The two new title complexes, [Cu(N3)(dpyam)2]PF6 (dpyam is di‐2‐pyridylamine, C10H11N3), (I), and [Cu(N3)(dpyam)2]Cl·4H2O, (II), respectively, have been characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Both complexes display a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. Each Cu atom is coordinated in the basal plane by three dpyam N atoms and one azide N atom in equatorial positions, and by another N atom from the dpyam group in the apical position. In complex (I), the one‐dimensional supramolecular architecture is assembled via hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the amine N atom and terminal azide N atoms and the F atoms of the PF6 anion. For complex (II), hydrogen‐bonding interactions between the amine N atom, the Cl anion and water O atoms result in a two‐dimensional lattice.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ti(CF3O3S)2(C14H15NO2S)(C4H8O)], contains a unique ligand system in which the Ti ion is bound to the N and O atoms of a 2‐p‐toluenesulfonamide ligand, which is linked by an ethyl group to a coordinated cyclopentadiene moiety. The distorted octahedral geometry about the Ti ion is completed by two trifluoromethanesulfonate ligands and a tetrahydrofuran molecule. Comparison with related compounds shows that both the Ti—N and Ti—O bonds of the sulfonamide, although longer than normal values, indicate significant bonding interactions.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu(C2N3)2(C12H12N2)]n, the CuII atom adopts a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry, the basal plane of which is formed by two N atoms of the bipyridine ligand, one N atom of a bidentate dicyanamide anion and one N atom of a monodentate dicyanamide anion [Cu—N = 1.9760 (15)–2.0157 (15) Å]. The apical position is occupied by an N atom of a bidentate dicyanamide anion, located 2.2468 (16) Å from the Cu atom, thus forming a one‐dimensional polymeric chain.  相似文献

In the title compound, {[Co(C7H7N2O2)2]·H2O}n, the CoII atom lies on an inversion centre and has octahedral geometry, defined by two O atoms in axial positions and four N atoms in equatorial sites from six different 3,5‐diaminobenzoate ligands. Each 3,5‐diaminobenzoate anion acts as a μ3‐bridging ligand, linking three adjacent CoII ions through one O atom and two N atoms to form a three‐dimensional coordination polymer.  相似文献

The two new title complexes, [Mn(C5H3N6)2(H2O)2] and [Zn(C5H3N6)2(H2O)2], are isomorphous. In both compounds, the metal atom is located on an inversion center and is coordinated by four N atoms from two 5‐(pyrazin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐tetrazolate anions in the basal plane and by two O atoms of water ligands in the apical positions to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Intermolecular hydrogen‐bond interactions between the uncoordinated N atoms of the tetrazolate anions and the H atoms of the water molecules lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In the title compound {alternative name: poly[silver(I)‐μ‐(3‐amino‐2‐chloropyridine)‐μ‐nitrato]}, [Ag(NO3)(C5H5ClN2)]n the AgI atom is in an irregular AgN2O3 geometry, surrounded by one pyridyl N atom [Ag—N 2.283 (5) Å], one amine N atom [Ag—N 2.364 (6) Å] and three O atoms from different nitrate ions [Ag—O 2.510 (6)–2.707 (6) Å]. The Ag ions are bridged by the 3‐amino‐2‐chloropyridine ligands into helical chains. Adjacent uniform chiral chains are further interlinked through the NO3 bridges into an interesting two‐dimensional coordination network in the solid.  相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis.  相似文献

In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. The molecular chains are also enforced by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl interactions.  相似文献

The coordination geometry of the CdII atom in the title complex, [Cd(NCS)2(C12H12N6)2]n or [Cd(NCS)2(mbtz)2]n, where mbtz is 1,3‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene, is a distorted compressed octahedron in which the CdII atom lies on an inversion centre, coordinated by four N atoms from the triazole rings of four mbtz ligands and two N atoms from two monodentate NCS ligands. The structure is polymeric, with 24‐membered spiro‐fused rings extending along [100] and with the 24‐membered ring containing two inversion‐related mbtz molecules.  相似文献

In the title neutral coordination polymer, [Cd(C6H3ClNO2)2(H2O)2]n, each CdII ion is coordinated by one N and four O atoms from three 2‐chloronicotinate ligands and by two aqua ligands, defining a distorted monocapped octahedral coordination geometry. Adjacent Cd atoms are linked by the pyridyl N atom and the bidentate carboxylate functional group of a 2‐chloronicotinate ligand, forming a one‐dimensional infinite chain along the b axis. The Cd⋯Cd distance is 8.112 (3) Å. These chains are linked by O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献

The VV atom in the title complex, [V(C16H16N5S)O2], is five‐coordinate in a highly distorted square‐pyramidal geometry, with the pyridyl N, the azomethine N and the thiolate S atoms of the di‐2‐pyridyl ketone N4,N4‐(butane‐1,4‐diyl)thiosemicarbazone ligand and one oxo ligand occupying the basal coordination positions, while the second oxo ligand occupies the apical position. The molecules are interconnected by weak intermolecular interactions, mainly of the C—H⋯O type, involving the oxo atoms.  相似文献

In the polymeric title complex, [CuCl2(C3H6N4)2]n, there are two ligands in the asymmetric unit. The Cu atom adopts an elongated octahedral geometry, with two 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands [Cu—N = 2.0037 (16) and 2.0136 (16) Å] and two Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2595 (6) and 2.2796 (6) Å] in equatorial positions. A Cl atom and a symmetry‐related 2‐ethyltetrazole molecule [Cu—Cl = 2.8845 (8) Å and Cu—N = 2.851 (2) Å] lie in the axial positions of the octahedron. One of the two 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands of the asymmetric unit exhibits bidentate binding to two Cu atoms through two N atoms of the tetrazole ring, whereas the other ligand is coordinated in a monodentate fashion via one tetrazole N atom. The Cu‐atom octahedra form dimer entities by sharing edges with equatorial and axial Cl atoms. The dimers are linked together through the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands to form one‐dimensional polymeric zigzag chains extending along the b axis. The chains are connected into infinite layers parallel to the (10) plane via the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligands.  相似文献

In the three title complexes, namely (2,2′‐biquinoline‐κ2N,N′)dichloropalladium(II), [PdCl2(C18H12N2)], (I), and the corresponding copper(II), [CuCl2(C18H12N2)], (II), and zinc(II) complexes, [ZnCl2(C18H12N2)], (III), each metal atom is four‐coordinate and bonded by two N atoms of a 2,2′‐biquinoline molecule and two Cl atoms. The PdII atom has a distorted cis‐square‐planar coordination geometry, whereas the CuII and ZnII atoms both have a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The dihedral angles between the N—M—N and Cl—M—Cl planes are 14.53 (13), 65.42 (15) and 85.19 (9)° for (I), (II) and (III), respectively. The structure of (II) has twofold imposed symmetry.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, [Cu3Cl6(C4H6N4)4]n, there are three Cu atoms, six Cl atoms and four 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the asymmetric unit. The polyhedron of one Cu atom adopts a flattened octahedral geometry, with two 2‐allyltetrazole ligands in the axial positions [Cu—N4 = 1.990 (2) and 1.991 (2) Å] and four Cl atoms in the equatorial positions [Cu—Cl = 2.4331 (9)–2.5426 (9) Å]. The polyhedra of the other two Cu atoms have a square‐pyramidal geometry, with three basal sites occupied by Cl atoms [Cu—Cl = 2.2487 (9)–2.3163 (8) and 2.2569 (9)–2.3034 (9) Å] and one basal site occupied by a 2‐allyltetrazole ligand [Cu—N4 = 2.028 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å]. A Cl atom lies in the apical position of either pyramid [Cu—Cl = 2.8360 (10) and 2.8046 (9) Å]. The possibility of including the tetrazole N3 atoms in the coordination sphere of the two Cu atoms is discussed. Neighbouring copper polyhedra share their edges with Cl atoms to form one‐dimensional polymeric chains running along the a axis.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, bis(2‐aminopyrimidine‐κN1)bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]copper(II), [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C4H5N3)2], the first mixed‐ligand complex of acesulfame, the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and by the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two aminopyrimidine (ampym) ligands and by the weakly basic carbonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the more basic deprotonated N atoms of these ligands are in the elongated axial positions with a strong misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by pyrimidine ring stacking and by intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving the NH2 moiety of the ampym ligand and the carbonyl O atom of the acesulfamate moiety.  相似文献

In the cationic complex present in the title compound, chloro[2‐(4‐imidazolyl‐κN1)ethylamine‐κN](1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II) chloride monohydrate, [CuCl(C5H9N3)(C12H8N2)]Cl·H2O, the metal centre adopts a five‐coordinate geometry, ligated by the two phenanthroline N atoms, two amine N atoms of the histamine ligand (one aliphatic and one from the imidazole ring) and a chloro ligand. The geometry around the Cu atom is a distorted compressed trigonal bipyramid, with one phenanthroline N and one imidazole N atom in the axial positions, and the other phenanthroline N atom, the histamine amine N atom and the chloro ligand in the equatorial positions. The structure includes an uncoordinated water molecule, and a Cl ion to complete the charge. The water molecule is hydrogen bonded to both Cl ions (coordinated and uncoordinated), and exhibits a close Cu⋯H contact in the equatorial plane of the bipyramid.  相似文献

In the title dinuclear acetate‐bridged complex, [Cu2(C2H3O2)3(NCS)(C10H9N3)2], the two Cu atoms are five‐coordinated, with a basal plane consisting of two N atoms of a di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpyam) ligand and two O atoms of two different acetate ligands. The axial positions of these Cu atoms are coordinated to N and O atoms from thiocyanate and acetate molecules, respectively, leading to a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry with τ values of 0.30 and 0.22. Both CuII ions are linked by an acetate group in the equatorial–equatorial positions and have synanti bridging configurations. Hydrogen‐bond interactions between the amine H atom and the coordinated and uncoordinated O atoms of the acetate anions generate an infinite one‐dimensional chain.  相似文献

In the title compound, C17H21NO3S, the S atom is in a distorted tetrahedral geometry and the N atom exhibits sp2 character. The antiperiplanar conformation is observed for the N and hydroxyl‐O atoms and the torsion angle around the N—C linkage is ?136.3 (2)°. The molecules are linked by O—H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form an infinite one‐dimensional chains along the c axis.  相似文献

The title one‐dimensional chain nickel(II)–disulfide complex, [Ni(C14H8O4S2)(C5H5N)2(H2O)]n, has each NiII cation coordinated by two N atoms from two pyridine ligands, three carboxylate O atoms from two different dithiodibenzoate ligands and one O atom from a coordinated water molecule, in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Each dithiodibenzoate ion links two NiII cations through its carboxylate O atoms, making the structure polymeric. Hydrogen‐bond interactions between two shoulder‐to‐shoulder chains lead to the formation of a ladder‐like structure.  相似文献
