In the title compound, C20H26N3+·I, the acridinium moiety shows mirror symmetry about the central C—N vector. The fused tricyclic system is only approximately planar and the geometry is affected by the presence of both dimethylamino groups and the propyl substitution at the central N atom. The propyl chain adopts an extended trans conformation and the plane through the chain C atoms is perpendicular to the mean plane through the rings. The I ion is involved in short-range hydrogen-bonding interactions with two centrosymmetrically related cations via three activated acridinium C atoms. Stacks of acridinium cations propagate through the crystal along the c direction. The ring overlap is partial, but the dimethylamino groups also participate in the stacking.  相似文献

The title compound, C15H11N2+·HN2O6?, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with four molecules in the unit cell. The planar 9‐cyano‐10‐methylacridinium cations lie on crystallographic twofold axes and are arranged in layers, almost perpendicular to the ac plane, in such a way that neighbouring molecules are positioned in a `head‐to‐tail' manner. These cations and the hydrogen dinitrate anions are linked through C—H?O interactions involving four of the six O atoms of the anion and the H atoms attached to the C atoms of the acridine moiety in ring positions 2 and 4. The H atom of the hydrogen dinitrate anion appears to be located on the centre of inversion relating two of the four O atoms engaged in the above‐mentioned C—H?O interactions. In this way, columns of either anions or cations running along the c axis are held in place by the network of C—H?O interactions, forming a relatively compact crystal lattice.  相似文献

The title salt, C18H22N5+·Cl?, is a member of a new series of lipophilic 4,6‐diamino spiro‐s‐triazines which are potent inhibitors of dihydrofolate reductase. The protonated triazine ring deviates from planarity, whereas the cyclohexane ring adopts a chair conformation. A rather unusual hydrogen‐bonding scheme exists in the crystal. There is a centrosymmetric arrangement involving two amino groups and two triazine ring N atoms, with graph‐set R(8) and an N?N distance of 3.098 (3) Å, flanked by two additional R(8) systems, involving two amino groups, a triazine ring N atom and a Cl? anion, with N?Cl distances in the range 3.179 (2)–3.278 (2) Å. Furthermore, the Cl? anion, the protonated triazine ring N atom and an amino group form a hydrogen‐bonding system with graph‐set R(6).  相似文献

Two of the title compounds, namely (E)‐1,2‐bis(1‐methylbenzimidazol‐2‐yl)ethene, C18H16N4, (Ib), and (E)‐1,2‐bis(1‐ethylbenzimidazol‐2‐yl)ethene, C20H20N4, (Ic), consist of centrosymmetric trans‐bis(1‐alkylbenzimidazol‐2‐yl)ethene molecules, while 3‐ethyl‐2‐[(E)‐2‐(1‐ethylbenzimidazol‐2‐yl)ethenyl]benzimidazol‐1‐ium perchlorate, C20H21N4+·ClO4, (II), contains the monoprotonated analogue of compound (Ic). In the three structures, the benzimidazole and benzimidazolium moieties are essentially planar; the geometric parameters for the ethene linkages and their bonds to the aromatic groups are consistent with double and single bonds, respectively, implying little, if any, conjugation of the central C=C bonds with the nitrogen‐containing rings. The C—N bond lengths in the N=C—N part of the benzimidazole groups differ and are consistent with localized imine C=N and amine C—N linkages in (Ib) and (Ic); in contrast, the corresponding distances in the benzimidazolium cation are equal in (II), consistent with electron delocalization resulting from protonation of the amine N atom. Crystals of (Ib) and (Ic) contain columns of parallel molecules, which are linked by edge‐over‐edge C—H⋯π overlap. The columns are linked to one another by C—H⋯π interactions and, in the case of (Ib), C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. Crystals of (II) contain layers of monocations linked by π–π interactions and separated by both perchlorate anions and the protruding ethyl groups; the cations and anions are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, raloxifene hydrochloride, C28H28NO4S+·Cl?, belongs to the benzothiophene class of antiosteoporotic drugs. In the molecular cation, the 2‐phenol ring sustains a dihedral angle of 45.3 (1)° relative to the benzo[b]thiophene system. The benzo[b]thiophene and phenyl ring planes are twisted with respect to the carbonyl plane, with the smallest twist component occurring between the phenyl and carbonyl planes. The N atom bears the positive charge in the molecular cation and the piperidine ring adopts an almost perfect chair conformation. The Cl? anion is involved in the formation of N—H?Cl and O—H?Cl intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which lead to the formation of a layer of molecular cations.  相似文献

The CuI cations in the title compound, [Cu(NCS)(C6H6N2O)2]n, are coordinated by N atoms from each of two mirror‐related nicotinamide ligands, as well as by one N atom of one thiocyanate ligand and one S atom of a symmetry‐related thiocyanate ligand, within a slightly distorted tetrahedron. The CuI cations and the thiocyanate anions are located on a crystallographic mirror plane and the nicotinamide ligands occupy general positions. The CuI cations are connected by the thiocyanate anions to form chains in the direction of the crystallographic a axis. These chains are connected by hydrogen bonds between the amide H atoms and the O atoms of adjacent nicotinamide ligands, to give a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

The title compounds, C14H12N+·CH3O4S?, (I), and C15H14N+·CH3O4S?, (II), respectively, crystallize with the planar 10‐methylacridinium or 9,10‐dimethylacridinium cations arranged in layers, parallel to the twofold axis in (I) and perpendicular to the 21 axis in (II). Adjacent cations in both compounds are packed in a `head‐to‐tail' manner. The methyl sulfate anion only exhibits planar symmetry in (II). The cations and anions are linked through C—H?O interactions involving three O atoms of the anion, six acridine H atoms and the CH3 group on the N atom in (I), and the four O atoms of the anion, three acridine H atoms and the carbon‐bound CH3 group in (II). The methyl sulfate anions are oriented differently in the two compounds relative to the cations, being nearly perpendicular in (I) but parallel in (II). Electrostatic interaction between the ions and the network of C—H?O interactions leads to relatively compact crystal lattices in both structures.  相似文献

In the title compound 3,5‐bis(4‐methoxybenzylidene)‐1‐methyl‐4‐piperidone, C22H23NO3, (I), the central heterocyclic ring adopts a flattened boat conformation, while in the related salt 3,5‐bis(4‐methoxybenzylidene)‐1‐methyl‐4‐oxopiperidinium chloride, C22H24NO3+·Cl, (II), the ring exhibits a `sofa' conformation in which the N atom deviates from the planar fragment. The pendant benzene rings are twisted from the heterocyclic ring planes in both molecules in the same direction, the range of dihedral angles between the ring planes being 24.5 (2)–32.7 (2)°. The dominant packing motif in (I) involves centrosymmetric dimers bound by weak intermolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. In (II), cations and anions are linked by strong N—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds, while weak C—H⋯O and C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds link the cations and anions into a three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

X‐ray analysis of the title compound reveals three crystallographically distinct cations of 1,9‐diethyladeninium, two iodide anions and one triiodide anion in the asymmetric unit, giving six residues and the formula 3C9H14N5+·I3·2I. Standard purine nomenclature is used to identify the atoms of each adenine moiety. Hydrogen bonding is observed between atoms N6 and N7 of a pair of cations [N⋯N = 2.885 (4)/2.902 (3) and 2.854 (3)/2.854 (3) Å], with additional hydrogen bonding to I anions via the other N6 H atom [N⋯I = 3.708 (3), 3.738 (3) and 3.638 (3) Å]. The triiodide anion is not involved in hydrogen bonding. The bond lengths and angles of the 1,9‐diethyladeninium cations are compared with literature values and confirm the formation of the imine tautomer.  相似文献

The reaction between 4‐(4‐methylphenyl)but‐3‐en‐2‐one and aminoguanidine produced an unexpected product of formula C12H15N3O, consisting of a carboxamide moiety joined to a substituted pyrazoline ring at one of the N atoms. The pyrazoline ring adopts a flat‐envelope conformation and the substituted phenyl ring is oriented almost perpendicular to the heterocycle. The carbonyl O atom has partial anionic character as a result of the transfer of π density from the two adjacent sp2 N atoms and is involved in an intermolecular hydrogen bond with the amide group.  相似文献

The central six‐membered ring in the title compound, C16H16O3, is almost planar (and almost coplanar with the aromatic ring), despite one of its C atoms being formally sp3 hybridized. The planarity is a consequence of the C atom at the centre of the spirocyclic system also being part of the three‐membered epoxide ring. The molecules are linked by π–π and C—H?π interactions.  相似文献

The title salt, (C5H5N4S)2[ZnCl4], consists of two 6‐thioxo‐1,6‐dihydropurinium (6mpH2+) cations (A and B) and a tetrachlorozincate anion, which are held together by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl interactions. There is an anion–π interaction between one Cl atom of the [ZnCl4] anion and the pyrimidine ring of the 6mpH2+(B) cation. Intermolecular π–π stacking interactions allow 6mpH2+(A) cations to form antiparallel pairs. One interesting structural feature is the double N—H⋯N intermolecular hydrogen bonds between two 6mpH2+(A) cations. This kind of interaction, mimicking that of natural nucleobases, can be very valuable in designing new therapeutic purine derivatives.  相似文献

The title compound, C19H14N5+·ClO4?·H2O, contains planar C19H14N5+ cations, perchlorate anions and water molecules. The two closest parallel cations (plane‐to‐plane distance of 3.41 Å), together with two neighbouring perchlorate anions and two water molecules, form an electrically neutral quasi‐dimeric unit. Two acidic H atoms of the cation, both H atoms of the water molecule, the N atoms of the imidazole rings and three of the four O atoms of the perchlorate anion are involved in the hydrogen‐bonding network within the dimeric unit. The remaining third acidic H atom of the imidazole rings and the water molecules complete a two‐dimensional network of hydrogen bonds, thus forming puckered layers of dimers. The angle between the planes of two neighbouring dimeric units in the same layer is 33.25 (3)°.  相似文献

The title compound, 3,3′‐(4‐pyridylimino)dipropanenitrile, C11H12N4, has a twofold axis and consists of a pyridine ring head and two cyanoethyl tails, the three groups being linked by an N atom. The planar geometry around the amino N atom suggests conjugation with the π‐system of the pyridine ring. The molecules are stacked in a layer structure via relatively weak to very weak intermolecular C—H⃛π and C—H⃛N hydrogen‐bond interactions.  相似文献

To enable a comparison between a C—H…X hydrogen bond and a halogen bond, the structures of two fluorous‐substituted pyridinium iodide salts have been determined. 4‐[(2,2‐Difluoroethoxy)methyl]pyridinium iodide, C8H10F2NO+·I, (1), has a –CH2OCH2CF2H substituent at the para position of the pyridinium ring and 4‐[(3‐chloro‐2,2,3,3‐tetrafluoropropoxy)methyl]pyridinium iodide, C9H9ClF4NO+·I, (2), has a –CH2OCH2CF2CF2Cl substituent at the para position of the pyridinium ring. In salt (1), the iodide anion is involved in one N—H…I and three C—H…I hydrogen bonds, which, together with C—H…F hydrogen bonds, link the cations and anions into a three‐dimensional network. For salt (2), the iodide anion is involved in one N—H…I hydrogen bond, two C—H…I hydrogen bonds and one C—Cl…I halogen bond; additional C—H…F and C—F…F interactions link the cations and anions into a three‐dimensional arrangement.  相似文献

In the title compound, C16H18N6O, an N‐carbonylimidazole derivative of pyrazoline‐1‐carboximidamide, the π‐electron density of the N atom in the 1‐position on the pyrazoline ring is delocalized through the amidine moiety and the adjacent carbonyl group. The imidazole ring, though coplanar with the rest of the molecule, is deconjugated. The pyrazoline ring adopts a flat‐envelope conformation, having the substituted phenyl ring oriented perpendicular to the mean plane of the heterocycle. Both of the two potential hydrogen‐bond donors are involved in intramolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, C28H38N4O6, the 4‐aryl substituent occupies a pseudo‐axial position approximately orthogonal to the plane of the dihydropyridine ring [88.1 (3)°]. The dihydropyridine ring adopts a flattened boat conformation. The H atom on the pyridine N atom is involved in a bifurcated intramolecular hydrogen bond, the acceptors being the N atoms of the two piperidylmethyl groups [N?N 2.629 (4) and 2.695 (4) Å].  相似文献

The X‐ray structure analysis of the unexpected product of the reaction between 4‐(4‐methylphenyl)but‐3‐en‐2‐one and aminoguanidine revealed the title compound, C12H17N4+·C2H3O2?·0.5C3H6O, consisting of a protonated amidine moiety joined to a substituted pyrazoline ring at the N1 atom. The amidine group is protonated and the positive charge is delocalized over the three C—N bonds in a similar manner to that found in guanidinium salts. The amidinium moiety of the cation is linked to the acetate anions through four N—H?O hydrogen bonds, with N?O distances of 2.749 (4), 2.848 (4), 2.904 (4) and 2.911 (4) Å. The pyrazoline ring adopts a flattened envelope conformation and the substituted phenyl ring is oriented perpendicular to the attached heterocycle. The acetone solvate molecule lies across a twofold rotation axis.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, poly[[[μ3N′‐(3‐cyanobenzylidene)nicotinohydrazide]silver(I)] hexafluoroarsenate], {[Ag(C14H10N4O)](AsF6)}n, at 173 K exhibits a novel stair‐like two‐dimensional layer and a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework through C—H...Ag hydrogen bonds. The AgI cation is coordinated by three N atoms and one O atom from N′‐(3‐cyanobenzylidene)nicotinohydrazide (L) ligands, resulting in a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. The organic ligand acts as a μ3‐bridging ligand through the pyridyl and carbonitrile N atoms and deviates from planarity in order to adapt to the coordination geometry. Two ligands bridge two AgI cations to construct a small 2+2 Ag2L2 ring. Four ligands bridge one AgI cation from each of four of these small rings to form a large grid. An interesting stair‐like two‐dimensional (3,6)‐net is formed through AgI metal centres acting as three‐connection nodes and through L molecules as tri‐linkage spacers.  相似文献
