Zusammenfassung Die Kinetik der Charge-Transfer-Wechselwirkung zwischenp-Toluidin und Jod in Methylenchlorid wurde ausführlich untersucht. Derthermische Prozeß, der zur Bildung desinner-Komplexes führt, geht bis zu einem Gleichgewicht. Derphotochemische Prozeß folgt einer unterschiedlichen Reaktionskoordinate und verläuft über die Bildung eines Exziplexes zwischen dem angeregtenouter-Komplex und dem Amin im Grundzustand. In beiden Fällen wurde derselbe ionische Komplex (Am 2I+I 3 – , wobeiAm fürp-Toluidin steht) als Endprodukt festgestellt.相似文献

Effects of polymer additives on the formation of microfibrils of bacterial cellulose have been examined by transmission electron microscopy. Among additives with different degrees of polymerization (DP) or substitution (DS), carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt (CMC) with DP = 80 and DS = 0.57 is the most effective in producing separate, smaller-size microfibrils. By increasing the concentration of this CMC from 0.1 to 1.5%, the percentage of microfibrils measuring 3–7 nm wide is increased and levels off at around 1.0%. Other polymer additives such as xyloglucan are less effective than CMC in producing microfibrils with smaller sizes and the resulting microfibrils still tend to aggregate. The number of charged substituents and the molecular weight seem to be important factors in the production of highly separate smaller-size microfibrils. The reduction in average microfibril size is well correlated to the decrease in mass fraction of cellulose I in bacterial cellulose crystals. On the basis of these results, the mechanism of the crystallization of celluloses I and I is discussed. The effect of colony types, smooth and rough, on the formation of microfibrils in the presence of CMC is also described. 相似文献

In-vitro on-line glucose monitoring is described, based on microdialysis sampling and amperometric detection operated in a flow-injection system. Samples were injected into a two-electrode microcell containing an Ag/AgCl quasi-reference electrode and a glucose enzyme electrode as the working electrode, operated at + 0.15 Vvs. Ag/AgCl. The enzyme electrode is constructed by mixing the wired glucose oxidase into carbon paste. {Poly[1-vinylimidazole osmium(4,4-dimethylbipyridine)2Cl)]}+/2+ was used to wire the enzyme. The non-coated electrodes, cross-linked with poly(ethylene glycol) diglycidyl ether, responded linearly to glucose concentrations up to 60 mM, and were characterized by a sensitivity of 0.23 A mM–1 cm–2, when operated in flow injection mode and of 5.4 AmM
–1 cm–2 in steady-state conditions. This sensitivity of the resulting enzyme electrode was 50% lower than that of similarly prepared but non-cross-linked electrodes. However, the cross-linked electrodes showed superior operational and storage stabilities, which were further improved by coating the electrodes with a negatively charged Eastman AQ film. An in-house designed microdialysis probe, equipped with a polysulphone cylindrical dialysis membrane, yielded a relative recovery of 50–60% at a perfusion rate of 2.5 l/min–1 in a well stirred glucose solution. The on-line set up effectively rejected common interferences such as ascorbic acid and 4-acetaminophen when present at their physiological concentrations. 相似文献

The Dinitrone 2,2-diphenyl-3,3-bi-3H-indole-1,1-dioxide acts as a demethylating and dehydrogenating agent. The mechanism of interaction of the dinitrone with donors and acceptors does not involve intermediate charge-transfer complexes probably due to a self association between dinitrone molecules (as supported by X-ray determinations). Die Wechselwirkung des Dinitrons mit Elektronen-Acceptoren und Elektronen-Donatoren geht wegen der Selbstassoziation zwischen den Dinitron-Molekülen ohne die dazwischenliegende Bildung eines Charge-Transfer-Komplexes vor sich; das wird auch von Röntgenstrukturuntersuchungen gestützt. The condensation of dichloromethyl tert-butyl ketone (1) with benzaldehyde, para-bromobenzaldehyde, and 2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde under conditions for the Darzens reaction gives 1-aryl-1-chloro-4,4-dimethyl-2,3-pentanediones (2–4). In the case of nitrobenzaldehydes, the reaction products are 1-aryl-2-chloro-1,2-epoxy-4,4-dimethylpentanones (5 and 6), which isomerize to -chloroketones (7 and 8) upon prolonged storage or heating at reflux in benzene.A. In an effort to modify the solubility and dissolution rate of the contraceptive steroid, 19-norprogesterone in order to improve its bioavailability, the cyclodextrin complexation approach was chosen. In solution, the complex formation with -cyclodextrin (-CD), hydroxyethyl -cyclodextrin (HE--CD) and hydroxypropyl -cyclodextrin (HP--CD) was confirmed by using solubility, UV, IR and 1H-NMR spectrophotometric techniques. The phase solubility diagrams were categorized as AL-type. The complexing affinity of the CDs investigated were ranked as follows: -CD > HP--CD > HE--CD. The complexation thermodynamic parameters were obtained from the temperature dependence of the dissociation constants. In the solid state, differential scanning calorimetery (DSC) and optical microscopy methods were utilized to characterize the complexes. Dissolution studies showed that such molecularly encapsulated forms offered a marked improvement in the dissolution rate compared to the parent drug. 相似文献

This paper presents investigations of phase and structural transitions occurring in water adsorbed on the surface of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and on the so-called intelligentrs or smart silica gel surface covered with a chemically bonded BSA phase. Cyclic changes of heat flow (HF) were observed in the samples studied during cooling and heating of the measuring cell of the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) apparatus. These cyclic changes reflect structural transitions occurring in the water adsorbed on the surface at subambient and elevated temperatures. This is connected with cyclic changes (decay and reproduction) of ice-like structures existing in the adsorbed water layers. On the basis of quantitative investigations it appears that, depending on the direction of the cooling or heating process of the samples studied, the number of ice-like water structures in the surface film increases or decreases. It has been stated that the observed fluctuations occur spontaneously and suddenly in the whole volume of adsorbed water in different and not regular temperature ranges, especially at the paradoxical effect temperatures.Support from the Research Council (Dr. R. The resonance donor effect of the , conjugation of R3M and R3MCH2 (M = Si, Ge, Sn; R is an alklyl group) substituents with the triple bond in compounds R3MC=CX and R3MCH2CCX (X = H, R) changes on passing from isolated molecules to their H-complexes. A partial + charge on the triple bond enhances , conjugation; a partial – charge on the triple bond has practically no effect on the resonance properties of R3M substituents, whereas the , conjugation of R3MCH2 substituents diminishes owing to the effect of negative direct resonance interaction. Chlorination of -thiolactones with chlorine or sulfuryl chloride in acetic anhydride at a reactant ratio (RR) of 1:2:1 gives -(chlorosulfinyl)alkanoyl chlorides in 75–89% yields. Oxidative chlorination of -thiolactones with RR of 1:3:2 affords -(chlorosulfinyl)alkanoyl chlorides and cyclic sulfinic anhydrides (1,2-oxathiolan-5-one 2-oxides). The optimum RR for the preparation of 1,2-oxathiolan-5-one 2-oxides is 1:2:2. In order to elucidate the nature of the LiCl/1,3dimethy2imidazolidinone (DMI) solvent system as one of the homogeneous reaction media of cellulose, cellulose acetate (CA) and Omethylcellulose (MC) were prepared using this solvent system, and the distribution of substituents within anhydroglucose units was examined by 13CNMR. It was found that (i) homogeneous cellulose solutions can be easily prepared by heating 2, 5–12 and 100 parts of weight of cellulose, LiCl, and DMI, respectively, and (ii) the relative reactivity of hydroxyl groups is in the order C6 > C2 > C3 for both CA and MC. A remarkable feature of this solvent system is that the reaction efficiency in etherification is very high compared with other homogeneous solvent systems. 相似文献

A series of thin films of amorphous hydrogenated silicon carbide (a-SiCH) produced by RF plasma decomposition of propane and silane has been studied by electron energy-loss spectroscopy (EELS) and extended energy-loss fine structure (EXELFS) studies. The composition of the films has been determined by EELS and the nearest neighbour spacings have been determined by EXELFS. These results, along with the energy of the plasmon loss peaks, have been compared with the deposition conditions for each film. The results show that for a large gas ratio (C3H8/(C3H8+SiH4)) the films have a high proportion of carbon and are similar to a-CH in structure, whereas those films prepared with Y = 0.4 or 0.5 have nearest neighbour spacings consistent with those for tetrahedrally bonded carbon. The films prepared with lowest Y have nearest neighbour spacings similar to those for amorphous silicon carbide. The results for a-SiCH have been compared with the results of EELS and EXELFS of CVD diamond films, amorphous carbon and amorphous silicon. 相似文献

The 1,3-thiazolidine ring of compound V has got twisted conformation, while in compound VI this ring adopts envelope. The optimized MO's of several excited states of formaldehyde have been calculated by means of a large basis set of modified Gaussian functions; particular attention has been paid to the * transition. The total energy of the various states has been obtained as the sum of the SCF and correlation energies; the last one has been calculated as a functional of the electronic density. The calculated values for the transition energies are in good agreement with the experiment. A strong interaction of the * state with the continuum is evidentiated; this fact can justify the absence of the * band in the absorption spectrum. 相似文献
