In the title compound, [CuCl2(C9H12N2O)], the CuII atom is coordinated by two Cl anions and two N atoms of one O‐ethyl 3‐methyl­pyridine‐2‐carboximidic acid mol­ecule in a slightly distorted square‐planar geometry, with Cu—N distances of 2.0483 (17) and 1.9404 (18) Å, and Cu—Cl distances of 2.2805 (10) and 2.2275 (14) Å. In addition, each CuII atom is connected by one Cl anion and the CuII atom from a neighbouring mol­ecule, with Cu⋯Cl and Cu⋯Cu distances of 2.9098 (13) and 3.4022 (12) Å, respectively, and, therefore, a centrosymmetric dimer is formed. Adjacent mol­ecular dimers are connected by π–π stacking inter­actions between pyridine rings to form a zigzag mol­ecular chain. The mol­ecular chains are also enforced by N—H⋯Cl and C—H⋯Cl inter­actions.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2I2(C11H16N4)2], each of the two crystallographically equivalent Cu atoms is tetrahedrally coordinated by two N atoms from one 1,1′‐methyl­ene­bis(3,5‐di­methyl‐1H‐pyrazole) ligand and two bridging iodide anions. The mol­ecule has a crystallographic center of symmetry located at the mid‐point of the Cu·Cu line. One H atom of the CH2 group of the 1,1′‐methyl­ene­bis(3,5‐di­methyl‐1H‐pyrazole) ligand interacts with an iodide ion in an adjacent mol­ecule to afford pairwise intermolecular C—H·I contacts, thereby forming chains of mol­ecules running along the [101] direction.  相似文献

The title compound, μ‐aqua‐1:2κ2O‐penta­aqua‐1κ2O,2κ3O‐μ‐3,6‐bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridyl)­pyridazine‐1κ2N1,N6:2κ2N2,N3‐chloro‐1κCl‐dinickel(II) trichloride trihydrate, [Ni2Cl(C16H14­N4)(H2O)6]Cl3·3H2O, consists of two NiII atoms, a 3,6‐bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridyl)­pyridazine mol­ecule, four Cl atoms and nine water mol­ecules. The two Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by N and Cl atoms, and by water mol­ecules, and the three six‐membered rings, a pyridazine and two picolines, are planar to within 0.181 (3) Å. The crystal structure is stabilized by an intra‐ and intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding scheme involving water–water and water–chlorine interactions.  相似文献

A novel copper(II) coordination polymer, poly­[[[aqua­copper(II)]‐μ3‐2,2′‐bipyridyl‐3,3′‐di­carboxyl­ato‐κ4N,N′:O:O′] dihydrate], {[Cu(C12H6N2O4)(H2O)]·2H2O}n, was obtained by the reaction of CuCl2·2H2O and 2,2′‐bipyridyl‐3,3′‐di­carboxylic acid (H2L) in water. In the mol­ecule, each CuII atom is five‐coordinated and lies at the centre of a square‐pyramidal basal plane, bridged by three L ligands to form a two‐dimensional (4,4)‐network. Each L moiety acts as a bridging tetradentate ligand, coordinating to three CuII atoms through its two aromatic N atoms and two O atoms of the two carboxyl groups. The two‐dimensional square‐grid sheets superimpose in an off‐set fashion through the inorganic water layer.  相似文献

In the structure of the title complex, [Cu(C2O4)(C10H9N3)(H2O)]·H2O, the CuII atom displays a square‐pyramidal geometry, being coordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine ligand, two O atoms from the oxalate group and one O atom of a water mol­ecule. The crystal structure of catena‐poly­[[(6‐carboxy­pyridine‐2‐carb­oxyl­ato‐κ3O,N,O′)­lithium(I)]‐μ‐aqua‐κ2O:O], [Li(C7H4NO4)­(H2O)]n, contains the Li+ ion coordinated to two O atoms and the N atom of the 6‐carboxy­pyridine‐2‐carboxyl­ate ligand, and to two water O atoms, forming a pentavalent coordination geometry. The molecule resides on a mirror plane which contains the Li and N atoms, the para‐CH unit, and the O atom of the coordinated water mol­ecule. The O atom of the water mol­ecule is coordinated to two Li atoms, forming an infinite polymeric chain.  相似文献

The title one‐dimensional chain nickel(II)–di­sulfide complex, [Ni(C14H8O4S2)(C5H5N)2(H2O)]n, has each NiII cation coordinated by two N atoms from two pyridine ligands, three carboxyl­ate O atoms from two different di­thio­dibenzoate ligands and one O atom from a coordinated water mol­ecule, in a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Each di­thio­dibenzoate ion links two NiII cations through its carboxyl­ate O atoms, making the structure polymeric. Hydro­gen‐bond interactions between two shoulder‐to‐shoulder chains lead to the formation of a ladder‐like structure.  相似文献

The title compound, aqua­chloro{4,4′‐di­bromo‐2,2′‐[o‐phenylenebis­(nitrilo­methyl­idyne)]­diphenolato‐O,N,N′,O′}iron(III)–chloro{4,4′‐di­bromo‐2,2′‐[o‐phenyl­enebis­(nitrilomethyli‐dyne)]diphenolato‐O,N,N′,O′}iron(III)–di­methyl­form­amide (1/1/1), [FeCl(C20H12Br2N2O2)][FeCl(C20H12Br2N2O2)(H2O)]·C3H7NO, contains one independent five‐coordinate [FeCl(C20H12Br2N2O2)] monomer, one six‐coordinate [FeCl(C20H12Br2N2O2)(H2O)] monomer and a non‐coordinating di­methyl­form­amide solvent mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit. In the five‐coordinate monomer, the Fe atom shows distorted square‐pyramidal geometry, with the N and O atoms of the ligand at the base and the Cl atom at the apex of the pyramid. In the six‐coordinate monomer, the Fe atom is in a distorted octahedral geometry and coordinated by the donor atoms of the tetrafunctional ligand in the horizontal plane, and the coordination sphere is completed by the O atom of the water mol­ecule and the Cl atom at the axial positions. The title compound contains intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds. Apart from these hydrogen bonds, there are also intermolecular C—H?Cl and C—H?O contacts.  相似文献

The structure of the first metal compound of pyridyl N,N′-coordinated di-2-pyridyl ketone oxime (dpk-o), fac-tri­carbonyl­chloro­(di-2-pyridyl-κN ketone oxime)­rhenium(I) di­methyl sulfoxide solvate, [ReCl(C11H9N2O)(CO)3]·C2H6OS, (I), is reported. The coordinated atoms (two N atoms from the pyridyl rings, three C atoms from the carbonyl groups and one Cl atom) are in a distorted octahedral arrangement, with the major distortion being due to the constraints associated with the binding of dpk-o. The packing of the mol­ecules shows antiparallel tapes of (I), with a network of classical (O⃛H—O) and non-classical (O⃛H—C) hydrogen bonds between the di­methyl sulfoxide solvate molecule and the complexed metal moiety.  相似文献

In the title compound, di­methyl­({5‐[2‐(1‐methyl­amino‐2‐nitro­eth­enyl­amino)­ethyl­thio­methyl]‐2‐furyl}­methyl)­ammon­ium chloride, C13H23N4O3S+·­Cl?, protonation occurs at the di­methyl­amino N atom. The ranitidine mol­ecule adopts an eclipsed conformation. Bond lengths indicate extensive electron delocalization in the N,N′‐di­methyl‐2‐nitro‐1,1‐ethenedi­amine system of the mol­ecule. The nitro and methyl­amino groups are trans across the side chain C=C double bond, while the ethyl­amino and nitro groups are cis. The Cl? ions link mol­ecules through hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The title compound, [Co(C12H6N2O4)(H2O)2]n, has been hydro­thermally synthesized and structurally characterized. It consists of polymeric chains of [Co{μ‐(2,2′‐bipyridyl‐3,3′‐di­carboxyl­ato‐κ4N,N′:O,O′)}(H2O)2] units, in which each CoII cation is octahedrally coordinated by two chelating pyridyl N atoms, two chelating carboxyl O atoms from different carboxylate groups of another bipyridyl ligand, and two water mol­ecules as terminal ligands. A crystallographic twofold axis parallel to the chain axis, passes through the Co atom.  相似文献

The title mol­ecule (DMPH‐H), C8H9N5O6, was investigated to provide comparison with 2,2‐di­phenyl‐1‐picryl­hydrazine, which unlike DMPH‐H is readily oxidizable to form a well known stable free radical (DPPH). The structure shows essential differences in the configuration of the hydrazine‐N atoms, the ortho‐nitro group orientations and the crystal packing. The bond angles of the di­methyl­amino N atom [107.90 (13), 108.96 (12) and 112.21 (13)°] are consistent with a tetrahedral N atom and sp3 hybridization.  相似文献

The title compound, [CuCl2(C3H7N3O2)2], is a new copper(II) complex with glycocy­amine [(di­amino­methyl­ene­amino)­acetic acid], the first complex ever reported with this organic mol­ecule. It is composed of discrete centrosymmetric coordinated CuII monomers, the Cu atoms being located at inversion centers. Each metal ion is square-planar coordinated by two Cl atoms and two glycocy­amine O atoms. The coordinating glycocy­amine mol­ecule exists as a zwitterion, the H atom from the carboxyl group being transferred to the guanidinium group. A three-dimensional network of hydrogen bonds links the monomers and stabilizes the structure.  相似文献

In the cationic complex present in the title compound, chloro­[2‐(4‐imidazolyl‐κN1)­ethyl­amine‐κN](1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N,N′)copper(II) chloride monohydrate, [CuCl(C5H9­N3)­(C12H8N2)]Cl·H2O, the metal centre adopts a five‐coordinate geometry, ligated by the two phenanthroline N atoms, two amine N atoms of the hist­amine ligand (one aliphatic and one from the imidazole ring) and a chloro ligand. The geometry around the Cu atom is a distorted compressed trigonal bipyramid, with one phenanthroline N and one imidazole N atom in the axial positions, and the other phenanthroline N atom, the histamine amine N atom and the chloro ligand in the equatorial positions. The structure includes an uncoordinated water mol­ecule, and a Cl ion to complete the charge. The water mol­ecule is hydrogen bonded to both Cl ions (coordinated and uncoordinated), and exhibits a close Cu⋯H contact in the equatorial plane of the bipyramid.  相似文献

The 1:1 complexes N,N′‐bis(2‐pyridyl)­benzene‐1,4‐di­amine–anilic acid (2,5‐di­hydroxy‐1,4‐benzo­quinone) (1/1), C16H14N4·C6H4O4, (I), and N,N′‐bis(2‐pyridyl)­bi­phenyl‐4,4′‐di­amine–anilic acid (1/1), C22H18N4·C6H4O4, (II), have been prepared and their solid‐state structures investigated. The component mol­ecules of these complexes are connected via conventional N—H?O and O—H?N hydrogen bonds, leading to the formation of an infinite one‐dimensional network generated by the cyclic motif R(9). The anilic acid molecules in both crystal structures lie around inversion centres and the observed bond lengths are typical for the neutral mol­ecule. Nevertheless, the pyridine C—N—C angles [120.9 (2) and 120.13 (17)° for complexes (I) and (II), respectively] point to a partial H‐atom transfer from anilic aicd to the bispyridyl­amine, and hence to H‐atom disorder in the OHN bridge. The bispyridyl­amine mol­ecules of (I) and (II) also lie around inversion centres and exhibit disorder of their central phenyl rings over two positions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of poly­[copper(II)‐di‐μ‐hypophosphito‐μ‐urea], [Cu(H2PO2)2(CH4N2O)]n, has been determined at 293, 100 and 15 K. The geometry of the hypophosphite anion is very close to ideal, with point symmetry mm2. Each Cu atom lies on an inversion centre and is coordinated to six O atoms from four hypophosphite anions and two urea mol­ecules, forming a tetragonal bipyramid. The unique urea molecule lies on a twofold axis. Each hypophosphite anion in the structure is coordinated to two Cu atoms. The hypophosphite anions, urea mol­ecules and CuII cations form polymeric ribbons. The CuII cations in the ribbon are linked together by two hypophos­phite anions and a urea mol­ecule, which is coordinated to Cu via an O atom. The ribbons are linked to each other by N—­H?O hydrogen bonds and form polymeric layers.  相似文献
