The title compound, [Cd(NCS)2(C13H10N4OS)2]n, contains SCN anions acting as end‐to‐end bridging ligands which utilize both S and N atoms to link cadmium(II) centers into one‐dimensional double chains. The multidentate 5‐(4‐pyridyl)‐2‐(2‐pyridylmethylsulfanyl)‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole ligands behave as monodentate terminal ligands, binding metal centers only through the N atoms of the 4‐pyridyl groups. Two types of eight‐membered rings are formed by two SCN anions bridging CdII centers, viz. planar and chair conformation, which are alternately disposed along the same chain. Finally, chains define a two‐dimensional array through two different interchain π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

Two twisted 1,2‐bis(2‐pyridyl)­ethyne ligands bridge two Cd2+ centers in the C2‐symmetric title complex, [Cd2(NO3)4(μ‐C12H8N2)2(H2O)2]. The bridging ligands arch across one another creating a `zigzag loop' molecular geometry. Two nitrate ions and a water mol­ecule complete the irregular seven‐coordinate Cd‐atom environment. The dihedral angles between the equivalent pyridyl ring planes of the two independent ligands are 67.2 (1)°. Owater—H⃛Onitrate hydrogen bonding creates two‐dimensional layers parallel to the ab plane.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C8H7O2)2(C12H9N3)], the manganese(II) centre is surrounded by three bidentate chelating ligands, namely, one 2‐(2‐pyridyl)benzimidazole ligand [Mn—N = 2.1954 (13) and 2.2595 (14) Å] and two p‐toluate ligands [Mn—O = 2.1559 (13)–2.2748 (14) Å]. It displays a severely distorted octahedral geometry, with cis angles ranging from 58.87 (4) to 106.49 (5)°. Intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the p‐toluate ligands link the molecules into infinite chains, and every two neighbouring chains are further coupled by N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the 2‐(2‐pyridyl)benzimidazole and p‐toluate ligands, leading to an infinite ribbon‐like double‐chain packing mode. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework, stabilized by these intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions and possible C—H...π interactions, as well as stacking interactions involving the 2‐(2‐pyridyl)benzimidazole ligands.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Zn(SO4)(C18H12N6)(H2O)2]·2H2O, the metal complex is monomeric, with an octahedral ZnII centre coordinated by the tridentate ligand 2,4,6‐tris(2‐pyridyl)‐1,3,5‐triazine (tpt), two aqua mol­ecules and a monodentate sulfate ion. A complex hydrogen‐bonding scheme is built up out of the profuse availability of donors and acceptors (O—H⋯O/N and C—H⋯O) which, in addition to π–π interactions between tpt groups, define a three‐dimensional assembly.  相似文献

The CoII ion resides on a centre of symmetry and is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridyl N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R32(6), R22(12) and R22(16) rings, which lead to two‐dimensional chains. An extensive three‐dimensional network of C—H...F, N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions are responsible for crystal stabilization.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title complex, [CdCl2(C14H12N4O2S)2]n, consists of one CdII ion located on the crystallographic inversion centre, one 4‐benzoyl‐1‐isonicotinoylthiosemicarbazide ligand and one chloride ligand. The central CdII ion adopts a distorted octahedral coordination geometry formed by two pyridyl N atoms of two ligands, two S atoms of two other ligands and two chloride ligands. The thiosemicarbazide ligands act as bridges, linking the metal ions into a two‐dimensional layered structure parallel to the bc plane. Intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions exist between adjacent layers.  相似文献

The CoII ion is in an octahedral coordination environment comprising two pyridyl N atoms, two carboxylate O atoms and two O atoms from water molecules. Intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds produce R22(8), R22(12) and R22(14) rings, which lead to two‐dimensional chains. An extensive three‐dimensional supramolecular network of C—H...O, N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds and C—H...π interactions is responsible for crystal structure stabilization. This study is an example of the construction of a supramolecular assembly based on hydrogen bonds in mixed‐ligand metal complexes.  相似文献

In the structure of the title compound, [Cd2(C4H4NO4S)2(C6H7N)2], the dinuclear CdII complex is located on a twofold axis with two Cd2+ ions bridged by two oxide O atoms. Each Cd2+ ion is additionally coordinated in an equatorial plane by two N and three O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands and axially by two N atoms of the 3‐methylpyridine ligands, resulting in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal coordination. We present here an example of a supramolecular assembly based on hydrogen bonds in a mixed‐ligand metal complex; intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds give rise to R44(40) rings, which lead to one‐dimensional chains.  相似文献

In the first title salt, [Cu(C12H8N2)2(C5H10N2Se)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment defined by four N donors from two 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) ligands and by the Se donor of a 1,3‐dimethylimidazolidine‐2‐selone ligand, with the equatorial plane defined by the Se and by two N donors from different phen ligands and the axial sites occupied by the two remaining N donors, one from each phen ligand. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.980 (10)–2.114 (11) Å and the Cu—Se distance is 2.491 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine rings and the central rings of phen ligands generate chains of cations. In the second salt, [Cu(C10H8N2)2(C3H6N2S)](ClO4)2, the CuII centre occupies a similar distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment comprising four N donors from two 2,2′‐bipyridyl (bipy) ligands and an S donor from an imidazolidine‐2‐thione ligand. The equatorial plane is defined by the S donor and two N donors from different bipy ligands. The Cu—N distances span the range 1.984 (6)–2.069 (7) Å and the Cu—S distance is 2.366 (3) Å. Intermolecular π–π contacts between imidazolidine and pyridyl rings form chains of cations. A major difference between the two structures is due to the presence in the second complex of two N—H...O hydrogen bonds linking the imidazolidine N—H hydrogen‐bond donors to perchlorate O‐atom acceptors.  相似文献

In the title compound, [La2(C8H4O4)2(C6H4NO2)2]n, there are two crystallographically independent La centres, both nine‐coordinated in tricapped trigonal prismatic coordination geometries by eight carboxylate O atoms and one pyridyl N atom. The La centres are linked by the carboxylate groups of isonicotinate (IN) and benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate (BDC2−) ligands to form La–carboxylate chains, which are further expanded into a three‐dimensional framework with nanometre‐sized channels by La—N bonds. In the construction of the resultant architecture, in tricapped trigonal prismatic coordination geometries by eight carboxylate O atoms and one pyridyl N atom, while the BDC ligands link to four different cations each, displaying penta‐ and heptadentate chelating–bridging modes, respectively.  相似文献

The title dicadmium compound, [Cd2(C10H8N2)5(H2O)6](C7H6NO2)2(ClO4)2·2H2O, is located around an inversion centre. Each CdII centre is coordinated by three N atoms from three different 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands and three O atoms from three coordinating water molecules in a distorted octahedral coordination environment. In the dicadmium cation unit, one 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) molecule acts as a bidentate bridging ligand between two Cd metal ions, while the other four 4,4′‐bipy molecules act only as monodentate terminal ligands, resulting in a rare `H‐type' [Cd2(C10H8N2)5(H2O)6] host unit. These host units are connected to each other viaπ–π stacking interactions, giving rise to a three‐dimensional supramolecular grid network with large cavities. The 3‐aminobenzoate anions, perchlorate anions and water molecules are encapsulated in the cavities by numerous hydrogen‐bonding interactions. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first example of a coordination compound based on both 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands together with discrete 3‐aminobenzoate anions.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn(S2O3)(C18H12N6)(H2O)]·0.5H2O, contains two almost identical independent monomeric moieties composed of an octa­hedral Zn centre coordinated by a tridentate 2,4,6‐tri‐­2‐pyridyl‐1,3,5‐triazine (tpt) ligand, one aqua ligand and an O,S‐chelating thio­sulfate anion. The structure is stabilized by a solvent water mol­ecule. Multiple strong hydrogen bonds with additional weaker π–π inter­actions between tpt groups define a multiple column spatial organization.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C5H2N2O4)(C12H9N3)2]·H2O, the MnII centre is surrounded by three bidentate chelating ligands, namely, one 6‐oxido‐2‐oxo‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidine‐5‐carboxylate (or uracil‐5‐carboxylate, Huca2−) ligand [Mn—O = 2.136 (2) and 2.156 (3) Å] and two 2‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1H‐benzimidazole (Hpybim) ligands [Mn—N = 2.213 (3)–2.331 (3) Å], and it displays a severely distorted octahedral geometry, with cis angles ranging from 73.05 (10) to 105.77 (10)°. Intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds both between the Hpybim and the Huca2− ligands and between the Huca2− ligands link the molecules into infinite chains. The lattice water molecule acts as a hydrogen‐bond donor to form double O...H—O—H...O hydrogen bonds with the Huca2− O atoms, crosslinking the chains to afford an infinite two‐dimensional sheet; a third hydrogen bond (N—H...O) formed by the water molecule as a hydrogen‐bond acceptor and a Hpybim N atom further links these sheets to yield a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework. Possible partial π–π stacking interactions involving the Hpybim rings are also observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

In the title coordination polymer, [Pb(NCS)2(C12H12N2)], the coordination geometry about the PbII atom is a distorted octahedron, composed of two N atoms from bpe ligands [bpe is 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethane], two other N atoms from NCS? groups and two neighbouring S atoms through short contacts. The trans‐bpe ligands act as bridges between two PbII centres resulting in the formation of a linear chain. The terminal S atoms of the NCS? ligands make short contacts with the PbII atom of neighbouring chains to form an infinite two‐dimensional polymeric structure.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Ag2Cd(CN)4(C12H12N2)2]·H2O or cis‐[Cd{Ag(CN)2}2(5,5′‐dmbpy)2]·H2O, where 5,5′‐dmbpy is 5,5′‐dimethyl‐2,2′‐bipyridyl, the asymmetric unit consists of a discrete neutral [Cd{Ag(CN)2}2(5,5′‐dmbpy)2] unit and a solvent water molecule. The CdII cation is coordinated by two bidentate chelate 5,5′‐dmbpy ligands and two monodentate [AgI(CN)2] anions, which are in a cis arrangement around the CdII cation, leading to an octahedral CdN6 geometry. The overall structure is stabilized by a combination of intermolecular hydrogen bonding, and AgI...AgI and π–π interactions, forming a three‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

Adjacent Cd atoms are linked by the pyridyl N atom and the bidentate carboxyl­ate functional group of a 2‐­chloro­nicotinate ligand, forming a one‐dimensional infinite chain along the b axis. The Cd⋯Cd distance is 8.112 (3) Å. These chains are linked by O—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds into a three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献

The basal plane is formed by two carbonyl O atoms of two monodentate trans‐oriented acesulfamate ligands and two trans aqua ligands. The axial positions in the octa­hedron are occupied by two N atoms of two trans pyridine ligands. Mol­ecules are stacked in columns running along the a axis. There are π–π stacking inter­actions between the mol­ecules in each column, with a distance of 3.623 (2) Å between the centroids of the pyridine rings. The title two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded coordination compounds, [Cu(C8H5O4)2(C4H6N2)2], (I), and [Cu(C8H7O2)2(C4H6N2)2]·H2O, (II), have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The molecule of complex (I) lies across an inversion centre, and the Cu2+ ion is coordinated by two N atoms from two 4‐methyl‐1H‐imidazole (4‐MeIM) molecules and two O atoms from two 3‐carboxybenzoate (HBDC) anions in a square‐planar geometry. Adjacent molecules are linked through intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional sheet with (4,4) topology. In the asymmetric part of the unit cell of (II) there are two symmetry‐independent molecules, in which each Cu2+ ion is also coordinated by two N atoms from two 4‐MeIM molecules and two O atoms from two 3‐methylbenzoate (3‐MeBC) anions in a square‐planar coordination. Two neutral complex molecules are held together via N—H...O(carboxylate) hydrogen bonds to generate a dimeric pair, which is further linked via discrete water molecules into a two‐dimensional network with the Schläfli symbol (43)2(46,66,83). In both compounds, as well as the strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, π–π interactions also stabilize the crystal stacking.  相似文献

The title compound, [Zn2(C9H4O6)2(C6H6N4)2], consists of two ZnII ions, two 5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (Hbtc2−) dianions and two 2,2′‐bi‐1H‐imidazole (bimz) molecules. The ZnII centre is coordinated by two carboxylate O atoms from two Hbtc2− ligands and by two imidazole N atoms of a bimz ligand, in a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry. Two neighbouring ZnII ions are bridged by a pair of Hbtc2− ligands, forming a discrete binuclear [Zn2(Hbtc)2(bimz)2] structure lying across an inversion centre. Hydrogen bonds between carboxyl H atoms and carboxylate O atoms and between imidazole H atoms and carboxylate O atoms link the binuclear units. These binuclear units are further extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through extensive O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the three‐dimensional nature of the crystal packing is reinforced by the π–π stacking. The title compound exhibits photoluminescence in the solid state, with an emission maximum at 415 nm.  相似文献

The palladium(II) centre in the title compound, [PdCl2(C21H18N2OS)], is coordinated to the pyridyl N atom and to the thia­zolidinone S atom of the 5‐benzyl‐3‐phenyl‐2‐(2‐pyridyl)­thia­zolidin‐4‐one ligand, resulting in a five‐membered chelate ring. Two cis‐chloro ligands complete the square‐planar coordination environment of the metal. Although the geometry at the Pd centre is essentially planar, the N—Pd—S bite angle of 85.20 (8)° causes deviations in the cis angles from the ideal value of 90°. Opposite enantiomers form one‐dimensional chains in the cell via a short S?O intermolecular interaction.  相似文献
