The title copper(II) complex, [Cu(C22H18N6)2](ClO4)2·2C2H3N, comprises two neutral substituted tris(pyrazol‐1‐yl)methane ligands bonded to a central CuII ion, which is positioned on a crystallographic inversion center. Six Cu—N bonds are arranged in a distorted octahedral fashion. The unsubstituted pyrazole rings on each ligand are oriented trans with respect to each other, interdigitated with the two 3‐phenylpyrazole rings of the other ligand.  相似文献

The title compound, [CuBr(C6H7NO)2]Br·H2O, is an ionic mononuclear complex in which the [CuBr(C6H7NO)2]+ cation possesses distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. The CuII centre is coordinated by two neutral 2‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)methanol (2‐pyMeOH) ligands and a terminal bromide ligand. The 2‐pyMeOH ligands are coordinated in a bidentate chelating manner through the pyridine N and hydroxy O atoms, forming a five‐membered chelate ring with the CuII centre. The planes of the pyridine rings are twisted by 58.71 (14)° with respect to each other. The charge is balanced by a noncoordinating bromide anion which, together with a solvent water molecule, links the components through hydrogen bonds into infinite chains propagating along the a axis. The mononuclear cations appear to associate in pairs through weak interactions between the metal atom of one cation and the halogen atom of an adjacent cation.  相似文献

A thiosemicarbazone derivative, 2‐acetylpyridine 4‐phenylthiosemicarbazone, was prepared and complexed to Lewis acids, Sn(CH3)2X2, X = Cl and Br. The products, [SnX(C14H13N4S)(CH3)2], were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, and IR, NMR and Mössbauer spectroscopies. They are isomorphous and crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/n. The structure determination revealed discrete neutral complexes with the SnIV atom in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, with the halogeno ligand and the thiosemicarbazone derivative in the equatorial plane and the methyl groups in axial positions.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [Ni(ths)(bbip)(dmf)]·H2O [ths is thiosulfate, S2O3; bbip is 2,6‐bis(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl)pyridine, C21H13N5; and dmf is dimethylformamide, C3H7NO], is monomeric, with the nickel ion octahedrally surrounded by an N,N′,N′′‐tridentate bbip molecule, an S,O‐bidentate ths molecule and an O‐monodentate dmf molecule. The H atoms of the hydration water molecule and the amino groups of bbip are involved in hydrogen bonding and determine a spatial organization of broad layers parallel to (001), which are connected by weak interactions.  相似文献

In the title compound, C13H14BN3O, the aziridine ring is an almost equilateral triangle, the C—C distance being slightly shorter than the C—N distances, probably because of the dative B—N bond. The five‐membered ring, composed of two C atoms and N, B and O atoms, is fused with the aziridine ring to form a six‐membered ring with a chair conformation.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Pb(C12H8NO2)2]n, the Pb atom sits on a crystallographic C2 axis and is six‐coordinate, ligated by two chelating carboxylate groups from two 3‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)benzoate (L) ligands and by two N atoms from another two ligands. Each ligand bridges two PbII centres, extending the structure into a corrugated two‐dimensional (4,4) net. The ligand L is conformationally chiral, with a torsion angle of 27.9 (12)° between the planes of its two rings. The torsion angle has the same sense throughout the structure, so that the extended two‐dimensional polymer is homochiral. Investigation of the thermal stability shows that the network is stable up to 613 K. In the absence of any stereoselective factor in the preparation of the compound, the enantiomeric purity of the crystal studied, based only on the torsional conformation of the ligand, implies that the bulk sample is a racemic conglomerate.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound, trans‐[Pd(NCS)2(C6H13N3P)2](NCS)2, is one of the few palladium(II) complexes containing two protonated water‐soluble 1,3,5‐triaza‐7‐phosphaadamantane (PTA) ligands reported to date. The compound displays a distorted square‐planar geometry, with the Pd atom on an inversion centre and with the S atoms of the thiocyanate counter‐ions occupying the axial positions above and below the equatorial plane described by the phosphine and thiocyanate ligands. Geometric parameters for the formal coordination polyhedron include a Pd—P distance of 2.2940 (8) Å, a Pd—S distance of 2.3509 (8) Å and a P—Pd—S angle of 89.45 (3)°. The effective cone angle for the PTA ligands was calculated as 114.5°.  相似文献

The VV atom in the title complex, [V(C16H16N5S)O2], is five‐coordinate in a highly distorted square‐pyramidal geometry, with the pyridyl N, the azomethine N and the thiolate S atoms of the di‐2‐pyridyl ketone N4,N4‐(butane‐1,4‐diyl)thiosemicarbazone ligand and one oxo ligand occupying the basal coordination positions, while the second oxo ligand occupies the apical position. The molecules are interconnected by weak intermolecular interactions, mainly of the C—H⋯O type, involving the oxo atoms.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C5H10NO2S2)(C18H15P)2]·C18H15P, the Cu atom is in a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with two triphenylphosphine P atoms and two S atoms from an N,N‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)dithiocarbamate ligand occupying the vertices. The crystal structure is characterized by alternate layers of complex and triphenylphosphine molecules.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title compound, bis(2‐aminopyrimidine‐κN1)bis[6‐methyl‐1,2,3‐oxathiazin‐4(3H)‐one 2,2‐dioxide(1−)‐κ2N3,O4]copper(II), [Cu(C4H4NO4S)2(C4H5N3)2], the first mixed‐ligand complex of acesulfame, the CuII centre resides on a centre of symmetry and has an octahedral geometry that is distorted both by the presence of four‐membered chelate rings and by the Jahn–Teller effect. The equatorial plane is formed by the N atoms of two aminopyrimidine (ampym) ligands and by the weakly basic carbonyl O atoms of the acesulfamate ligands, while the more basic deprotonated N atoms of these ligands are in the elongated axial positions with a strong misdirected valence. The crystal is stabilized by pyrimidine ring stacking and by intermolecular hydrogen bonding involving the NH2 moiety of the ampym ligand and the carbonyl O atom of the acesulfamate moiety.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ag(C7H10N2)2]NO3·2H2O or [Ag(dmap)2]NO3·2H2O, where dmap is 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridine, has a distorted linear coordination geometry around the AgI ion. A novel pattern of water–nitrate hydrogen‐bonded anionic strands is formed in the c direction, with the cationic [Ag(dmap)2]+ monomers trapped between them. The AgI ion and the nitrate group atoms, as well as the water molecules (including the H atoms), are on a crystallographic mirror plane (Wyckoff position 4a). The influence of bulky methyl substituents in position 4 of the 4‐(dimethylamino)pyridine ligand on packing is discussed. The absolute structure was determined unequivocally.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Pd(C12H8FN4O2)2(C5H5N)2] or trans‐[Pd(FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2)(C5H5N)2], the Pd atom lies on a centre of inversion in space group P. The coordination geometry about the Pd2+ ion is square planar, with two deprotonated 3‐(2‐fluorophenyl)‐1‐(4‐nitrophenyl)triazenide ions, FC6H4N=N—NC6H4NO2?, acting as monodentate ligands (two‐electron donors), while two neutral pyridine molecules complete the metal coordination sphere. The whole triazenide ligand is not planar, with the largest interplanar angle being 16.8 (5)° between the phenyl ring of the 2‐fluorophenyl group and the plane defined by the N=N—N moiety. The Pd—N(triazenide) and Pd—N(pyridine) distances are 2.021 (3) and 2.039 (3) Å, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H7N2O)2]·2CH3OH, contains a crystallographically centrosymmetric near‐regular square planar CuII centre with trans‐disposed chelating ligands. The complex molecules associate into a one‐dimensional polymeric chain via hydrogen bonding to the solvent molecules.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Pd(C6H5)Cl(C3H4N2){P(C6H5)3}], the phenyl and Cl ligands lie mutually trans. The compound is the first structurally characterized complex with four monodentate Cl, P, N and (non‐carbenoid) C ligands in a square‐planar four‐coordinate palladium(II) environment. The pyrazole ligand is coplanar with the latter array. The pyrazole NH group forms a bifurcated hydrogen bond to Cl, with an intra‐ and intermolecular component.  相似文献

A new polymorph of a mononuclear nickel(II) acetate complex with 2‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethanol ligands, [Ni(CH3COO)2(C7H9NO)2], has been prepared and structurally characterized. Its molecular structure resembles the structures of two previously reported polymorphs in that the NiII atom is located on an inversion centre and is coordinated by pairs of acetate and 2‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethanol ligands. The acetate anions are coordinated in a monodentate manner, while the 2‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)ethanol ligands are coordinated in a bidentate chelating mode involving the endocyclic N atom and the hydroxy O atom of the ligand side chain. A strong bifurcated intramolecular hydrogen‐bond interaction was observed involving the hydroxy O atom as donor and both acetate O atoms as acceptors. No classical intermolecular hydrogen‐bond contacts were observed. However, the crystal packing is effected through π–π and C—H...π interactions, giving rise to a different packing arrangement. A brief comparison of the three polymorphic forms is presented.  相似文献

The title complex, [Pd{(py)3COH}2](NO3)2, where (py)3COH is tris(pyridin‐2‐yl)methanol (C16H13N3O), studied at 150 and 298 K, has the potentially tridentate ligands present as bidentate ligands, with the Pd atom at a centre of symmetry. At 150 K, the Pd—N distances are 2.022 (3) and 2.026 (3) Å. The mean planes of the coordinated pyridine groups form dihedral angles of 42.1 (1) and 45.3 (1)° (at 150 K) with the coordination plane; the uncoordinated rings situated either side of the coordination plane form dihedral angles of 42.2 (1)° with it. The nitrate ions are regular and interact weakly with the hydroxyl group.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Mn(C8H7O2)2(C12H9N3)], the manganese(II) centre is surrounded by three bidentate chelating ligands, namely, one 2‐(2‐pyridyl)benzimidazole ligand [Mn—N = 2.1954 (13) and 2.2595 (14) Å] and two p‐toluate ligands [Mn—O = 2.1559 (13)–2.2748 (14) Å]. It displays a severely distorted octahedral geometry, with cis angles ranging from 58.87 (4) to 106.49 (5)°. Intermolecular C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the p‐toluate ligands link the molecules into infinite chains, and every two neighbouring chains are further coupled by N—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds between the 2‐(2‐pyridyl)benzimidazole and p‐toluate ligands, leading to an infinite ribbon‐like double‐chain packing mode. The complete solid‐state structure can be described as a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework, stabilized by these intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions and possible C—H...π interactions, as well as stacking interactions involving the 2‐(2‐pyridyl)benzimidazole ligands.  相似文献
