The structure of the title compound, [PtCl2(C5H5N)(C2H6S)], consists of discrete molecules in which the Pt‐atom coordination is slightly distorted square planar. The Cl atoms are trans to each other, with a Cl—Pt—Cl angle of 176.60 (7)°. The pyridine ligand is rotated 64.5 (2)° from the Pt square plane and one of the Pt—Cl bonds essentially bisects the C—S—C angle of the dimethyl sulfide ligand. In the crystal structure, there are extensive weak C—H⋯Cl interactions, the shortest of which connects molecules into centrosymmetric dimers. A comparison of the structural trans influence on Pt—S and Pt—N distances for PtS(CH3)2 and Pt(pyridine) fragments, respectively, in square‐planar PtII complexes is presented. 相似文献

In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl− anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methylpyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid molecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl− anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring molecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent molecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking interactions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag molecular chain. The molecular chains are also enforced by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl interactions. 相似文献

The title compounds, bis[1,2‐dicarba‐closo‐dodecaboran(12)‐1‐yl]mercury(II) dichloromethane solvate, [Hg(C2B10H11)2]·CH2Cl2, (I), and bis[1,12‐dicarba‐closo‐dodecaboran(12)‐1‐yl]mercury(II) tetrahydrofuran solvate, [Hg(C2B10H11)2]·C4H8O, (II), were prepared in excellent yields using a robust synthetic procedure involving the reaction of HgCl2 with the appropriate monolithiocarborane. X‐Ray analysis of the products revealed strong interactions between the Hg atoms in both complexes and the respective lattice solvent. The distances between the HgII centers and the Cl atoms of the dichloromethane solvent molecule in the ortho‐carborane derivative, (I), and the O atom of the tetrahydrofuran molecule in the para‐carborane complex, (II), are shorter than the sums of the van der Waals radii for Hg and Cl (3.53 Å), and Hg and O (3.13 Å), respectively, indicating moderately strong interactions. There are two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit of both compounds, which, in each case, are related by differing relative positions of the cages. 相似文献

The title compound, {[PtIIPtIVI2(C2H8N2)4](HPO4)(H2PO4)I·3H2O}n, has a chain structure composed of square‐planar [Pt(en)2]2+ and elongated octahedral trans‐[PtI2(en)2]2+ cations (en is ethylenediamine) stacked alternately along the c axis and bridged by the I atoms; a three‐dimensionally valence‐ordered system exists with respect to the Pt sites. The title compound also has a unique cyclic tetramer structure composed of two hydrogenphosphate and two dihydrogenphosphate ions connected by strong hydrogen bonds [O⋯O = 2.522 (10), 2.567 (10) and 2.569 (11) Å]. The Pt and I atoms form a zigzag ⋯I—PtIV—I⋯PtII⋯ chain, with PtIV—I bond distances of 2.6997 (7) and 2.6921 (7) Å, interatomic PtII⋯I distances of 3.3239 (8) and 3.2902 (7) Å, and PtIV—I⋯PtII angles of 154.52 (3) and 163.64 (3)°. The structural parameters indicating the mixed‐valence state of platinum, expressed by δ = (PtIV—I)/(PtII—I), are 0.812 and 0.818 for the two independent I atoms. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, tetrachloro[μ‐1,1,4,7,7‐pentakis(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazaheptane]dimanganese(II) methanol pentasolvate tetrahydrate, [Mn2Cl4(C44H43N13)]·5CH4O·4H2O, contains an asymmetric dinuclear MnII–DTPB [DTPB is 1,1,4,7,7‐pentakis(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)‐1,4,7‐triazaheptane] complex with an intra‐ligand bridging group (–NCH2CH2N–), as well as several solvate molecules (methanol and water). Both MnII cations have similar distorted octahedral coordination geometries. One MnII cation is coordinated by a Cl− anion and five N atoms from the ligand, and the other is coordinated by three Cl− anions and three N atoms of the same ligand. The Mn⋯Mn distance is 7.94 Å. A Cl⋯H—O⋯H—O⋯H—N hydrogen‐bond chain is also observed, connecting the two parts of the complex. 相似文献

In the title compound, [PtBr2(C48H36N4O4)]·0.896CHCl3·0.569CH3CN, the centrosymmetric metal complex is octahedral, with the porphyrin ring essentially planar and the Br atoms occupying axial positions. The two independent methoxyphenyl substituents are tilted at angles of 89.0 and 67.0° with respect to the porphyrin plane. The Pt—N distances are 2.035 (4) and 2.036 (4) Å and the Pt—Br distance is 2.4666 (6) Å. Chloroform and acetonitrile solvent molecules, exhibiting substantial disorder, occupy positions between the porphyrin molecules. This is the first crystal and molecular structure of a PtIV–porphyrin complex to be reported. 相似文献

The crystal structures of tris(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)iron(III), [Fe(C10H8NO)3], (I), and aquabis(2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olato‐N,O)copper(II), [Cu(C10H8NO)2(H2O)], (II), have been determined. Compound (I) has a distorted octahedral configuration, in which the central Fe atom is coordinated by three N atoms and three O atoms from three 2‐methylquinolin‐8‐olate ligands. The three Fe—O bond distances are in the range 1.934 (2)–1.947 (2) Å, while the three Fe—N bond distances range from 2.204 (2) to 2.405 (2) Å. In compound (II), the central CuII atom and H2O group lie on the crystallographic twofold axis and the coordination geometry of the CuII atom is close to trigonal bipyramidal, with the three O atoms in the basal plane and the two N atoms in apical positions. The Cu—N bond length is 2.018 (5) Å. The Cu—O bond length in the basal positions is 1.991 (4) Å, while the Cu—O bond length in the apical position is 2.273 (6) Å. There is an intermolecular OW—H?O hydrogen bond which links the molecules into a linear chain along the b axis. 相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, [MnCl(C28H22N2O2)(C2H6O)], has been determined at 173 (2) K in the non‐centrosymmetric space group P212121. The asymmetric unit contains two molecular units. An intermolecular O—H⋯Cl hydrogen bond is formed between the OH group of an ethanol molecule coordinated to the Mn atom and the coordinated Cl− anion, and so polymeric chains of Mn‐containing fragments are formed [O—H⋯Cl = 3.1281 (16) and 3.1282 (15) Å]. The Mn atoms have a pseudo‐octahedral coordination sphere, with the four donor atoms of the Schiff base forming an equatorial plane [Mn—O distances are 1.8740 (13), 1.8717 (13), 1.8749 (13) and 1.8823 (13) Å, and Mn—N distances are 1.9868 (15), 1.9910 (14), 1.9828 (15) and 1.9979 (14) Å]. The axial positions are occupied by an ethanol molecule [Mn—O distances of 2.3069 (15) and 2.3130 (15) Å] and a Cl− ligand [Mn—Cl distances of 2.5732 (6) and 2.5509 (6) Å]. 相似文献

In the title compound, [RuCl2(C2H3N)(C27H31N3)]·0.5CH2Cl2, the RuII ion is six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral arrangement, with the two Cl atoms located in the apical positions, and the pyridine (py) N atom, the two imino N atoms and the acetonitrile N atom located in the basal plane. The dichloromethane solvent molecule lies on a twofold axis. The two equatorial Ru—Nimino distances are almost equal (mean 2.089 Å) and are substantially longer than the equatorial Ru—Npy bond [1.914 (4) Å]. It is observed that the Nimino—M—Npy bond angle for the five‐membered chelate rings of pyridine‐2,6‐diimine complexes is inversely related to the magnitude of the M—Npy bond. The title structure is stabilized by intra‐ and intermolecular C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. The intermolecular hydrogen bonds form an R66(24) ring and a chain of edge‐fused rings running parallel to the [001] direction. 相似文献

The syntheses and crystal structures of the title Pt2II and Pt2III dimers doubly bridged with N,N‐dimethylguanidinate ligands, namely bis(μ‐N,N‐dimethylguanidinato)bis[(2,2′‐bipyridine)platinum(II)](Pt—Pt) bis(hexafluorophosphate) acetonitrile disolvate, [Pt2II(C3H8N3)2(C10H8N2)2](PF6)2·2CH3CN, (I), and guanidinium bis(μ‐N,N‐dimethylguanidinato)bis[(2,2′‐bipyridine)sulfatoplatinum(III)](Pt—Pt) bis(hexafluorophosphate) nitrate hexahydrate, (C3H10N3)[PtIII2(C3H8N3)2(SO4)2(C10H8N2)2]NO3·6H2O, (II), are reported. The oxidation of the Pt2II dimer into the Pt2III dimer results in a marked shortening of the Pt—Pt distance from 2.8512 (6) to 2.5656 (4) Å. The change is mainly compensated for by the change in the dihedral angle between the two Pt coordination planes upon oxidation, from 21.9 (2) to 16.9 (3)°. We attribute the relatively strong one‐dimensional stack of dimers achieved in the Pt2II compound in part to the strong PtII⋯C(bpy) associations (bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine) in the crystal structure [Pt⋯C = 3.416 (10) and 3.361 (12) Å]. 相似文献

The title complex, [NiCl(C12H16N3O2)2(H2O)]NO3·2CH4O·H2O, was obtained from a methanolic solution of Ni(NO3)2·6H2O, 2‐pyridyl nitronyl nitroxide (2‐NITpy) and (NEt4)2[CoCl4]. The equatorial coordination sites of the octahedral NiII centre are occupied by two chelating radical ligands, with the axial positions occupied by the Cl? and water ligands. The H2O—Ni—Cl axis of the complex lies along a crystallographic twofold axis, so that only half the cation is present in the asymmetric unit. The Ni—Cl bond length [2.3614 (17) Å] is significantly shorter than distances typical of octahedral NiII centres [2.441 (5) Å]. However, with only one nitrate anion per formula unit, the oxidation state of the metal must be assigned as NiII. The 2‐NITpy ligands bend away from the equatorial plane, forming a hydrophobic region around the Cl atoms. Conversely, the ligated water molecule forms moderately strong hydrogen bonds with the disordered methanol solvent molecules, which in turn form interactions with the water of crystallization and the disordered nitrate anion. These interactions combine to give hydrophilic regions throughout the crystal structure. 相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, [Cu2(C10H9NO3)2(H2O)2]·2CH4N2O, consist of two (N‐salicylidene‐β‐alaninato‐κ3O,N,O′)copper(II) coordination units bridged by two water moieties to form a dimer residing on a crystallographic inversion center, along with two uncoordinated urea molecules. The CuII atom has square‐pyramidal coordination, with three donor atoms of the tridentate Schiff base and an O atom of the bridging aqua ligand in the basal plane. The axial position is occupied by the second bridging water ligand at a distance of 2.5941 (18) Å. Hydrogen bonds between molecules of urea and the neighboring dimer units lead to the formation of a two‐dimensional grid of molecules parallel to [101]. The superposition of the normals of the pyramidal base planes in the direction [100] indicates possible π–π interactions between the neighboring units. 相似文献

The title compound, [Sn(C5H5NS)2(C2H4S2)2], was obtained from a 1:2 mixture of bis(ethane‐1,2‐dithiolato)tin(IV) and 2‐mercaptopyridine. The molecules are discrete monomeric trans‐octahedral units, with the SnIV atom at the centre of symmetry, planar 2‐mercaptopyridine zwitterions and SnS2C2 groups in twist–envelope conformations. The 2‐mercaptopyridine ligands are monodentate and are bonded through the S atoms. The S—Sn distances between the S atom of edt (edt is ethane‐1,2‐dithiolate) and the Sn atom are 2.473 (1) and 2.505 (1) Å, which are slightly longer than the S—Sn distance in Sn(edt)2 of 2.390 (1) Å. The bond between the 2‐mercaptopyridine S atom and the Sn atom are, remarkably, weaker than the S—Sn bond involving edt. 相似文献

The title compound, [PtCl2(C3H9N)(NH3)], was obtained from potassium tetrachloroplatinate(II) by a two‐step route. Ab initio crystal structure determination was carried out using X‐ray powder diffraction techniques. Patterson and Fourier syntheses were used for the atom locations and the Rietveld technique for the final structure refinement. The Pt coordination is close to planar, with Cl atoms in a cis orientation. Molecules are combined into groups of two molecules, with antiparallel PtN2Cl2 planes and a shortest Pt⋯Pt distance of 3.42 Å. The molecule groups are packed in a parquet motif into corrugated layers parallel to ab. The molecules in the layers are linked by H—N⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. 相似文献

In the title compound, [Ir2(C16H13N2O3)4Cl2]·2CH2Cl2, the two Ir atoms, 3.7075 (6) Å apart, are bridged by two Cl atoms which straddle a twofold axis of rotation through the two Ir atoms. Each Ir centre resides in a distorted octahedral environment completed by two chelating 2,5‐bis(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole ligands, with trans‐N—N and cis‐C—C dispositions. In the stacking structure, there are two types of hydrogen bonds, involving the methoxy substitutent, an N atom of the oxadiazole ring and the dichloromethane solvent molecules. 相似文献
