令α,n≥1为整数,p为素数.本文证明了丢番图方程X~2-(a~2+4p~(2n))Y~4=-4p~(2n)以及X~2-(a~2+p~(2n))Y~4=-p~(2n)在一定条件下最多只有两组互素的正整数解(X,Y).     

Locally smooth SU(n + 1)-actions on SU(n + 1)/S(U(n - 1) × U(2)) are unique

If the Lie group SU(n + 1) acts nontrivially and in a locally smooth way on the Grassmannian G_n+1,2, then the action is conjugate to the standard action by left translation. We prove this theorem using a former result of the author on the nonexistence of fixed points for actions of SU(n + 1) on generalized flag manifolds.     

The exponential Diophantine equation x2 + (3n 2 + 1) y = (4n 2 + 1) z

Let n be a positive integer. In this paper, using the results on the existence of primitive divisors of Lucas numbers and some properties of quadratic and exponential diophantine equations, we prove that if n ≡ 3 (mod 6), then the equation x ² + (3n ² + 1) ^y = (4n ² + 1) ^z has only the positive integer solutions (x, y, z) = (n, 1, 1) and (8n ³ + 3n, 1, 3).

Existence of exactlyn+1 simple 4-periodic solutions of the differential delay equation\dot x(t) = - f(x(t - 1))

By discussing the zeros of periodic solutions we give in this paper a criterion for the existence of exactlyn+1 simple 4-periodic solutions of the differential delay equation Supported by the Chinese National Foundation for Natural Sciences.     

On the difference equationx_{n + 1} = \frac{{a + bx_{n - k} - cx_{n - m} }}{{1 + g(x_{n - 1} )}}

In this paper we consider the difference equation $$x_{n + 1} = \frac{{a + bx_{n - k} - cx_{n - m} }}{{1 + g(x_{n - 1} )}},$$ wherea, b, c are nonegative real numbers,k, l, m are nonnegative integers andg(x) is a nonegative real function. The oscillatory and periodic character, the boundedness and the stability of positive solutions of the equation is investigated. The existence and nonexistence of two-period positive solutions are investigated in details. In the last section of the paper we consider a generalization of the equation.

关于不定方程x~2+4~n=y~(13)(n=4,5,6)的整数解

在高斯整环中,利用代数数论与同余理论的方法,讨论了不定方程x~2+4~n=y~(13)(n=4,5,6)的整数解问题,得出了当n=4,5时无整数解;n=6是仅有整数解(x,y)=(64,2)和(x,y)=(-64,2)的结论,推进了不定方程整数解的研究.

We established necessary and sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of the difference equation where the coefficients a and b are real numbers and k and l are nonnegative integers.

In this paper, the author considered the stability of zero solution of linear RDDE $$\begin{gathered} \ddot x(t) + p_1 (t)\dot x(t) + q_1 (t)x(t) + p_2 (t)\dot x(t - r(t)) + q_2 (t)x(t - r(t)) = O, \hfill \\ \ddot x(t) + p_1 (t)\dot x(t) + q_1 (t)x(t) + p_2 (t)\dot x(t - r(t)) = O \hfill \\ \end{gathered} $$ using Liapunov-Razumikhin functional and transformations and obtained some sufficient conditions for the stability of Eqs.(1) and (2). These results are suitable both for boundedp _i (t),q _i (t) andr(t).i=1,2.     

On the equationx(x +d 1)…(x + (k - 1)d 1) =y(y +d 2)…(y + (mk - 1)d 2)

For given positive integersm ≥ 2,d ₁ andd ₂, we consider the equation of the title in positive integersx, y andk ≥ 2. We show that the equation implies thatk is bounded. Nonholonomic (n + 1)-webs

We consider a nonholonomic (n + 1)-web NW on an n-dimensional manifold M, i.e., n + 1 codimension 1 distributions on M. We prove that a web NW on M is equivalent to a G-structure with structure group λE, the group of scalar matrices. We find the structure equations of a web NW and the integrability conditions of the distributions of a web NW. It is shown that on a manifold with nonholonomic (n + 1)-web an affine connection Γ arises naturally for which the distributions of the web are totally geodesic. We consider the case when the connection Γ has zero curvature and, in particular, when a web NW is defined by invariant distributions on a Lie group. In the case when all distributions of a web NW on a Lie group are integrable, we find the equations of this group in terms of local coordinates.
