom also has a distorted octahedral geometry, with Fe—O and Fe—N bond‐length ranges of 1.949 (4)–1.970 (4) and 2.116 (5)–2.161 (5) Å, respectively. Both crystals are stabilized by stacking interactions of the 5‐n‐butylpyridine‐2‐carboxylate ligand, although hydrogen bonds also contribute to the stabilization of the copper(II) complex.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title complex, (η6‐hexamethylbenzene)bis(trifluoromethanesulfonato‐O)(2,4,6‐trimethylaniline‐N)ruthenium(II), [Ru(CF3O3S)2(C12H18)(C9H13N)], is described. The complex has the classic three‐legged piano‐stool structure with a planar arene 1.667 Å from the metal, two monodentate O‐bound trifluoromethanesulfonate ligands [Ru—O 2.169 (2) and 2.174 (2) Å] and one N‐bound mesidine ligand [Ru—N 2.198 (2) Å]. The Ru—N distance is relatively long and the average Ru—O distance is relatively short when compared with previously characterized RuII complexes.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Fe(C5H3N2O4)2]n, each Fe atom lies on a centre of symmetry, in an octahedral coordination environment consisting of two chelate rings [Fe—N = 2.154 (3) Å and Fe—O = 2.180 (3) Å] and two carboxylate O atoms [Fe—O = 2.111 (2) Å] from imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate ligands. Extensive hydrogen‐bonding interactions exist between layers constructed of Fe4 squares, forming tunnels along the a axis with large voids.  相似文献

The structure of the title complex consists of isolated [Cd(C7H4NO3S)2(C4H11NO2)2] units. The Cd2+ cation lies on an inversion centre and is octahedrally coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate diethanolamine (dea) and two N‐bonded saccharinate (sac) ligands [saccharin is 1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐one 1,1‐dioxide]. The dea ligands constitute the equatorial plane of the octahedron, forming two five‐membered chelate rings around the CdII ion, while the sac ligands are localized at the axial positions. The Cd—Nsac, Cd—Ndea and Cd—Odea bond distances are 2.3879 (12), 2.3544 (14) and 2.3702 (13) Å, respectively. The H atoms of the free and coordinated hydroxyl groups of the dea ligands are involved in hydrogen bonding with the carbonyl and sulfonyl O atoms of the neighbouring sac ions, while the amine H atom forms a hydrogen bond with the free hydroxyl O atom. The individual molecules are held together by strong hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The mononuclear title complex, [MnCl2(C3H4N2)2(H2O)2], is located on a crystallographic inversion center. The MnII ion is coordinated by two imidazole ligands [Mn—N = 2.2080 (9) Å], two Cl atoms [Mn—Cl = 2.5747 (3) Å] and two water molecules [Mn—O = 2.2064 (8) Å]. These six monodentate ligands define an octahedron with almost ideal angles: the adjacent N—Mn—O, N—Mn—Cl and O—Mn—Cl angles are 90.56 (3), 92.04 (2) and 90.21 (2)°, respectively. Hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water molecules and Cl atoms form a two‐dimensional network parallel to (100) involving R42(8) rings. The two‐dimensional networks link into a three‐dimensional framework through weaker N—H...Cl interactions. Thermogravimetric analysis results are in accordance with the water‐coordinated character of the substance and its dehydration in two successive steps.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C7H6NO2)2(H2O)4]·4H2O, contains a CoII ion lying on a crystallographic inversion centre. The CoII ion is octahedrally coordinated by two 6‐methylpyridine‐3‐carboxylate ligands in axial positions [Co—O = 2.0621 (9) Å] and by four water molecules in the equatorial plane [Co—O = 2.1169 (9) and 2.1223 (11) Å]. There are also four uncoordinated water molecules. The 6‐methylpyridine‐3‐carboxylate ligands are bound to the CoII ion in a monodentate manner through a carboxylate O atom. There is one strong intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond, and six strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds of type O—H...O and one of type O—H...N in the packing, resulting in a complex three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl(C7H7O3S)(C12H8N2)(H2O)], the central Cu atom is coordinated by a water molecule, a chloride ion, an O‐monodentate p‐toluenesulfonate anion and an N,N′‐bidentate 1,10‐phenanthroline ligand. The copper environment is best described as a slightly distorted square pyramid, with bond distances Cu—Cl 2.2282 (9) Å, Cu—OW 1.984 (3) Å, and Cu—N 2.006 (3) and 2.028 (3) Å; the apical Cu—O distance is 2.281 (2) Å. In the supramolecular structure, π–π‐stacking stabilization is observed, and classical and non‐classical hydrogen bonds also play an important role.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H5N2O3)2(C2H6OS)2], consists of octahedrally coordinated CuII ions, with the 3‐oxo‐3,4‐dihydroquinoxaline‐2‐carboxylate ligands acting in a bidentate manner [Cu—O = 1.9116 (14) Å and Cu—N = 2.1191 (16) Å] and a dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) molecule coordinated axially via the O atom [Cu—O = 2.336 (5) and 2.418 (7) Å for the major and minor disorder components, respectively]. The whole DMSO molecule exhibits positional disorder [0.62 (1):0.38 (1)]. The octahedron around the CuII atom, which lies on an inversion centre, is elongated in the axial direction, exhibiting a Jahn–Teller effect. The ligand exhibits tautomerization by H‐atom transfer from the hydroxyl group at position 3 to the N atom at position 4 of the quinoxaline ring of the ligand. The complex molecules are linked through an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond [N...O = 2.838 (2) Å] formed between the quinoxaline NH group and a carboxylate O atom, and by a weak intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.392 (11) Å] formed between a carboxylate O atom and a methyl C atom of the DMSO ligand. There is a weak intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond [3.065 (3) Å] formed between a benzene CH group and a carboxylate O atom.  相似文献

The title complex, [Co(C15H12N3O2S)2], consists of an octahedrally coordinated CoII ion, with two crystallographically independent 1,4‐dibenzoylthiosemicarbazidate ligands in a tridentate mer coordination [Co—O = 2.064 (3)–2.132 (3) Å and Co—N = 2.037 (3)–2.043 (3) Å]. There are intermolecular N—H...S hydrogen bonds involving one ligand and strong π–π stacking interactions involving the other ligand, resulting in a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework. The hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions, as well as different intramolecular aryl–benzamide H—C...H(—N) distances, give rise to a difference in conformation between the two ligands.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Fe(C4H4O4)(H2O)4]}n, is an infinite polymeric compound bridged by the succinate dianion. Two carboxylate groups coordinate in a monodentate manner to the FeII atom, in a trans fashion, with an O—Fe—O bond angle of 175.72 (6)° and Fe—O distances of 2.0886 (14) and 2.1008 (15) Å. One of the uncoordinated carboxylate O atom forms an intramolecular hydrogen bond with a coordinated water molecule. Extensive hydrogen bonding between parallel polymeric complex chains results in a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis.  相似文献

A new cadmium coordination polymer, [Cd(C5H2N2O4)(H2O)2]n, possesses a one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure built from CdII centers bridged sequentially by pairs of O and N atoms of the 5‐carboxyimidazole‐4‐carboxylate ligand. The CdII center is in a distorted octahedral geometry, being coordinated by two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules [Cd—O = 2.322 (7) and 2.364 (7) Å], and by two N atoms [Cd—N = 2.222 (6) and 2.232 (6) Å] and two carboxyl O atoms [Cd—O = 2.383 (6) and 2.414 (6) Å] from two 5‐carboxyimidazole‐4‐carboxylate ligands.  相似文献

The title compound [Co(C5H7O2)2(C13H13P)(CH4O)]PF6·H2O, (I), which was converted from trans‐[Co(acac)2(PMePh2)(H2O)]PF6 (acac is pentane‐2,4‐dionato) by recrystallization from aqueous methanol, has been confirmed as have a coordinated methanol ligand. The molecular structure of the complex cation, trans‐[Co(acac)2(PMePh2)(MeOH)]+, is similar to that of the above aqua complex found in the ClO4 salt [Kashiwabara et al. (1995). Bull. Chem. Soc. Jpn, 68 , 883–888]. The Co—O bond length for the coordinated methanol is 2.059 (3) Å. There is an intermolecular hydrogen bond between the OH group of the coordinated methanol and one of the O atoms of the acac ligands in an adjacent complex cation [O5?O3′ = 2.914 (4) Å], giving a centrosymmetric dimeric dicationic complex.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)2], the MnII atom lies on an inversion centre, is trans‐coordinated by two N,O‐bidentate 1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate monoanionic ligands [Mn—O = 2.202 (3) Å and Mn—N = 2.201 (4) Å] and two water molecules [Mn—O = 2.197 (4) Å], and exhibits a distorted octahedral geometry, with adjacent cis angles of 76.45 (13), 86.09 (13) and 89.20 (13)°. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework, stabilized by extensive hydrogen‐bonding interactions involving the coordinated water molecules, the carboxy O atoms and the protonated imidazole N atoms of the imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate ligands.  相似文献

The title compound, [Nd(C7H3O6S)(H2O)]n or [Nd(SSA)(H2O)]n (H3SSA is 5‐sulfosalicylic acid), was synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Nd2O3 with H3SSA in water. The compound forms a three‐dimensional network in which the asymmetric unit contains one NdIII atom, one SSA ligand and one coordinated water molecule. The central NdIII ion is eight‐coordinate, bonded to seven O atoms from five different SSA ligands [Nd—O = 2.405 (4)–2.612 (4) Å] and one aqua O atom [Nd—OW = 2.441 (4) Å].  相似文献

While six‐coordinate iron(III) porphyrin complexes with pyridine N‐oxides as axial ligands have been studied as they exhibit rare spin‐crossover behavior, studies of five‐coordinate iron(III) porphyrin complexes including neutral axial ligands are rare. A five‐coordinate pyridine N‐oxide–5,10,15,20‐tetraphenylporphyrinate–iron(III) complex, namely (pyridine N‐oxide‐κO)(5,10,15,20‐tetraphenylporphinato‐κ4N,N′,N′′,N′′′)iron(III) hexafluoroantimonate(V) dichloromethane disolvate, [Fe(C44H28N4)(C5H5NO)][SbF6]·2CH2Cl2, was isolated and its crystal structure determined in the space group P. The porphyrin core is moderately saddled and the Fe—O—N bond angle is 122.08 (13)°. The average Fe—N bond length is 2.03 Å and the Fe—ONC5H5 bond length is 1.9500 (14) Å. This complex provides a rare example of a five‐coordinate iron(III) porphyrin complex that is coordinated to a neutral organic ligand through an O‐monodentate binding mode.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound [systematic name: diaquabis(6‐methyl‐2,2‐dioxo‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4‐olato‐κO4)bis(3‐methylpyridine‐κN)nickel(II)], [Ni(C4H4NO4S)2(C6H7N)2(H2O)2], the NiII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has a distorted octahedral geometry. The basal plane is formed by two carbonyl O atoms of two monodentate trans‐oriented acesulfamate ligands and two trans aqua ligands. The axial positions in the octahedron are occupied by two N atoms of two trans pyridine ligands. Molecules are stacked in columns running along the a axis. There are π–π stacking interactions between the molecules in each column, with a distance of 3.623 (2) Å between the centroids of the pyridine rings. There are also O—H⋯O interactions between the columns.  相似文献
