Hydrothermally prepared La2(SeO3)3 contains a three‐dimensional network of LaO10 polyhedra [dav(La—O) = 2.622 (3) Å] and SeO3 pyramids [dav(Se—O) = 1.691 (3) Å]. One of the SeO3 pyramids is in a general position and the other has crystallographic m symmetry. There are pseudo‐channels in the [010] direction which are probably associated with the SeIV lone pairs.  相似文献

The structure of dipotassium μ3‐oxido‐tris[sulfitomercurate(II)], K2[O(HgSO3)3], is characterized by segregation of the K+ cations and complex [O(HgSO3)3]2− anions into layers parallel to (010). The anion has m symmetry and is a new example of a μ3‐oxido‐trimercurate complex with a central [OHg3] core. This unit adopts the shape of a flat, almost trigonal, pyramid (mean O—Hg = 2.072 Å and mean Hg—O—Hg = 110.8°). The two independent Hg—S bonds have nearly the same length (mean Hg—S = 2.335 Å). Due to intermolecular O...Hg donor–acceptor interactions greater than 2.65 Å, the O—Hg—S fragments are slightly bent. The [KO9] coordination polyhedron of the K+ cation approaches a distorted tricapped trigonal prism with a [6+1+2] coordination.  相似文献

The new compound LiCd2(SeO3)2(OH) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. It is built up from a network of edge‐ and vertex‐sharing pyramidal [SeO3]2— groups, distorted CdO6 octahedra, and CdO7 monocapped trigonal prisms. The cadmium‐centred groups form infinite columns, onto which Se atoms (as [SeO3]2— groups) are grafted. Cross‐linking between the columns results in a three‐dimensional framework which encapsulates [100] channels occupied by the tetrahedrally‐coordinated lithium cations. The H atom of the hydroxyl group appears to participate in a weak, bifurcated, hydrogen bond. Crystal data: LiCd2(SeO3)2(OH), Mr = 502.67, monoclinic, P21/c (No. 14), a = 5.8184 (3)Å, b = 10.2790 (5)Å, c = 11.5021 (5)Å, β = 90.446(1)°, V = 687.89 (9)Å3, Z = 4, R(F) = 0.021, wR(F2) = 0.046.  相似文献

Single crystals of three rubidium uranyl selenates, Rb2[(UO2)(SeO4)2(H2O)](H2O) ( 1 ), Rb2[(UO2)2(SeO4)3(H2O)2](H2O)4 ( 2 ), and Rb4[(UO2)3(SeO4)5(H2O)] ( 3 ), have been prepared by evaporation from aqueous solutions made out of mixtures of uranyl nitrate, selenic acid and Rb2CO3. The structures of all compounds have been solved by direct methods on the basis of X‐ray diffraction data sets. The crystallographic data are as follows: ( 1 ): orthorhombic, Pna21, a = 13.677(2), b = 11.8707(13), c = 7.6397(9) Å, V = 1240.4(3) Å3, R1 = 0.045 for 2396 independent observed reflections; ( 2 ): triclinic, P1¯, a = 8.4261(12), b = 11.8636(15), c = 13.3279(18) Å, α = 102.612(10), β = 107.250(10), γ = 102.510(10)°, V = 1183.7(3) Å3, R1 = 0.067 for 4762 independent observed reflections; ( 3 ): orthorhombic, Pbnm, a = 11.3761(14), b = 15.069(2), c = 19.2089(17) Å, V = 3292.9(7) Å3, R1 = 0.075 for 3808 independent observed reflections. The structures of the phases 1 , 2 , and 3 are based upon uranyl selenate hydrate sheets composed from corner‐sharing pentagonal [UO7]8— bipyramids and [SeO4]2— tetrahedra. In the crystal structure of 1 , the sheets have composition [(UO2)(SeO4)2(H2O)]2— and run parallel to (001). The interlayer contains Rb+ cations and additional H2O molecules. In structure of 2 , the [(UO2)2(SeO4)3(H2O)2]2— sheets are oriented parallel to (101). Highly disordered Rb+ cations and H2O molecules are located between the sheets. The structure of 3 is based upon [(UO2)3(SeO4)5(H2O)]4— sheets stacked parallel to (010) and contains Rb+ cations in the interlayers. The topologies of the uranyl oxoselenate sheets observed in the structures of 1 , 2 , and 3 are related to the same simple and highly‐symmetric graph consisting of 3‐connected white and 6‐connected black vertices.  相似文献

The title compound crystallizes as the monohydrate, [Co(SeO3)(NH3)4]NO3·H2O. The crystallographic mirror symmetry coincides with the molecular symmetry; the mirror plane passes through the cation, anion and water molecule. The CoN4O2 octahedron is distorted, with the selenito group acting as a bidentate ligand through two bridging O atoms to the cobalt. The coordinated Se—O distance is 1.742 (2) Å, whereas the uncoordinated Se—O distance is 1.646 (3) Å. A three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded network exists between [Co(SeO3)(NH3)4]NO3 and the water molecule. The nitrate anion and water molecule form open pores in the structure when hydrogen bonded to two neighboring [Co(SeO3)(NH3)4]+ cations. Selenium participates in two types of relatively close intermolecular interactions with neighboring charged species (Se?N1 and Se?O3), but does not participate in an interaction with a neighboring O2 atom, the nearest contact distance being 4.638 (3) Å.  相似文献

In the title compound, C13H16N22+·2C2H4O5P, the cation lies across a twofold rotation axis in space group Fdd2. The anions are linked into molecular ladders by two O—H⃛O hydrogen bonds [H⃛O = 1.73 and 1.77 Å, O⃛O = 2.538 (2) and 2.598 (3) Å, and O—H⃛O = 160 and 170°], these ladders are linked into sheets by a single type of N—H⃛O hydrogen bond [H⃛O = 1.75 Å, N⃛O = 2.624 (3) Å and N—H⃛O = 171°] and the sheets are linked into a three‐dimensional framework by a single type of C—H⃛O hydrogen bond [H⃛O = 2.48 Å, C⃛O = 3.419 (4) Å and C—H⃛O = 167°].  相似文献

Pale pink crystals of Nd2(SeO3)2(SeO4) · 2H2O were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions from H2SeO3 and Nd2O3 at about 200 °C. X‐ray diffraction on powder and single‐crystals revealed that the compound crystallizes with the monoclinic space group C 2/c (a = 12.276(1) Å, b = 7.0783(5) Å, c = 13.329(1) Å, β = 104.276(7)°). The crystal structure of Nd2(SeO3)2(SeO4) · 2H2O is an ordered variant of the corresponding erbium compound. Eight oxygen atoms coordinate the NdIII atom in the shape of a bi‐capped trigonal prism. The oxygen atoms are part of pyramidal (SeIVO3)2? groups, (SeVIO4)2? tetrahedra and water molecules. The [NdO8] polyhedra share edges to form chains oriented along [010]. The selenate ions link these chains into layers parallel to (001). The layers are interconnected by the selenite ions into a three‐dimensional framework. The dehydration of Nd2(SeO3)2(SeO4) · 2H2O starts at 260 °C. The thermal decomposition into Nd2SeO5, SeO2 and O2 at 680 °C is followed by further loss of SeO2 leaving cubic Nd2O3.  相似文献

The organically‐templated uranyl selenite, (H2en)[(UO2)(SeO3)(HSeO3)](NO3) · 0.5H2O ( 1 ) (en = 1,2‐ethylenediamine) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, TG, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca, with a = 13.170(3) Å, b = 11.055(2) Å, c = 18.009(4) Å, V = 2621.8(9) Å3, M = 1316.19, Z = 4, Dcal = 3.334 g · cm–3, μ(Mo‐Kα) = 17.998 mm–1, GOF = 1.059, R1 = 0.0263, wR2 = 0.0532 [I>2σ(I)]. The X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 has a three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular structure. It contains negatively charged [UO2(HSeO3)(SeO3)] inorganic anion layers and is balanced by [H2en]2+ cations and NO3 anions located in the interlayers. Furthermore, the photoluminescence properties of 1 were investigated.  相似文献

Single crystals of Pb3O2(SeO3) have been prepared hydrothermally at 230 °C. The structure (orthorhombic, Cmc21, a = 10.529(2), b = 10.722(2), c = 5.7527(12)Å, V = 649.5(2)Å3) has been solved by direct methods and refined to R1 = 0.059 on the basis of 615 unique observed reflections (|Fo| = 4σF). The structure is based upon double [O2Pb3]2+ chains of edge‐sharing [OPb4]6+ tetrahedra. These [O2Pb3]2+ chains run parallel to [001], and their planes are parallel to (010). The pyramidal (SeO3)2— anions are located between the chains; their triangular oxygen atom bases lie parallel to (001) and all (SeO3)2— groups are pointing in the same direction. A short compilation of [O2M3] chains of oxocentred M4 tetrahedra in minerals and inorganic compounds is provided.  相似文献

In the title compound, C4H12N22+·2C8H7O3?·2CH4O, the cations lie across centres of inversion and are disordered over two orientations with equal occupancy; there are equal numbers of (R)‐ and (S)‐mandelate anions present (mandelate is α‐hydroxybenzeneacetate). The anions and the neutral water molecules are linked by O—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.658 (3) and 2.682 (3) Å, and O—H?O 176 and 166°] into deeply folded zigzag chains. Each orientation of the cation forms two symmetry‐related two‐centre N—H?O hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.588 (4) and 2.678 (4) Å, and N—H?O 177 and 171°] and two asymmetric, but planar, three‐centre N—H?(O)2 hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.686 (4)–3.137 (4) Å and N—H?O 137–147°], and by means of these the cations link the anion/water chains into bilayers.  相似文献

In poly[[bis(μ‐4,4′‐bi‐1H‐pyrazole‐κ2N2:N2′)bis(3‐carboxyadamantane‐1‐carboxylato‐κO1)cobalt(II)] dihydrate], {[Co(C12H15O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·2H2O}n, (I), the Co2+ cation lies on an inversion centre and the 4,4′‐bipyrazole (4,4′‐bpz) ligands are also situated across centres of inversion. In its non‐isomorphous cadmium analogue, {[Cd(C12H15O4)2(C6H6N4)2]·2H2O}n, (II), the Cd2+ cation lies on a twofold axis. In both compounds, the metal cations adopt an octahedral coordination, with four pyrazole N atoms in the equatorial plane [Co—N = 2.156 (2) and 2.162 (2) Å; Cd—N = 2.298 (2) and 2.321 (2) Å] and two axial carboxylate O atoms [Co—O = 2.1547 (18) Å and Cd—O = 2.347 (2) Å]. In both structures, interligand hydrogen bonding [N...O = 2.682 (3)–2.819 (3) Å] is essential for stabilization of the MN4O2 environment with its unusually high (for bulky adamantanecarboxylates) number of coordinated N‐donor co‐ligands. The compounds adopt two‐dimensional coordination connectivities and exist as square‐grid [M(4,4′‐bpz)2]n networks accommodating monodentate carboxylate ligands. The interlayer linkage is provided by hydrogen bonds from the carboxylic acid groups via the solvent water molecules [O...O = 2.565 (3) and 2.616 (3) Å] to the carboxylate groups in the next layer [O...O = 2.717 (3)–2.841 (3) Å], thereby extending the structures in the third dimension.  相似文献

The chains run parallel to the c axis and are arranged into layers parallel to (100). In the structure of 4 (triclinic, , a = 6.853(2), b = 10.537(3), c = 10.574(3) Å, α = 99.62(3), β = 94.45(3), γ = 100.52(3)°, V = 735.6(4) Å3, R1 = 0.045 for 2713 unique observed reflections), one symmetrically independent pentagonal [UO7]8? bipyramid shares corners with four [SeO4]2? tetrahedra to form the [(UO2)(SeO4)2(H2O)]2? chains parallel to the a axis. A comparison to related uranyl compounds is given.  相似文献

Hydrothermally synthesized dipotassium gallium {hydrogen bis[hydrogenphosphate(V)]} difluoride, K2Ga[H(HPO4)2]F2, is isotypic with K2Fe[H(HPO4)2]F2. The main features of the structure are ([Ga{H(HPO4)2}F2]2−)n columns consisting of centrosymmetric Ga(F2O4) octahedra [average Ga—O = 1.966 (3) Å and Ga—F = 1.9076 (6) Å] stacked above two HPO4 tetrahedra [average P—O = 1.54 (2) Å] sharing two O‐atom vertices. The charge‐balancing seven‐coordinate K+ cations [average K—O,F = 2.76 (2) Å] lie in the intercolumn space, stabilizing a three‐dimensional structure. Strong [O...O = 2.4184 (11) Å] and medium [O...F = 2.6151 (10) Å] hydrogen bonds further reinforce the connections between adjacent columns.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Co(C8H7NO2)2(H2O)2](NO3)2}n, is the first d‐metal ion complex involving bidentate bridging of a β‐dialdehyde group. The Co2+ ion is situated on an inversion centre and adopts an octahedral coordination with four equatorial aldehyde O atoms [Co—O = 2.0910 (14) and 2.1083 (14) Å] and two axial aqua ligands [Co—O = 2.0631 (13) Å]. The title compound has a two‐dimensional square‐grid framework structure supported by propane‐1,3‐dionate O:O′‐bridges between the metal ions. The organic ligand itself possesses a zwitterionic structure, involving conjugated anionic propane‐1,3‐dionate and cationic pyridinium fragments. Hydrogen bonding between coordinated water molecules, the pyridinium NH group and the nitrate anions [O...O = 2.749 (2) and 2.766 (3) Å, and N...O = 2.864 (3) Å] is essential for the crystal packing.  相似文献
